1、在安装锁止器时,定位件实现锁止器的定位,而完成定位后锁止片抵接 在倒钩的端面上,此时,推杆与锁紧螺母未接触,把手远离钳子本体一侧,此后手握把手并使得把手靠近钳子本体,带动推杆向锁止片运动,把手运动过程中,推杆接触到锁紧螺母,此后继续用力转动把手,推杆顶压锁紧螺母,倒钩带动锁止片实现折弯,由此使得锁止片两端紧贴在锁紧螺母侧部,保证锁止片与锁紧螺母之间贴合紧密,进而使得锁止器稳定牢固安装,提高了锁止器的安装质量;整个作业过程不需要过多的操作空间,且不会发生工具滑脱事故,操作简便并提高作业效率。
2、定位件设置有定位卡槽,倒钩设置于定位卡槽的开口端,推杆穿设于定位卡槽的底侧,定位卡槽为锁止片及其对应的锁紧螺母提供容纳空间,实现锁止器的卡接定位,定位效果良好,而在锁止片折弯作业时,推杆穿过定位卡槽的底部,不会发生推杆滑落的现象,保证操作稳定性良好。
3、倒钩与锁止片的接触面与定位卡槽的底面相平行,且推杆与定位卡槽的底面相垂直,由此在推杆在顶压过程中,推杆垂直顶压锁紧螺母,使得推杆的顶压效果良好,保证推杆的推动更加稳定且不易滑落。
4、钳子本体的上侧设有导向套筒,导向套筒的一端与定位件的底部相连接,推杆穿设于导向套筒内,由此推杆在导向套筒内完成伸缩运动,避免在推杆运动过程发生滑脱现象,从而提高了该装置的稳定性;导向套筒可转动地安装于钳子本体,且导向套筒外侧套接有用于调节其松紧的调节螺母,基于上述结构,导向套筒可以转动从而带动定位件发生转动,从而使得该定位件能够进行360°调整,由此该安装装置能够适用于多种装配空间,使得不同身高的作业人员都可以舒适使用,适用性更佳且能够广泛普及。
5、推杆外侧套接有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端与导向套筒的端面相抵接,复位弹簧的另一端与连接件相抵接,由此推杆在完成锁止片折弯后可以自动复位,便于该安装装置进一步的使用。
6、倒钩的顶侧设置挡板,挡板与定位件的端面相平齐,倒钩的顶部设置有朝向推杆一侧的倾斜面,挡板在作业过程中能够进一步起到限位功能,同时在定位过程中可以用手按压挡板从而使得定位更轻松,挡板的结构使得该安装装置的操作更加简便,且舒适性良好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
应当理解的是,本发明中采用术语“第一”、“第二”等来描述各种信息,但这些信息不应限于这些术语,这些术语仅用来将同一类型的信息彼此区分开。例如,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,“第一”信息也可以被称为“第二”信息,类似的,“第二”信息也可以被称为“第一”信息。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供一种变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,包括钳子本体1,所述钳子本体1的上端设置有用于定位锁止片11a的定位件2,定位件2使得该安装装置实现定位,所述定位件2的上端设置有与锁止片11a相配合的倒钩3,所述定位件2的底侧设有沿所述钳子本体1的长度方向可活动设置的推杆4,所述钳子本体1的侧部可转动地安装有把手5,所述把手5通过连接件6而与所述推杆4相连接,所述把手5沿所述钳子本体1转动带动所述推杆4沿所述钳子本体1的长度方向做伸缩运动,参见图2和图3,为了使得锁止器11结构能够更清晰展示,图中挡板10已隐去,焊板支架12作为汽车换档拉索与发动机变速箱之间连接的载体,锁止器11设置在焊板支架12 上,锁止器11包括螺栓以位于锁紧螺母11b内的锁止片11a,图中螺杆未画出,锁止器11在安装时,首先进行锁止器11的定位,此时倒钩3与锁止片11a的端面相抵接,推杆4与锁紧螺母11b未接触,而把手5远离钳子本体1一侧,此后手握把手5并使得把手5靠近钳子本体1,把手5通过杠杆原理带动连接件6运动,而连接件6的运动进一步推动推杆4向锁止片11a运动,把手5运动过程中,推杆4接触到锁紧螺母11b,此后继续用力转动把手5,推杆4顶压锁紧螺母11b,倒钩3带动锁止片11a反向运动从而实现折弯,由此使得锁止片11a两端紧贴在锁紧螺母11b侧部,使得锁止器11稳定安装。在本实施例中,把手5在初始状态为远离钳子本体1位置,按压把手5靠近钳子本体1时完成锁止片11a的折弯,该种结构使得操作方便且省力,需要指出的是,其他设置形式也可以完成作业,例如把手5在初始状态为靠近钳子本体1设置,此后掰动把手5即可完成锁止片11a的折弯,只是本实施例为优选方案。
基于以上技术方案,在安装锁止器11时,定位件2实现锁止器11的定位,而完成定位后锁止片11a抵接在倒钩3的端面上,此时,推杆4与锁紧螺母11b未接触,把手5远离钳子本体1一侧,此后手握把手5并使得把手5靠近钳子本体1,带动推杆4向锁止片11a运动,把手5运动过程中,推杆4接触到锁紧螺母11b,此后继续用力转动把手5,推杆4顶压锁紧螺母11b,倒钩3带动锁止片11a实现折弯,由此使得锁止片11a两端紧贴在锁紧螺母11b侧部,保证锁止片11a与锁紧螺母11b之间贴合紧密,进而使得锁止器11稳定牢固安装,提高了锁止器11的安装质量;整个作业过程不需要过多的操作空间,且不会发生工具滑脱事故,操作简便并提高作业效率。
在本实施例中,所述定位件2设置有定位卡槽2a,所述倒钩3设置于所述定位卡槽2a的开口端,所述推杆4穿设于所述定位卡槽2a的底侧,定位卡槽2a为锁止片11a及其对应的锁紧螺母11b提供容纳空间,实现锁止器11的卡接定位,定位效果良好,而在锁止片11a折弯作业时,推杆4穿过定位卡槽2a的底部,不会发生推杆4滑落的现象,保证操作稳定性良好。进一步地,所述倒钩3与所述锁止片11a的接触面与所述定位卡槽2a的底面相平行,且所述推杆4与所述定位卡槽2a的底面相垂直,由此在推杆4在顶压过程中,推杆4垂直顶压锁紧螺母11b,使得推杆4的顶压效果良好,保证推杆4的推动更加稳定且 不易滑落。
其中,所述钳子本体1的侧部设置有与所述推杆4相垂直的转动轴7,所述连接件6的中部套设于所述转动轴7,所述连接件6的第一端部与所述把手5的一端相连接,所述连接件6的第二端部与所述推杆4的一端相连接,基于上述结构,连接件6沿转动轴7转动,而把手5通过连接件6而与推杆4相连接,且把手5的一端与连接件6的第一端部相连接,把手5以转动轴7作为支点利用杠杆原来带动推杆4做伸缩运动,即把手5沿转动轴7发生转动时,能够带动连接件6的第二端部发生推动,从而实现推杆4的推动,采用转动轴7的结构形式使得整个安装装置的结构更加合理,拆装维护更加方便。
具体地,所述钳子本体1设置有位于其两侧的第一凹槽1a和第二凹槽1b,所述第一凹槽1a和所述第二凹槽1b之间设置有通孔,所述第一凹槽1a和所述第二凹槽1b通过所述通孔相互贯通,所述转动轴7和所述连接件6的第一端部设置于所述第一凹槽1a一侧,所述推杆4和所述连接件6的第二端部设置于所述第二凹槽1b的一侧,上述结构使得钳子本体1两侧呈现镂空结构,在保证结构强度的前提下,为转动轴7、连接件6以及把手5提供活动空间,使得该安装装置正常运行,同时,镂空的结构也减少了该安装装置的重量,使得钳子本体1更轻便进而使得锁止片11a的折弯作业更加轻松。进一步地,所述连接件6包括折弯连接的第一杆件6a和第二杆件6b,所述第一杆件6a的一端与所述把手5相连接,所述第二杆件6b的一端与所述推杆4相连接,所述转动轴7穿设于所述第一杆件6a和所述第二杆件6b的连接处,且所述第一杆件6a和所述第二杆件6b相互垂直,在工作状态下,转动轴7作为支点,第一杆件6a和第二杆件6b分别作为杠杆的两个力臂,垂直设置的第一杆件6a和第二杆件6b使得两力臂最大化,进而使得把手5的转动更省力,从而使得该安装装置的折弯作业更加舒适。
为了使得推杆4能够稳定地做伸缩运动,所述钳子本体1的上侧设有导向套筒8,所述导向套筒8的一端与所述定位件2的底部相连接,所述推杆4穿设于所述导向套筒8内,由此推杆4在导向套筒8内完成伸缩运动,避免在推杆4运动过程发生滑脱现象,从而提高了该装置的稳定性。进一步地,所述导向套筒8可转动地安装于所述钳子本体1,且所述导向套筒8外侧套接有用于调节其 松紧的调节螺母8a,基于上述结构,导向套筒8可以转动从而带动定位件2发生转动,从而使得该定位件2能够进行360°调整,由此该安装装置可根据不同的作业空间重新设定装配角度,使得其能够适用于不同作业装配要求,基于此,该安装装置能够适用于多种装配空间,使得不同身高的作业人员都可以舒适使用,适用性更佳且能够广泛普及。
优选地,所述推杆4外侧套接有复位弹簧9,所述复位弹簧9的一端与所述导向套筒8的端面相抵接,所述复位弹簧9的另一端与所述连接件6相抵接,由此推杆4在完成锁止片11a折弯后可以自动复位,便于该安装装置进一步的使用。
此外,所述倒钩3的顶侧设置挡板10,所述挡板10与所述定位件2的端面相平齐,所述倒钩3的顶部设置有朝向所述推杆4一侧的倾斜面,倾斜面使得该倒钩3的边缘在工作时不会触碰到焊板支架12,由此使得该装置稳定工作,挡板10在作业过程中能够进一步起到限位功能,同时在定位过程中可以用手按压挡板10从而使得定位更轻松,挡板10的结构使得该安装装置的操作更加简便,且舒适性良好。
采用本发明实施例的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,在安装锁止器11时,定位件2实现锁止器11的定位,而完成定位后锁止片11a抵接在倒钩3的端面上,此时,推杆4与锁紧螺母11b未接触,把手5远离钳子本体1一侧,此后手握把手5并使得把手5靠近钳子本体1,带动推杆4向锁止片11a运动,把手5运动过程中,推杆4接触到锁紧螺母11b,此后继续用力转动把手5,推杆4顶压锁紧螺母11b,倒钩3带动锁止片11a实现折弯,由此使得锁止片11a两端紧贴在锁紧螺母11b侧部,保证锁止片11a与锁紧螺母11b之间贴合紧密,进而使得锁止器11稳定牢固安装,提高了锁止器11的安装质量;整个作业过程不需要过多的操作空间,且不会发生工具滑脱事故,操作简便并提高作业效率。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:包括钳子本体,所述钳子本体的上端设置有用于定位锁止片的定位件,所述定位件的上端设置有与锁止片相配合的倒钩,所述定位件的底侧设有沿所述钳子本体的长度方向可活动设置的推杆,所述钳子本体的侧部可转动地安装有把手,所述把手通过连接件而与所述推杆相连接,所述把手沿所述钳子本体转动带动所述推杆沿所述钳子本体的长度方向做伸缩运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述定位件设置有定位卡槽,所述倒钩设置于所述定位卡槽的开口端,所述推杆穿设于所述定位卡槽的底侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述倒钩与所述锁止片的接触面与所述定位卡槽的底面相平行,且所述推杆与所述定位卡槽的底面相垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述钳子本体的侧部设置有与所述推杆相垂直的转动轴,所述连接件的中部套设于所述转动轴,所述连接件的第一端部与所述把手的一端相连接,所述连接件的第二端部与所述推杆的一端相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述钳子本体设置有位于其两侧的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽之间设置有通孔,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽通过所述通孔相互贯通,所述转动轴和所述连接件的第一端部设置于所述第一凹槽一侧,所述推杆和所述连接件的第二端部设置于所述第二凹槽的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述连接件包括折弯连接的第一杆件和第二杆件,所述第一杆件的一端与所述把手相连接,所述第二杆件的一端与所述推杆相连接,所述转动轴穿设于所述第一杆件和所述第二杆件的连接处,且所述第一杆件和所述第二杆件相互垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述钳子本体的上侧设有导向套筒,所述导向套筒的一端 与所述定位件的底部相连接,所述推杆穿设于所述导向套筒内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述导向套筒可转动地安装于所述钳子本体,且所述导向套筒外侧套接有用于调节其松紧的调节螺母。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述推杆外侧套接有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与所述导向套筒的端面相抵接,所述复位弹簧的另一端与所述连接件相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的变速箱与换挡拉索之间的锁止器安装装置,其特征在于:所述倒钩的顶侧设置挡板,所述挡板与所述定位件的端面相平齐,所述倒钩的顶部设置有朝向所述推杆一侧的倾斜面。
