请一并参阅图1至图3,图1是本申请第一实施例中的电子装置的立体结构示意图;图2是图1中沿II-II线的剖视图;图3是图2的分解示意图。本申请的第一实施例中的电子装置100,其包括一壳体20、设置于所述壳体20上的一柔性屏30,以及一柔性屏支撑机构50。所述壳体20包括一第一框体21、一第二框体23及连接于所述第一框体21与所述第二框体23之间的一铰链25。所述柔性屏30包括对应所述铰链25的一可折弯区域31。所述柔性屏30包括一屏体33,所述柔性屏支撑机构50用于保护所述柔性屏30的屏体33本身及其背面的层叠材料层,防止所述屏体33及层叠村料层对应所述可折弯区域31的区域被磨损。所述柔性屏支撑机构50包括设于所述屏体33与所述铰链25之间的支撑片51,以及设置于所述支撑片51与所述屏体33之间的保护件,所述保护件53对应所述可折弯区域31。所述保护件53是耐磨薄片。
本申请中,所述屏体33的背面的层叠材料层包括遮光黑胶层35,所述保护件53位于所述遮光黑胶层35与所述支撑片51之间。
本实施例中,所述支撑片51是能弯曲的薄钢片,所述保护件53是液态金属片;所述屏体33的正面是指所述屏体33的出光面,所述屏体33的背面指背朝所述出光面的侧面。
本实施例选用液态金属片作为保护件的原因在于液态金属片的耐磨性较佳,当其通过光学胶等方式贴设于屏体背面时,可以有效地抵御支撑片51对其产生的摩擦,不易出现磨损的情况。另一方面,液态金属片的弹性模量较低,将其直接粘贴在屏体33的背面,在柔性屏30弯曲时可跟随屏体33一起同步或近似同步拉伸,从而避免柔性屏30在弯曲时由于拉伸幅度差异较大导致出现破损的情况。液态金属可选用铁基液态金属或镍基液态金属,更优选地采用镍基液态金属,以获得更低的弹性模量。
优选地,保护件53的弹性模量大于屏体33的弹性模量,并小于支撑片51的弹性模量。进一步地,保护件53弹性模量与屏体33弹性模量的差值小于支撑片51弹性模量与保护件53弹性模量的差值。此外,保护件53与支撑片51之间的滑动摩擦系数小于屏体33与支撑片51之间的滑动摩擦系数。
在其他实施例中,所述保护件53还可以是软质耐磨塑胶片、铁氟龙涂层、软质耐磨橡胶片或软质硅胶片等。
本实施例中,所述电子装置100为手机。可以理解,在其它实施例中,电 子装置100可以是但不限于无线电电话、寻呼机、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历以及/或全球定位系统(GPS)接收器的PDA。
本申请电子装置100的柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35与所述支撑片51之间设置有保护件53,即,所述屏体33的背面对应所述可折弯区域31处与所述支撑片51之间是通过所述保护件53接触。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与所述柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35相对滑动,或者所述保护件53与所述支撑片51相对滑动。由于所述保护件53具有保护作用,因此,所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,故此可确保所述柔性屏30的功能不受影响。
所述第一框体21远离所述第二框体23的一端开设有一导滑槽212,所述导滑槽212内滑动地设置有一滑块214,所述滑块214与所述第一框体21之间沿所述滑块214的滑动方向设置有一弹性件216。所述支撑片51的一端固定贴合于所述第二框体23上,所述支撑片51的另一端固定贴合于所述第一框体21上。所述遮光黑胶层35固定贴合于所述屏体33的背面,所述屏体33的一端固定贴合于所述滑块214上,所述屏体33的另一端固定贴合于所述第二框体23上的支撑片51上,所述屏体33与所述支撑片51对应所述可折弯区域31的区域不固定贴合,即,所述屏体33的遮光黑胶层35与所述支撑片51在所述可折弯区域31处滑动接触,以便所述柔性屏30折弯与展平。所述弹性件216弹性抵推所述滑块214朝远离所述第二框体23的一端滑动,以向外拉直所述屏体33,避免所述电子装置100在折弯/展平时,所述屏体33对应所述可折弯区域31的区域与所述支撑片51分离而拱起。
本实施例中,所述弹性件216是弹簧,所述弹簧的一端连接于所述第一框体21,所述弹簧的另一端连接于所述滑块214。
本实施例中,所述保护件53固定贴合于所述遮光黑胶层35上,所述保护件53与所述支撑片51之间滑动贴合。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与所述支撑片51之间相对滑动,从而能防止所述支撑片51磨损所述遮光黑胶层35。
在其他实施例中,所述保护件53也可以固定贴合于所述支撑片51,所述保护件53与所述遮光黑胶层35之间滑动贴合。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与所述遮光黑胶层35之间滑动,由于 所述保护件53对所述遮光黑胶层35具有保护作用,因此,所述保护件53能防止所述支撑片51磨损所述遮光黑胶层35。
进一步地,屏体33背面也可不设遮光黑胶层35,直接将保护件贴合在屏体33背面或者支撑片51上,以起到防止或减小屏体33背面被磨损的情况。
所述支撑片51面朝所述屏体33的侧面对应所述可折弯区域31开设有一收容槽512,所述保护件53收容于所述收容槽512内。所述收容槽512的面积可以等于或小于所述可折弯区域31的面积。当所述保护件53放置于所述收容槽512内时,所述保护件53面朝所述屏体33的侧面与所述支撑片51面朝所述屏体33的侧面齐平或所述保护件53面朝所述屏体33的侧面略凸出所述支撑片51面朝所述屏体33的侧面。收容槽512的长度略大于保护件53的长度,以给保护件53的拉伸变形留出一定的空间。当所述柔性屏30折弯与展平时,所述弹性件216始终保持抵推所述滑块214,以防止所述屏体33对应所述可折弯区域31的区域与所述支撑片51分离而拱起;所述保护件53对所述遮光黑胶层35起保护作用。
本实施例中,所述保护件53固定收容于所述收容槽512内,所述保护件53与所述柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35滑动贴合,当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与所述遮光黑胶层35之间滑动。
在其他实施例中,所述保护件53固定贴合于所述遮光黑胶层35,所述保护件53在所述收容槽512内可滑动,当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53能在所述收容槽512内滑动。
所述支撑片51与所述遮光黑胶层35之间层叠有一光学胶层37,即,所述柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35背朝所述屏体33的侧面固定贴合有所述光学胶层37。所述光学胶层37与所述保护件53之间固定贴合。当然,保护件53也可通过其他的方式与遮光黑胶层35固定,如磁吸、焊接等。
本实施例中,所述滑块214与所述遮光黑胶层35之间也层叠有所述光学胶层37,以使所述屏体33与所述滑块214的连接更牢固。
本实施例中的电子装置100的柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35背朝所述屏体33的侧面上层叠有所述光学胶层37,所述保护件53固定贴合于所述光学胶层37。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与所述支撑片51相对滑动,由于所述保护件53具有保护作用,因此,所述柔性屏 30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被所述支撑片51磨损,从而不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。
请参阅图4,图4是本申请第二实施例中的电子装置的部分剖视结构示意图。本申请电子装置的第二实施例的结构与第一实施例的结构相似,不同之处在于:第二实施例中,所述支撑片51与所述遮光黑胶层35之间层叠有一背胶层38,所述背胶层38对应所述可折弯区域31开设有一收容槽382,所述保护件53收容于所述收容槽382内。
所述背胶层38固定贴合于所述遮光黑胶层35与所述支撑片51之间。所述滑块214与所述遮光黑胶层35之间也层叠有所述背胶层38,以使所述屏体33与所述滑块214的连接更牢固。
本实施例中,所述保护件53通过光学胶层37连接于所述遮光黑胶层35上,也即光学胶层37与保护件53一起收容在所述收容槽382内。所述保护件53与所述支撑片51之间没有固定贴合。所述保护件53背朝所述屏体33的侧面与所述背胶层38背朝所述屏体53的侧面齐平,所述保护件53对所述遮光黑胶层35有保护作用。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与所述支撑片51相对滑动,由于所述保护件53具有保护作用,因此,所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,以不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请第三实施例中的电子装置的部分剖视结构示意图。本申请电子装置的第三实施例的结构与第二实施例的结构相似,不同之处在于:第三实施例中,所述保护件53收容于所述背胶层38的收容槽382内,且所述保护件53直接固定贴合于所述遮光黑胶层35。所述保护件53背朝所述屏体33的侧面与所述背胶层38背朝所述屏体33的侧面齐平。所述背胶层38与所述支撑片51固定贴合,所述保护件53与所述支撑片51之间滑动接触。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,所述保护件53与支撑片51之间相对滑动,由于所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35通过所述保护件53隔离,因此,所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,以不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。本实施例中,保护件53可采用耐磨涂层涂覆于遮光黑胶层35的背面形成。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请第四实施例中的电子装置的部分剖视结构示意 图。本申请电子装置的第四实施例的结构与第三实施例的结构相似,不同之处在于:第四实施例中,所述保护件53固定贴合于所述支撑片51面朝所述收容槽382的侧面,且所述保护件53对应所述收容槽382,所述保护件53的厚度等于所述背胶层38的厚度。所述保护件53与所述柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35之间滑动接触,当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,由于所述保护件53与所述遮光黑胶层35之间相对滑动,因此,所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,以不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。本实施例中,保护件53可采用硬度较低的材料制造。
请参阅图7,图7是本申请第五实施例中的电子装置的部分剖视结构示意图。本申请电子装置的第五实施例的结构与第四实施例的结构相似,不同之处在于:第五实施例中,所述遮光黑胶层35背朝所述屏体33的侧面层叠有一保护层55,所述保护层55背朝所述遮光黑胶层35的侧面层叠有所述背胶层38,所述背胶层38对应所述可折弯区域31开设有所述收容槽382,所述保护件53收容于所述收容槽382内,所述支撑片51层叠于所述背胶层38。所述保护层55固定贴合于所述遮光黑胶层35的表面。
本实施例中,所述保护层55是液态金属片,所述保护件53固定贴合于所述支撑片51对应所述收容槽382处,所述保护件53的厚度等于所述背胶层38的厚度,所述保护片53可以是液态金属片、软质耐磨塑胶片、软质耐磨橡胶片或软质硅胶片等。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,由于所述保护件53与所述保护层55之间相对滑动,因此,所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,从而不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。
在其他实施例中,所述保护件53固定贴合于所述保护层55,所述保护件53与所述支撑片51之间滑动接触。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,由于所述保护件53与所述支撑片51之间相对滑动,因此,所述柔性屏30的背面的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,以不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。
请参阅图8,图8是本申请第六实施例中的电子装置的部分剖视结构示意图。本申请电子装置的第六实施例的结构与第四实施例的结构相似,不同之处 在于:第六实施例中,所述保护件53是润滑材料层,即,所述遮光黑胶层35背朝所述屏体33的侧面层叠有所述背胶层38,所述背胶层38对应所述可折弯区域34开设有所述收容槽382,所述收容槽382内设置有所述润滑材料层,所述润滑材料层的背朝所述屏体33的侧面与所述背胶层38背朝所述屏体33的侧面齐平。所述支撑片51层叠于所述背胶层38与所述润滑材料层,所述支撑片51与所述背胶层38固定贴合。
本实施例中,所述润滑材料层是聚四氟乙烯层,所述润滑材料层固定贴合于所述支撑片51上对应所述收容槽382处,所述润滑材料层与所述遮光黑胶层35滑动贴合。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,由于所述润滑材料层与所述遮光黑胶层35之间相对滑动,因此,所述柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损或者磨损程度较低,以不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。
在其他实施例中,所述润滑材料层固定贴合于所述遮光黑胶层35上,所述润滑材料层与所述支撑片51滑动接触。
在其他实施例中,所述润滑材料层也可以是石墨、二硫化钼或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶等。
请参阅图9,图9是本申请第七实施例中的电子装置的部分剖视结构示意图。本申请电子装置的第七实施例的结构与第四实施例的结构相似,不同之处在于:第七实施例中,所述保护件53是耐磨漆层,即,所述遮光黑胶层35背朝所述屏体33的侧面层叠有所述背胶层38,所述背胶层38对应所述可折弯区域34开设有所述收容槽382,所述收容槽382内涂设有所述耐磨漆层,所述耐磨漆层的背朝所述屏体33的侧面与所述背胶层38背朝所述屏体33的侧面齐平。所述支撑片51层叠于所述背胶层38与所述耐磨漆层,所述支撑片51与所述背胶层38固定贴合,所述支撑片51与所述耐磨漆层之间滑动贴合。当所述电子装置100通过所述铰链25折弯或展平时,由于所述耐磨漆层与所述支撑片51之间相对滑动,因此,所述柔性屏30的遮光黑胶层35在所述电子装置100折弯或展平的过程中不会被磨损,以不影响所述柔性屏30的功能。当然,本实施例中,保护件53也可以是热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。
在其他实施例中,所述收容槽382内也可以涂设有耐磨树脂层等。
可以理解的,上述各实施例中,屏体33的背面也可以不设置遮光黑胶层 35,直接以屏体33的背面贴合保护件53、保护层55或者与贴有保护件53的支撑片51接触。
还可以理解地,上述各实施例中,保护层55均仅设置于可折弯区域,在其他实施方式中,保护层55或保护件53还可以覆盖整个屏体33的背面,即保护层55或保护件53不仅覆盖柔性屏30的可折弯区域31,还覆盖柔性屏30的非折弯区域。这种全覆盖的方式可以避免在保护件53的相对两侧出现段差,导致柔性屏30出现褶皱或外观不良的情况。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (25)
- 一种柔性屏支撑机构,用于保护电子装置的柔性屏,所述柔性屏包括可折弯区域,其特征在于,所述柔性屏支撑机构包括设于柔性屏背面的支撑片及设于支撑片与柔性屏之间的保护件,所述保护件位于所述可折弯区域。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件的弹性模量大于所述柔性屏的弹性模量,并小于所述支撑片的弹性模量。
- 如权利要求2所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件的弹性模量与所述柔性屏的弹性模量的差值小于所述支撑片的弹性模量与所述保护件的弹性模量的差值。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件与所述支撑片之间的滑动摩擦系数小于所述柔性屏与所述支撑片之间的滑动摩擦系数。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件对应所述可折弯区域并固定贴合于所述柔性屏,所述保护件与所述支撑片之间滑动接触。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件包括液态金属片。
- 如权利要求6所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述柔性屏还包括连接所述可折弯区域的非弯折区域,所述液态金属片覆盖所述非弯折区域及所述可折弯区域。
- 如权利要求6所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述柔性屏的背面贴设有遮光黑胶层,所述液态金属片通过光学胶固定于所述遮光黑胶层。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件对应所述可折弯区域并固定贴合于所述支撑片,所述保护件与所述柔性屏之间滑动接触。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述支撑片上对应所述可折弯区域开设有收容槽,所述保护件收容于所述收容槽内,所述保护件面朝所述柔性屏的侧面与所述支撑片面朝所述柔性屏的侧面齐平。
- 如权利要求10所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述收容槽的 长度大于所述保护件的长度,所述保护件滑动收容于所述收容槽内。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述支撑片与所述柔性屏之间层叠有光学胶层,所述保护件通过光学胶层固定贴合于所述柔性屏。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件是耐磨材料。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述支撑片与所述柔性屏之间层叠有背胶层,所述背胶层对应所述可折弯区域开设有收容槽,所述保护件收容于所述收容槽内。
- 如权利要求14所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件背朝所述柔性屏的侧面与所述背胶层背朝所述柔性屏的侧面齐平。
- 如权利要求14所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件固定贴合于所述支撑片上对应所述收容槽处,所述保护件与柔性屏之间滑动接触。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述柔性屏的背面层叠有保护层,所述保护层背朝所柔性屏的侧面层叠有背胶层,所述背胶层对应所述可折弯区域开设有收容槽,所述保护件收容于所述收容槽内,所述支撑片层叠于所述背胶层。
- 如权利要求17所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件固定贴合于所述保护层或所述支撑片上。
- 如权利要求17所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护层是液态金属片。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述柔性屏的背面层叠有背胶层,所述背胶层对应所述可折弯区域开设有收容槽,所述收容槽内设置有保护件,所述保护件为润滑材料层,所述润滑材料层的背朝所述柔性屏的侧面与所述背胶层背朝所述柔性屏的侧面齐平。
- 如权利要求20所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述润滑材料层固定贴合于所述柔性屏或所述支撑片上。
- 如权利要求20所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述润滑材料层是聚四氟乙烯层、石墨、二硫化钼或热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶中的一种。
- 如权利要求1所述的柔性屏支撑机构,其特征在于,所述保护件是耐磨漆层,所述柔性屏的背面层叠有背胶层,所述背胶层对应所述可折弯区域开设有收容槽,所述收容槽内涂设有所述耐磨漆层,所述耐磨漆层的背朝所述柔性屏的侧面与所述背胶层背朝所述柔性屏的侧面齐平。
- 一种电子装置,包括壳体、设置于所述壳体上的柔性屏,所述壳体包括第一框体、第二框体及连接于所述第一框体与所述第二框体之间的铰链,其特征在于,所述电子装置还包括根据权利要求1-23中任一项中所述的柔性屏支撑机构。
- 如权利要求24所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述支撑片固定贴设于所述铰链上,所述柔性屏弯曲时,所述柔性屏相对所述支撑片滑动。
