遗忘取货提示方法、自动售货机、电子设备及存储介质
本公开要求在2018年08月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810968029.7的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本文涉及自动售货技术领域,例如涉及一种遗忘取货提示方法、自动售货机、电子设备及存储介质。
背景技术
自动售货机是一种商业自动化设备,用于自动出售货品。自动售货机由于具有不受时间地点限制、能节省人力、方便交易等特点,应用越来越广泛。
相关技术公开了一种自动售货机,该自动售货机包括控制装置和机柜,机柜表面设置有人机交互装置和取货口,取货口可以打开或者关闭。机柜内部设置有储物装置和货斗,储物装置用于容纳待售货品,货斗位于储物装置和取货口之间,用于在储物装置与取货口之间运送货品。用户购买货品时,通过人机交互装置选择要购买的货品并完成货品支付,控制装置判定用户完成货品支付时,控制货斗将该货品从储物装置运送至取货口处,然后打开取货口,以使用户可以经由取货口取走货斗内的货品,取货口打开的时间到达设定值时,关闭取货口以使自动售货机可以继续售货。
然而,发明人发现,用户在使用相关技术的自动售货机购货时,可能会出现由于接打电话、浏览广告等原因导致未能及时取出货斗中的货品的情况,取货口打开的时间到达设定值时,取货口自动关闭,此时,用户将无法取出已经完成支付的货品,这就会给用户带来一定的损失。
发明内容
本文提供了一种遗忘取货提示方法、自动售货机、电子设备及存储介质,以缓解相关技术的自动售货机所存在用户不能及时取出已经完成付款的货品的问题,避免用户的损失。
本文实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,本文实施例提供了一种遗忘取货提示方法,应用于自动售货机,自动售货机包括机柜、设置于机柜的取货口以及设置于机柜内部的储物装置, 储物装置被设置为容纳货品,遗忘取货提示方法包括:
当待售货品被送至取货口时,打开取货口;
判断自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品是否被取走;
基于自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品未被取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。
第二方面,本文实施例还提供一种自动售货机,自动售货机包括机柜、控制装置、设置于机柜的取货口以及设置于机柜内部的储物装置和递送装置,储物装置被设置为容纳货品,递送装置被设置为运送货品,自动售货机还包括用于打开或关闭取货口的闸门,控制装置被设置为:
当待售货品被送至取货口时,控制闸门打开取货口,判断自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品是否被取走,基于自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品未被取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。
第三方面,本文实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括:

如图1至图4所示,自动售货机010包括机柜100、储物装置200、递送装置300、检测装置400、人机交互装置500、存储装置600和控制装置700。
如图1和图2所示,机柜100包括柜体110和柜门120,柜体110与柜门120活动连接,柜体110包括开口,柜门120可以相对于柜体110的开口运动,以打开或关闭柜体110的开口。柜门120上设置有用于用户取出货品的取货口130。取货口130处设置有闸门机构140,闸门机构140包括闸门141和闸门驱动组件142,其中,闸门141通过闸门驱动组件142与柜门120活动连接,在闸门驱动组件142的驱动下,闸门141可沿上下方向(即图1和图2中箭头cd所示的方向)相对于取货口130运动,以到达第一位置从而关闭取货口130(如图1中所示),或者到达第二位置从而打开取货口130(如图2中所示)。
储物装置200被设置为容纳货品。如图3所示,储物装置200设置于机柜100内部,储物装置200包括用于容纳货品的货道210,货道210与柜门120间隔设置,本实施例中,储物装置200包括多个货道210,多个货道210沿上下方向(即箭头cd所示的方向)呈M层、沿左右方向(即箭头ab所示的方向)呈N列排布,货道210的长度方向沿前后方向(即图1和图2中箭头ef所示的方向)延伸。货道210靠近柜门120的一端设置有用于输出货品的出口。
递送装置300被设置为将货品由储物装置200运送至取货口130处,或者将位于取货口130处的货品送至储物装置200的回收区。递送装置300设置于机柜100内部,本实施例中,递送装置300包括货品输送机构211、货斗310和货斗驱动机构320,其中,货品输送机构211设置于货道210中,用于输送货道210中的货品从而使货品从货道210的出口输出。沿前后方向,货斗310和货斗驱动机构320位于柜门120与货道210之间,货斗310的靠近货道210的一端设置有入口,货斗310的靠近柜门120的一端设置有出口。货斗驱动机构320包括水平驱动机构321和竖直驱动机构322,水平驱动机构321能够驱动货斗310沿左右方向移动,竖直驱动机构322能够驱动货斗310沿上下方向移动,如此,货斗驱动机构320能够驱动货斗310沿上下方向移动,或者驱动货斗310 沿左右方向移动,或者驱动货斗310同时沿上下方向和左右方向移动,以使货斗310的入口与任意一个货道210的出口相对,或使货斗310的出口与取货口130相对。在货斗310的入口与一个货道210的出口相对的情况下,该货道210中的货品能够被从货道210的出口送出并经由货斗310的入口进入货斗310内部;在货斗310的出口与取货口130相对的情况下,用户能够经由取货口130取走货斗310内的货品。
图5是本文实施例提供的自动售货机的货斗的结构示意图,如图4和图5所示,本实施例的货斗310包括框架311、接货仓312和接货仓驱动机构313,接货仓312和接货仓驱动机构313传动连接,接货仓312具有入货位置和出货位置,在接货仓驱动机构313的驱动下,接货仓312可绕转轴314相对于框架311转动,以到达入货位置和出货位置。接货仓312具有敞口312a,在接货仓312位于入货位置的情况下,敞口312a朝上,接货仓312可以接收货道210输出的货品;在接货仓312位于出货位置的情况下,敞口312a朝向取货口130,用户可以经由接货仓312的敞口312a取走接货仓312内的货品。
应当理解,在本文的其他实施例中,递送装置300可以仅包括用于输送货道210中容纳的货品的货品输送机构211,在这种情况下,接货仓312设置于取货口130处,货品输送机构211将货道210内的货品向货道210的出口输送,货品从货道210的出口输出直接掉落至下方接货仓312内。
在一些实施例中,储物装置200还包括用于容纳待回收货品的回收区。本实施例中,回收区包括回收箱220,如图3所示,沿前后方向,回收箱220位于货道210与柜门120之间,且沿上下方向,回收箱220位于货斗310的下方,回收箱220的上方设置有开口,货斗310的接货仓312还具有敞口朝下的卸货位置,其中,在货斗310位于回收箱220正上方且接货仓312转动至卸货位置的情况下,接货仓312内的货品可落入回收箱220内以完成货品回收。在本文提供的其他实施例中,回收区还可以设置为与货道210并列设置,货斗310上设置有回收机构,回收机构被设置为将货斗310内的货品输送至回收区以完成货品回收。
检测装置400包括第一检测机构410,第一检测机构410被设置为检测货斗310内的货品是否被取走。第一检测机构410可以包括设置在货斗310内的压力传感器、光电传感器或机械式传感器,在货斗310内有货品的情况下,第一检测机构410的传感器输出第一信号,在货斗310内没有货品的情况下,第一检 测机构410的传感器输出第二信号,根据第一检测机构410的传感器输出的信号,即可检测货斗310内的货品是否被取走,第一检测机构410还可以包括设置于货斗310内的摄像头,通过摄像头拍摄的图像即可判断货斗310内的货品是否被取走。
在一些实施例中,检测装置400还包括第二检测机构420,第二检测机构420被设置为拍摄自动售货机010前方场所的图像,第二检测机构420包括设置于机柜100外部的至少一个摄像头,通过对摄像头拍摄的图像进行分析处理,可以判断是否有用户位于自动售货机010前方的场所。如图1至图3所示,本实施例中,第二检测机构420包括设置于机柜100外部的第一摄像头421和第二摄像头422,第一摄像头421和第二摄像头422分别设置在机柜100顶端的两侧。
人机交互装置500被设置为完成用户与自动售货机010之间的信息交互,如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,人机交互装置500包括显示屏510,显示屏510设置于柜门120,用于向用户显示操作信息;在一些实施例中,显示屏510为触摸显示屏,触摸显示屏接收用户通过点击、按压等动作输入的操作信息。在一些实施例中,人机交互装置500还包括提示器520,提示器520被设置为向用户输出提示信息,如图1和图2所示,本实施例中,提示器520包括多个指示灯,多个指示灯围绕取货口130设置,通过发出设定颜色的光向用户输出提示信息,在本文提供的其他实施例中,提示器520还可以包括蜂鸣器、语音播放器等音频器件,提示器520通过发出设定声音向用户输出提示信息;在一些实施例中,显示屏510还可以通过显示设定的图画或文字向用户输出提示信息。
存储装置600被设置为存储自动售货机010的控制程序以及程序运行过程中生成的数据和变量。比如,存储装置600被设置为存储第一预设时间T1和第二预设时间T2,其中,第一预设时间T1用于确定在闸门141打开取货口130后发出第一提示信息的时间,第二预设时间T2用于确定在发出第一提示信息后闸门141关闭取货口130的时间。

图6是本文实施例提供的一种遗忘取货提示方法的流程图,该方法适用于本文实施例提供的自动售货机,可选的,该方法由如图4所示的自动售货机010的控制装置700执行。如图所示,该方法包括步骤S210至步骤S230。
步骤S210,当待售货品被送至取货口时,打开取货口。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,人机交互装置500的触摸显示屏接收用户输入的购货指令以及支付指令,控制装置700根据购货指令确定用户要购买的货品,也即,待售货品,根据支付指令确定用户是否完成待售货品支付,当确定用户已完成待售货品的支付后,控制装置700控制货斗驱动机构320将货斗310驱动至容纳有待售货品的目标货道210处,并控制目标货道210中的货品输送机构211将待售货品送入货斗310内。在待售货品被送入货斗310后,控制装置700控制货斗驱动机构320将货斗310驱动至取货口130处,并控制闸门驱动组件142驱动闸门141由第一位置运动到第二位置,使闸门141打开取货口130,以使用户能够经由取货口130取走货斗310内的待售货品。在一些实施例中,货斗310内设置有接货仓312,货斗310接收目标货道210送出的待售货品时接货仓312位于入货位置,在闸门141打开取货口130后,接货仓驱动机构313驱动接货仓312由入货位置转动到出货位置,以使用户可以经由取货口130和接货仓312的敞口312a取出接货仓312内的待售货品。在本文的另一些实施例中,将待售货品从货道210送至取货口130处的方式还可以是将待售货品从货道210的出口输出后,待售货品直接掉落至取货口130处设置的接货仓312中。
在本实施例中,控制装置700控制闸门141打开取货口130时启动第一计时,第一计时用于记录自闸门141打开取货口130时刻起所经历的时间。
步骤S220,判断自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品是否 被取走。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,当第一计时的计时时间到达第一预设时间T1时,也即,当自闸门141打开取货口130时刻起所经历的时间到达第一预设时间T1时,控制装置700判断货斗310内的待售货品是否被取走。在一些实施例中,控制装置700根据第一检测机构410输出的信号判断货斗310内的待售货品是否被取走。一种可选实施方式中,第一检测机构410包括设置在货斗310内的压力传感器、光电传感器或机械式传感器,在货斗310内有货品的情况下,第一检测机构410的传感器输出第一信号,在货斗310内没有货品的情况下,第一检测机构410的传感器输出第二信号,控制装置700接收第一检测机构410的传感器输出的信号并根据该信号判断货斗310内的货品是否被取走,在一些实施例中,当控制装置700检测到第一检测机构410的传感器输出的信号由第一信号变化为第二信号时,判定货斗310内的货品被取走;另一种可选实施方式中,第一检测机构410包括设置于货斗310内的摄像头,控制装置700控制摄像头拍摄接货仓312的图像,并根据摄像头拍摄的图像判断货斗310内的货品是否被取走。
需要说明的,当启动第一计时后,控制装置700持续检测货斗310内的待售货品是否被取走直至检测到货斗310内的待售货品被取走。
步骤S230,基于自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品未被取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,当第一计时的计时时间到达第一预设时间T1时,也即,当自闸门141打开取货口130时刻起所经历的时间到达第一预设时间T1时,如果控制装置700判定待售货品未被取走,则控制装置700控制人机交互装置500发出第一提示信息,以提醒用户尽快将待售货品取走。比如,控制装置700控制人机交互装置500的显示屏510显示设定的图画或文字以发出第一提示信息;再比如,人机交互装置500包括提示器520,控制装置700控制提示器520发出第一提示信息,其中,在提示器520包括多个环绕取货口130设置的指示灯的情况下,控制装置700控制指示灯发出设定颜色的光以向用户输出第一提示信息,在提示器520包括蜂鸣器或语音播放器等音频器件的情况下,控制装置700控制音频器件发出设定的声音以向用户输出第一提示信息。在本实施例中,在自闸门141打开取货口130时刻起所经历的时间到达第一预设时间T1前如果判定待售货品被取走,则控制装置700立即控制闸门141 关闭取货口130。
在本文提供的其他实施例中,输出第一提示信息的方式还可以是先关闭取货口130,再打开取货口130。以本实施例的自动售货机010为例,控制装置700控制闸门机构140发出第一提示信息,在一些实施例中,控制装置700首先控制闸门驱动组件142驱动闸门141关闭取货口130,间隔预设时间后,再控制闸门驱动组件142驱动闸门141打开取货口130。通过控制闸门141依次执行关闭取货口130和打开取货口130的动作,利用闸门141关闭和开启时发出的声音以及闸门141的运动引起用户观察取货口130,从而发现待售货品还未取走,以起到提醒用户取货的作用。在一些实施例中,在货斗310包括接货仓312的情况下,控制装置700控制闸门141关闭取货口130之前,首先控制接货仓驱动机构313驱动接货仓312由出货位置转动到入货位置,以使接货仓312不会对闸门141的运动造成干涉,控制装置700控制闸门141打开取货口130后,控制接货仓驱动机构313驱动接货仓312由入货位置转动到出货位置,以使用户可以经由取货口130和接货仓312的敞口312a取出接货仓312内的待售货品。
本实施例提供的遗忘取货提示方法中,当待售货品被送至取货口时,打开取货口,判断自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品是否被取走,基于自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品未被取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。通过本实施例的遗忘取货提示方法,由于可以在取货口被打开第一预设时间且用户未取走待售货品时向用户发出第一提示信息,因此,可以在用户遗忘取货的情况下向用户发出提示信息以提醒用户尽快将待售货品取走,有效缓解了相关技术的自动售货机所存在用户不能及时取出已经完成付款的货品的问题,避免了用户的损失,提高了用户的体验度。
图7是本文实施例提供的另一种遗忘取货提示方法的流程图,该实施例可以作为图6所示实施例的可选实施方式,如图所示,该方法包括步骤S310至步骤S340。
步骤S310,当待售货品被送至取货口时,打开取货口。
该步骤的执行方法同步骤S210。
步骤S320,判断自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品是否被取走。
该步骤的执行方法同步骤S220。
步骤S330,基于自取货口被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,待售货品未被 取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。
该步骤的执行方法同步骤S230。
步骤S340,判断自输出第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,待售货品是否被取走。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,控制装置700控制人机交互装置500或闸门机构140发出第一提示信息时启动第二计时,第二计时用于记录自发出第一提示信息时刻起所经历的时间;并且,控制装置700判断自人机交互装置500或闸门机构140输出第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,待售货品是否被取走。
步骤S350,基于自输出第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,待售货品未被取走的判定结果,关闭取货口。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,当第二计时的计时时间到达第二预设时间T2时,也即,当自发出第一提示信息时刻起所经历的时间到达第一预设时间T2时,如果控制装置700判定待售货品仍未被取走,则控制装置700控制闸门141关闭取货口130,在一些实施例中,控制装置700控制闸门驱动组件142驱动闸门141由第二位置运动到第一位置,使闸门141关闭取货口130。在一些实施例中,货斗310包括接货仓312,控制装置700控制闸门141关闭取货口130之前,首先控制接货仓驱动机构313驱动接货仓312由出货位置转动到入货位置,以使接货仓312不会对闸门141的运动造成干涉。在本实施例中,在自发出第一提示信息时刻起所经历的时间到达第一预设时间T2前如果检测到待售货品被取走,则控制装置700立即控制闸门141关闭取货口130。
本实施例提供的遗忘取货提示方法中,在发出第一提示信息时启动第二计时,在第二计时的计时时间到达第二预设时间且待售货品仍未被取走的情况下,关闭取货口。通过本实施例的遗忘取货提示方法,由于可以在自发出第一提示信息时刻起所经历的时间到达第二预设时间且用户仍未取走待售货品的情况下关闭取货口,因此可以避免由于待售货品一直不被取走而造成的待售货品丢失。
在一些实施例中,如图7所示,该遗忘取货提示方法还包括步骤S360、步骤S370和步骤S380。
步骤S360,判断购买待售货品的用户是否已经离开。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,闸门141关闭取货口130后,控制装置700控制第二检测机构420拍摄自动售货机010前方场所的图像以得到第 一图像,并对第一图像进行分析处理,判断购买待售货品的用户是否已经离开自动售货机010前方场所,也即,判断该用户是否已经离开,在判定该用户已经离开的情况下,执行步骤S370,在判定该用户还未离开的情况下,执行步骤S380。
在一些实施例中,控制装置700在接收到支付指令时,控制第二检测机构420拍摄自动售货机010前方场所的图像以得到第二图像,当控制装置700根据第一图像判定自动售货机010前方场所内有用户时,将第一图像和第二图像进行对比,以确定自动售货机010前方场所内的用户是否为执行货品支付的用户,从而确定购买待售货品的用户是否已经离开。
步骤S370,将待售货品运送至预设区域。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,预设区域为回收区。在判定待售货品未被取走且购买待售货品的用户已经离开的情况下,控制装置700将待售货品回收至回收区,在一些实施例中,控制装置700控制货斗驱动机构320将货斗310驱动至回收箱220上方,并控制接货仓驱动机构313驱动接货仓312由入货位置转动到卸货位置,以使接货仓312内的待售货品落入回收箱220中以完成货品回收。在本文提供的其他实施例中,回收区可以与货道210并列设置,货斗310上设置有回收机构,控制装置700控制货斗驱动机构320将货斗310驱动至与回收区相对的位置,并控制回收机构将货斗310内的货品输送至回收区以完成货品回收。
通过在购买待售货品的用户已经离开的情况下将待售货品运送至预设区域,可以在已离开的用户返回来索要已付款货品时,由维护人员取出预设区域内的待售货品并交给用户,可以进一步避免用户的损失,同时,还可以避免用户和商家之间出现纠纷。
步骤S380,向用户显示取货口开启命令的输入入口。
以本文实施例的自动售货机010为例,在判定待售货品未被取走且购买待售货品的用户还未离开的情况下,控制装置700控制人机交互装置500显示取货口开启命令的输入入口,以使用户可以通过输入取货口开启命令打开取货口130并将待售货品取走。比如,控制装置700控制人机交互装置500的触摸显示屏510显示开启取货口按钮,用户通过点击该按钮可以输入取货口开启命令,当接收到用户输入的取货口开启命令时,控制装置700控制闸门141打开取货口130。
通过在购买待售货品的用户未离开的情况下将待售货品暂存在接货仓312内并输出手动开闸门命令的输入入口,可以使用户通过输入手动开闸门命令打开取货口并取走待售货品,进一步避免了用户的损失。
图8是本文实施例提供的一种电子设备的硬件结构示意图,如图8所示,该电子设备包括:一个或多个处理器810和存储器820。图8中以一个处理器810为例。
所述电子设备还可以包括:输入装置830和输出装置840。
所述电子设备中的处理器810、存储器820、输入装置830和输出装置840可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图8中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器820作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可设置为存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块。处理器810通过运行存储在存储器820中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行多种功能应用以及数据处理,以实现上述实施例中的任意一种方法。
存储器820可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据电子设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)等易失性存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或者其他非暂态固态存储器件。
存储器820可以是非暂态计算机存储介质或暂态计算机存储介质。该非暂态计算机存储介质,例如可以包括至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器820可选包括相对于处理器810远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至电子设备。上述网络的实例可以包括互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置830可设置为接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与电子设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置840可包括显示屏等显示设备。
本实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述方法。
上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程可以通过计算机程序来执行相关的硬件来完成的,该程序可存储于一个非暂态计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述方法的实施例的流程,其中,该非暂态计算机可读存储介质可以为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read‐Only Memory,ROM)或RAM等。
综上所述,通过本文实施例的遗忘取货提示方法,由于可以在取货口打开后的第一预设时间内用户仍未取走待售货品的情况下向用户发出第一提示信息,因此,可以在用户遗忘取货的情况下向用户发出提示信息以提醒用户尽快将取货口处的待售货品取走,有效缓解了相关技术的自动售货机所存在用户不能及时取出已经完成付款的货品的问题,避免了用户的损失,提高了用户的体验度。
本文实施例的自动售货机用于实现上述的遗忘取货提示方法,本文实施例的电子设备和计算机可读存储介质可用于执行上述的遗忘取货提示方法,因此也具有上述的有益效果。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种遗忘取货提示方法,应用于自动售货机,所述自动售货机包括机柜(100)、设置于所述机柜(100)的取货口(130)以及设置于所述机柜(100)内部的储物装置(200),所述储物装置(200)被设置为容纳货品,所述遗忘取货提示方法包括:
    当待售货品被送至所述取货口(130)时,打开所述取货口(130);
    判断自所述取货口(130)被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,所述待售货品是否被取走;
    基于自所述取货口(130)被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,所述待售货品未被取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遗忘取货提示方法,还包括:
    判断自输出所述第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,所述待售货品是否被取走;
    基于自输出所述第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,所述待售货品未被取走的判定结果,关闭所述取货口(130)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的遗忘取货提示方法,还包括:
    判断购买所述待售货品的用户是否已经离开;
    基于购买所述待售货品的用户已经离开的判定结果,将所述待售货品运送至预设区域。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的遗忘取货提示方法,还包括:
    判断购买所述待售货品的用户是否已经离开;
    基于购买所述待售货品的用户还未离开的判断结果,向所述用户显示取货口开启命令的输入入口。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的遗忘取货提示方法,其中,所述输出第一提示信息包括:
    先关闭所述取货口(130),再打开所述取货口(130);或者,控制自动售货机的音频器件发出设定声音;或者,控制自动售货机的显示屏显示设定图画或文字;或者,控制设置于取货口(130)处的指示灯发光。
  6. 一种自动售货机,所述自动售货机包括机柜(100)、控制装置(700)、设置于所述机柜(100)的取货口(130)以及设置于所述机柜(100)内部的储物装置(200)和递送装置(300),所述储物装置(200)被设置为容纳货品,所述递送装置(300)被设置为运送货品,所述取货口(130)处设置有用于打开 或关闭所述取货口(130)的闸门(141),所述控制装置(700)被设置为:
    当待售货品被送至所述取货口(130)时,控制所述闸门(141)打开所述取货口(130),判断自所述取货口(130)被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,所述待售货品是否被取走,基于自所述取货口(130)被打开时刻起的第一预设时间内,所述待售货品未被取走的判定结果,输出第一提示信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动售货机,其中,所述控制装置(700)还被设置为:
    判断自输出所述第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,所述待售货品是否被取走,基于自输出所述第一提示信息时刻起的第二预设时间内,所述待售货品未被取走的判定结果,控制所述闸门(141)关闭所述取货口(130)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自动售货机,所述控制装置(700)还被设置为:
    判断购买所述待售货品的用户是否已经离开,基于购买所述待售货品的用户已经离开的判定结果,控制所述递送装置将所述待售货品运送至预设区域。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的自动售货机,其中,所述控制装置(700)还被设置为:
    判断购买所述待售货品的用户是否已经离开,基于购买所述待售货品的用户还未离开的判定结果,向所述用户显示取货口开启命令的输入入口。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的自动售货机,
    所述控制装置被设置为通过先控制所述闸门(141)关闭所述取货口(130),再控制所述闸门(141)打开所述取货口(130)输出第一提示信息;
    或者,所述自动售货机还包括音频器件,所述控制装置被设置为通过控制所述音频器件发出设定声音输出第一提示信息;
    或者,所述自动售货机还包括显示屏,所述控制装置被设置为通过控制所述显示屏显示设定图画或文字输出第一提示信息;
    或者,所述取货口(130)处还设置有指示灯,所述控制装置被设置为通过控制所述指示灯发光输出第一提示信息。
  11. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;
    存储器,设置为存储至少一个程序;
    当所述至少一个程序被所述至少一个处理器执行时,使得所述至少一个处 理器实现如权利要求1‐5中任一所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行如权利要求1‐5任一所述的方法。
