A left first hook portion on which the left cord-like body is hung on the left support portion, and a position closer to the left side wall holding portion on the left than the left first hook portion in the left-right direction and the left A left second hanging portion that is provided at a position below the first hanging portion and on which the left cord-like body is hung, and the right cord-like body has the right side wall holding portion side on the right side in the left-right direction. The side opposite the right side wall holding part side in the right and left direction is in contact with the right first hanging part and the right side In the state of being in contact with the second hanging portion, the right hand portion is supported by the right support portion so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the cord-like body, and the left cord-like body is With the side wall holding part side in contact with the left first hanging part and the opposite side of the left side wall holding part side in the left-right direction in contact with the right second hanging part, The left support part is supported by the left support part so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the cord-like body, and the extension end of the right cord-like body is connected to the extension end of the left cord-like body.
According to the present invention, in a state where the load is held by the hand portion, an operating force that causes the left and right hand portions to approach each other is generated by the approach operation portion, and the right hand portion is pressed against the right lateral wall portion of the load, Since the left hand portion is pressed against the left lateral wall portion of the load, the reliability of holding the load by the hand portion is increased.
As described above, when a load is held by the hand part, the operator should hold the handle part of the hand part and lift the hand part upward in order to assist lifting the luggage or correct the posture of the luggage. May be performed.
According to the present invention, the hand portion is provided with the horizontal wall holding portion and the extending portion, and the handle portion is provided in the extending portion.
Thus, in a state where the lateral wall holding portion of the hand portion is applied to the lateral wall portion of the luggage, the extended portion of the hand portion is applied to the upper surface portion of the luggage, and the luggage is held by the hand portion, Holding the handle of the hand unit and operating it upward will push the side wall holder of the hand unit against the side wall of the baggage by positioning the handle on the center side of the bag with respect to the side wall holder of the hand unit. Moment occurs.
Therefore, according to the present invention, in addition to the function of the approach operation part, the hand part is further pressed against the lateral wall part of the load by the moment when the operator holds the handle part of the hand part and operates upward. Thus, the certainty of holding the luggage by the hand portion is improved.
Further, according to the present invention, when the weight of the load is applied to the hand portion while the load is held by the hand portion, tension is generated in the cord-like body. It becomes the operating force that brings them closer together.
Thus, by devising the arrangement of the cord-like bodies, the approaching operation unit can be obtained, which is advantageous in terms of simplification of the structure.
Here, there is only one hanging part in the support part, and when the left and right cable-like bodies are passed through and supported by the support part so as to be in contact with only one hanging part, depending on the dimensions in the left and right direction of the luggage, When tension is generated between the left and right hand parts, the right and left cable bodies spread away from each other, weakening the operating force and insufficient gripping force acting on the load. It may become.
However, according to the present invention, the support portion is provided with two hanging portions, and the left and right cable-like bodies are passed through and supported by the left and right support portions so as to form a crank shape. Even if the right and left cable-like bodies spread away from each other when they occur, a force that twists the hand portion toward the load is generated, and the gripping force acting on the load is improved.
In the present invention, the right handle portion is provided at a position closer to the right side wall holding portion on the right side than the right support portion in the left-right direction in the upper surface portion of the right extension portion. It is preferable that the hand portion is provided in a position closer to the left side wall holding portion on the left side than the left support portion in the left-right direction in the upper surface portion of the left extension portion.
According to the present invention, since the handle portion of the hand portion is located outside the cable-like body in the state where the load is held in the hand portion, when the operator has the handle portion of the hand portion, However, the operator can easily hold the handle portion of the hand portion.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the horizontal wall holding portion is provided with an anti-slip material having adsorptivity.
For example, there is a baggage having nothing but the side wall part of the luggage, such as a cardboard box.
According to the present invention, since the anti-slip material having adsorptivity is provided in the horizontal wall holding part of the hand part, the horizontal wall holding part (anti-slip material) of the hand part is pressed against the horizontal wall part of the luggage such as a cardboard box. Then, the anti-slip material is adsorbed on the lateral wall portion of the luggage.
When the load is lifted by the hand part in this state, even if the lateral wall part of the luggage moves downward (even if it falls) along the horizontal wall holding part (antislip material) of the hand part, By adsorbing to the lateral wall portion of the load, sliding (movement) of the lateral wall portion of the load along the anti-slip material is stopped, and the load is held by the hand portion.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to appropriately hold a load even if the load is not provided with an opening or the like but has a flush side wall portion.
An assist device according to the present invention includes a main body part attached to an operator, an arm part extending forward from the main body part, a cord-like body extending downward from the arm part, and the cord-like body Left and right hand portions connected to the extending ends of the left and right hand portions, a lateral wall holding portion that is applied to the lateral wall portion of the load when set on the load, and the horizontal wall holding portion. And the left and right hand parts in a state in which the left and right hand parts are set on the luggage. An approach operating unit that generates an operating force that causes the two to approach each other, a first handle unit that can be gripped by an operator is provided, and a movable body attached to each of the left and right hand units is provided. The position of one handle is the left and right So as to be displaced at least in the vertical direction with respect to the hand portion, the movable body is movable.
When the load is held by the hand portion as described above, the operator holds the first handle portion of the movable body and moves the entire upper portion upward so that the operator can assist in lifting the load and correct the posture of the load. To hold the first handle part, and to lower the entire hand part downward, in order to perform the operation of pulling it up or to place the load lifted by the operator at the predetermined position. At this time, an excessive force may be generated in the direction of pulling the first handle portion upward. In this case, if the first handle part is directly attached to the horizontal wall holding part instead of the movable body, the first handle part moves upward with respect to the luggage while the horizontal wall holding part is separated from the lateral wall part of the luggage. There is a possibility that the state where the baggage is held by the hand unit is released at an unexpected timing.
According to the present invention, the first hand portion is attached to the movable body, and the movable body is movable so that the position of the first handle portion is displaced at least in the vertical direction with respect to the left and right hand portions.
As a result, as described above, even if an excessive force is generated in the direction in which the first handle portion is pulled upward, the movable body to which the first handle portion is attached so as to follow this force is independent. By displacing in the vertical direction, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a situation in which the horizontal wall holding portion is separated from the horizontal wall portion of the load and the state where the load is held by the hand portion is released. Therefore, according to the present invention, the certainty of the holding of the load by the hand unit is enhanced.
In the present invention, the movable body is pivotally supported by attachment portions provided on the left and right hand portions, and the movable body is moved toward and away from the lateral wall holding portion. It is preferable to swing around the mounting portion.
According to the present invention, the operator can swing the movable body with the first handle portion so that the first handle portion approaches the horizontal wall holding portion. Therefore, when the operator holds the first handle portion and presses the movable body against the horizontal wall holding portion, the horizontal wall holding portion is appropriately pressed against the horizontal wall portion of the load, and the reliability of holding the load by the hand portion is ensured. Can be increased. In addition, when an excessive force is generated in the direction of pulling the first handle upward, the movable body swings independently so as to follow this force and the state where the load is held by the hand is released. The occurrence of such a situation is suppressed. Therefore, according to the present invention, the certainty of holding the load by the hand unit is improved.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the movable body is urged so as to approach the horizontal wall holding portion.
According to the present invention, since the movable body is urged so as to approach the lateral wall holding portion, the movable body can be operated without the operator having the first handle consciously pressing the movable body against the lateral wall holding portion. Is pressed against the horizontal wall holding portion. Furthermore, when the operator holds the first handle portion and an excessive force is generated in the direction of pulling the first handle portion upward, the movable body moves from the lateral wall holding portion against the biasing force. Occurrence of a situation in which the state where the baggage is held by the hand portion and the baggage is released is suppressed. Therefore, according to the present invention, the certainty of holding the load by the hand unit is improved.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the extending portion is provided with a second handle portion that can be gripped by an operator.
According to the present invention, in the state where the lateral wall holding portion of the hand portion is applied to the lateral wall portion of the load and the extension portion of the hand portion is applied to the upper surface portion of the load and the load is held by the hand portion. When the person holds the second handle portion of the hand portion and operates it upward, the second handle portion is positioned on the center side of the luggage with respect to the side wall holding portion of the hand portion, so that the side wall holding portion of the hand portion is A moment is generated that presses against the lateral wall holding portion of the load.
Therefore, according to the present invention, in addition to the function of the approach operation part, the hand part is further pressed against the lateral wall part of the luggage by the moment when the operator operates the second handle part of the hand part to operate upward. Thus, the certainty of holding the luggage by the hand portion is improved.

Thereby, the anti-slip material 43 of the hand part 20 is adsorbed to the lateral wall part B1 of the luggage B.
For example, when the operator performs the above-described operation while holding the upper handle portion 33 of the hand portion 20, the operator does not have to bend the waist portion down so much that the horizontal wall holding portion 31 (slippery) of the hand portion 20 is required. The stopper 43) can be applied to the lateral wall B1 of the load B.
In the state shown in FIG. 8, when the hand unit 20 is raised, the load B is lifted together with the hand unit 20 by the adsorption action of the anti-slip material 43 of the hand unit 20.
Depending on the weight of the load B, even if the horizontal wall portion B1 of the load B tries to move downward (being dropped) along the horizontal wall holding portion 31 (slip prevention material 43) of the hand portion 20, the hand portion 20 slips. Due to the adsorbing action of the stopper 43, the movement of the load B to the lower side of the lateral wall portion B <b> 1 is stopped, and the load B is held by the hand portion 20.
When the load B is lifted by the hand part 20, the weight of the load B is applied to the hand part 20, and tension is generated in the belt 28. The right belt 28 generates an operating force FL1 that causes the left hand unit 20 to approach the right hand unit 20, and the left belt 28 causes the right hand unit 20 to approach the left hand unit 20. An operating force FR1 to be generated is generated.
Here, in the absence of the shaft member 38a, depending on the relationship between the lateral dimension of the load B and the distance between the left and right arm portions 2, tension was generated in the belt 28 with the load B sandwiched between the left and right hand portions 20. In some cases, the belt 28 spreads away from each other, and the operating forces FL1 and FR1 are weakened, and the gripping force acting on the load B may be insufficient. However, in the present embodiment, the right belt 28 is passed through the right support portion 39 so as to be in a crank shape, and the left belt 28 is also passed through the left support portion 41 so as to be in a crank shape. Even when the belt 28 spreads away from each other, a force that twists the hand portion 20 toward the load B is generated, so that the gripping force acting on the load B is improved.
As described above, in the approaching operation unit 29, the operating forces FR1 and FL1 that cause the right and left hand units 20 to approach each other are generated, and the lateral wall holding unit 31 (slip prevention material 43) of the right hand unit 20 is loaded. The left side wall portion B1 of the left hand portion 20 is pressed against the left side wall portion B1 of the luggage B by being pressed by the right side wall portion B1 of B. Thereby, the certainty of holding | maintenance of the load B by the hand part 20 is improved.
(Auxiliary operation of the worker when holding the luggage with the hand)
When the load B is held by the hand unit 20, an operator may assist the lifting of the load B or correct the posture of the load B. In this case, the operator may perform an operation of holding the upper handle portion 33 of the hand portion 20 and lifting the hand portion 20 upward.
As shown in FIG. 8, in a state where the horizontal wall holding portion 31 of the hand portion 20 is applied to the horizontal wall portion B1 of the luggage B, the operator operates the upper portion 33 of the hand portion 20 to operate upward ( (Refer to direction A1), a moment M1 is generated that presses the lateral wall holding portion 31 of the hand portion 20 against the lateral wall portion B1 of the baggage B around the connection portion between the lateral wall holding portion 31 and the extending portion 32 in the hand portion 20. To do.
Accordingly, in addition to the function of the approach operation unit 29 that generates the operation forces FR1 and FL1 that cause the right and left hand units 20 to approach each other, the operator holds the upper handle 33 of the hand unit 20 and operates the upper side. Due to the moment M1 due to the movement, the lateral wall holding portion 31 (antislip material 43) of the hand portion 20 is further pressed against the lateral wall portion B1 of the load B, and the certainty of holding the load B by the hand portion 20 is ensured. Enhanced.
As shown in FIG. 8, when the lateral wall holding portion 31 of the hand portion 20 is applied to the lateral wall portion B1 of the load B, when the load B is lifted from the floor, the anti-slip material 43 of the hand portion 20 is not attracted. When it is considered sufficient, the operator holds the lower handle portion 34 of the hand portion 20 and presses the lateral wall holding portion 31 (slip prevention material 43) of the hand portion 20 against the lateral wall portion B1 of the load B, thereby The certainty of holding the luggage B by the unit 20 can be increased.
As shown in FIG. 9, if it is considered that the anti-slip material 43 of the hand part 20 is not sufficiently adsorbed even after the luggage B is lifted from the floor, the operator holds the lower handle part 34 of the hand part 20. , And the lateral wall holding part 31 (antislip material 43) of the hand part 20 is pressed against the lateral wall part B1 of the luggage B, so that the certainty of holding the luggage B by the hand part 20 can be enhanced.
After the load B is lifted from the floor, the load B is often located in front of the operator's chest or abdomen, so that the lower handle portion 34 of the hand portion 20 is positioned so as to be easily held by the operator. Thus, the operability is improved.
If the cover part 46 (the raising operation switch 23 and the lowering operation switch 24) is replaced from the upper handle part 33 of the hand part 20 to the lower handle part 34, the operability is improved.
(Working form of assist device)
For example, when placing luggage B placed on a pallet or floor on a high shelf or truck bed, the operator bends the waist down or bends the knee and drops the waist, so that the luggage on the pallet or floor Hold B with your hand and hold your baggage B with your hand extended down, extend your waist up or stand up, lift the baggage B with your hand, and put the baggage B on a high shelf or truck bed It is supposed to be placed.
In a state where the worker wearing the assist device performs the above-described work, the control device 8 activates the waist assisting unit 3 and the lifting device 17 based on the pressing operation of the lifting operation switch 23 and the lowering operation switch 24. Will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the electric motor 27 of the elevating device 17 is operated unless the operator pushes both the ascending operation switch 23 and the descending operation switch 24 in a state where the operator wears the assist device. Is stopped, and the electric motor of the waist assisting portion 3 is in a stopped state (free rotation state).
When the worker walks, or when the operator bends the waist down or bends the knee and drops the waist, the operation arm 12 swings so as to follow the thigh of the operator. The operation of the worker is not hindered.
When the operator bends the lower back (bends the knee and lowers the lower back) and holds the pallet or floor load B, when the operator pushes the lowering operation switch 24, the electric motor 27 in the lifting device 17 is operated. Operates to the feeding side, the inner portions 18a and 19a of the wires 18 and 19 are fed out, and the hand portion 20 is lowered.
When the pushing operation of the lowering operation switch 24 is stopped, the electric motor 27 is stopped and the hand unit 20 is stopped. Therefore, the operator can perform the hand operation as described in the above-mentioned (holding operation of the luggage by the hand unit). The load 20 is held by the unit 20.
As described in the previous section (elevating device), the electric motor 27 is provided with an electromagnetic brake (not shown), and the electromagnetic brake automatically enters a braking state when the electric motor 27 is stopped or not energized. .
In the state where the electric motor 27 is stopped, the inner portions 18a and 19a of the wires 18 and 19 are not drawn out from the lifting device 17, and the hand portion 20 does not move even if the weight of the load B is applied to the hand portion 20 as will be described later. It will not descend.
The worker lifts the load B by extending the waist (with standing up) while holding the load B by the hand unit 20. When the operator pushes the raising operation switch 23, the operation arm 12 is driven downward in the lower back assisting portion 3, and the operator's thigh is operated downward to extend the waist (rise up). ) Is assisted.
After the operator has stood up in a state in which the ascending operation switch 23 has been pressed, if the operator has detected that the operating arm 12 has reached a position that is substantially downward in the lower back assisting section 3, the operator has stood up (rises up) ) Is determined, and the electric motor of the lower back assistance portion 3 is in a stopped state (free rotation state).
Next, in the lifting / lowering device 17, the electric motor 27 operates on the winding side, the inner portions 18a and 19a of the wires 18 and 19 are wound, and the hand portion 20 is raised. When the hand unit 20 rises to a desired position, the push operation of the raising operation switch 23 is stopped, whereby the electric motor 27 is stopped and the hand unit 20 is stopped.
The worker walks to a high shelf on which the luggage B should be placed or a truck bed. When the worker arrives at a high shelf, a truck bed, etc., and the operator pushes the lowering operation switch 24, the electric motor 27 is actuated to the feeding side in the elevating device 17, and the inner wires 18a, 19a, 19a is extended and the hand part 20 descends.
The worker places the luggage B on a high shelf, a truck bed, etc., and removes the hand unit 20 from the luggage B. When the luggage B is placed on a high shelf, a truck bed or the like, the initial state is restored, and the same operation is performed on the next luggage B.
(First embodiment of the invention in the first embodiment)
In the hand part 20, when attaching the upper handle part 33 to the upper surface part of the extension part 32, you may attach as the following description.
As shown in FIG. 10, in the right and left hand parts 20, a fulcrum part 54 is connected to the upper surface part of the extension part 32, and an intermediate part of the support member 55 is arranged around the lateral axis P <b> 2 of the fulcrum part 54. Is supported in a swingable manner like a seesaw. The upper handle 33 is supported at the end of the support member 55 on the right support portion 39 (left support portion 41) side so as to be swingable around a lateral axis P3 parallel to the axis P2.
With the structure described above, the lateral wall holding portion 31 (anti-slip material 43) is applied to the load B placed on the floor while the extension portion 32 is applied to the upper surface portion B2 of the load B in the right hand portion 20. Apply it to the right side wall B1 of the load B. In the left hand part 20, the lateral wall holding part 31 (antislip material 43) is applied to the left lateral wall part B <b> 1 of the luggage B while the extending part 32 is applied to the upper surface part B <b> 2 of the luggage B.
In the state shown in FIG. 10, when lifting the load B, if the operator holds the upper handle portion 33 of the hand portion 20 and performs an operation of lifting the hand portion 20 upward, The side of the handle 33 is slightly lifted, and the side opposite to the upper handle 33 of the support member 55 is pressed downward near the upper side of the horizontal wall holding unit 31.
As a result, when a moment M1 is generated that presses the lateral wall holding portion 31 of the hand portion 20 against the lateral wall portion B1 of the luggage B around the vicinity of the connection portion between the lateral wall holding portion 31 and the extending portion 32 in the hand portion 20. A large moment M1 is generated.
(Second embodiment of the invention in the first embodiment)
The approach operation unit 29 may be configured as described below.
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, in the right and left hand portions 20, one channel-shaped bracket 37 is connected to the opposite end of the lateral wall holding portion 31 in the extending portion 32. Three shaft members 38 a, 38 b, 38 c in the shape of round bars are attached to the bracket 37 in the lateral direction.
In the bracket 37, the shaft member 38b is disposed in a position closer to the lateral wall holding portion 31 than the shaft member 38a and in a position below the shaft member 38a in the left-right direction. Further, the shaft member 38c in the right hand portion 20 is disposed below the shaft member 38b in the vertical direction, and the shaft member 38c in the left hand portion 20 is disposed between the shaft members 38a and 38b in the vertical direction. . The position of the shaft member 38c in each hand portion 20 is not particularly limited as long as the shaft member 38c does not interfere with the belt 28 when the belt 28 is cranked on the shaft members 38a and 38b.
In the right hand part 20, the shaft members 38 a and 38 b are the right support part 39, and the shaft member 38 c is the right connection part 40. In the left hand portion 20, the shaft members 38 a and 38 b are the left support portion 41, and the shaft member 38 c is the left connection portion 42.
The right belt 28 is bent with the right lateral wall holding portion 31 side in the left-right direction of the right belt 28 in contact with the shaft member 38a and the opposite side of the right lateral wall holding portion 31 in the left-right direction in contact with the shaft member 38b. It passes between the right support part 39 ( shaft members 38a and 38b) and the right connection part 40 (shaft member 38c) of the right hand part 20 so as to be in a state (crank shape), and changes its direction in the left-right direction. The extension end of the right belt 28 is connected to the left connection part 42 (shaft member 38c) of the left hand part 20. In the right support portion 39 ( shaft members 38a and 38b), the right belt 28 is movable (slidable) in the longitudinal direction of the belt 28 with respect to the right hand portion 20.
The left belt 28 is bent with the left lateral wall holding portion 31 side in the left-right direction of the left belt 28 in contact with the shaft member 38a and the opposite side of the left lateral wall holding portion 31 in the left-right direction in contact with the shaft member 38b. It passes under the left support part 41 ( shaft members 38a, 38b) of the left hand part 20 so as to be in a state (crank shape), and is changed in the left-right direction and extended sideways. The extending end of the belt 28 is connected to the right connecting portion 40 (shaft member 38c) of the right hand portion 20. In the left support portion 41 ( shaft members 38 a and 38 b), the left belt 28 is movable (slidable) in the longitudinal direction of the belt 28 with respect to the left hand portion 20.
By attaching the right and left belts 28 as described above, the right belt 28 is on the upper side and the left belt 28 is on the lower side in the bracket 37 between the right and left hand portions 20, and the right And the left belt 28 is arranged vertically so as to overlap in plan view.
In the right hand portion 20, the shaft member 38c is disposed between the shaft members 38a and 38b in the vertical direction, and in the left hand portion 20, the shaft member 38c is disposed below the shaft member 38b in the vertical direction. Anyway. In this way, in the bracket 37 between the right and left hand portions 20, the right belt 28 is on the lower side, the left belt 28 is on the upper side, and the right and left belts 28 overlap in plan view. So as to be arranged up and down.

A hook-and-loop fastener 152 (magic tape (registered trademark)) is attached to the lower surface of the upper portion 150.
(Attaching and removing the cover from the hand)
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the surface fastener 152 of the cover portion 146 is brought into contact with and connected to the surface fastener 157 of the lower handle portion 156 of the movable body 155, so that the cover portion 146 is held under the movable body 155. It can be attached to the hand portion 156, and the raising operation switch 123 (the lowering operation switch 124) is attached to the hand portion 120 via the cover portion 146.
Since the connection range of the hook-and-loop fasteners 152 and 157 is relatively wide, the attachment position of the cover portion 146 on the lower handle 156 of the movable body 155 can be arbitrarily changed within the connection range of the hook-and-loop fasteners 152 and 157. it can.
By releasing the surface fastener 152 of the cover part 146 from the surface fastener 157 of the lower handle part 156 of the movable body 155, the cover part 146 is removed from the hand part 120, and the ascending operation switch 123 (the descending operation switch 124) is It is removed from the hand unit 120.
When various hand portions 120 are attached to the attachment portion 121 (when they are replaced), the surface fastener 152 of the cover portion 146 is connected to the surface fastener (not shown) of the replaced hand portion 120, whereby the cover portion 146 (the raising operation switch 123 and the lowering operation switch 124) can be shared by various hand units 120.
(Elevator operation by operating the ascent and descent switches)
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, when the raising operation switch 123 is pushed, the rotating body is driven to rotate to the winding side by the electric motor 127 in the lifting device 117, and the inners 118 a and 119 a of the wires 118 and 119 are rotated. The hand unit 120 is raised by being wound around the body.
When the lowering operation switch 124 is pressed, the electric motor 127 rotates the rotating body to the feeding side, the inner portions 118a and 119a of the wires 118 and 119 are drawn out from the rotating body, and the hand unit 120 is lowered.
When the push operation of the ascending operation switch 123 and the descending operation switch 124 is stopped, the electric motor 127 is stopped.
The electric motor 127 is provided with an electromagnetic brake (not shown). The electromagnetic brake is automatically released when the electric motor 127 is operated, and the electromagnetic brake is automatically braked when the electric motor 127 is stopped and de-energized. It becomes a state.
(Luggage holding operation by hand part)
As shown in FIG. 20, a cubic load B such as a cardboard box is assumed.
As shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15, when the operator wearing the assisting device puts out the right hand and the left hand and has the lower handle portion 156 of the movable body 155, the horizontal wall holding portion 131 of the hand portion 120 is moved. The extension part 132 of the hand part 120 is in the state of being directed in the left-right direction.
It is assumed that the luggage B is placed on the floor with respect to the worker wearing the assist device.
As shown in FIG. 20, in the right hand portion 120, the operator places the lateral wall holding portion 131 (slip prevention material 143) on the right side of the load B while applying the extension portion 132 to the upper surface portion B <b> 2 of the load B. Apply to the side wall B1. In the left hand part 120, the lateral wall holding part 131 (slip prevention material 143) is applied to the left lateral wall part B1 of the luggage B while the extension part 132 is applied to the upper surface part B2 of the luggage B. As a result, the anti-slip material 143 of the hand unit 120 is attracted to the lateral wall B1 of the luggage B.
For example, if the operator performs the above-described operation while holding the lower handle portion 156 of the movable body 155, the movable body is applied by the force applied by the operator having the lower handle portion 156 and the urging force of the winding spring 158. 155 can be pressed against the horizontal wall holding portion 131 (antislip material 143) of the hand portion 120, and the horizontal wall holding portion 131 can be applied to the horizontal wall portion B1 of the load B.
In this way, when the hand part 120 is raised in a state where the horizontal wall holding part 131 is abutted against the horizontal wall part B1 of the load B, the load is brought together with the hand part 120 by the adsorption action of the anti-slip material 143 of the hand part 120. B is lifted.
Depending on the weight of the load B, the horizontal wall B1 of the load B may move downward (or fall) along the horizontal wall holding portion 131 (antislip material 143) of the hand 120, or the hand 120 may slip. Due to the adsorption action of the stopper 143, the movement of the load B to the lower side of the lateral wall portion B <b> 1 is stopped, and the load B is held by the hand portion 120.
When the load B is lifted by the hand unit 120, the weight of the load B is applied to the hand unit 120, and tension is generated in the belt 128. The right belt 128 generates an operating force FL2 that causes the left hand portion 120 to approach the right hand portion 120, and the left belt 128 causes the right hand portion 120 to approach the left hand portion 120. An operating force FR2 to be generated is generated.
In the present embodiment, the right belt 128 is passed through the first right support portion 139a, and further passed through the second left support portion 141b to connect the extension end to the right connection portion 140, and the left belt 128 Is passed through the first left support part 141a and further extended through the second right support part 139b to connect the extended end to the left connection part 142. That is, the left and right belts 128 are connected to the left and right hand parts 120. In between, each is doubled. Therefore, for example, between the left and right hand portions 120, the operation forces FR2 and FL2 are generated approximately twice as compared with the case where the left and right belts 128 are single.
As described above, in the approaching operation unit 129, the operating forces FR2 and FL2 causing the right and left hand units 120 to approach each other are generated, and the lateral wall holding unit 131 (slip prevention material 143) of the right hand unit 120 is loaded. B is pressed by the right lateral wall B1 of B, and the lateral wall holding part 131 (antislip material 143) of the left hand unit 120 is pressed by the left lateral wall B1 of the load B. Thereby, the certainty of holding | maintenance of the load B by the hand part 120 is improved.
(Auxiliary operation of the worker when holding the luggage with the hand)
As shown in FIG. 20, when the operator holds the load B with the hand unit 120, the operator can use the lower part of the movable body 155 to assist in lifting the load B or correct the posture of the load B. In order to perform operations such as pulling up the hand portion 120 with the handle portion 156 or placing the lifted luggage B at a predetermined position, the hand is held with the lower handle portion 156 of the movable body 155. An operation for lowering the unit 120 downward may be performed.
In this case, for example, when performing an operation for lifting the hand unit 120, if the operator performs an operation for lifting the hand unit 120 at a timing earlier than the timing when the lifting device 117 raises the hand unit 120. In some cases, excessive force is generated in the direction of pulling the lower handle portion 156 upward. Further, when the operation of lowering the hand unit 120 is performed, if the speed at which the hand unit 120 is lowered by the lifting device 117 is faster than the operator thinks, the lower handle unit 156 is moved upward as described above. Excessive force may be generated in the direction of pulling up. In this case, when the lower handle portion is directly attached to the horizontal wall holding portion 131, the lower handle portion moves upward with respect to the luggage B while the horizontal wall holding portion 131 moves away from the horizontal wall portion B1 of the luggage B. There is a possibility that the state where the luggage B is held by the hand unit 120 is released at an unexpected timing.
However, as described above, the lower handle portion 156 is attached to the movable body 155 and can swing around the lateral axis P of the movable body attachment portion 132a. The movable body 155 is elastically urged in a direction in which the movable body 155 approaches the holding portion 131. Therefore, even if an excessive force is generated in the direction of pulling up the lower handle 156 upward, as shown in FIG. 21, the movable body 155 moves away from the lateral wall holding portion 131 against the urging force so as to follow this force. Since the position of the lower handle part 156 relative to the hand part 120 is displaced upward, the horizontal wall holding part 131 is separated from the horizontal wall part B1 of the luggage B and holds the luggage B by the hand part 120. Occurrence of a situation where the state is released is suppressed, and the certainty of holding the luggage B by the hand unit 120 is increased.
In addition, even after the load B is lifted from the floor, if it seems that the anti-slip material 143 of the hand part 120 is not sufficiently adsorbed, the operator holds the lower handle part 156 of the movable body 155 and moves the movable body. By pressing the lateral wall holding part 131 (slip prevention material 143) of the hand part 120 against the lateral wall part B1 of the luggage B through 155, the certainty of holding the luggage B by the hand part 120 can be improved.
In a state where the worker wearing the assist device performs the above-described work, the control device 108 activates the waist assisting portion 103 and the lifting device 117 based on the pressing operation of the lifting operation switch 123 and the lowering operation switch 124. Will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, when the operator wears the assist device and the operator does not press both the ascending operation switch 123 and the descending operation switch 124, the electric motor 127 of the elevating device 117 is used. Is stopped, and the electric motor of the waist assisting portion 103 is in a stopped state (free rotation state).
When the worker walks, or when the worker bends the waist down or bends the knee and drops the waist, the operation arm 112 swings to follow the operator's thigh. The operation of the worker is not hindered.
When the operator bends the waist down (bends the knee and drops the waist) and holds the pallet or the load B on the floor, when the operator pushes down the lowering operation switch 124, the lifting / lowering device 117 has the electric motor 127. Operates to the feeding side, the inner portions 118a and 119a of the wires 118 and 119 are fed out, and the hand portion 120 is lowered.
When the push operation of the lowering operation switch 124 is stopped, the electric motor 127 is stopped and the hand unit 120 is stopped. Therefore, the operator can perform the hand operation as described in the above-mentioned (holding operation of the luggage by the hand unit). The load 120 is held by the unit 120.
As described in (Elevating device) in the previous section, the electric motor 127 is provided with an electromagnetic brake (not shown), and the electromagnetic brake automatically enters a braking state when the electric motor 127 is stopped or not energized. .
In a state where the electric motor 127 is stopped, the inner portions 118a and 119a of the wires 118 and 119 are not drawn out from the elevating device 117, and even if the weight of the load B is applied to the hand portion 120 as will be described later, It will not descend.
The worker lifts the load B by extending the waist (with standing up) while holding the load B by the hand unit 120. When the operator pushes the ascent operation switch 123, the operation arm 112 is driven downward in the lower back assisting portion 103, and the operator's thigh is operated downward, so that the lower back extends (rises up). ) Is assisted.
After the operator has stood up while pressing the ascending operation switch 123, when the hip assisting part 103 detects that the operation arm 112 has reached a position that is substantially directly downward, the operator has stood up (rises up) ) Is determined, and the electric motor of the lower back assistance unit 103 is in a stopped state (free rotation state).
Next, in the lifting / lowering device 117, the electric motor 127 operates on the winding side, the inner portions 118a and 119a of the wires 118 and 119 are wound, and the hand portion 120 is raised. When the hand unit 120 rises to a desired position, the push operation of the raising operation switch 123 is stopped, whereby the electric motor 127 is stopped and the hand unit 120 is stopped.
The worker walks to a high shelf on which the luggage B should be placed or a truck bed. When the worker arrives at a high shelf, a truck bed, etc., and the operator pushes down the lowering operation switch 124, the electric motor 127 is actuated to the feeding side in the elevating device 117, and the inner 118a, 119a is extended and the hand part 120 descends.
The worker places the luggage B on a high shelf or a truck bed, and removes the hand unit 120 from the luggage B. When the luggage B is placed on a high shelf, a truck bed or the like, the initial state is restored, and the same operation is performed on the next luggage B.
(First Embodiment of Invention in Second Embodiment)
The approach operation unit 129 may be configured as described below.
As shown in FIG. 22, in the right and left hand parts 120, one channel-like bracket 137 is connected to the end of the extension part 132 on the opposite side of the horizontal wall holding part 131. Three shaft members 138a, 138b, and 138c are attached to the bracket 137 in a lateral direction in a state where they are aligned in the vertical direction.
In the bracket 137, the middle shaft member 138a is disposed farther from the lateral wall holding portion 131 than the upper shaft member 138b and the lower shaft member 138c. In the right hand portion 120, the bracket 137 and the middle shaft member 138a are the first right support portion 139a, the bracket 137 and the upper shaft member 138b are the second right support portion 139b, the bracket 137 and the lower side The shaft member 138 c is the right connection portion 140. In the left hand portion 120, the bracket 137 and the middle shaft member 138a are the first left support portion 141a, the bracket 137 and the lower shaft member 138c are the second left support portion 141b, and the bracket 137. The upper shaft member 138 b is the left connecting portion 142.
The right belt 128 is passed through the first right support part 139a of the right hand part 120, is changed in the left-right direction, is extended laterally, and is passed through the second left support part 141b of the left hand part 120. Further, the direction is changed in the left-right direction and extended in the horizontal direction, and the extension end of the right belt 128 is connected to the right connection part 140 of the right hand part 120. In the first right support portion 139a and the second left support portion 141b, the right belt 128 is movable (slidable) in the longitudinal direction of the belt 128 with respect to the left and right hand portions 120.
The left belt 128 is passed through the first left support portion 141a of the left hand portion 120, is changed in the left-right direction and extended sideways, and is passed through the second right support portion 139b of the right hand portion 120. The left belt 128 is extended to the left connecting portion 142 of the left hand portion 120. The extending end of the left belt 128 is connected to the left connecting portion 142 of the left hand portion 120. In the first left support portion 141a and the second right support portion 139b, the left belt 128 is movable (slidable) in the longitudinal direction of the belt 128 with respect to the left and right hand portions 120.
By attaching the right and left belts 128 as described above, the left belt 128 is doubled on the upper side and the right belt 128 is doubled on the lower side in the bracket 137 between the right and left hand portions 120. The right and left belts 128 are arranged vertically so as to overlap each other in plan view.
If the left and right belts 128 are attached so as to be overlapped in a plan view in a state where each belt 128 is doubled up and down, the attachment manner is particularly limited. It is not something.
(Second embodiment of the invention in the second embodiment)
The approaching operation unit 129 is not limited to the one shown in FIGS. 17 to 22 as long as it generates an operating force that causes the left and right hand units 120 to approach each other in the state where the left and right hand units 120 are set in the load B. I can't. For example, the left and right belts 128 may be single between the left and right hand portions 120, respectively.
Further, in the assist device, in the approach operation portion, a right support portion provided on an upper surface portion of the extension portion in the right hand portion, and a left support portion provided on an upper surface portion of the extension portion in the left hand portion, The right support part so that the left and right cable-like bodies (belts) are at least double between the right support part and the left support part and are movable in the longitudinal direction of the cord-like body And the left and right cords are connected to the right or left hand, respectively, or the right cord and the left cord are extended to the left. The extended end of the body may be connected.
That is, the left and right belts 128 are not limited to be attached so as to be double between the left and right hand portions 120, but may be attached so as to be triple or more.
(Third Another Embodiment of Invention in Second Embodiment)
The movable body 155 can swing around the horizontal axis P of the movable body mounting portion 132a. However, the movable body 155 has the lower handle portion 156 positioned at least vertically with respect to the left and right hand portions 120. Anything that can be displaced is acceptable.
For example, a plate-like movable body 155 that can slide up and down is provided on the horizontal wall holding portion 131, and a lower handle portion may be attached to the movable body 155. In this case, even if an excessive force is generated in the direction of pulling up the lower handle portion 156 as described above, the movable body 155 to which the lower handle portion 156 is attached so as to follow this force is independently provided. Since it is displaced in the vertical direction, the occurrence of a situation in which the state of holding the load B by the hand unit 120 is released is suppressed.
(Fourth embodiment of the invention in the second embodiment)
Further, as shown in FIG. 23, the left and right hand portions 120 may have an upper handle portion 160 (corresponding to a second handle portion) connected upward to the upper surface portion of the extension portion 132.
In this case, for example, the upper handle portion 160 connected to the right hand portion 120 is located closer to the lateral wall holding portion 131 than the bracket 137 in the left-right direction on the upper surface portion of the extension portion 132 (on the right outer side). On the other hand, the upper handle portion 160 connected to the left hand portion 120 is closer to the lateral wall holding portion 131 than the bracket 137 in the left-right direction on the upper surface portion of the extension portion 132 ( (Left outside position) When the upper handle portion 160 is connected, the size of the cutout portion 155a of the movable body 155 is appropriately changed in order to prevent the swinging movable body 155 from interfering with the upper handle portion 160. By doing so, the movable body 155 can swing without interfering with the upper handle 160 as shown in FIG.
Then, the cover portion 146 can be attached to the upper handle portion 160 by appropriately providing a hook and loop fastener on the upper handle portion 160 and applying the hook and loop fastener 152 of the cover portion 146 to the surface fastener.
As described above, when the upper handle portion 160 is provided, the operator does not bend the waist portion so large that the side wall holding portion 131 (slip prevention material 143) of the hand portion 120 is attached to the side wall portion B1 of the luggage B. Can be applied.
Further, when the operator holds the upper handle portion 160 and operates the upper side with the horizontal wall holding portion 131 of the hand portion 120 applied to the horizontal wall portion B1 of the load B, A moment for pressing the lateral wall holding part 131 of the hand part 120 against the lateral wall part B1 of the load B is generated around the vicinity of the connection part with the extending part 132.

As a result, in addition to the function of the approach operation unit 129 that generates an operation force that causes the right and left hand units 120 to approach each other, the hand is moved by the moment that the operator operates the upper handle unit 160 upward. The lateral wall holding portion 131 (antislip material 143) of the portion 120 is further pressed against the lateral wall portion B1 of the load B, and the certainty of holding the load B by the hand portion 120 is enhanced.
The assist device of the present invention can be applied to an assist device that is attached to an operator and assists the operator in holding the load.
