Description

消音器和汽车 技术领域
本申请要求于2018年05月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810474093.X和201820739662.4、发明名称为“消音器和汽车”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及机械工业技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种消音器,还涉及一种应用上述消音器的汽车。
背景技术
汽车的消音器是阻碍声音传播而让气流通过的、防治气流动力性噪声的专用设备。
请参阅图1,现有的汽车消音器包括桶体和设置在桶体内壁处的消声纤维12,桶体的一侧设有为进气口,另一侧设有出气口,且桶体内设有两个挡板11。消音器进出气口由于受整车排气管路布置影响,直径大小与桶身的直径差别不大,导致扩张比不足,低频噪声的消音效果不明显。
另外,上述汽车消音器的双挡板设计在一定程度上也影响了消音器内部腔体的体积,导致消音容积不足。
再者,上述消音纤维采用丝状结构,其在尿素及水汽的综合作用下容易出现纤维板结的问题,老化速度过快,导致中高频噪声的消音能力也出现明显的恶化,耐久性不足。
综上所述,如何提供一种消音器,以提高其对低频噪声的消音效果,以及如何提供一种应用上述消音器的汽车,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供用于一种消音器,其消音通道的孔径呈先减小后增大的形状,使气流进入消音通道后先压缩后扩张,具有较大的扩张比,能够显著增强低频噪声的消音能力。本发明还提供一种汽车,其应用了上述消音器,低频噪音小。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种消音器,包括:
桶体,所述桶体的两端分别设有消音端盖,一个所述消音端盖上设有进气口,另一个所述消音端盖上设有出气口;
消音棉,所述消音棉设置在所述桶体内;
消音管,所述消音管嵌在所述消音棉内;所述消音管包括依次连通的第一直筒段、漏斗段和第二直筒段,所述第二直筒段的直径小于所述第一直筒段;所述漏斗段的直径沿所述第一直筒段到所述第二直筒段的方向逐渐减小;
其中,所述消音管为两个,两所述消音管的第二直筒段相互连通并形成消音通道;一个所述消音管的第一直筒段插装于所述进气口,另一个所述消音管的第一直筒段插装于所述出气口。
优选的,上述消音器中,所述消音管中第一直筒段、所述漏斗段和所述第二直筒段三者的轴线为同一条直线。
优选的,上述消音器中,两个所述消音管的所述第二直筒段的轴线重合。
优选的,上述消音器中,所述漏斗段和所述第二直筒段的连接处设有倒角;所述漏斗段和所述第一直筒段的连接处设有倒角。
优选的,上述消音器中,所述漏斗段设有多个透孔。

本发明提供的消音器中,两个消音管的第二直筒段相互连通组装,形成消音通道,消音通道包括第一个消音管的漏斗段、两个消音通道的第二直筒段,以及另一个消音管的漏斗段,其孔径先减小后增大,使气流进入消音通道后先压缩后扩张,具有较大的扩张比,能够显著增强对低频噪声的消音能力。
同时,上述消音器中,两个消音管的第一直筒段孔径较大,便于与汽车整车排气管进行组合对接,同时避免排气背压过分增大,保证内燃机的经济性。
另外,相比于现有技术中双挡板设计的消音器,本发明提供的消音器的内部体积大,确保消音容积足够大。
本发明提供一种汽车,其包括消音器,消音器为上述消音器,具有低频噪音小的效果。

本发明实施例公开了一种消音器,其消音通道的孔径呈先减小后增大的形状,使气流进入消音通道后先压缩后扩张,具有较大的扩张比,能够显著增强低频噪声的消音能力。本发明实施例还公开了一种汽车,其应用了上述消音器,低频噪音小。

请参阅图2-图5,本发明实施例提供一种消音器,其包括桶体103、消音棉104和消音管101;桶体103的两端分别设有消音端盖102,一个消音端盖102上设有进气口,另一个消音端盖102上设有出气口;消音棉104设置在桶体103内;消音管101嵌在消音棉104内;消音管101包括依次连通的第一直筒段、漏斗段和第二直筒段,第二直筒段的直径小于第一直筒段;漏斗段的直径沿第一直筒段到第二直筒段的方向逐渐减小;其中,消音管101为两个,两消音管101的第二直筒段相互连通组装形成消音通道;一个消音管101的第一直筒段插装于进气口,另一个消音管101的第一直筒段插装于出气口。
本发明实施例提供的消音器中,两个消音管101的第二直筒段相互连通组装,形成消音通道,消音通道包括第一个消音管101的漏斗段、两个消音通道的第二直筒段,以及另一个消音管101的漏斗段,其孔径先减小后增大,使气流进入消音通道后先压缩后扩张,具有较大的扩张比,能够显著增强对低频噪声的消音能力。
同时,上述消音器中,两个消音管101的第一直筒段孔径较大,便于与汽车整车排气管进行组合对接,同时避免排气背压过分增大,保证内燃机的经济性。

再者,上述消音器中,两个消音管101拼装组合形成消音通道,能够降低工艺制造难度,提高生产效率。
上述消音器中,每个消音管101的第一直筒段、漏斗段和第二直筒段三者的轴线为同一条直线。上述第一直筒段、漏斗段和第二直筒段三者为一体式结构。
具体的,上述两个消音管101的第二直筒段的轴线相互重合,确保气流经由该消音器时顺畅、平稳。
每个消音管101中,漏斗段和第二直筒段的连接处设有倒角,漏斗段和第一直筒段的连接处亦设有倒角,既防止应力集中,降低消音管101发生机械损坏的可能性,又可以平顺气流,降低气体流动阻力,避免产生次级噪声。
上述消音器中,漏斗段设有多个透孔,能够增强对噪声的吸收能力。
如上消音器中,消音棉104嵌在桶体103和两个消音端盖102组成的腔体内。消音棉104为一体式结构,且消音棉104的表面设有均匀分布的圆滑突起141。
本实施例提供的消音器中,外部分布有均匀的圆滑突起141,可以有效提高消音棉104与废气的接触面积,从而提高消音器对于中高频噪音的吸收。另外,消音棉104为桶体103内嵌式结构,且为整体式设计,能够最大程度地避免其消音能力的老化减弱,使用寿命长。
该消音器具有较高的消声值和较宽的消声频率范围,在所需的消声频率范围内有足够大的消声量,满足整车对噪声的要求。
本实施例提供的消音器生产成本低,工艺简单,便于批量化生产。再者,该消音器的体积较同类产品更小,可以满足更苛刻的整车布置要求。并且,上述消音器的机械强度高,耐久寿命长。
本发明实施例还提供一种汽车,其包括消音器,其中,消音器为上述实施例提供的消音器,具有低频噪音小的效果。当然,本实施例提供的汽车还具有上述实施例提供的有关消音器的其它效果,在此不再赘述。

    消音管,所述消音管嵌在所述消音棉内;所述消音管包括依次连通的第一直筒段、漏斗段和第二直筒段,所述第二直筒段的直径小于所述第一直筒段;所述漏斗段的直径沿所述第一直筒段到所述第二直筒段的方向逐渐减小;
    其中,所述消音管为两个,两所述消音管的第二直筒段相互连通并形成消音通道;一个所述消音管的第一直筒段插装于所述进气口,另一个所述消音管的第一直筒段插装于所述出气口。
