本公开要求在2018年07月02日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810707366.0的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本文涉及干衣技术领域,例如涉及一种具有烘干功能的洗衣机。
背景技术
目前,洗衣机不仅限于洗涤、漂洗等功能,具有烘干功能的洗衣机越来越受到青睐。具有烘干功能的洗衣机包括烘干装置,烘干装置与洗衣机外筒之间通过风道连接,烘干装置产生的热风由风道进入外筒,对内筒中的衣物进行烘干。一般情况下,在风道内设置有加强筋,用于增加风道的强度。但是加强筋的设置,使得风的能量部分损失,影响烘干效果;且加强筋使得生产工艺更复杂,加工成本更高。
发明内容
本文提供了一种具有烘干功能的洗衣机,以解决现有技术中存在的烘干效果差、加工成本高的技术问题。
如上构思,本文所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有烘干功能的洗衣机,包括外筒和烘干装置,所述烘干装置与所述外筒之间通过柔性风道连接,所述柔性风道的内部设置有支撑环,所述支撑环的外壁与所述柔性风道的内壁抵接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本文的技术方案。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本文,而非对本文的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本文相关的部分而非全部。
参见图1至图9,本发明实施例提供一种具有烘干功能的洗衣机,包括外筒1和烘干装置2,烘干装置2与外筒1之间通过柔性风道3连接,柔性风道3的内部设置有支撑环4,支撑环4的外壁与柔性风道3的内壁抵接。
通过在柔性风道3的内部设置支撑环4,保证柔性风道3的强度,防止柔性风道3产生较大的变形,保证风的流动顺畅;省略了加强筋的设置,不会阻挡风的流动,简化了加工工艺,降低了生产成本;支撑环4的外壁与柔性风道3的内壁抵接,支撑环4的占用空间小,不影响柔性风道3内流体的流动,降低了风能的损失,烘干效果更好。
柔性风道3的内壁上设置有配置为固定支撑环4的定位部31,定位部31与支撑环4卡接。定位部31对支撑环4定位,防止在使用过程中支撑环4移位,主要防止支撑环4沿风的流动方向移位,使得柔性风道3的使用更加稳固。
定位部31包括沿流体的流动方向间隔设置的第一凸起311和第二凸起312,支撑环4嵌入第一凸起311和所述第二凸起312之间。支撑环4的两端分别与第一凸起311和第二凸起312抵接,第一凸起311和第二凸起312配置为对支撑环4的两端限位。因为柔性风道3具有弹性,因此支撑环4能够安装于第一凸起311和第二凸起312之间。为了保证支撑环4的外壁与柔性风道3的内壁抵接,当支撑环4安装于第一凸起311和第二凸起312之间时,使得风道产生较小的弹性变形,即支撑环4的大小可根据风道的周向大小来设置。
在一些实施例中,第一凸起311和第二凸起312中至少之一为沿柔性风道3的周向分布的环形凸起,即第一凸起311和第二凸起312可以是沿柔性风道3的周向连续延伸的凸起,便于加工生产,也能保证对支撑环4定位的稳固性。在一些实施例中,多个第一凸起311沿柔性风道3的周向间隔分布;在一些实施例中,多个第二凸起312沿柔性风道3的周向间隔分布;第一凸起311和第二凸起312可以是沿柔性风道3的周向间断的凸起,能够简化结构,减小对柔性风道3内的风的流动的影响,此时可以使多个第一凸起311和第二凸起312对支撑环4的端面进行均匀抵接,使得支撑环4定位稳固。
在本实施例中,支撑环4包括两个直线段41和两个弧形段42,两个直线段41间隔平行设置,每个直线段41的两端均设置有弧形段42,每个弧形段42的两个端部分别与两个直线段41连接。在此将支撑环4设置为长条形,一方面与柔性风道3的形状匹配,另一方面防止支撑环4绕自身轴线转动,保证支撑环4定位稳固,进而对柔性风道3的支撑更稳固。
柔性风道3的入口与烘干装置2的出口相连通,烘干装置2的出口处设置有出风管21,出风管21与柔性风道3卡接,便于安装与拆卸。为了减少风的损失,将出风管21的端部插入柔性风道3的入口处,然后将出风管21与柔性风道3卡接。
出风管21的外表面上设置有卡凸211,柔性风道3的内壁上设置有能够与卡凸211配合的凹槽32。将出风管21的端部插入柔性风道3的入口处,使得卡凸211插入凹槽32内,即可将出风管21与柔性风道3卡接。在本实施例中,卡凸211沿出风管21的外表面周向设置,凹槽32沿柔性风道3的内壁周向设置,卡凸211与凹槽32的配合,不仅用于连接出风管21与柔性风道3,同时起到密封作用,防止柔性风道3内的风外泄,保证风的利用率。
在一些实施例中,烘干装置2包括风机22,风道的出口与外筒1连通,便于将烘干装置2内的风送入外筒1,进而对内筒中的衣物进行烘干。在风机22将风吹入内筒的同时,内筒以设定的转停比运行,使得衣物被充分抖散。其中,设定的转停比与内筒中衣物的重量有关,可根据实际情况设置。
在一些实施例中,外筒1的上部设置有出气管11,便于空气流动交换。出气管11的出气端设置有栅格12,防止在洗涤的时候漏水。栅格12与出气管11转动连接,栅格12的倾斜方向可调节,通过改变栅格12的倾斜方向能够调节出气端的出气量,也能够防止洗涤的时候漏水。多个栅格12并排设置,当内筒 甩干时,通过调节栅格12的倾斜方向,避免漏水。
在一些实施例中,烘干装置2还包括加热管23,风机22位于烘干装置2的入口处,加热管23位于烘干装置2的出口处。在烘干过程中,可以只启动风机22进行烘干,加热管23不工作,此时只有风机22吹风进内筒,而加热管23不发热,能够节省电能,当然烘干时间会较长,适用于用户时间充足,不急于干衣的情况下;也可以同时启动风机22和加热管23,此时风机22将被加热管23加热的风吹进内筒,提高了烘干效率,节省了时间,适用于用户急于干衣的情况下。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种具有烘干功能的洗衣机,包括外筒(1)和烘干装置(2),所述烘干装置(2)与所述外筒(1)之间通过柔性风道(3)连接,所述柔性风道(3)的内部设置有支撑环(4),所述支撑环(4)的外壁与所述柔性风道(3)的内壁抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述柔性风道(3)的内壁上设置有配置为固定所述支撑环(4)的定位部(31),所述定位部(31)与所述支撑环(4)卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述定位部(31)包括沿流体的流动方向间隔设置的第一凸起(311)和第二凸起(312),所述支撑环(4)嵌入所述第一凸起(311)和所述第二凸起(312)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述第一凸起(311)和所述第二凸起(312)中至少之一为沿所述柔性风道(3)的周向分布的环形凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,多个所述第一凸起(311)沿所述柔性风道(3)的周向间隔分布。
  6. 根据权利要求3或5所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,多个所述第二凸起(312)沿所述柔性风道(3)的周向间隔分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述支撑环(4)包括两个直线段(41)和两个弧形段(42),两个所述直线段(41)间隔平行设置,每个所述直线段(41)的两端均设置有所述弧形段(42),每个所述弧形段(42)的两个端部分别与两个所述直线段(41)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述风道的入口与所述烘干装置(2)的出口相连通,所述烘干装置(2)的出口处设置有出风管 (21),所述出风管(21)与所述柔性风道(3)卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述出风管(21)的端部插入柔性风道(3)的入口处。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述出风管(21)的外表面上设置有卡凸(211),所述柔性风道(3)的内壁上设置有能够与所述卡凸(211)配合的凹槽(32)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述卡凸(211)沿出风管(21)的外表面周向设置,所述凹槽(32)沿所述柔性风道(3)的内壁周向设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述风道的出口与所述外筒(1)连通,所述外筒(1)的上部设置有出气管(11)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的具有烘干功能的洗衣机,其中,所述出气管(11)的出气端设置有栅格(12),所述栅格(12)与所述出气管(11)转动连接,所述栅格(12)的倾斜方向可调节。
