本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,还包括一组定位环14、一组限位环15和一组连接绳16,一组定位环14分别安装在一组固定螺母6上,一组限位环15分别安装在一组第二活动节8上,一组连接绳16分别穿过一组限位环15,并且一组连接绳16两端分别与一组定位环14连接;可以通过一组连接绳16将一组固定螺母6间接连接在一起,并且可以通过一组定位环14将一组固定螺母6固定在一组第二固定节1上,减少一组固定螺母6和一组固定螺纹杆5的丢失。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,还包括一组防滑套17,一组防滑套17分别黏贴套装在一组箍筋定位柱13外壁上;可以通过一组防滑套17增强一组箍筋定位柱13和所固定的钢筋之间的摩擦力,从而可以提高对钢筋的固定能力。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,还包括一组支撑弹簧18,一组支撑弹簧18两端分别与一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8连接;可以通过一组支撑弹簧18对一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8之前的角度起到一定的限制作用,减少一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8之间的角度变化过大造成整个装置的扭曲变形严重。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,还包括一组连接环19和一组限位绳20,一组连接环19分别套装在一组支撑弹簧18上,一组限位绳20两端分别与一组连接环19连接;可以通过一组连接环19和一组限位绳20将一组支撑弹簧18连接,进一步限定整个装置的形状,减少其偏移。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,还包括防滑垫21,一组防滑垫21分别安装在一组限位板9上;可以通过防滑垫21增强一组限位板9与钢筋之间的摩擦力,从而可以提高对钢筋的固定能力,减少与钢筋之间发生相对位移。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,还包括卡环22,一组限位绳20均穿过卡环22;可以通过一组卡环22将一组限位绳20间接连接在一起,从而可以减少一组限位绳20对钢筋固定产生影响。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其在工作时,可以通过先后转动一组固定节1,使插入一组固定节1内的一组内管2同时螺装进入一组固定节1内,使一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8之间的距离缩短,可以通过一组固定螺纹杆5和一组固定螺母6将一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8间接连接,可以通过一组固定环3和一组旋转环4沿一组固定螺纹杆5转动使一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8可以相对转动,从而可以先后转动一组固定节1,方便调节一组活动节之间的距离,减少每次调节耗费的时间,降低使用局限性,并且可以根据钢筋之间的距离准确的调节一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8之间的距离;并且可以首先旋转一组调节块,使一组调节螺纹杆11转动,并放松一组拉绳10,在将钢筋穿过一组限位板9与一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8之间的空隙之后,反方向转动一组旋转块12,使一组调节螺纹杆11在一组调节孔处转动并产生位移,拉紧一组拉绳10,从而可以调节一组限位板9的位置,可以通过一组拉绳10对一组限位板9的拉力使一组限位板9对钢筋产生压力,从而可以通过一组限位板9方便限定箍筋与钢筋之间的位置,提高对钢筋位置的固定能力,提高使用可靠性,可以通过一组箍筋定位柱13准确快速的对箍筋进行定位,可以通过一组连接绳16将一组固定螺母6间接连接在一起,并且可以通过一组定位环14将一组固定螺母6固定在一组第二固定节1上,减少一组固定螺母6和一组固定螺纹杆5的丢失,可以通过一组防滑套17增强一组箍筋定位柱13和所固定的钢筋之间的摩擦力,从而可以提高对钢筋的固定能力,可以通过一组支撑弹簧18对一组第一活动节7和一组第 二活动节8之前的角度起到一定的限制作用,减少一组第一活动节7和一组第二活动节8之间的角度变化过大造成整个装置的扭曲变形严重,可以通过一组连接环19和一组限位绳20将一组支撑弹簧18连接,进一步限定整个装置的形状,减少其偏移,可以通过防滑垫21增强一组限位板9与钢筋之间的摩擦力,从而可以提高对钢筋的固定能力,减少与钢筋之间发生相对位移,可以通过一组卡环22将一组限位绳20间接连接在一起,从而可以减少一组限位绳20对钢筋固定产生影响。
本发明的一种新型箍筋卡箍,固定节1和活动节均采用钢管,内管2采用钢筋,均需要提前做好防锈处理,同时所使用的螺纹杆和螺母也需要做防锈处理。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种新型箍筋卡箍,包括一组固定节(1)、一组活动节和一组内管(2),所述一组内管(2)一端分别安装在所述一组活动节两端,所述一组固定节(1)内部中空;其特征在于,还包括一组固定环(3)、一组旋转环(4)、一组固定螺纹杆(5)和一组固定螺母(6),所述一组活动节包括一组第一活动节(7)和一组第二活动节(8),所述一组固定环(3)和所述一组旋转环(4)分别安装在所述一组第一活动节(7)和所述一组第二活动节(8)一端,并且所述一组旋转环(4)分别位于所述一组固定环(3)之间,所述一组固定螺纹杆(5)分别穿过所述一组固定环(3)和所述一组旋转环(4),所述一组固定螺母(6)分别螺装至所述一组固定螺纹杆(5)前端和后端,所述一组固定节(1)内壁上和所述一组内管(2)外壁上分别设置有一组相对应的内螺纹和外螺纹,并且所述一组内管(2)分别插入并螺装至所述一组固定节(1)内;还包括一组限位板(9)、一组拉绳(10)、一组调节螺纹杆(11)和一组旋转块(12),所述一组拉绳(10)一端分别与所述一组限位板(9)两端连接,所述一组第一活动节(7)和所述一组第二活动节(8)上分别设置有一组调节孔,并在所述一组调节孔处分别设置有与所述一组调节螺纹杆(11)相对应的内螺纹,所述一组调节螺纹杆(11)一端分别螺装至所述一组调节孔内,并且所述一组调节螺纹杆(11)分别与所述一组拉绳(10)另一端连接,所述一组旋转块(12)分别安装在所述一组调节螺纹杆(11)另一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括一组箍筋定位柱(13),所述一组箍筋定位柱(13)分别安装在所述一组固定节(1)外壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括一组定位环(14)、一组限位环(15)和一组连接绳(16),所述一组定位环(14)分别安装在所述一组固定螺母(6)上,所述一组限位环(15)分别安装在所述一组第二活动节(8)上,所述一组连接绳(16)分别穿过所述一组限位环(15),并且所述一组连接绳(16)两端分别与所述一组定位环(14)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括一组防滑套(17),所述一组防滑套(17)分别黏贴套装在所述一组箍筋定位柱(13)外壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括一组支撑弹簧(18),所述一组支撑弹簧(18)两端分别与所述一组第一活动节(7)和所述一组第二活动节(8)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括一组连接环(19)和一组限位绳(20),所述一组连接环(19)分别套装在所述一组支撑弹簧(18)上,所述一组限位绳(20)两端分别与所述一组连接环(19)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括一组防滑垫(21),所述一组防滑垫(21)分别安装在所述一组限位板(9)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,还包括卡环(22),所述一组限位绳(20)均穿过所述卡环(22)。
  9. 一种新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,包括:
    固定节(1),所述固定节(1)为多个;
    活动节,所述活动节为多个,多个所述固定节(1)和多个所述活动节依次交替设置以围成矩形结构,各所述活动节均位于所述矩形结构的角部处;
    内管(2),所述内管(2)为多个,相邻的所述活动节和所述固定节(1)之间通过对应的所述内管(2)位置可调节地连接,其中,各所述活动节均包括枢转连接的第一活动节(7)和第二活动节(8),所述第一活动节(7)通过一根所述内管(2)与其相邻一侧的所述固定节(1)位置可调节地连接,所述第二活动节(8)通过另一根所述内管(2)与其相邻一侧的所述固定节(1)位置可调节地连接;
    固定结构,所述固定结构为多个,且多个所述固定结构一一对应设置在多个所述活动节上,所述固定结构用于固定钢筋。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述固定节(1)、所述第一活动节(7)和所述第二活动节(8)均具有中空结构,且所述内管(2)的两端均伸入所述中空结构内并螺纹连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述固定节(1)的中空结构的内壁上设置有内螺纹,所述内管(2)的外壁上设置有与所述内螺纹配合的外螺纹,且所述内管(2)的一端插入所述固定节(1)的中空结构内并与所述固定节(1)螺纹连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括多个固定环(3),多个旋转环(4)、多个固定螺纹杆(5)和多个固定螺母(6),且各所述活动节的所述第一活动节(7)和所述第二活动节(8)通过对应的所述固定环(3),所述旋转环(4)、所述固定螺纹杆(5)和所述固定螺母(6)枢转连接,其中,所述固定环(3)与所述第一活动节(7)连接,所述旋转环(4)与所述第二活动节(8)连接,所述固定螺纹杆(5)穿过所述固定环(3)和所述旋转环(4)将所述第一活动节(7)与所述第二活动节(8)连接,所述固定螺母(6)设置在所述固定螺纹杆(5)的两端以防止所述固定环(3)和所述旋转环(4)从所述固定螺纹杆(5)上滑脱。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括多个定位环(14)、多个限位环(15)和多根连接绳(16),各所述活动节上的至少一 个所述固定螺母(6)上设置有所述定位环(14),各所述活动节上的所述第二活动节(8)上设置有所述限位环(15),各所述连接绳(16)穿过对应的所述限位环(15)后,所述连接绳(16)的两端均与对应的所述定位环(14)连接。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,各所述活动节的所述第一活动节(7)和所述第二活动节(8)上分别设置有调节孔,所述调节孔内设置有内螺纹,各所述固定结构均包括限位板(9)、两根拉绳(10)、两个调节螺纹杆(11)和两个旋转块(12),其中,两个所述旋转块(12)分别设置在两个所述调节螺纹杆(11)的第一端,两个所述调节螺纹杆(11)的第二端分别插入所述第一活动节(7)的调节孔和所述第二活动节(8)的调节孔内,两根所述拉绳(10)的第一端分别连接在所述限位板(9)的两端上,两根所述拉绳(10)的第二端分别与两个所述调节螺纹杆(11)的第二端连接,所述限位板(9)与所述第一活动节(7)和所述第二活动节(8)之间围成固定所述钢筋的固定区域。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,各所述固定结构还包括防滑垫(21),所述防滑垫(21)设置在所述限位板(9)的朝向所述固定区域的一侧表面上。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括多个箍筋定位柱(13),各所述固定节(1)的外壁上设置有至少一个所述箍筋定位柱(13)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括多个防滑套(17),各所述箍筋定位柱(13)的外壁上均罩设有对应的所述防滑套(17),且所述防滑套(17)与所述箍筋定位柱(13)粘接。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括多个支撑弹簧(18),且各所述活动节的所述第一活动节(7)和所述第二活动节(8)通过对应的所述支撑弹簧(18)连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括多个连接环(19)和多根限位绳(20),各所述支撑弹簧(18)上均设置有一个所述连接环(19),多根所述限位绳(20)交错设置,且不同所述限位绳(20)的两端与不同的所述连接环(19)连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述限位绳(20)为两根,两根所述限位绳(20)分别与位于对角线上的两个所述连接环(19)连接。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的新型箍筋卡箍,其特征在于,所述新型箍筋卡箍还包括卡环(22),所有所述限位绳(20)均穿过所述卡环(22)。
