Description

一种纽扣式封装纸箱 技术领域
本发明涉及纸箱设计领域,特别是涉及一种纽扣式封装纸箱。
背景技术
纸箱,主要用于物品的装载,目前在制造行业、快递行业、零售行业等中被大量使用。而对于纸箱来说,纸箱的封装机构的设置是纸箱的一个关键组成部分。目前封装的形式主要为两种,分别是使纸箱完全密封的封装,和能便于纸箱随时开启关闭的简易的封装。
现在市面上常见的完全密封式的封装,主要是依靠胶带实现,但是,这种封装操作比较麻烦,而且开启和重新封闭都比较困难,而常见的简易式封装,通常是在纸箱的两个开启片上分别设置孔和凸片,利用凸片伸入到孔内,实现两个开启片的连接,以此实现纸箱的封装,但是,这种形式的封装,由于凸片通常较小,凸片需要单独设置于开启片上,导致凸片往往容易损坏而难以使用,同时,凸片需要独立于开启片进行切割需要消耗较多的原材料,另外该形式的开启和关闭的操作也比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纽扣式封装纸箱,可以解决上述问题的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种纽扣式封装纸箱,包括箱体,所述箱体设有第一开口和第一封装结构,所述第一封装结构用于封装第一开口,所述第一封装结构包括第一封装片和第二封装片,所述第一封装片和第二封装片中心对称,所述第一封装片上设有第一突出端和第一隐藏端,所述第一突出端和第一隐藏端的交汇处设有第一缺口,所述第二封装片上设有第二突出端和第二隐藏端,所述第二突出端和第二隐藏端的交汇处设有第二缺口,所述第一缺口和第二缺口相匹配,并能相互卡住,当所述第一缺口和第二缺口相互卡住时,所述第一突出端覆盖于第二隐藏端上,所述第二突出端覆盖于第一隐藏端上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中,通过第一缺口和第二缺口的相互卡住,使得第一封装片和第二封装片形成纽扣的形式,以此将第一开口封闭实现封 装,而同时,用户可以通过解除第一缺口和第二缺口相互卡住的状态,即接触第一封装片和第二封装片的纽扣形态,快速实现第一封装片和第二封装片的分离,以此打开本发明,由此,本发明不需要使用胶带进行封装,并能简单、快速、有效地实现箱体的封装和开启,而且由于第一封装片和第二封装片可相当于箱体的开启片的变形,其与箱体的一体性强,第一封装片和第二封装片受损概率低,可使用寿命长,并可节省一定的原材料。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一缺口内设有第一辅助缺口,所述第二缺口内设有第二辅助缺口,所述第一辅助缺口和第二辅助缺口相匹配。由于第一缺口和第二缺口在多次使用后容易具有一定的形状误差,使得第一缺口和第二缺口无法紧密卡住,由此,通过设置第一辅助缺口和第二辅助缺口,通过控制第一辅助缺口与第二辅助缺口的卡入量,能借此调整第一缺口和第二缺口的交汇处的位置,使第一缺口和第二缺口能可靠地相互卡住,提高第一缺口和第二缺口的连接紧密程度。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一突出端上设有第一粘贴条,所述第二突出端上设有第二粘贴条。第一粘贴条的设置,可以使得第一突出端与第二隐藏端实现固定,第二粘贴条的设置,可以使得第二突出端与第一隐藏端实现固定,由此,能实现本发明的完全密封。

在一些实施方式中,所述第三突出端上设有第三粘贴条,所述第四突出端上设有第四粘贴条。第三粘贴条的设置,可以使得第三突出端与第四隐藏端实现固定,第四粘贴条的设置,可以使得第四突出端与第三隐藏端实现固定,以此实现本发明的完全密封。

第一封装结构101包括第一封装片1和第二封装片2,第一封装片1和第二封装片2中心对称,第一封装片1和第二封装片2均大于或等于第一开口的大小的一半,以便于其连接后能将整个第一开口封闭。
第一封装片1上设有第一突出端11和第一隐藏端12,第一突出端11和第一隐藏端12的交汇处设有第一缺口13,第一缺口13呈V字状,第一缺口13的开口角度为20°。第一缺口13内还设有第一辅助缺口14,第一辅助缺口14呈条状。
第二封装片2上设有第二突出端21和第二隐藏端22,第二突出端21和第二隐藏端22的交汇处设有第二缺口23,第二缺口23也呈V字状,第二缺口23的开口角度也为20°,且第一缺口13和第二缺口23的形状和位置均相匹配,使得第一缺口13和第二缺口23能相互卡住,当第一缺口13和第二缺口23相互卡住时,第一突出端11会覆盖于第二隐藏端22上,使得第二隐藏端22隐藏,第二突出端21会覆盖于第一隐藏端12上,使得第一隐藏端12隐藏。第二缺口23内还设有第二辅助缺口24,第二辅助缺口24也呈条状,第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24的位置、尺寸和形状均相匹配,使得第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24在需要时也能相互卡住。

第二突出端上21上还设有可拆卸的第二撕扯带212,第二撕扯带212可在第二突出端21上切割获得,使得第二撕扯带212以点连接的方式可拆卸地连接第二突出端21上,第二撕扯带212到第二突出端21的顶部的距离大于 第二粘贴条211到第二突出端21的顶部的距离,且第二撕扯带212从第二突出端21的边缘延伸到第二缺口23处。
本发明的在使用时,需要密封箱体100时,用户可以通过将第一封装片1上的第一缺口13和第二封装片2上的第二缺口23相互卡住,以此使得第一封装片1和第二封装片2相连接,以此第一封装结构101将箱体100的第一开口封闭,实现箱体100的密封。
而需要开启箱体100时,用户可以通过将第一缺口13和第二缺口23施力脱离,使得第一封装片1和第二封装片2分离,则第一封装结构101不再将箱体100的第一开口封闭,箱体100开启。
而如果需要实现箱体100的完全密封,令第一缺口13和第二缺口23相互卡住时,通过第一粘贴条111使第一突出端11和第二隐藏端22相连接,通过第二粘贴条211使第二突出端21和第一隐藏端12相连接,实现第一封装片1和第二封装片2之间完全固定。
在这种完全密封下,如果用户希望打开箱体100,用户可以撕下第一撕扯带112和第二撕扯带212,使得第一突出端11通过第一粘贴条111与第二隐藏端22的部分从第一突出端11上脱离,使得第二突出端21通过第二粘贴条211与第一隐藏端12的部分从第二突出端21上脱离,即第一封装片1和第二封装片2之间不再完全固定,之后,用户可以使第一缺口13和第二缺口23脱离,即可使第一封装片1和第二封装片2分离,实现箱体100的打开。
且用户在操作上述第一缺口13和第二缺口23相卡住时,如果第一缺口13和第二缺口23无法有效卡住,用户可以通过将第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24相互卡入一部分,以此保证第一缺口13和第二缺口23能稳定可靠地卡住。
另外,箱体100上还设有第二开口和第二封装结构102,第二开口和第一开口相对,第二封装结构102用于封装第二开口,而第二封装结构102的结构和第一封装结构101的结构相同,则第二封装结构102的使用方式和第一封装结构101的使用方式也相同,用户可以参照第一封装结构102的使用方式来实现第二开口的开启和封闭。

参考图3和图4,本发明的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,包括箱体100,箱体100设有第一开口和第一封装结构101,第一封装结构101用于封装第一开口。

而需要开启箱体100时,用户可以通过将第一缺口13和第二缺口23施力脱离,第三缺口33和第四缺口43施力脱离,使得第一封装片1和第二封装片2分离,第三封装片3和第四封装片4分离,则第一封装结构101不再将箱体100的第一开口封闭,箱体100开启。
而如果需要实现箱体100的完全密封,令第一缺口13和第二缺口23相互卡住时,同时通过第一粘贴条111使第一突出端11和第二隐藏端22相连接,通过第二粘贴条211使第二突出端21和第一隐藏端12相连接,实现第一封装片1和第二封装片2之间完全固定。还需要令第三缺口33和第四缺口43相互卡住时,同时通过第三粘贴条311使第三突出端31和第四隐藏端42相连接,通过第四粘贴条411使第四突出端41和第三隐藏端32相连接,实现第三封装片3和第四封装片4之间完全固定。

第二封装片2上设有第二突出端21和第二隐藏端22,第二突出端21和第二隐藏端22的交汇处设有第二缺口23,第二缺口23也呈正V字状,第二缺口23的开口角度为25°,且第一缺口13和第二缺口23的形状和位置相匹配,并且第一缺口13和第二缺口23的大小相等,使得第一缺口13和第二缺口23能相互卡住,当第一缺口13和第二缺口23相互卡住时,第一突出端11会覆盖于第二隐藏端22上,使得第二隐藏端22隐藏,第二突出端21会覆盖于第一隐藏端12上,使得第一隐藏端12隐藏。第二缺口23内还设有第二辅助缺口24,第二辅助缺口24也呈条状,第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24的位置、尺寸和形状均相匹配,使得第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24在需要时也能相互卡住。
实施例4
参考图7和图8,本发明的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,包括箱体100,箱体100设有第一开口和第一封装结构101,第一封装结构101用于封装第一开口。
第一封装结构101包括第一封装片1和第二封装片2,第一封装片1和第二封装片2中心对称,且第一封装片1和第二封装片2的大小和第一开口的大小相匹配,使得第一封装片1和第二封装片2均能将第一开口遮盖。
第一封装片1上设有第一突出端11和第一隐藏端12,第一突出端11和第一隐藏端12的交汇处设有第一缺口13,第一缺口13呈正V字状,第一缺口13的开口角度为10°。第一缺口13内还设有第一辅助缺口14,第一辅助缺口14呈条状,而第一突出端11和第一隐藏端12的大小相等。
第二封装片2上设有第二突出端21和第二隐藏端22,第二突出端21和第二隐藏端22的交汇处设有第二缺口23,第二缺口23也呈正V字状,第二缺口23的开口角度为10°,且第一缺口13和第二缺口23的形状和位置相匹配,并且第一缺口13和第二缺口23的大小相等,使得第一缺口13和第二缺口23能相互卡住,当第一缺口13和第二缺口23相互卡住时,第一突出端11会覆盖于第二隐藏端22上,使得第二隐藏端22隐藏,第二突出端21会覆盖于第一隐藏端12上,使得第一隐藏端12隐藏。第二缺口23内还设有第二辅助缺口24,第二辅助缺口24也呈条状,第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24的位置、尺寸和形状均相匹配,使得第一辅助缺口14和第二辅助缺口24在需要时也能相互卡住。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,包括箱体(100),所述箱体(100)设有第一开口和第一封装结构(101),所述第一封装结构(101)用于封装第一开口,所述第一封装结构(101)包括第一封装片(1)和第二封装片(2),所述第一封装片(1)和第二封装片(2)中心对称,所述第一封装片(1)上设有第一突出端(11)和第一隐藏端(12),所述第一突出端(11)和第一隐藏端(12)的交汇处设有第一缺口(13),所述第二封装片(2)上设有第二突出端(21)和第二隐藏端(22),所述第二突出端(21)和第二隐藏端(22)的交汇处设有第二缺口(23),所述第一缺口(13)和第二缺口(23)相匹配,并能相互卡住,当所述第一缺口(13)和第二缺口(23)相互卡住时,所述第一突出端(11)覆盖于第二隐藏端(22)上,所述第二突出端(21)覆盖于第一隐藏端(12)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第一缺口(13)内设有第一辅助缺口(14),所述第二缺口(23)内设有第二辅助缺口(24),所述第一辅助缺口(14)和第二辅助缺口(24)相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第一突出端(11)上设有第一粘贴条(111),所述第二突出端(21)上设有第二粘贴条(211)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第一突出端(11)上还设有可拆卸的第一撕扯带(112),所述第一撕扯带(112)到第一突出端(11)的顶部的距离大于第一粘贴条(111)到第一突出端(11)的顶部的距离,所述第一撕扯带(112)从第一突出端(11)的边缘延伸到第一缺口(13)处,所述第二突出端上(21)还设有可拆卸的第二撕扯带(212),所述第二撕扯带(212)到第二突出端(21)的顶部的距离大于第二粘贴条(211)到第二突出端(21)的顶部的距离,所述第二撕扯带(212)从第二突出端(21)的边缘延伸到第二缺口(23)处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第一封装片(1)和第二封装片(2)的大小与第一开口的大小相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(100)设有第二开口和第二封装结构(102),所述第二开口和第一开口相对,所述第二封装结构(102)的结构和第一封装结构(101)的结构相同,所述第二封装结构(102)用于封装第二开口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第一缺口(13)和第二缺口(23)均呈V字状,所述第一缺口(13)和第二缺口(23)的开口角度为10°~30°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第一封装结构(101)还包括第三封装片(3)和第四封装片(4),所述第三封装片(3)和第四封装片(4)中心对称,所述第三封装片(3)和第一封装片(1)相对称,并与第一封装片(1)一体成型,所述第四封装片(4)和第二封装片(2)相对称,并与第二封装片(2)一体成型,所述第三封装片(3)上设有第三突出端(31)和第三隐藏端(32),所述第三突出端(31)与第一突出端(11)一体成型,所述第三突出端(31)和第三隐藏端(32)的交汇处设有第三缺口(33),所述第四封装片(4)上设有第四突出端(41)和第四隐藏端(42),所述第四突出端(41)和第四隐藏端(42)的交汇处设有第四缺口(43),所述第三缺口(33)和第四缺口(43)相匹配,并能相互卡住,当所述第三缺口(33)和第四缺口(43)相互卡住时,所述第三突出端(31)覆盖于第四隐藏端(42)上,所述第四突出端(41)覆盖于第三隐藏端(32)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第三突出端(31)上设有第三粘贴条(311),所述第四突出端(41)上设有第四粘贴条(411)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种纽扣式封装纸箱,其特征在于,所述第三突出端(31)上还设有可拆卸的第三撕扯带(312),所述第三撕扯带(312)到第三突出端(31)的顶部的距离大于第三粘贴条(311)到第三突出端(31)的顶部的距离,所述第三撕扯带(312)从第三突出端(31)的边缘延伸到第三缺口(33)处,所述第四突出端(41)上还设有可拆卸的第四撕扯带(412),所述第四撕扯带(412)到第四突出端(41)的顶部的距离大于第四粘贴条(411)到第四突出端(41)的顶部的距离,所述第四撕扯带(412)从第四突出端(41)的边缘延伸到第四缺口(43)处。
