在一种实施例中,如图2所示,旋转台200包括:托盘210,电器屏柜安置在托盘210上;中心台面220,位于托盘210的下方,并且支撑托盘210;电机齿轮箱230,固定于中心台面220的下方中央,用于驱动中心台面220旋转,从而带动托盘210旋转;底座240,位于电机齿轮箱230的下方,并安置于地面上。
其中,托盘210的上表面可以设置防滑花纹,以防止电器屏柜在旋转过程中发生位移。
另外,托盘210的下表面可以设置至少一个底部支架211,所述底部支架211与设置于中心台面220的上表面上的相应凹部配合,从而保证在旋转过程中,托盘210与中心台面220的相对位置不变。当然,底部支架211也可以设置在中心台面220的上表面上,而相应凹部设置于托盘210的下表面上。
其中,中心台面220的下表面上设有多个(图2中为六个)沿一圆周均匀布置的旋转轮222,用于平衡和分担中心台面220承受的重量。与之相应地,底座240的上表面上设有供旋转轮222运动的对应的圆形轨道槽241,用于限定旋转轮222按照圆形固定方向运动。
为了防止粉尘从旋转台200与除尘间100的底板之间的缝隙溢出而进入到电机控制系统,造成电机控制系统失效,旋转台200还可以包括侧防尘圈250,所述侧防尘圈250环绕中心台面220的外周,并与设置于中心台面220的周缘上的迷宫式防尘圈221配合。
这种配合的一种方式是,侧防尘圈250和迷宫式防尘圈221各自采用异形结构,使两者之间形成迷宫式结构,而且两者组装后互相穿插啮合,由此可以达到最佳的防尘效果。
优选地,侧防尘圈250设置为左右两部分,以便于在中心台面220安装完毕后,可以分别安装在中心台面220的两侧。
侧防尘圈250组装完成后,其内圈可以设置内防尘胶皮,所述内防尘胶皮的高度可以到达中心台面220的上表面,起到初步防尘效果。另外,侧防尘圈250的外圈同样可以设置外防尘胶皮,高度可以到达地面并且和地面密封固定,形成一个帐篷结构,从而将旋转台200的中心台面220和下面的电机齿轮箱230都罩在其中,起到全方位的防尘效果。
如图2和图4所示,侧防尘圈250的下表面上设有多个沿周向均匀布置的支柱251,用于将侧防尘圈250支撑于底座240或地面上。
除尘设备300能够通过窗口120对位于除尘间100内的电器屏柜进行除尘。
在一种实施例中,如图1A和1B所示,除尘设备300包括:除尘箱310,设有气压泵和吸尘器,所述气压泵能够吹出高压气体,所述吸尘器能够吸入尘土并进行过滤;除尘枪320,连接至除尘箱310,所述除尘枪320能够通过窗口120伸入到除尘间100内,从而对电器屏柜进行除尘。除尘箱310控制除尘枪320的吹扫除尘和粉尘回收。
图6示出了除尘枪320的一种实施例,其中,除尘枪320具有第一管321和第二管322,所述第一管321和所述第二管322中的一者连接至除尘箱310的气压泵,用于吹扫,另一者连接至除尘箱310的吸尘器,用于吸尘。其中,第一管321和第二管322可以设置为具有相同或不同的长度。
为了防止除尘箱310的吸尘器所吸入的粉尘被排出到外部而污染外部环境,可以在除尘箱310内设置过滤装置。在一种实施例中,除尘箱310内设有水箱(未图示),吸尘器吸入的尘土能与水箱中的水混合,由此过滤后的空气被排至除尘箱310的外部。水箱可定期清理。
最后,对使用上述除尘系统对电器屏柜进行除尘的方法进行描述。所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)打开除尘间100的门110,将待除尘的电器屏柜放置于除尘间100内,随后关闭除尘间100的门110。
通常,待除尘的电器屏柜已经被拆除了柜门,然后整体放置于除尘间100内,这样可以对电器屏柜的内部进行彻底的除尘清理。
b)启动除尘设备300,使得除尘设备300通过窗口120对电器屏柜进行除尘,其中,旋转台200能够带动电器屏柜旋转至合适的位置。
具体而言,操作人员打开位于除尘枪320的尾部的吹扫和吸尘按钮,以对电器屏柜进行吹扫和吸尘。
旋转台200可以由旋转按钮(未图示)来控制,操作人员按压旋转按钮,旋转台200缓慢旋转,结果带动电器屏柜缓慢旋转,并使其停在某个位置,以便于对电器屏柜的一个部位的反复清扫,直到该部位被清洁干净。
本发明彻底改变了以往对电力机车C5-C6的电器屏柜进行除尘时,大量的粉尘对操作 人员的身体健康和环境造成的不良影响和粉尘污染。除尘系统设计合理、稳定安全、清洁卫生,符合环境职业健康要求,降低了操作者的劳动强度,能够充分满足带电器件及不带电器件的电器屏柜的无水除尘清洁要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电器屏柜的除尘系统,包括:
    除尘间(100),设有供电器屏柜放入和取出的门(110),所述除尘间(100)的外壁上设有窗口(120);
    旋转台(200),用于放置所述电器屏柜,所述旋转台(200)的顶面构成所述除尘间(100)的底面的一部分,所述旋转台(200)能够旋转,以带动所述电器屏柜旋转;
    除尘设备(300),所述除尘设备能够通过所述窗口(120)对位于所述除尘间(100)内的所述电器屏柜进行除尘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的除尘系统,其中,所述除尘设备(300)包括:
    除尘箱(310),设有气压泵和吸尘器,所述气压泵能够吹出高压气体,所述吸尘器能够吸入尘土并进行过滤;
    除尘枪(320),连接至所述除尘箱(310),所述除尘枪(320)能够通过所述窗口(120)伸入到所述除尘间(100)内,从而对所述电器屏柜进行除尘。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的除尘系统,其中,所述除尘枪(320)具有第一管(321)和第二管(322),所述第一管(321)和所述第二管(322)中的一者连接至所述除尘箱(310)的气压泵,用于吹扫,所述第一管(321)和所述第二管(322)中的另一者连接至所述除尘箱(310)的吸尘器,用于吸尘。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的除尘系统,其中,所述除尘箱(310)内设有水箱,所述吸尘器吸入的尘土能与所述水箱中的水混合,过滤后的空气被排至所述除尘箱(310)的外部。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的除尘系统,其中,所述旋转台(200)包括:
    托盘(210),所述电器屏柜安置在所述托盘(210)上;
    中心台面(220),位于所述托盘(210)的下方,并且支撑所述托盘(210);
    电机齿轮箱(230),固定于所述中心台面(220)的下方中央,用于驱动所述中心台面(220)旋转,从而带动所述托盘(210)旋转;
    底座(240),位于所述电机齿轮箱(230)的下方,并安置于地面上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的除尘系统,其中,所述旋转台(200)还包括侧防尘圈(250),所述侧防尘圈(250)环绕所述中心台面(220)的外周,并与设置于所述中心台面(220)的周缘上的迷宫式防尘圈(221)配合,起到防尘作用。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的除尘系统,其中,所述中心台面(220)的下表面上设有多个沿一圆周均匀布置的旋转轮(222);所述底座(240)的上表面上设有供所述旋转轮(222)运动的对应的圆形轨道槽(241)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的除尘系统,其中,所述除尘间(100)设置为除所述除尘间的底面外的全方位立体透明密封式结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的除尘系统,其中,所述窗口(120)为多个,以能够从多个位置对所述电器屏柜进行除尘。
  10. 一种使用根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的除尘系统对电器屏柜进行除尘的方法,包括以下步骤:
    a)打开所述除尘间(100)的门(110),将待除尘的电器屏柜放置于所述除尘间(100)内的所述旋转台(200)的顶面上,随后关闭所述除尘间(100)的门(110);
    b)启动所述除尘设备(300),使得所述除尘设备(300)通过所述窗口(120)对所述电器屏柜进行除尘,其中,所述旋转台(200)能够带动所述电器屏柜旋转至合适的位置。
