一种单组份汽车密封条涂料 技术领域
本发明属于汽车涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种单组份汽车密封条涂料。
背景技术
随着汽车在中国社会和家庭中的逐渐普及,汽车使用过程中如何对出现的机械故障进行诊断找出原因并给予适当的处理就显得非常重要,各种机械故障的出现会对汽车行驶安全和使用效率产生重大影响,严重时会对驾驶员及他人的人身和财产安全构成严重威胁,因此无论对于维修人员还是驾驶员来说,对汽车机械故障出现的原因进行正确分析和诊断就显得非常重要,有助于提升汽车使用的安全性和效率,更好的满足生产生活的需要。
声响异常是一种比较常见的汽车机械故障,出现这种故障时汽车驾驶人能够听到发动机发出沉闷或尖锐的响声,或者其他部件因为非正常摩擦而发出顿挫声,这种异常声响有时会以一定的频率或间隔时间交替出现,或者没有任何规律间歇性地出现。
据统计约70%的汽车机械故障都会表现出一定的异响,因此通过倾听的方法对汽车机械故障进行诊断非常实用,随着汽车使用时间的延长和机械零部件磨损的加快,在汽车制动工作时由于零部件契合之间的间隙加大,使得工作时经常出现异响,通过倾听汽车的异响可以判定汽车转动是否平衡,通过对异响发生时的特征诸如是否连续、是否存在规律、是否间歇性发生等,就可以基本判定故障发生的部位。
一般地,如汽车玻璃的导槽、汽车门框、汽车尾箱或汽车天窗等各个部位都是会发生异响之处。为了解决异响,一般的解决办法都是采用塑料或者橡胶的密封条或海绵条填充在间隙中来减少汽车的异响。但是,减少不等于消除。在汽车行驶的过程中,这种动态的异响仍然会发生,仅仅凭密封条或海绵条无法更好地解决问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种单组份汽车密封条涂料,其能够解决汽车运动状态下发生的异响问题,而且可以解决涂层表面手感和滑感的问题。
所采用的技术方案为:
一种单组份汽车密封条涂料,其包括水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧基树脂中的一种或几种、聚有机硅分散体和封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂。
在本发明技术方案中,本发明是单组份的形式,封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂是潜伏型固化方式。水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚丙烯酸树脂以及水性环氧基树脂中的一种或几种均属于水性聚合物乳液,优选三者的组合,三者聚合物乳胶粒子可以协同聚结形成连续的树脂膜,与封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂能够潜伏固化,也即在与其组成的单组分体系下,在室温具有一定的贮存稳定性。
聚有机硅分散体,属于超高分子量有机硅聚合物,其能够解决涂层表面手感和滑感的问题。聚有机硅分散体可以从市售中得到,例如道康宁DC-51。聚有机硅分散体可以降低涂料表面的摩擦系数,防粘连,提高抗磨损性能,进而解决涂层表面手感和滑感的问题。
进一步地,本单组份汽车密封条涂料还包括成膜助剂。
水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚丙烯酸树脂与水性环氧基树脂均是属于成膜物质,增加成膜助剂后,能够改善成膜机理,显著提高成膜质量,包括显著提高其附着力和粘结强度。
为了更好地成膜,具有较好的好的附着力和粘结强度,通过实验选择水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧基树脂、聚有机硅分散体和成膜助剂的较佳的重量百分比的含量范围。选择含量范围如下:

其中,成膜助剂可以优选二丙二醇丁醚。
为了使涂料的性能更为丰富和稳定,可以选择涂料的助剂来改善性能。例如,添加润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂、有机硅、有机氟、色浆、增稠剂和紫外吸收剂中的一种或多种。可以优选地,添加全部的助剂,即,本单组份汽车密封条涂料还包括润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂、有机硅、有机氟、色浆、增稠剂和紫外吸收剂。
为使助剂更好地发挥作用,通过多次试验,调配好各自的重量百分比含量范围,优选地助剂含量如下:

当然,紫外吸收剂也可以用抗氧剂代替。其中,所述有机硅优选为硅树脂或硅烷偶联剂。所述有机氟优选为含氟烯烃。所述色浆优选为黑色色浆。
本单组份汽车密封条涂料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将有机硅、有机氟粉末、水按照预定的转数和份量进行预分散;
(2)然后按顺序投入水性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、聚有机硅分散体,在搅拌釜中进行充分搅拌分散;
(3)加入成膜助剂、润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂、色浆、增稠剂和紫外吸收剂搅拌分散;
(4)加入封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂和水搅拌分散。
使用时,将涂料喷涂在汽车玻璃导槽、汽车门框海绵条、汽车尾箱密封条、汽车天窗密封条等橡胶基材上并烘烤,反应完毕后,即可消除汽车密封件动态异响,而且涂料表面还具有手感和滑感。
这样,在橡胶基材上就形成了涂层。该涂层中,水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧基树脂、封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂和成膜助剂在加热成膜后,能够使涂层具有耐磨性、耐候性和良好的附着力和粘结强度,聚有机硅分散体又使涂层表面具有手感和滑感。
增加润湿剂可以起到降低橡胶基材表面张力的作用;增加流平剂可以增加涂料的流平性;分散剂增加涂料的均匀性;增加消泡剂可以消除涂料在搅拌过程中的气泡;增加有机硅可以提高涂料内部的抗磨损性能,增加有机氟可以降低涂料的表面张力;增加黑色色浆可以进一步提高涂层的耐候性;增加增稠剂可以提高涂层的密度和粘度;增加紫外吸收剂可以进一步提高涂层的耐候性和稳定性。
本发明的有益效果在于:
将本发明单组份汽车密封条涂料喷涂在汽车玻璃导槽、汽车门框海绵条、汽车尾箱密封条、汽车天窗密封条等橡胶基材上并烘烤,反应完毕后,对响度进行测试,测试结果均为<3SONE(宋),解决了汽车运动状态下发生的异响问题,而且涂层表面具有手感和滑感。
本发明单组份汽车密封条涂料适用于汽车橡胶密封件表面涂装领域,包含但不仅限于汽车玻璃密封条/海绵条涂层、天窗密封条涂层及汽车尾箱密封条涂层。

下面结合优选的实施例进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但是本发明要求的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
本实施例的单组份汽车密封条涂料,其由如下组分和重量百分比组成:

本单组份汽车密封条涂料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将有机硅、有机氟粉末、水按照预定的转数和份量进行预分散;
(2)然后按顺序投入水性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、聚有机硅分散体,在搅拌釜中进行充分搅拌分散;
(3)加入成膜助剂、润湿剂、流平剂、分散剂、消泡剂、色浆、增稠剂和紫外吸收剂搅拌分散;
(4)加入封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂和余量的水搅拌分散。

  1. 一种单组份汽车密封条涂料,其特征在于,其包括水性聚氨酯树脂、水性聚丙烯酸树脂、水性环氧基树脂中的一种或几种、聚有机硅分散体和封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单组份汽车密封条涂料,其特征在于,还包括成膜助剂。
