Definitions
- the present invention relates to a container with a loading platform comprising a vertically arranged side wall structure that delimits an interior space.
- Said side wall structure includes a lower perimeter edge and an upper perimeter edge; where the container of the invention includes hooking means to be able to anchor selected upper elements between a lid and crossbars (also called crossbar elements), so that these upper (or crossbar) elements are arranged in correspondence with a mouthpiece of the container delimited by the upper perimeter edge, providing a more solid assembly of the container and also a stable support during the stacking of several containers.
- the container may also comprise other hooking means for attaching the side wall structure to the loading platform. It should be noted that the container with the loading platform is assembled quickly and easily, while being fully recyclable without requiring staples and plastic elements.
- the invention proposes a container with a loading platform comprising a side wall structure consisting of at least one inner strip and one outer strip; where the side wall structure is linked to the loading platform by means of hooking means formed by first male elements that are part of the side wall structure, and first female elements located in the loading platform; and where the first male elements fit inside the first female elements.
- the container of the invention may further comprise at least one upper element that engages in a few second male elements that are part of the side wall structure.
- the at least one upper element may consist of transom elements and first male elements that are part of the side wall structure.
- the first male elements are located at a lower perimeter edge of the side wall structure, while the second male elements are located at an upper perimeter edge of the side wall structure; where said upper perimeter edge delimits a mouth of the container; and where the upper perimeter edge and the lower perimeter edge are located in opposite planes.
- the inner strip and the outer strip of the side wall structure comprise pairs of opposite collateral walls that are in contact with each other, and opposite central walls; where the collateral walls join the respective central walls by means of bending lines.
- the first male elements comprise first angular tongues formed by two branches, first intermediate tongues and first extreme tongues; while the first female elements comprise first angular grooves and first straight grooves.
- the first intermediate tabs fit into the first straight grooves, while the first angular tabs along with the first end tabs fit into the first angular grooves; where each of the first extreme tongues is attached against one of the two branches of the first tongues angular.
- the second male elements located on the upper perimeter edge of the side wall structure, comprise second angular tongues formed by two branches, second intermediate tabs and second end tabs; where all the second tabs are all part of said side wall structure; and where each of the second end tabs is attached against one of the two branches of the second angular tabs.
- the bending lines joining the collateral walls and the central walls, said bending lines also join the pairs of branches that form the first angular tongues and the pairs of branches that form the second angular tongues.
- the container comprises upper elements formed by end beams of angular configuration and at least one intermediate cross member of angular configuration.
- the two extreme crossbars are coupled on the set of the second angular tabs and the second end tabs; where the end beams include second angular grooves into which the sets of second angular tongues and second end tongues are fitted.
- the intermediate crossbar engages the second intermediate tabs; where the intermediate cross member includes second straight grooves into which the second intermediate tabs are fitted.
- the container comprises an upper element formed by a closure lid that engages in the second intermediate tabs, and in the set of the second angular tabs and second end tabs; where the cover includes grooves in which the second intermediate tabs are fitted, and the set of the second angular tabs and second end tabs.
- Each of the second intermediate tabs comprises a lower portion and an upper portion that projects upwardly relative to the upper perimeter edge of the side wall structure; where the lower portion is flanked between two cuts that converge on the upper portion; and where said cuts are configured to fit into them portions of the two branches of the intermediate crossbar.
- the side wall structure includes flaps located on the lower perimeter edge of said side wall structure; where said flaps rest on a surface of the loading platform; and where said flaps are joined by bending lines.
- flaps are part of the pairs of collateral walls and also of the central walls.
- the invention proposes a container with a loading platform comprising a side wall structure that includes a lower perimeter edge and an upper perimeter edge that delimits a mouth of the container; where the upper perimeter edge and the lower perimeter edge are located in opposite planes.
- the side wall structure does not have its lower part, or more specifically the configuration described above where the lower part comprises first male elements that protrude from the lower perimeter edge.
- first elements are not present, passing those previously referred to as second elements to be first elements.
- first (previously second) male elements protrude above the upper perimeter edge of the side wall structure; so that the first (formerly second) male elements are coupled to the crossbar elements, which are configured to form an extended support of the loading platform of a container placed above another container during stacking.
- Said crossbar elements also have the function of reinforcing the assembly and rigidity of the container, thus preserving the geometry of the mouth of the container.
- the reinforced reinforcement of the mouth of the container by means of crossbar elements prevents deformation of the container due to the internal load contained in said container, which would impair the quality of the stacking of several containers.
- the first (previously second) male elements comprise first (previously second) angular tabs formed by two branches, first (previously second) intermediate tabs and first (previously second) end tabs; where all the first (previously second) tabs are part of said side wall structure; and where each of the first (previously second) end tabs is attached against one of the two branches of the first (previously second) angular tabs.
- the crossbar elements comprise two extreme crossbars of angular configuration and at least one intermediate crossbar which also has an angular configuration.
- the extreme crossbars are coupled on the set of the first (previously second) angular tabs and the first (previously second) end tabs; where the end beams include first (previously second) angular grooves in which the assemblies of first (previously second) angular tabs and first (previously second) end tabs are fitted.
- each of the intermediate crossbars is coupled on the first (previously second) intermediate tabs; where the intermediate cross member includes first (previously second) straight grooves into which the first (previously second) intermediate tabs are fitted.
- Each of the first (previously second) intermediate tabs comprises a lower portion and an upper portion that projects upwardly relative to the upper perimeter edge of the side wall structure; where the lower portion is flanked between two cuts that converge on the upper portion.
- Figure 1 Shows a perspective view of the container with loading platform, object of the invention.
- a crossbar is coupled on a mouth of the container, although a cover can also be attached in replacement of said crossbars.
- Figure 2a Shows an exploded perspective view of the container with loading platform.
