一种风道上置的新型集成灶,包括端面设有灶台(1)和吸烟罩(2)的灶体(3)以及设置在灶体(3)上的抽屉,吸烟罩(2)上设有与集烟腔(4)连通并用于吸入油烟的进烟口(5),灶体(3)内设有用于排出油烟的排烟管(6),风道组件与排烟管(6)连通,风道组件可将油烟从进烟口(5)吸入并排往排烟管(6);该集成灶缩短了风道组件与进烟口的距离,使得风道组件产生的负压作用力能够直接作用于进烟口,避免集烟腔的过渡,提升了吸进效率,降低了能耗,且在灶体中未安装风道组件,增大了灶体中的储物空间,同时也缩短了油烟排风流经的通道长度,使油烟快速排出,并且风机维修或更换也更加便捷。

Description

一种风道上置的新型集成灶 【技术领域】
本发明涉及集成灶结构的技术领域,特别是涉及一种风道上置的新型集成灶。
【背景技术】
集成灶在行业里亦称作环保灶、无烟灶或集成环保灶,是一种集合了吸油烟机、燃气灶、消毒柜、储藏柜等多种功能于一体的厨房电器,具有节省空间、抽油烟效果好,节能低耗环保等优点。一般的集成灶吸油率达到95%,油烟吸净率越高,质量越好,有些品牌集成灶油烟吸净率达到了99.95%的极限指标。
目前在使用的集成灶,包括灶体和设置在灶体上的吸烟罩,灶体内设置通过把手可从灶体内腔拉出的抽屉,该抽屉用于盛放碗盘或消毒,其风道一般为下置式,即风道组件安装在灶体内并位于吸烟罩的下方,其中风道组件包括蜗壳、电机和叶轮组件,风道组件工作时在灶体内产生负压,经吸烟罩的集烟腔过渡后,使吸烟罩的进烟口处形成负压区,烹炒所产生的油烟被负压吸收,流经吸烟罩的集烟腔后进入到风道组件内,最后通过排烟管道排出。该种风道下置式结构中油烟流经路径较长,需要穿过整条集烟腔,而且风道组件产生负压的作用力需要通过整条集烟腔后作用于进烟口,导致进烟口的作用力下降,吸进效率减弱,油烟的排放效果较差。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种风道上置的新型集成灶,能够缩短风道与进烟口距离,提高油烟吸进效率,增强油烟排放效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种风道上置的新型集成灶,包括端面设 有灶台和吸烟罩的灶体以及设置在所述灶体上的抽屉,所述吸烟罩位于所述灶台的一侧,所述吸烟罩呈扁状并竖直固定在所述灶体上,所述吸烟罩具有中空的集烟腔,所述吸烟罩上设有与所述集烟腔连通并用于吸入油烟的进烟口,所述集烟腔内设有使其形成负压的风道组件,所述灶体内设有用于排出油烟的排烟管,所述排烟管的出烟口延伸至所述灶体的侧壁上,所述风道组件与所述排烟管连通,所述风道组件可将油烟从进烟口吸入并排往所述排烟管。
作为优选,所述风道组件包括蜗壳和设置在蜗壳中并由风机驱动可转动的叶轮,所述蜗壳内形成具有进风口和出风口的风道,所述蜗壳的宽度与吸烟罩的宽度对应,使其呈竖直状固定在所述集烟腔内,所述进风口水平朝向所述灶台的上方,所述出风口位于蜗壳的底部并与所述排烟管对接。
作为优选,所述排烟管设置在所述吸烟罩的下方,且所述排烟管的宽度大于所述吸烟罩的宽度,所述抽屉位于排烟管的一侧。
作为优选,所述吸烟罩的进烟口上竖直设有挡烟板,所述挡烟板的上端摆动连接在所述吸烟罩上,所述挡烟板与位于吸烟罩上的摆动机构连接,所述摆动机构可驱动所述挡烟板向外翻转,向外翻转所述挡烟板可使其呈倾斜状拦设在所述进烟口的上方

1、提升吸进效率,达到降低能耗的目的;
2、在灶体中未安装风道组件,增大灶体中的储物空间;
3、缩短油烟排风流经的通道长度,使油烟快速排出;
4、风机维修或更换更加便捷。
