Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil du type râpe pour aliments (1) comprenant un boîtier (2), un rouleau de râpage (7) agencé de manière à pouvoir tourner autour de son axe (8) au-dessous d'une paroi supérieure (9) d'une partie de boîtier supérieure du boîtier (4), ladite paroi supérieure (9) présentant une entrée (3) destinée à recevoir des objets alimentaires devant être râpés, et une partie de boîtier inférieure (6) sous le rouleau de râpage (7) est configurée pour recevoir des objets alimentaires râpés, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil du type râpe pour aliments (1) comprend un élément de tamis (31) agencé dans la partie de boîtier inférieure (6) au-dessous du rouleau de râpage (7), ledit élément de tamis (31) présentant une courbure conforme à la courbure du rouleau de râpage (7).
