众所周知,手机等一些移动终端上通常会携带SD卡及一张或两张SIM卡,以满足该设备的使用要求,如此以来,手机将需要分别设置用于搭载SIM卡和SD卡的卡座模组。近年来,为了节约占用空间,通常会将SIM卡和SD卡集成于一个卡座模组上,以形成一三选二卡座模组。
其中,三选二卡座模组通常包括卡座、卡托及顶针,卡座设于手机内,并与手机的主板电连接,卡托上设有两个卡槽,一个可以用来放置SIM卡,另一个可以选择放置SIM卡或者SD卡,而卡座上相应设有SIM卡连接器和SD卡连接器,卡托可插入到卡座上,卡座上还设有顶出机构,当顶针顶压该顶出机构时,该顶出机构将从卡座上顶出卡托。
然而,现有技术当中,上述三选二卡座模组存在的问题在于,在插入或者拔出卡托时,SIM卡会经过SD卡连接器的pin脚,由于该SD卡连接器不能及时下电,存在烧毁SIM卡的风险。
【发明内容】
基于此,本发明的目的是提供一种卡座、卡座模组及移动终端,以解决现有卡座存在烧毁物件的风险的问题。
一种卡座,包括:
一本体,其设有一容置物件的容置槽;
一顶出机构,其设于所述本体上,其在受外力顶压时,从所述容置槽中顶出所述物件,并在所述物件插入所述容置槽内时,恢复初始位置;
一连接器,其设于所述本体上,并在所述物件插入所述容置槽内时,与所述物件抵靠连接;
一连接组件,其包括至少一连接块及至少一旋转轴,每个所述旋转 轴上均穿设有所述连接块,所述旋转轴的两端与所述本体枢接,所述连接块的底端与所述连接器连接;以及
一联动机构,其包括一联动杆及一连杆组件,所述连杆组件与每个所述连接块的顶端固定连接,所述联动杆的一端与所述顶出机构连接,另一端与所述连杆组件连接,当所述顶出机构顶出所述物件时,将带动所述联动杆纵向滑动,以推动所述连杆组件横向移动,以带动所述连接块绕所述旋转轴旋转,以拉动所述连接器与所述物件脱离接触。

进一步地,所述顶出机构包括:
一顶杆,其设于所述容置槽的一侧,并与所述本体滑动连接;以及
一推杆,其设于所述容置槽内,其中部与所述本体枢接连接,所述顶杆的一端与所述推杆的一端枢转连接;
其中,所述联动杆与所述推杆连接,且连接点偏离所述推杆和所述本体的枢接点。

本领域技术人员可以理解的,在本实施例当中,选用四个连接块141及两个旋转轴142来安装连接器13,以到达调节连接器13的目的,但根据本发明的发明精神,在其它实施例当中,还可以采用至少一个连接块141及至少一个旋转轴142来安装连接器13,同样能够达到相同的技术效果。
其中,所述旋转轴142与所述连接块141之间设有装配间隙,所述装配间隙为0.1mm,以使所述连接块141相对所述旋转轴142具有一定的转动空间。可以理解的,所述装配间隙越大,所述连接块141相对所述旋转轴142的转动空间越大,所述连接器13背向所述容置槽111移动的空间越大,因此所述装配间隙可以根据所述连接器13实际需要的位移量来选取,但不易过大,以确保所述卡座10的厚度优势。具体地,在其它实施例当中,所述装配间隙还可以为0.1mm至0.3mm之间的任意值。
所述联动机构15包括一联动杆151、一连杆组件152及一摆动杆153,所述连杆组件152包括两个连接杆1521及一传动杆1522。每个所述旋转轴142上的所述连接块141的顶端通过一个所述连接杆1521穿接,所述联动杆151嵌装在所述本体11的底部,并与所述本体11滑动连接,且滑动方向沿所述本体11的长度方向,所述传动杆1522与每个所述连接杆1521呈“十”字交叉枢接。所述摆动杆153的中部与所述本体11枢接,且其一端与所述推杆122枢接,另一端与所述联动杆151的一端连接,所述摆动杆153与所述推杆122的枢接点,位于所述推杆122与所述本体11的枢接点靠近所述顶杆121的一侧。所述联动杆151的另一端与所述传动杆1522的一端连接。
具体地,所述联动杆151远离所述推杆122的一端上设有一倾斜布置的滑槽1511,所述传动杆1522的一端上设有一滑柱1523,所述滑柱1523滑接于所述滑槽1511内。
其中,所述联动杆151与所述摆动杆153采用滑槽滑柱配合的连接方式连接,以避免干涉。
其中,所述联动机构15的作用原理在于,当所述顶杆121向内滑 动时,将推动所述推杆122与所述摆动杆153枢接的一端向内移动,所述推杆122的自由末端翘起,以推出物件,与此同时,所述推杆122的枢接端将推动所述摆动杆153摆动,以推动所述联动杆151纵向(沿本体11长度方向)移动,以驱使所述滑柱1523沿所述滑槽1511移动,以推动所述传动杆1522横向移动,从而推动所述连接块141绕所述旋转轴142旋转,从而拉动所述连接器13与物件脱离接触(整个传动过程如图2至图5中的箭头所示)。
优选地,所述连接块141朝远离所述联动杆151的方向倾斜布置,便于所述传动杆1522顺势推动。
两个所述卡接元件16位于所述容置槽111的两对两侧,所述卡接元件16设有一深入所述容置槽111内的弹性卡接部161,在物件插入到位时,所述弹性卡接部161与物件卡接。
其中,所述弹性卡接部161为一弹片,其在受力挤压时会产生形变,以便物件插入和拔出。
综上,本实施例当中的卡座10,通过在卡座10上设置一与顶出机构12相互联动的联动机构15,并设置一连接组件14来将连接器13安装到容置孔112内,以使该连接器13具有一定的活动性,当该顶出机构12顶出物件时,该顶出机构12将同步带动联动机构15移动,以带动该连接块141绕该旋转轴142旋转,进而拉动该连接器13与该物件脱离接触,以使物件在退出的过程当中,不会与该连接器13的pin脚接触;当物件再次插入时,该连接器13的pin脚依然不会该物件接触,而当该物件插入到位时,该顶出机构12将恢复初始位置,从而带动该联动机构15同步恢复初始位置,以推动该连接器13恢复初始位置,保持与该物件接触。因此本发明当中的卡座10,在插入或者拔出物件的过程当中,该物件不会经过SD卡连接器的pin脚,不存在烧毁物件的风险。
请查阅图6至图7,所示为本发明第二实施例中的卡座10,本实施例当中的卡座10与第一实施例中的卡座10的区别在于:
所述连接块141的底端与所述连接器13枢接,相比于第一实施例当中的结构,本结构可以大大增大所述连接器13的移动空间,这样能 够在一次顶出物件时,将所述连接器13拉倒一个更低的位置上,安全性更高。
需要指出的是,本发明该实施例所提供的装置,其实现原理及产生的技术效果和本发明第一实施相同,为简要描述,本实施例未提及之处,可参考本发明第一实施中的相应内容。
本发明另一方面还提出一种卡座模组,请查阅图8至图9,所示为本发明第三实施例当中的卡座模组100,包括卡座10及相适配的卡托20,所述卡座10的结构与上述第一实施例当中的卡座10相同,所述卡座10的容置槽111用于容置所述卡托20。
此外,在具体实施时,所述卡座模组100还可以适配一顶针,该顶针主要用于挤压所述卡座10的顶杆121,以顶出所述卡托20。
在本实施例当中,所述卡座模组100为三选二卡座模组,其卡托20上设有两个卡槽,可分别容置一SD卡和一SIM卡,由于在本实施例当中的卡座10设置有联动机构15,使得在插入或者拔出卡托20的过程当中,其上的SIM卡不会经过SD卡连接器的pin脚(原理不再赘述),故不存在烧毁SIM卡的风险。
但需要指出的是,本实施例只是以三选二卡座为例来进行阐述,并不代表对所述卡座10的适用范围进行了限定,在其它实施例当中,所述卡座模组100还可以为其它类似的卡座,例如可以为含有三个或更多个卡槽的卡座模组100。
本发明另一方面还提出一种移动终端,包括上述的卡座模组。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种卡座,其中,包括:
    一本体,其设有一容置物件的容置槽;
    一顶出机构,其设于所述本体上,其在受外力顶压时,从所述容置槽中顶出所述物件,并在所述物件插入所述容置槽内时,恢复初始位置;
    一连接器,其设于所述本体上,并在所述物件插入所述容置槽内时,与所述物件抵靠连接;
    一连接组件,其包括至少一连接块及至少一旋转轴,每个所述旋转轴上均穿设有所述连接块,所述旋转轴的两端与所述本体枢接,所述连接块的底端与所述连接器连接;以及
    一联动机构,其包括一联动杆及一连杆组件,所述连杆组件与每个所述连接块的顶端固定连接,所述联动杆的一端与所述顶出机构连接,另一端与所述连杆组件连接,当所述顶出机构顶出所述物件时,将带动所述联动杆纵向滑动,以推动所述连杆组件横向移动,以带动所述连接块绕所述旋转轴旋转,以拉动所述连接器与所述物件脱离接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡座,其中,所述本体还包括设置于所述本体底部的容置孔;
    所述容置槽的槽口开向所述本体的一侧,且与所述容置孔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡座,其中,所述顶出机构包括:
    一顶杆,其设于所述容置槽的一侧,并与所述本体滑动连接;以及
    一推杆,其设于所述容置槽内,其中部与所述本体枢接连接,所述顶杆的一端与所述推杆的一端枢转连接;
    其中,所述联动杆与所述推杆连接,且连接点偏离所述推杆和所述本体的枢接点。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的卡座,其中,所述联动机构还包括一摆动杆,所述摆动杆的中部与所述本体枢接,且其一端与所述推杆枢接,另一端与所述联动杆连接,所述摆动杆与所述推杆的枢接点,位于所述推杆与所述本体的枢接点靠近所述顶杆的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的卡座,其中,所述连杆组件包括:
    至少一连接杆,每个所述旋转轴上的所述连接块的顶端通过一个所述连接杆穿接;以及
    一传动杆,其与每个所述连接杆呈“十”字交叉枢接,其一端与所述联动杆远离所述顶出机构的一端连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡座,其中,所述联动杆远离所述顶出机构的一端上设有一倾斜布置的滑槽,所述传动杆的一端上设有一滑柱,所述滑柱滑接于所述滑槽内,当所述联动杆纵向移动时,将驱使所述滑柱沿所述滑槽移动,以推动所述传动杆横向移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卡座,其中,所述连接块朝远离所述联动杆的方向倾斜布置,且所述连接块的底端与所述连接器枢接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的卡座,其中,所述旋转轴与所述连接块之间设有装配间隙,所述装配间隙位于0.1mm至0.3mm之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的卡座,其中,所述卡座还包括两个卡接元件,所述卡接元件设于所述本体上,且位于所述容置槽的两对两侧,所述卡接元件设有一深入所述容置槽内的弹性卡接部,在所述物件插入到位时,所述弹性卡接部与所述物件卡接。
  10. 一种卡座模组,包括卡托,其中,还包括卡座,所述卡座的容置槽用于容置卡托;
    所述卡座包括:
    一本体,其设有一容置物件的容置槽,所述容置槽用于容置所述卡托;
    一顶出机构,其设于所述本体上,其在受外力顶压时,从所述容置槽中顶出所述物件,并在所述物件插入所述容置槽内时,恢复初始位置;
    一连接器,其设于所述本体上,并在所述物件插入所述容置槽内时,与所述物件抵靠连接;
    一连接组件,其包括至少一连接块及至少一旋转轴,每个所述旋转轴上均穿设有所述连接块,所述旋转轴的两端与所述本体枢接,所述连接块的底端与所述连接器连接;以及
    一联动机构,其包括一联动杆及一连杆组件,所述连杆组件与每个 所述连接块的顶端固定连接,所述联动杆的一端与所述顶出机构连接,另一端与所述连杆组件连接,当所述顶出机构顶出所述物件时,将带动所述联动杆纵向滑动,以推动所述连杆组件横向移动,以带动所述连接块绕所述旋转轴旋转,以拉动所述连接器与所述物件脱离接触。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的卡座模组,其中,所述本体还包括设置于所述本体底部的容置孔;
    所述容置槽的槽口开向所述本体的一侧,且与所述容置孔连通。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的卡座模组,其中,所述顶出机构包括:
    一顶杆,其设于所述容置槽的一侧,并与所述本体滑动连接;以及
    一推杆,其设于所述容置槽内,其中部与所述本体枢接连接,所述顶杆的一端与所述推杆的一端枢转连接;
    其中,所述联动杆与所述推杆连接,且连接点偏离所述推杆和所述本体的枢接点。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的卡座模组,其中,所述联动机构还包括一摆动杆,所述摆动杆的中部与所述本体枢接,且其一端与所述推杆枢接,另一端与所述联动杆连接,所述摆动杆与所述推杆的枢接点,位于所述推杆与所述本体的枢接点靠近所述顶杆的一侧。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的卡座模组,其中,所述连杆组件包括:
    至少一连接杆,每个所述旋转轴上的所述连接块的顶端通过一个所述连接杆穿接;以及
    一传动杆,其与每个所述连接杆呈“十”字交叉枢接,其一端与所述联动杆远离所述顶出机构的一端连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的卡座模组,其中,所述联动杆远离所述顶出机构的一端上设有一倾斜布置的滑槽,所述传动杆的一端上设有一滑柱,所述滑柱滑接于所述滑槽内,当所述联动杆纵向移动时,将驱使所述滑柱沿所述滑槽移动,以推动所述传动杆横向移动。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的卡座模组,其中,所述连接块朝远离所述联动杆的方向倾斜布置,且所述连接块的底端与所述连接器枢接。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的卡座模组,其中,所述旋转轴与所述 连接块之间设有装配间隙,所述装配间隙位于0.1mm至0.3mm之间。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的卡座模组,其中,所述卡座还包括两个卡接元件,所述卡接元件设于所述本体上,且位于所述容置槽的两对两侧,所述卡接元件设有一深入所述容置槽内的弹性卡接部,在所述物件插入到位时,所述弹性卡接部与所述物件卡接。
  19. 一种移动终端,其中,包括权利要求10至18任一项所述的卡座模组。
