Description

一种具有废料回收功能的翻转机 技术领域
本实用新型属于建材生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有废料回收功能的翻转机。
背景技术
在加气混凝土材料生产过程中,为了减小坯体底皮的处理难度和处理成本,需要在坯体未进入蒸压釜前除掉底皮,通常是通过翻转机来进行去底皮,但目前绝大多数的翻转机在去除底皮的过程中,底皮得不到回收,大多数底皮溅落在机架上,给设备的清理和维护带来很大不便,同时也不利于废料的回收利用,不仅污染了生产环境,也不利于降本增效。
发明内容
要解决的问题
为了解决上述存在的问题,本实用新型提出一种具有废料回收功能的翻转机,该翻转机可以将除掉的底皮自动收集,避免了生产环境的污染,同时使废物得到了回收利用。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案,包括:
机架;转动连接机架的直角形的翻转架;驱动翻转架翻转的油缸;滚动连接在翻转架侧面上的小滑车;滚动连接在翻转架底面上的大滑车;连接在机架上可上、下移动的去底皮机构;
所述翻转机还包括废料回收组件,所述废料回收组件包括连接在大滑车左侧面上的机架,机架的一端转动连接主动皮带辊、机架的另一端转动连接从动皮带辊,主动皮带辊的一端连接电机的输出端,所述主动皮带辊、从动皮带辊上套装输送皮带,所述机架前、后横梁的底面之间沿长度方向转动连接若干皮带托辊,所述机架前、后横梁的底面分别连接一对滑块,该滑块滑动连接位于翻转架底面上的导轨,输送皮带两端的地面上分别设有废料收集坑。
所述机架的左端还设有刮料机构,所述刮料机构包括分别连接在机架前、后横梁左端的“T”形的连接件,连接件的左端连接可转动的刮杆,刮杆上连接刮片,该刮片摩擦连接输送皮带,刮杆的两端分别连接凸件,连接件的下部连接调节杆,调节杆套装弹簧后穿过凸件上的通孔,再拧上螺母。
所述机架前、后横梁的顶面分别连接挡料板。
操作时,大滑车承载着翻转后的坯体向右行走至既定位置,去底皮机构对坯体进行去底皮,去掉的底皮落入废料回收组件的输送皮带上,由于输送皮带的行走,将去掉的底皮输送至废料收集坑,刮料机构可以将沾粘在输送皮带上的底皮清除,以利于输送皮带正常运行。
本实用新型可以将除掉的底皮自动收集,避免了生产环境的污染,同时使废物得到了回收利用。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,以利于本领域技术人员能够更加清楚的理解,如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,本实用新型包括:
机架1;转动连接机架的直角形的翻转架2;驱动翻转架翻转的油缸3;滚动连接在翻转架侧面上的小滑车4;滚动连接在翻转架底面上的大滑车5;连接在机架上可上、下移动的去底皮机构6;
所述翻转机还包括废料回收组件,所述废料回收组件包括连接在大滑车5左侧面上的机架7,机架的一端转动连接主动皮带辊8、机架的另一端转动连接从动皮带辊9,主动皮带辊8的一端连接电机10的输出端,所述主动皮带辊8、从动皮带辊9上套装输送皮带11,所述机架7前、后横梁的底面之间沿长度方向转动连接若干皮带托辊12,所述机架7前、后横梁的底面分别连接一对滑块13,该滑块13滑动连接位于翻转架2底面上的导轨,输送皮带11两端的地面上分别设有废料收集坑14。
作为本实用新型的优选实施例,所述机架7的左端还设有刮料机构,所述刮料机构包括分别连接在机架7前、后横梁左端的“T”形的连接件15,连接件15的左端连接可转动的刮杆16,刮杆上连接刮片17,该刮片17摩擦连接输送皮带11,刮杆16的两端分别连接凸件18,连接件15的下部连接调节杆19,调节杆19套装弹簧20后穿过凸件18上的通孔,再拧上螺母。
作为本实用新型的优选实施例,所述机架7前、后横梁的顶面分别连接挡料板21。

  1. 一种具有废料回收功能的翻转机,其包括机架(1);转动连接机架的直角形的翻转架(2);驱动翻转架翻转的油缸(3);滚动连接在翻转架侧面上的小滑车(4);滚动连接在翻转架底面上的大滑车(5);连接在机架上可上、下移动的去底皮机构(6);其特征在于:所述翻转机还包括废料回收组件,所述废料回收组件包括连接在大滑车(5)左侧面上的机架(7),机架的一端转动连接主动皮带辊(8)、机架的另一端转动连接从动皮带辊(9),主动皮带辊(8)的一端连接电机(10)的输出端,所述主动皮带辊(8)、从动皮带辊(9)上套装输送皮带(11),所述机架(7)前、后横梁的底面之间沿长度方向转动连接若干皮带托辊(12),所述机架(7)前、后横梁的底面分别连接一对滑块(13),该滑块(13)滑动连接位于翻转架(2)底面上的导轨,输送皮带(11)两端的地面上分别设有废料收集坑(14)。
