Abstract

L'invention concerne, entre autres, un procédé de détection d'un véhicule (21) circulant directement derrière un véhicule précédent (20) dans un tronçon de route prédéterminé (30) d'un trajet (10). Selon l'invention, un signal d'autorisation (F(t1)) est généré au moyen d'un dispositif de surveillance de tronçon de route, qui surveille si le tronçon de route (30) prédéterminé est occupé ou non occupé, dès que le tronçon de route (30) redevient libre après un état occupé précédent, en utilisant une indication de temps côté route (t1) du dispositif de surveillance de la route, laquelle indication de temps indique le moment où la voie devient libre, une information de position (S(t2)) du véhicule précédent (20), laquelle information de position (S(t2)) a été déterminée par le véhicule précédent (20) à un moment de détermination de position après avoir quitté la voie (30), une indication de temps côté véhicule (t2) indiquant l'heure de détermination de l'emplacement et une indication de vitesse (V) indiquant la vitesse du véhicule précédent (20), l'emplacement (S'(t1), S'(t1')) de l'extrémité du véhicule du véhicule précédent (20) étant calculé au moment où la section de route (30) devient libre, la distance (A) entre l'extrémité de tronçon (31) du tronçon de voie (30) et l'emplacement calculé (S'(t1), S'(t1), S'(t1')) de l'extrémité du véhicule est déterminée et il est vérifié, en utilisant la distance (A), si un véhicule (21) roule directement derrière le véhicule précédent (20).
