如图1和2所示,一种基于骨架的新型装饰革,包括基材层2、骨架、装饰层1、粘结料4。基材层2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4.5份、发泡剂3.5份、碳酸钙35份;所述的装饰层1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂45份、色饼15份;增塑剂可优选为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。所述的骨架包括多个捻合纤维丝5;所述的捻合纤维丝5包括玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝;所述的玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝捻合形成捻合纤维丝5;捻合纤维丝5由1100根莫达尔纤维丝与1300根玻璃纤维丝捻合而成;玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝的直径为18微米。所述的基材层2和装饰层1通过热压贴合连接;所述的基材层2的上端面上设有多个基材层安装槽21;所述的装饰层1的下端 面上设有多个装饰层安装槽11;所述的多个基材层安装槽21和多个装饰层安装槽11位置对应且对贴形成多个骨架安装槽3;所述的骨架安装槽3内灌注粘结料4;粘结料4可优选为粘结砂浆。所述的每个骨架安装槽3内的粘结料4内穿接粘结一个捻合纤维丝5。本发明的PVC树脂可优先为三型PVC树脂。
一种基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备及开槽:将基材层中的各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机中的温度为175℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼、开炼、压延,得到基材层初料;然后通过开槽机在基材层初料的一侧面上开槽,切割出多个基材层安装槽;
S2、装饰层的制备及开槽:将装饰层中的各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机中的温度为185℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼、开炼、压延,得到装饰层初料;然后通过开槽机在装饰层初料的一侧面上开槽,切割出多个装饰层安装槽;
S3、热压贴合:将基材层和装饰层至于复合机上,经过预热、展平、贴合、冷却工序,同时保持基材层安装槽和装饰层安装槽对贴形成多个骨架安装槽,形成装饰革预成型体;
S4、骨架的制备:将多根玻璃纤维丝和多根莫达尔纤维丝捻合形成捻合纤维丝;将1100根莫达尔纤维丝与1300根玻璃纤维丝捻合而成;
S5、灌注粘结料:在步骤S3中形成的多个骨架安装槽内灌注粘结料,然后在每个骨架安装槽内的粘结料中插入一个捻合纤维丝,然后进行加热固化、冷却成型,得到装饰革。加热温度为90℃,加热时间为25min。
实施例3
如图1和2所示,一种基于骨架的新型装饰革,包括基材层2、骨架、装饰层1、粘结料4。基材层2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂5份、发泡剂4份、碳酸钙40份;所述的装饰层1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂50份、色饼20份;增塑剂可优选为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。所述的骨架包括多个捻合纤维丝5;所述的捻合纤维丝5包括玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝;所述的玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝捻合形成捻合纤维丝5;捻合纤维丝5由1200根莫达尔纤维丝与1200根玻璃纤维丝捻合而成;玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝的直径为20微米。所述的基材层2和装饰层1通过热压贴合连接;所述的基材层2的上端面上设有多个基材层安装槽21;所述的装饰层1的下端面上设有多个装饰层安装槽11;所述的多个基材层安装槽21和多个装饰层安装槽11位置对应且对贴形成多个骨架安装槽3;所述的骨架安装槽3内灌注粘结料4;粘结料4可优选为粘结砂浆。所述的每个骨架安装槽3内的粘结料4内穿接粘结一个捻合纤维丝5。本发明的PVC树脂可优先为三型PVC树脂。
一种基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备及开槽:将基材层中的各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机中的温度为180℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼、开炼、压延,得到基材层初料;然后通过开槽机在基材层初料的一侧面上开槽,切割出多个基材层安装槽;
S2、装饰层的制备及开槽:将装饰层中的各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机中的温度为190℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼、开炼、压延,得到装饰层初料;然后通过开槽机在装饰层初料的一侧面上开槽,切割出多个装饰层安装槽;
S3、热压贴合:将基材层和装饰层至于复合机上,经过预热、展平、贴合、冷却工序,同时保持基材层安装槽和装饰层安装槽对贴形成多个骨架安装槽,形成装饰革预成型体;
S4、骨架的制备:将多根玻璃纤维丝和多根莫达尔纤维丝捻合形成捻合纤维丝;将1200根莫达尔纤维丝与1200根玻璃纤维丝捻合而成;
S5、灌注粘结料:在步骤S3中形成的多个骨架安装槽内灌注粘结料,然后在每个骨架安装槽内的粘结料中插入一个捻合纤维丝,然后进行加热固化、冷却成型,得到装饰革。加热温度为100℃,加热时间为20min。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于骨架的新型装饰革,其特征在于,包括基材层、骨架、装饰层、粘结料;所述的基材层各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4至5份、发泡剂3至4份、碳酸钙30至40份;所述的装饰层各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂40至50份、色饼10至20份;所述的骨架包括多个捻合纤维丝;所述的捻合纤维丝包括玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝;所述的玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝捻合形成捻合纤维丝;所述的基材层和装饰层通过热压贴合连接;所述的基材层的上端面上设有多个基材层安装槽;所述的装饰层的下端面上设有多个装饰层安装槽;所述的多个基材层安装槽和多个装饰层安装槽位置对应且对贴形成多个骨架安装槽;所述的骨架安装槽内灌注粘结料;所述的每个骨架安装槽内的粘结料内穿接粘结一个捻合纤维丝。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革,其特征在于,所述的捻合纤维丝由1000至1200根莫达尔纤维丝与1200至1400根玻璃纤维丝捻合而成;所述的玻璃纤维丝和莫达尔纤维丝的直径为15至20微米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革,其特征在于,所述的粘结料为粘结砂浆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革,其特征在于,所述的PVC树脂为三型PVC树脂。
  6. 一种根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
    S1、基材层的制备及开槽:将基材层中的各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼、开炼、压延,得到基材层初料;然后通过开槽机在基材层初料的一侧面上开槽,切割出多个基材层安装槽;
    S2、装饰层的制备及开槽:将装饰层中的各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼、开炼、压延,得到装饰层初料;然后通过开槽机在装饰层初料的一侧面上开槽,切割出多个装饰层安装槽;
    S3、热压贴合:将基材层和装饰层至于复合机上,经过预热、展平、贴合、冷却工序,同时保持基材层安装槽和装饰层安装槽对贴形成多个骨架安装槽,形成装饰革预成型体;
    S4、骨架的制备:将多根玻璃纤维丝和多根莫达尔纤维丝捻合形成捻合纤维丝;
    S5、灌注粘结料:在步骤S3中形成的多个骨架安装槽内灌注粘结料,然后在每个骨架安装槽内的粘结料中插入一个捻合纤维丝,然后进行加热固化、冷却成型,得到装饰革。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S1中控制搅拌机的温度为170至180℃。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S2中控制搅拌机的温度为180至190℃。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S4中将1000~1200根莫达尔纤维丝与1200~1400根玻璃纤维丝捻 合而成。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的基于骨架的新型装饰革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S5中加热温度为80至100℃,加热时间为20至30min。
