在本具体实施例中,判断装置10存储至少一机台标准数据,当至少一机台讯息20超出该至少一机台标准数据时即判定为异常,例如:判断装置10存储液晶面板制造机台的机台标准数据(工作温度为235℃~245℃、夹具的夹持位置在距离基板的边缘5~8毫米处、原料最少剩余量),当所获取的液晶面板制造机台的工作温度为240℃等机台讯息20皆在机台标准数据内时,则判断装置10判定为正常,但若所获取的液晶面板制造机台的工作温度等机台讯息20有任一个超出至少一机台标准数据时,则判断装置10判定为异常并立即发出警示讯息21。
另外,本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1的讯息转换装置11是与判断装置10相连,例如通过网络或线路电性相连。讯息转换装置11设置为将警示讯息21转换为通讯讯息22。具体而言,讯息转换装置11可为看门狗(watch dog)程序,设置为将判断装置10所传来的警示讯息21转换为可 传输至行动装置(例如:智能手机)所安装的通讯应用程序编程接口的通讯讯息22。
本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1的传输装置12与讯息转换装置11相连,例如通过网络或线路电性相连。传输装置12设置为发出通讯讯息22。具体而言,传输装置12可为网络服务器,通过网络将具有工作机台2、3异常状况的通讯讯息22发出,且传输装置12存储至少一用户的应用软件账号,以将通讯讯息22发送至用户的应用软件账号,以及时的接收讯息。
此外,本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1包括两个行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14;行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14分别与传输装置12相连,例如通过网络相连。行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14设置为接收通讯讯息22。具体而言,行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14可为安装于智能手机的应用软件,通过网络接收来自传输装置12的通讯讯息22,以使相关用户运用随身携带的智能手机实时了解工厂情况。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10于机台讯息20超出机台标准数据时,除了将警示讯息21传输至讯息转换装置11外,也会将警示讯息21传输至电子邮件程序接口16、17,例如工厂内部的电子邮件。这样,相关用户也能在个人的台式机上通过电子邮箱收到警讯,以了解工厂情况。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10可将警示讯息21依照时间分为三个等级用不同颜色来区分,其中黄色表示刚刚发送的警讯;橙色表示黄色警讯在一定时间内没有被处理;红色表示橙色警讯在特定时间内没有被处理。例如:一开始,判断装置10判定液晶面板制造机台的工作温度为255℃已超出机台标准数据工作温度为235℃~245℃,即立即发出黄色的警示讯息21。当过10分钟后,判断装置10判定液晶面板制造机台的工作温度仍超 出机台标准数据工作温度时,即立即发出橙色的警示讯息21。接着,当过20分钟后,判断装置10判定液晶面板制造机台的工作温度仍然超出机台标准数据工作温度时,即立即发出红色的警示讯息21,以提醒相关用户能够尽速处理。
图2为本申请一实施例中一种实时警讯通知方法的步骤图,请参阅图1、图2,图中,一种实时警讯通知方法,包含下列步骤:
步骤S1,判断装置10获取至少一机台讯息20,例如,判断装置10获取液晶面板制造机台的机台讯息20,如:工作温度讯息、夹具的夹持位置讯息、原料讯息等。
接着,步骤S2,判断至少一机台讯息20是否存在异常,例如判断装置10存储至少一机台标准数据,通过机台标准数据与机台讯息20的比较,来进行判断机台讯息20是否存在异常。
步骤S3,若存在异常,则发出警示讯息21,若无存在异常,则继续获取至少一机台讯息20持续监控,例如,当所获取的液晶面板制造机台的工作温度为240℃等机台讯息20皆在机台标准数据内时,则判断装置10判定为正常,判断装置10继续获取机台讯息20持续监控,但若判断装置10所获取的液晶面板制造机台的工作温度等机台讯息20有任一个超出至少一机台标准数据时,则判断装置10判定为异常并立即发出警示讯息21。
步骤S4,转换警示讯息21为通讯讯息22,例如,为看门狗(watch dog)程序的讯息转换装置11设置为将判断装置10所传来的警示讯息21转换为可传输至行动装置(例如:智能手机)所安装的通讯应用程序编程接口的通讯讯息22。
步骤S5,发出通讯讯息22到行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14,例如,传输装置12通过网络将具有工作机台2、3异常状况的通讯讯息22发出,且传输装置12存储至少一用户的应用软件账号,以将通讯讯息22发送至用户的应用软件账号,而安装于智能手机的应用软件,则可通过网络接收来自传输装置12的通讯讯息22,以使相关用户运用随身携带的智慧手机实时了解工厂情况。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10于机台讯息20超出机台标准数据时,除了将警示讯息21传输至讯息转换装置11外,也会将警示讯息21传输至电子邮件程序接口16、17,例如工厂内部的电子邮件。这样,相关用户也能在个人的台式机上通过电子信箱能收到警讯,以了解工厂情况。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10可将警示讯息21依照时间分为三个等级用不同颜色来区分,其中黄色表示刚刚发送的警讯;橙色表示黄色警讯在一定时间内没有被处理;红色表示橙色警讯在特定时间内没有被处理。例如:一开始,判断装置10判定液晶面板制造机台的工作温度为255℃已超出机台标准数据工作温度为235℃~245℃,即立即发出黄色的警示讯息21。当过10分钟后,判断装置10判定液晶面板制造机台的工作温度仍超出机台标准数据工作温度时,即立即发出橙色的警示讯息21。接着,当过20分钟后,判断装置10判定液晶面板制造机台的工作温度仍然超出机台标准数据工作温度时,即立即发出红色的警示讯息21,以提醒相关用户能够尽速处理。
本申请提供另一实施例,请参阅图1,一种半导体制造机台的实时警讯通知系统1,其与两个工作机台2、3相连(如通过网络或线路电性相连),将工作机台2、3异常状况实时发送给相应处理用户。在本实施例中,实 时警讯通知系统1通过网络与工作机台2、3相连。而工作机台2、3可为液晶面板制造机台、半导体制造机台、发光二极管制造机台等,在本实施例中工作机台2、3为半导体制造机台,但不限于此。
本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1包括判断装置10、讯息转换装置11、传输装置12以及两个行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14。判断装置10系设置为获取工作机台2、3的至少一机台讯息20并判断机台讯息20是否存在异常。在本实施例中,判断装置10获取半导体制造机台的机台讯息20,例如:半导体芯片中的裂痕讯息、半导体芯片中的灰尘讯息、原料讯息等,并判断机台讯息20是否存在异常。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10存储至少一机台标准数据,当至少一机台讯息20超出该至少一机台标准数据时即判定为异常,例如:判断装置10存储半导体制造机台的机台标准数据(裂痕讯息为无、灰尘讯息为无、原料最少剩余量),当所获取的半导体制造机台的半导体芯片中的裂痕讯息、半导体芯片中的灰尘讯息、原料讯息等机台讯息20皆在机台标准数据内时,则判断装置10判定为正常,但若所获取的半导体制造机台的裂痕讯息等机台讯息20有任一个超出至少一机台标准数据时,则判断装置10判定为异常并立即发出警示讯息21。
另外,本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1的讯息转换装置11与判断装置10相连,例如通过网络或线路电性相连。讯息转换装置11设置为将警示讯息21转换为通讯讯息22。具体而言,讯息转换装置11可为看门狗(watch dog)程序,设置为将判断装置10所传来的警示讯息21转换为可传输至行动装置(例如:智能手机)所安装的通讯应用程序编程接口的通讯讯息22。
本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1的传输装置12与讯息转换装置11相连,例如通过网络或线路电性相连。传输装置12设置为发出通讯讯息22。具体而言,传输装置12可为网络服务器,通过网络将具有工作机台2、3异常状况的通讯讯息22发出,且传输装置12存储至少一用户的应用软件账号,以将通讯讯息22发送至用户的应用软件账号。
此外,本实施例的实时警讯通知系统1包括两个行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14与传输装置12相连,例如通过网络相连。行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14设置为接收通讯讯息22。具体而言,行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14可为安装于智能手机的应用软件,通过网络接收来自传输装置12的通讯讯息22,以使相关用户运用行动装置(具体的可以是便携式的移动终端,诸如智能手机,但是不限于此)实时了解工厂情况。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10于机台讯息20超出机台标准数据时,除了将警示讯息21传输至讯息转换装置11外,也会将警示讯息21传输至电子邮件程序接口16、17,例如工厂内部的电子邮件。这样,相关用户也能在个人的台式机上通过电子邮箱收到警讯,以了解工厂情况。

接着,请参阅图1、图2,一种半导体制造机台的实时警讯通知方法,包含下列步骤:
步骤S1,判断装置10获取至少一机台讯息20,例如,判断装置10获取半导体制造机台的机台讯息20,如:半导体芯片中的裂痕讯息、半导体芯片中的灰尘讯息、原料讯息等。
接着,步骤S2,判断至少一机台讯息20是否存在异常,例如判断装置10存储至少一机台标准数据,通过机台标准数据与机台讯息20的比较,来进行判断机台讯息20是否存在异常。
步骤S3,若存在异常,则发出一警示讯息21,若无存在异常,则继续获取至少一机台讯息20持续监控,例如,当所获取的半导体制造机台的裂痕讯息、灰尘讯息等机台讯息20皆在机台标准数据内时,则判断装置10判定为正常,判断装置10继续获取机台讯息20持续监控,但若判断装置10所获取的半导体制造机台的裂痕讯息、灰尘讯息等机台讯息20有任一个超出至少一机台标准数据时,则判断装置10判定为异常并立即发出警示讯息21。
步骤S4,转换警示讯息21为通讯讯息22,例如,为看门狗(watch dog)程序的讯息转换装置11设置为将判断装置10所传来的警示讯息21转换为可传输至行动装置(例如:智能手机)所安装的通讯应用程序编程接口的通讯讯息22。
步骤S5,发出通讯讯息22到行动装置应用程序编程接口13、14,例如,传输装置12通过网络将具有工作机台2、3异常状况的通讯讯息22发出,且传输装置12存储至少一用户的应用软件账号,以将通讯讯息22 发送至用户的应用软件账号,而安装于智能手机的应用软件,则可通过网络接收来自传输装置12的通讯讯息22,以使相关用户运用随身携带的智慧手机实时了解工厂情况。
在本具体实施例中,判断装置10于机台讯息20超出机台标准数据时,除了将警示讯息21传输至讯息转换装置11外,也会将警示讯息21传输至电子邮件程序接口16、17,例如工厂内部的电子邮件。这样,相关用户也能在个人的台式机上通过电子信箱能收到警讯,以了解工厂情况。

基于上述,本申请提供了能够突破时间及空间限制,相关用户运用随身携带的智能手机实时了解工厂情况的实时警讯通知系统及方法,且实时警讯通知系统运用应用软件功能能多人同时沟通进行讨论,对工作机台异常状况做快速后续处理。
具体应用中,应用软件可以是通信软件、互动式软件,比如QQ、微信,但是不限于此。
本发明的技术方案应可以应用于多个领域,例如:工作机台可为液晶 面板制造机台、半导体制造机台、发光二极管制造机台的光电产业领域,工作机台可为烤箱、瓦斯炉、电饭锅、蒸笼的餐饮领域,工作机台可为引擎、内燃机的车辆交通运输领域,但是不限于此。这样,当各领域的工作机台超出机台标准数据时,以提醒相关用户能够尽速处理。
需要说明的是,在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详细描述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种实时警讯通知系统,其与至少一工作机台相连,所述实时警讯通知系统包括:
    判断装置,设置为获取所述至少一工作机台的至少一机台讯息,并判断所述至少一机台讯息是否存在异常及发出警示讯息;
    讯息转换装置,与所述判断装置相连,设置为将所述警示讯息转换为通讯讯息;
    传输装置,与所述讯息转换装置相连,设置为发出所述通讯讯息;以及
    至少一行动装置应用程序编程接口,与所述传输装置相连,设置为接收所述通讯讯息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,包括至少一电子邮件程序接口,与所述判断装置相连,设置为接收所述警示讯息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述至少一行动装置应用程序编程接口为应用软件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述判断装置存储至少一机台标准数据,当所述至少一机台讯息超出所述至少一机台标准数据时即判定为异常。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述传输装置存储至少一用户的应用软件账号。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述工作机台为液晶面板制造机台。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述工作机台为半导体制造机台。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述工作机台为发光二极管制造机台。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述机台讯息包括工作温度讯息、夹具的夹持位置讯息及原料讯息中的至少一种。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述标准数据为:
    工作温度为235℃~245℃、夹具的夹持位置位于基板边缘5毫米~8毫米处及原料最少剩余量。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述机台讯息包括半导体芯片的裂痕讯息、半导体芯片的灰尘讯息及原料讯息中的至少一种。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述标准数据为:无裂痕讯息、无灰尘讯息及原料最少剩余量。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的实时警讯通知系统,其中,所述判断装置被设置为将所述警示讯息依照时间分为三个等级、并用不同颜色来区分;其中,黄色表示刚刚发送的警讯;橙色表示黄色警讯在第一预设时间内没有被处理;红色表示橙色警讯在第二预设时间内没有被处理。
  14. 一种实时警讯通知方法,包括:
    获取至少一机台讯息;
    判断所述至少一机台讯息是否存在异常,若存在异常,则发出警示讯息;
    转换所述警示讯息为通讯讯息;
    发出所述通讯讯息到至少一行动装置应用程序编程接口。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,发出所述警示讯息到至少一电子邮件程序接口。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述至少一行动装置应用程序编 程接口为应用软件。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述应用软件包括通信软件、互动式软件中的任意一种。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,当所述至少一机台讯息超出至少一机台标准数据时即判定为异常。
  19. 一种实时警讯通知方法,包括:
    获取至少一机台讯息;
    判断所述至少一机台讯息是否存在异常,若存在异常,则发出警示讯息到至少一电子邮件程序接口;
    转换所述警示讯息为通讯讯息;
    发出所述通讯讯息到至少一用户的应用软件账号;
    其中当所述至少一机台讯息超出至少一机台标准数据时即判定为异常。
