Abstract

一种电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,主要由主动电机(3)、带齿轮(6)的传动轴(4)、带齿条(5.1)的竖置打孔杆(5)、打孔头(9)、布料压脚(10)和打孔模(11)组成,打孔头与布料压脚之间为上下弹性套接连接,打孔杆还设有防自转机构。接收到程序控制信号后,主动电机工作驱动打孔杆下行带动布料压脚下行压紧布料于打孔模上平面,打孔头继续下行与打孔模间隙配合打穿布料。该装置能在绣花过程中执行规定的程序自动进行打孔,完成绣花打孔连续自动操作,实现打孔绣品生产自动化,生产效率高,产品质量好。

Description

电脑绣花机自动打孔装置 技术领域
本发明涉及面料打孔技术领域,特别涉及一种电脑绣花机的自动打孔装置。
背景技术
随着我国人民日益增长的对美好生活的需要,人们对绣品要求多姿多样,既要斑斓绚丽,又要方便实用。目前已有为数不少的绣品要求在刺绣图案之间打出孔洞,然后包边或绣出多种图案组合,形成实花镂空相衬,玲珑美观,以增强立体感又有透明通风的效果,使绣品更显高雅、精致,别具一格。
对于这种在整体绣花图案中衬有缕空打孔的绣品,在绣制过程中,通常是借助特别安装在绣花机上的或外接的打孔工具,在绣花之前或之后在绣花面料上另行打出孔洞。更为简单的则是将绣花面料取下来后再进行打孔。
这样的工艺过程不可能满足上述这种衬有缕空打孔的绣花图案绣品的应用日广和大批量生产的需要。不仅生产效率低下,而且打出的孔洞的准确性、一致性差,不能保证绣品的质量,更不可能在全自动化的电脑绣花机上采用。 
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,该装置作为电脑绣花机的一个动作部件,在绣花过程中执行规定的程序自动进行打孔,完成绣花打孔连续自动操作,实现打孔绣品生产自动化,以提高生产效率和确保产品质量。
技术解决方案
本发明所提出的技术解决方案是这样的:
一种电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,该装置包括上横梁 14、下横梁15、台板16 和外箱体1,在外箱体1 上面盖有箱体盖板13,所述外箱体1 固装在上横梁14 一侧上,所述外箱体1 内竖置设有打孔杆5,在打孔杆5 的上半段设有齿条5-1,在打孔杆5 的下半段固装有水平设置的防转滑台7,该防转滑台7 一侧通过一圆通孔与竖置固定在外箱体1 内的导向杆8 上下滑动连接,所述打孔杆5 的上、下半段分别与水平设置在外箱体1 内上、下部的连接板1-2 作上下滑动连接,在外箱体1 中部水平设置有与所述齿条5-1 啮合的传动齿轮6,所述传动齿轮6 的传动轴4 一侧通过轴承2 与外箱体1 作滚动连接,该传动轴4 另一侧与固定在外箱体1 上的主动电机3 输出轴作轴向卡接连接,所述打孔杆5 下端部伸出外箱体1 并依次与打孔头9 和布料压脚10 连接,所述打孔头9 与布料压脚10 作上下弹性套接连接,所述布料压脚10 下方设有台板16、打孔模11 和打孔模座12,所述打孔模座12 竖置固定在下横梁15上,所述打孔模座12 固设有水平设置的台板16,所述打孔模座12 上顶部设有与所述打孔头9 匹配活动连接的打孔模11,所述打孔模11 上平面与所述台板16 上平面位于同一水平面上。
所述打孔头9 与打孔模11 为同中心同形状的间隙配合。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著效果:
(1)本发明电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,提供了在刺绣过程中同时自动进行打孔的功能,实现了绣制带有镂孔图案的绣品生产工艺一次完成,进一步增强电脑绣花机的工程能力和自动化程度,提高了日趋广泛应用的镂孔绣品的生产效率。
(2)由于绣花、打孔能在同机连续操作,确保了打孔的准确度和一致性,有效地提高产品质量。
(3)更换不同的打孔头及打孔模,可以满足绣品上的各种不同形状、尺寸的打孔需求,丰富了绣品的式样风格。
(4)一台电脑绣花机配置一台主动电机,通过传动轴可同时控制所拖带的各机头的打孔装置动作。
本发明可广泛应用于各种类型的电脑绣花机。

通过下面实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
参见图1、图2 所示,一种电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,该装置包括上横梁14、下横梁15、台板16 和外箱体1,在外箱体1 上面盖有箱体盖板13,所述外箱体1 固装在上横梁14 一侧上,所述外箱体1 内竖置设有打孔杆5,在打孔杆5 的上半段设有齿条5-1,在打孔杆5 的下半段固装有水平设置的防转滑台7,该防转滑台7 一侧通过一圆通孔与竖置固定在外箱体1 内的导向杆8 上下滑动连接,以防止打孔杆5 上下运动时发生旋转,所述打孔杆5的上、下半段分别与水平设置在外箱体1 内上、下部的连接板1-2 作上下滑动连接,在外箱体1 中部水平设置有与所述齿条5-1 啮合的传动齿轮6,所述传动齿轮6 的传动轴4 一侧通过轴承2 与外箱体1 作滚动连接,该传动轴4 另一侧与固定在外箱体1 上的主动电机3 输出轴作轴向卡接连接,所述打孔杆5 下端部伸出外箱体1 并依次与打孔头9 和布料压脚10 连接,所述打孔头9 与布料压脚10 作上下弹性套接连接,所述布料压脚10 下方设有台板16、打孔模11 和打孔模座12,所述打孔模座12 竖置固定在下横梁15 上,所述打孔模座12固设有水平设置的台板16,所述打孔模座12 上顶部设有与所述打孔头9 匹配活动连接的打孔模11,所述打孔模11 上平面与所述台板16 上平面位于同一水平面上。
所述打孔头9 与打孔模11 为同中心同形状的间隙配合。
电脑绣花机自动打孔装置的工作过程如下:
当绣品需要打孔时,接收到程序控制信号的主动电机 3 正转,传动齿轮6 通过打孔杆5 的齿条5-1 驱动使打孔杆5 下行,当打孔头9 下端的布料压脚10 碰触到打孔模11 时,由于打孔头9 与布料压脚10 为上下弹性套接连接,此时布料压脚10 会停留在打孔模11 上平面并压紧布料,打孔头9 继续下行与打孔模11 间隙配合打穿布料。之后,主动电机3 反转,带动打孔杆5 上行,打孔头9 脱离打孔模11 并带动布料压脚10 上行至初始点,至此完成一次打孔过程。布料移动到下一个打孔位并重复上述动作打孔,直至完成所有打孔操作。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,该装置包括上横梁(14)、下横梁(15)、台板(16)和外箱体(1),在外箱体(1)上面盖有箱体盖板(13),所述外箱体(1)固装在上横梁(14)一侧上,其特征在于:所述外箱体(1)内竖置设有打孔杆(5),在打孔杆(5)的上半段设有齿条(5-1),在打孔杆(5)的下半段固装有水平设置的防转滑台(7),该防转滑台(7)一侧通过一圆通孔与竖置固定在外箱体(1)内的导向杆(8)上下滑动连接,所述打孔杆(5)的上、下半段分别与水平设置在外箱体(1)内上、下部的连接板(1-2)作上下滑动连接,在外箱体(1)中部水平设置有与所述齿条(5-1)啮合的传动齿轮(6),所述传动齿轮(6)的传动轴(4)一侧通过轴承(2)与外箱体(1)作滚动连接,该传动轴(4)另一侧与固定在外箱体(1)上的主动电机(3)输出轴作轴向卡接连接,所述打孔杆(5)下端部伸出外箱体(1)并依次与打孔头(9)和布料压脚(10)连接,所述打孔头(9)与布料压脚(10)作上下弹性套接连接,所述布料压脚(10)下方设有台板(16)、打孔模(11)和打孔模座(12),所述打孔模座(12)竖置固定在下横梁(15)上,所述打孔模座(12)固设有水平设置的台板(16),所述打孔模座(12)上顶部设有与所述打孔头(9)匹配活动连接的打孔模(11),所述打孔模(11)上平面与所述台板(16)上平面位于同一水平面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1 所述的电脑绣花机自动打孔装置,其特征在于:所述打孔头(9)与打孔模(11)为同中心同形状的间隙配合。
