再改进,所述卷轴上还设置有能防止限位块沿卷轴轴向移动的定位结构。优选地,所述卷轴上靠近第一端的内壁向内收缩形成有第一定位台阶,所述卷轴上靠近第二端的内壁向内收缩形成有第二定位台阶,对应的,所述限位块的第一端具有与第一定位台阶相配合的定位凸起,所述限位块的第二端具有能在挤压状态下穿过第一定位台阶而与第二定位台阶相配合的弹性卡脚,所述的第一定位台阶、第二定位台阶、定位凸起及弹性卡脚共同构成所述的定位结构。上述结构可防止牵引带相对于卷轴轴向偏移,以确保牵引带拉出或收缩顺畅。
为了便于装配,所述壳体包括能相互对合的第一半壳、第二半壳,该第一半壳、第二半壳的内端壁上分别设置有用于容纳相应卷簧的容置槽,所述卷簧的外周壁与容置槽的内周壁相配合限位。
为了便于装配,所述容置槽的内周壁上开设有沿周向延伸的卡槽,对应的,所述卷簧的外周壁上设置有能卡置于该卡槽中的卡部。
优选地,所述容置槽的端口处设置有能防止卷簧脱离容置槽的盖板,所述卷簧的中部具有内钩,对应的,所述盖板上开设有通孔,所述卷轴的端部穿过相应的通孔与内钩相连接。所述卷轴的两端分别形成有能与相应盖板上的通孔转动配合的轴部,且该轴部的侧壁上开设有沿轴向延伸并能将卷簧的内钩夹紧的夹槽。设置上述结构,不仅能将卷簧限位在壳体中,还能利用盖板上的通孔作为卷轴转动的支撑结构,提高牵引带伸缩的稳定性。
在上述各方案中,所述牵引带的两端均设置有用于连接汽车的挂钩。
优选地,所述卷轴的外周壁上设置有沿径向延伸的第一加强筋及沿轴向间隔布置的第二加强筋,所述第一加强筋与第二加强筋交叉连接,以提高卷轴的承力性能。
在上述各优选方案中,所述牵引带中部的一个侧面上设置有一连接带,该连接带的两端分别与牵引带相连接从而使连接带的中部与相应的牵引带之间形成所述的第三开口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过设置限位结构将卷轴限位在牵引 带的中部,在使用过程中,无论牵引带拉伸还是收缩,卷轴位置均不发生改变,可保持卷轴两侧牵引带等长,从而提高汽车拖引的稳定性;且由于卷轴相对于牵引带位置不变,避免了牵引带收缩过程中出现偏移的问题,从而使牵引带拉出或收缩顺畅,进一步提高了汽车拖引的稳定性;本发明的限位结构比较简单,且使牵引带与卷轴的配合紧凑、可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~8所示,本实施例的自动收缩汽车拖引装置包括壳体1、卷簧2、卷轴3、牵引带4及盖板5,壳体1内部中空从而形成容置腔10,壳体1两侧壁上分别开有与容置腔10相连通的第一开口13。卷簧2设于壳体1的容置腔10中,卷轴3能转动地设于壳体1的容置腔10中并能在卷簧2的带动下保持将牵引带4收紧的趋势,牵引带4穿过卷轴3布置并能在卷轴3转动状态下伸缩,牵引带4的两端分别穿过壳体1上相应的第一开口13布置,且牵引带4的两端均设置有用于连接汽车的挂钩7。本实施例的牵引带4为扁平状的织带,这样的结构能更好的、顺畅的伸缩。本实施例的卷簧2与卷轴3共同构成能使牵引带4自动收缩的收紧机构。
在本实施例中,卷轴3通过限位结构始终限位在牵引带4的中部。卷轴3的侧壁上开有沿径向贯穿的第二开口31,牵引带4的中部设置有沿卷轴3轴向贯穿的第三开口41,牵引带4穿过卷轴3的第二开口31布置,且牵引带4上对应于第三开口41的部位位于第二开口31中,一限位块6穿过第三开口41与卷轴3周向限位连接,限位块6与第二开口31、第三开口41共同构成上述限位结构。牵引带4中部的一个侧面上设置有一连接带40,该连接带的两端分别与牵引带4相连接从而使连接带的中部与相应的牵引带之间形成上述第三开口41。当然,上述第三开口41也可以是由两段牵引带4的端部 相互搭接形成,即两段牵引带4在搭接时均在搭接区的中部预留一段不进行连接。卷轴3在靠近端部的位置设置有允许限位块6轴向穿过而限制限位块6周向转动地第一限位口32,限位块6穿过该第一限位口32布置。上述限位结构隐藏在卷轴3中,无需增加额外的复杂配件,也不占用空间,便于装配。
本实施例卷轴3的外周壁上设置有沿径向延伸的第一加强筋301及沿轴向间隔布置的第二加强筋302,第一加强筋301也可以为间隔布置的多个,第一加强筋301与第二加强筋302交叉连接,从而提高卷轴的3的承受扭力的强度。卷轴3上还设置有能防止限位块6沿卷轴3轴向移动的定位结构。卷轴3上靠近第一端的内壁向内收缩形成有第一定位台阶33,卷轴3上靠近第二端的内壁向内收缩形成有第二定位台阶34,对应的,限位块6的第一端具有与第一定位台阶33相配合的定位凸起61,限位块6的第二端具有能在挤压状态下穿过第一定位台阶33而与第二定位台阶34相配合的弹性卡脚62,第一定位台阶33、第二定位台阶34、定位凸起61及弹性卡脚62共同构成上述定位结构。上述结构可防止牵引带4相对于卷轴3轴向偏移,以确保牵引带拉出或收缩顺畅。
本实施例的壳体1包括能相互对合的第一半壳11、第二半壳12,第一半壳11、第二半壳12相互对合并通过螺钉200连接后形成壳体1。第一半壳11、第二半壳12的内端壁上分别设置有用于容纳相应卷簧2的容置槽100,第一半壳11、第二半壳12中分别设置有一个卷簧2,卷簧2的外周壁与相应容置槽100的内周壁相配合限位。容置槽100的内周壁上开设有沿周向延伸的卡槽101,对应的,卷簧2的外周壁上设置有能卡置于该卡槽101中的卡部21。盖板5覆盖在容置槽100的端口处并通过螺钉300固定,从而防止卷簧2脱离容置槽100。卷簧2的中部具有内钩22,对应的,盖板5的中央部位开设有通孔51,卷轴3的端部穿过相应的通孔51与内钩22相连接。卷轴3的两端分别形成有能与相应盖板5上的通孔51转动配合的轴部35,且该轴部35的侧壁上开设有沿轴向延伸并能将卷簧2的内钩22夹紧的夹槽351。上述结构不仅能将卷簧2限位在壳体1中,还能利用盖板5上的通孔51作为卷轴3转动的支撑结构,提高牵引带4伸缩的稳定性。
使用本实施例的自动收缩汽车拖引装置时,将牵引带4一端的挂钩7挂置在牵引车上,将牵引带4另一端的挂钩7挂置在被牵引车上,当两车距离拉开时,牵引带4两端在拉力汽车的拉力作用下克服卷簧2的弹力使卷轴3沿牵引带4缠绕的相反方向转动,牵引带4的两端分别从壳体1的第一开口13中拉出,直至牵引带4完全拉长,此时牵引带4和挂钩7受力,被牵引车随牵引车移动;当行驶过程中,如果牵引车制动,被牵引车在惯性作用下继续行驶,两车距离缩小,此时牵引带4和挂钩7在卷簧2弹力的作用下自动收回,使得牵引带4可随两车距离大小而相应改变,不会因为车距离缩短而导致牵引带4掉落在地面;使用完成后,取下挂钩7,牵引带4收缩回壳体1内,方便储存。本实施例的自动收缩汽车拖引装置在使用过程中,无论牵引带4拉伸还是收缩,卷 轴3位置均不发生改变,可保持卷轴3两侧牵引带4等长,从而提高汽车拖引的稳定性;且由于卷轴3相对于牵引带4位置不变,避免了牵引带4收缩过程中出现偏移的问题,从而使牵引带4拉出或收缩顺畅,进一步提高了汽车拖引的稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动收缩汽车拖引装置,包括
    壳体(1),内部中空从而形成容置腔(10),所述壳体(1)两侧壁上分别开有与容置腔(10)相连通的第一开口(13);
    卷簧(2),设于所述壳体(1)的容置腔(10)中;
    卷轴(3),能转动地设于所述壳体(1)的容置腔(10)中并与卷簧(2)相连接;
    牵引带(4),穿过所述卷轴(3)布置并能在卷轴(3)转动状态下伸缩,所述牵引带(4)的两端分别穿过壳体(1)上相应的第一开口(13)布置;
    其特征在于:还包括能将卷轴(3)限位在牵引带(4)中部的限位结构;
    所述卷轴(3)的侧壁上开有沿径向贯穿的第二开口(31),所述牵引带(4)的中部设置有沿卷轴(3)轴向贯穿的第三开口(41),所述牵引带(4)穿过卷轴(3)的第二开口(31)布置,且所述牵引带(4)上对应于第三开口(41)的部位位于第二开口(31)中,一限位块(6)穿过所述第三开口(41)与卷轴(3)周向限位连接,所述的限位块(6)与第二开口(31)、第三开口(41)共同构成所述的限位结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述卷轴(3)至少在靠近端部的位置设置有允许限位块(6)轴向穿过而限制限位块(6)周向转动地第一限位口(32),所述限位块(6)穿过该第一限位口(32)布置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述卷轴(3)上还设置有能防止限位块(6)沿卷轴(3)轴向移动的定位结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述卷轴(3)上靠近第一端的内壁向内收缩形成有第一定位台阶(33),所述卷轴(3)上靠近第二端的内壁向内收缩形成有第二定位台阶(34),对应的,所述限位块(6)的第一端具有与第一定位台阶(33)相配合的定位凸起(61),所述限位块(6)的第二端具有能在挤压状态下穿过第一定位台阶(33)而与第二定位台阶(34)相配合的弹性卡脚(62),所述的第一定位台阶(33)、第二定位台阶(34)、定位凸起(61)及弹性卡脚(62)共同构成所述的定位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)包括能相互对合的第一半壳(11)、第二半壳(12),该第一半壳(11)、第二半壳(12)的内端壁上分别设置有用于容纳相应卷簧(2)的容置槽(100),所述卷簧(2)的外周壁与容置槽(100)的内周壁相配合限位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述容置槽(100)的内周壁上开设有沿周向延伸的卡槽(101),对应的,所述卷簧(2)的外周壁上设置有能卡置于该卡槽(101)中的卡部(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述容置槽(100)的端口处设置有能防止卷簧(2)脱离容置槽(100)的盖板(5),所述卷簧(2)的中部具有内钩 (22),对应的,所述盖板(5)上开设有通孔(51),所述卷轴(3)的端部穿过相应的通孔(51)与内钩(22)相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述卷轴(3)的两端分别形成有能与相应盖板(5)上的通孔(51)转动配合的轴部(35),且该轴部(35)的侧壁上开设有沿轴向延伸并能将卷簧(2)的内钩(22)夹紧的夹槽(351)。
  9. 根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述牵引带(4)的两端均设置有用于连接汽车的挂钩(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求1~4中任一权利要求所述的自动收缩汽车拖引装置,其特征在于:所述牵引带(4)中部的一个侧面上设置有一连接带(40),该连接带(40)的两端分别与牵引带(4)相连接从而使连接带(40)的中部与相应的牵引带(4)之间形成所述的第三开口(41)。
