一种吸油烟机的控制面板结构 技术领域
本发明涉及吸油烟机的技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸油烟机的控制面板结构。
背景技术
吸油烟机的控制面板结构一般由玻璃面板、控制组件等组成,如中国发明专利CN102393035A(申请号为201110272285.0)公开的一种吸油烟机,其包括烟道、收集罩、内部吸烟结构和控制面板;又如中国发明专利CN105299721A(申请号为201510678855.4)公开的一种吸油烟机,其包括呈喇叭形的油烟罩体和机体,油烟罩体的出油烟口连接机体的入油烟口,机体内设有涡轮和带动涡轮叶片旋转的电机,油烟罩体的底部设有向油烟罩体开口伸出的锥形滤油组件,油烟罩体的一侧边设有一控制面板。
吸油烟机的控制组件为易损部件,现有的吸油烟机中一般将控制组件直接固定在玻璃面板上,不方便对控制组件进行维修更换。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术而提供一种控制组件拆装方便的吸油烟机的控制面板结构。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种吸油烟机的控制面板结构,包括玻璃面板和控制组件,其特征在于,还包括固定在玻璃面板背面上的安装板,该安装板的一端通过第一紧固件与控制组件连接,且该安装板以可拆卸的方式与吸油烟机外壳的前侧板连接并通过第二紧固件与外壳的顶板固定。
作为优选,所述安装板上至少具有一块相对于玻璃面板朝后延伸的插片,而上述前侧板上分别开设有供各插片插入的插孔,并且至少其中一块插片上开设有第一安装孔,而顶板的对应处开设有与该第一安装孔对应的第二安装孔,上述第二紧固件通过该第一安装孔与第二安装孔使插片与顶板固定。通过插片与插孔的插接方式能很好地实现安装板与外壳的前侧板的可拆卸连接,并且能通过开设在该插片上的第一安装孔实现与外壳的固定。
作为优选,各所述插片的自由端均朝同一侧弯折。组装时,控制面板结构先错位与外壳的前侧板靠拢,以使各插片插入对应的插孔中,然后将控制面板结构正位,各插片的弯折部卡扣在插孔的一侧,从而将插片限位在对应的插孔中,使得控制面板结构与外壳形成相对稳定的可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述第二安装孔为沉孔,通过将第二安装孔设计为沉孔,这样上述第二紧固件的头部位于第二安装孔中,使得第二紧固件的安装位不会被直接看到,能使吸油烟机的外观美观。
作为优选,所述安装板为两块并分别设置在控制面板的左右两侧,且各安装板分别与其所在的玻璃面板部分相匹配。不仅能将控制组件牢固地安装在玻璃面板上,而且也能使控制面板结构与外壳形成更加牢固的连接。
作为优选,所述玻璃面板的背面上沿周向固定有垫条,该垫条围设在上述控制组件和安装板的外周,且上述前侧板的侧缘与该垫条相抵。防止玻璃面板与外壳在运输或工作振动过程中硬接触而损伤。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:玻璃面板的背面上固定有安装板,该安装板的一端通过第一紧固件与控制组件连接,且该安装板以可拆卸的方式与吸油烟机外壳的前侧板连接并通过第二紧固件与外壳的顶板固定,当需要对控制组件进行维修或更换时,只需拧下第二紧固件将控制面板结构从吸油烟机的外壳上取下,接着拧下第一紧固件将控制组件从玻璃面板上取下即可,控制组件的拆装十分方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~12所示,为本发明吸油烟机的控制面板结构的一个优选实施例。该控制面板结构包括玻璃面板1和控制组件2。
其中,该控制组件2设置在玻璃面板1背面的中部,而该控制组件2的左右两侧分别设置有安装板4,各安装板4分别与其所在的玻璃面板1部分相匹配。进一步,各安装板4分别通过硅酮胶固定在玻璃面板1的背面,并且各安装板4的内侧端分别形成有凸耳42,各凸耳42分别通过第一紧固件6(本实施例中为螺钉)与控制组件2的左右两端固定,从而将控制组件2安装在玻璃面板1的背面上。
进一步,各安装板4的四个角处分别具有一块插片41,各插片41均相对于玻璃面板1水平朝后延伸,而吸油烟机的外壳2的前侧包括左右两块前侧板31,两块前侧板31之间形成上控制组件2嵌入空间,各前侧板31分别与对应的安装板4相对,并且各前侧板31的对应处分别开设有供对应的插片41插入的插孔311。这样当插片41插入对应的插孔311时,控制面板结构能与外壳2形成可拆卸连接。优选地,为使控制面板结构能与外壳2形成的可拆卸连接更加稳固,任意安装板4上的各插片41的自由端均朝同一侧弯折,而使各插片41均呈L型,本实施例中,两安装板4上的各插片41均水平朝右弯折。这样组装时,控制面板结构先错位与外壳2的前侧板31靠拢,以使各插片41插入对应的插孔311中,然后将控制面板结构正位,各插片41的弯折部卡扣在插孔311的一侧,从而将插片41限位在对应的插孔311中,使得控制面板结构与外壳2形成相对稳定的可拆卸连接。
再进一步,位于各安装板4内侧上部的插片41上开设有第一安装孔411,而外壳2的顶板32的对应处开设有与该第一安装孔411对应的第二安装孔321,第二紧固件7(本实施例中该第二紧固件7为螺钉)通过该第一安装孔411与第二安装孔321使插片41与顶板32固定。优选地,第二安装孔321为沉孔,上述第二紧固件7的头部位于第二安装孔321中,通过将第二安装孔321设计为沉孔,使得第二紧固件7的安装位不会被直接看到,这样能使吸油烟机的外观美观。
此外,上述玻璃面板1的背面上沿周向固定有垫条5,该垫条5围设在上述控制组件2和安装板4的外周,且外壳2的前侧缘与该垫条5相抵。防止玻璃面板1与外壳2在运输或工作振动过程中硬接触而损伤。
综上可见,本发明中,玻璃面板1的背面上固定有安装板4,该安装板4的一端通过第一紧固件6与控制组件2连接,且该安装板4以可拆卸的方式与吸油烟机外壳2的前侧板31连接并通过第二紧固件7与外壳2的顶板32固定,当需要对控制组件2进行维修或更换时,只需拧下第二紧固件7将控制面板结构从吸油烟机的外壳2上取下,接着拧下第一紧固件6将控制组件2从玻璃面板1上取下即可,控制组件2的拆装十分方便。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种吸油烟机的控制面板结构,包括玻璃面板(1)和控制组件(2),其特征在于,还包括固定在玻璃面板(1)背面上的安装板(4),该安装板(4)的一端通过第一紧固件(6)与控制组件(2)连接,且该安装板(4)以可拆卸的方式与吸油烟机外壳(2)的前侧板(31)连接并通过第二紧固件(7)与外壳(2)的顶板(32)固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控制面板结构,其特征在于,所述安装板(4)上至少具有一块相对于玻璃面板(1)朝后延伸的插片(41),而上述前侧板(31)上分别开设有供各插片(41)插入的插孔(311),并且至少其中一块插片(41)上开设有第一安装孔(411),而顶板(32)的对应处开设有与该第一安装孔(411)对应的第二安装孔(321),上述第二紧固件(7)通过该第一安装孔(411)与第二安装孔(321)使插片(41)与顶板(32)固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的控制面板结构,其特征在于,各所述插片(41)的自由端均朝同一侧弯折。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的控制面板结构,其特征在于,所述第二安装孔(321)为沉孔。
  5. 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的控制面板结构,其特征在于,所述安装板(4)为两块并分别设置在玻璃面板(1)的左右两侧,且各安装板(4)分别与其所在的玻璃面板(1)部分相匹配。
  6. 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的控制面板结构,其特征在于,所述玻璃面板(1)的背面上沿周向固定有垫条(5),该垫条(5)围设在上述控制组件(2)和安装板(4)的外周,且上述外壳(2)的前侧缘与该垫条(5)相抵。
