본 발명의 일 구현예에 의한 마그네슘 합근 판재는 전체 100중량 %에 대해, A1: 3 중량% 초과 및 5중량% 이하, Zn: 0.5중량%내지 1.5증량%, Mn: 0.1중량% 내지 0.5중량%, B: 0.001중량% 내지 0.01중량%, Y: 0.1중량 % 내지 0.5중량%, 잔부 마그네슘 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을포함할 수 있다.
