Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine technique du traitement de données. Elle concerne un procédé et un appareil d'affichage d'appariement de scénarios, et un dispositif terminal et un support. Le procédé d'affichage d'appariement de scénarios consiste à : classer divers types d'assurance selon des informations, entrées par un utilisateur, d'une assurance à acheter; charger une liste de sélection d'assurance dans une interface, et s'il est observé qu'une demande de sélection d'assurance est importée, sélectionner un type d'assurance cible dans la liste de sélection d'assurance; acquérir une séquence de scénarios applicables à une assurance correspondant au type d'assurance cible, déterminer des valeurs de sélection de scénario parmi les scénarios, et classer les scénarios pour la première fois; classer une seconde fois les scénarios soumis à un classement de première fois, selon une première probabilité de sélection de scénario parmi les scénarios correspondant à des informations personnelles de l'utilisateur; et charger une liste de sélection de scénarios, sélectionner un scénario cible à partir de la liste de sélection parmi les scénarios s'il est observé qu'une demande de sélection de scénario est importée, et effectuer un affichage de scénario selon le scénario cible. Un schéma de recommandation peut être apparié de manière intelligente, et un scénario est affiché de manière vivante, ce qui facilite la sélection par un client et améliore le taux de réussite des ventes.
