一种吸油烟机导流装置,包括上导流筒(6)和下导流筒(9),下导流筒(9)外径小于上导流筒内径(6),下导流筒(9)上端伸入上导流筒(6)下端内且二者间有间距(7)。下导流筒(9)外侧有环形风道(8),环形风道(8)一侧有进风口(4),环形风道(8)自进风口(4)一侧到其对侧逐渐向上倾斜并通过间距(7)后与上导流筒(6)内腔相连通。采用该导流装置,可降低吸油烟机的运行噪音和能耗,提高吸排油烟效率。

Description

吸油烟机导流装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸油烟机。具体说,是厨房吸油烟机上的具有节能、消噪功能的导流装置。
背景技术
众所周知,为排除炒菜过程中产生的油烟,大多数厨房内都安装有吸油烟机。传统的吸油烟机含有一个吸油烟筒,吸油烟筒的里端安装有风机,风机的进口朝下并对准灶具。工作时,由灶具上菜锅内产生的油烟直接被风机的进口吸入后,再通过风机的出风口和吸油烟筒排出室外。虽然采用这种吸油烟机可以排除厨房内的油烟,但由于油烟直接被吸入风机内,使得风机内易结油垢,需要经常对吸油烟机进行清洗,不仅使用起来比较麻烦,而且会缩短吸油烟机的使用寿命。
为克服以上问题,苏州天地创电器科技有限公司向市场投放了一批油烟与风机相分离的吸油烟机。这种吸油烟机包括风机和导流装置,其中的导流装置含有正方体盒、上导流筒和下导流筒,上导流筒内径大于下导流筒外径。正方体盒的顶板和底板上分别加工有上孔和下孔,上导流筒处于正方体盒的顶板之上,上导流筒下端连接在上孔四周。所述下导流筒处于正方体盒内,下导流筒下端与下孔四周连接在一起,下导流筒上端伸入下导流筒内,使得下导流筒的上端外圆与上导流筒的下端内圆间留有油烟通过的间距。正方体盒的一个侧壁上加工有进风口,安装状态下,所述进风口与风机的出风口相连,所述下孔与灶具相对应。工作时,室内空气在风机作用下,通过风机出口、正方体盒上的进风口和正方体盒与下导流筒四周间的环形风道后,再穿过下导流筒上端与上导流筒下端间的间距进入上导流筒的同时,将灶具产生的油烟依次吸入下导流筒和上导流筒,最后,从上导流筒上端排出室外。这种吸油烟机,油烟与风机相分离,不仅可避免风机结垢情况发生,减少对吸油烟机的清洗,而且可延长吸油烟机的使用寿命。但由于正方体盒的内腔仍为正方体,使得从进风口进入正方体盒内的具有一定压力的空气首先与正方体盒的后壁撞击后,向上转折并穿过后下导流筒上端与上导流筒下端间的间距后,再进入上导流筒内。其中,空气与正方体盒的后壁撞击,不仅会产生噪音,还会浪费不必要的电能,因此,采用这种导流装置的吸排油烟机,运行噪音大,耗能多,吸排油烟效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种吸油烟机导流装置。采用这种导流装置,可降低吸 油烟机的运行噪音和能耗,提高吸油烟效率。
本发明要解决的上述问题由以下技术方案实现:
本发明的吸油烟机导流装置包括上导流筒和下导流筒,下导流筒外径小于上导流筒内径,下导流筒上端伸入上导流筒下端内且二者间有间距。下导流筒外侧有环形风道,环形风道一侧有进风口,其特点是所述环形风道自进风口一侧到其对侧逐渐向上倾斜并通过所述间距后与上导流筒内腔相连通。
其中,所述环形风道包括位于进风口竖向两边与上导流筒两侧下端间的两个侧板,两个侧板均为近似直角三角形,其一个直边与进风口的相应竖边连为一体,其另一个直边间连有顶板。顶板前边为直边并与进风口的上边连为一体,顶板后边为弧形边并与上导流筒的下端前侧外圆连为一体。两个侧板的斜边间有导流板,导流板上有通孔,下导流筒穿入该通孔内。导流板的左右两边与相应的侧板斜边间、导流板后边与上导流筒下边间、导流板后边与上导流筒后边间均连为一体,使得导流板前边低于其后边,在其表面与下导流筒下端面间形成倾角。
所述倾角大于90度,且小于180度。
优选的倾角为120~160度。
最佳的倾角为150度。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述进风口处有第一法兰。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,下导流筒的下端有第二法兰,第二法兰所处平面与第一法兰所处平面垂直。
本发明的更进一步改进方案是,下导流筒的下端有第二法兰,第二法兰所处平面与第一法兰所处平面垂直。
由上述方案可已看出,由于所述环形风道自进风口一侧到其对侧逐渐向上倾斜并通过所述间距后与上导流筒内腔相连通。使得从进风口进入环形风道的具有一定压力的空气沿着逐渐向上倾斜的风道直接穿过下导流筒上端与上导流筒下端间的间距后进入上导流筒,与背景技术相比,避免了与正方体盒的后壁撞击,从而大大降低了吸排油烟机的运行噪音和能耗,提高了吸排油烟效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的吸油烟机导流装置包括上导流筒6、下导流筒9,下导流筒9 外径小于上导流筒6内径,下导流筒9上端伸入上导流筒6下端内且二者间留有间距7。下导流筒9外侧设置有环形风道8,环形风道8一侧设置有进风口4,所述环形风道8自进风口4一侧到其对侧逐渐向上倾斜并通过所述间距7后与上导流筒6内腔相连通。
其中,所述环形风道8包括位于进风口4竖向两边与上导流筒6两侧下端间的两个侧板12,两个侧板12均为近似直角三角形,其一个直边与进风口4的相应竖边连为一体,其另一个直边间连有顶板5。顶板5前边为直边并与进风口4的上边连为一体,顶板5后边为弧形边并与上导流筒6的下端前侧外圆连为一体。两个侧板12的斜边间连有导流板11,导流板11上加工有通孔,下导流筒9穿入该通孔内。导流板11的左右两边与相应侧板12的斜边间、导流板11后边与上导流筒6的下边间均连为一体,使得导流板11前边低于其后边,从而在其表面与下导流筒9下端面间形成倾角а。
其中,所述倾角а可在110度~170度之间选择。最佳的倾角为150度。
为便于安装时与吸油烟机的风机3的出口2连接,在所述进风口4处安装有第一法兰1。
为美观起见,在下导流筒9的下端安装有第二法兰10,第二法兰10所处平面与第一法兰1所处平面垂直。
使用状态下,还配置有风机3,风机3的进口与室内空气连通,风机3的出口2通过第一法兰1和紧固件与环形风道8的进风口4相连。所述下导流筒9的下端正对厨房灶具。启动风机3,室内空气在风机3的作用下,通过风机3的进口和出口2、环形风道8的进风口4,进入环形风道8内。进入环形风道8的具有一定压力的空气沿着逐渐向上倾斜的风道直接穿过下导流筒9的上端与上导流筒6的下端间的间距7后进入上导流筒6的同时,将灶具产生的油烟依次通过下导流筒9吸入上导流筒6,最后,从上导流筒6上端排出室外。

  1. 吸油烟机导流装置,包括上导流筒和下导流筒,下导流筒外径小于上导流筒内径,下导流筒上端伸入上导流筒下端内且二者间有间距;下导流筒外侧有环形风道,环形风道一侧有进风口,其特征在于:所述环形风道自进风口一侧到其对侧逐渐向上倾斜并通过所述间距后与上导流筒内腔相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:所述环形风道包括位于进风口竖向两边与上导流筒两侧下端间的两个侧板,两个侧板均为近似直角三角形,其一个直边与进风口的相应竖边连为一体,其另一个直边间连有顶板;顶板前边为直边并与进风口的上边连为一体,顶板后边为弧形边并与上导流筒的下端前侧外圆连为一体;两个侧板的斜边间有导流板,导流板上有通孔,下导流筒穿入该通孔内;导流板的左右两边与相应的侧板斜边间、导流板后边与上导流筒下边间、导流板后边与上导流筒后边间均连为一体,使得导流板前边低于其后边,在其表面与下导流筒下端面间形成倾角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:所述倾角大于90度,且小于180度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:所述倾角为120~160度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:所述倾角为150度。
  6. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:所述进风口处有第一法兰。
  7. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:下导流筒的下端有第二法兰,第二法兰所处平面与第一法兰所处平面垂直。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的吸油烟机导流装置,其特征在于:下导流筒的下端有第二法兰,第二法兰所处平面与第一法兰所处平面垂直。
