Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cuisinière à gaz radiante, du type fermé et, plus précisément, comprenant : une buse à gaz permettant l'alimentation en gaz ; une chambre de mélange en communication avec la buse à gaz afin de former un espace dans lequel le gaz est pré-mélangé ; une enveloppe de brûleur en communication avec la chambre de mélange afin de former un espace ; une partie en verre destinée à protéger la surface périphérique externe de l'enveloppe du brûleur ; et un mat de brûleur, en forme de milieu poreux, placé dans l'enveloppe du brûleur, le mat de brûleur comprenant au moins deux couches de milieux poreux présentant différents degrés de compacité.
