  • Patent Document 1 discloses a ticket issuance / refund system that enables efficient purchase of a ticket and cancellation of a purchased ticket with a personal computer at home and an apparatus having an image reading function and a printer function. According to the present invention, the ownership of the canceled ticket is transferred to the user waiting for the cancellation, and the useless vacant seats due to the cancellation can be reduced. However, when the user cancels the ticket, the ticket described in the ticket is used. After reading the ID, applying for a ticket cancellation request to the ticket issuing center, and collating with the database, it is necessary for the user to invalidate the ticket by himself and notify the ticket issuing center of the result. However, there remains a problem that it takes time and effort.
