Definitions
- Patent Document 1 discloses a high-frequency snare in which a net-like bag is attached to a loop portion of a snare wire of a high-frequency incision tool.
- the high-frequency snare disclosed in Patent Document 1 can continuously perform excision and recovery of a lesion.
- the snare wire can be changed from a first state to a second state in which the snare wire is unlocked from the recovery tip portion to form a loop smaller than the second loop shape as the operation wire is retracted.
- the collecting member is configured to be changed to a recovery state of reduced diameter of the second loop shape of the collecting tip in the second state.
- the treatment instrument 1 As shown in FIG. 1, the treatment instrument 1 according to this embodiment is used by being inserted into a treatment instrument channel 302 formed in an endoscope insertion portion 301 of an endoscope apparatus 300.
- the treatment instrument 1 includes a sheath 10, a treatment member 20, a recovery member 30, and an operation unit 40.
- Each loop shape of the snare wire 2 and the recovery tip portion 5 may be a closed loop.
- the loop is opened in an elliptical shape or an annular shape, and the shape is formed so as to surround the lesion P to be excised. If possible.
- the operation wire 3 retracts with respect to the sheath 10 and the recovery operation portion 6, and as shown in FIG. 5, the snare wire 2 moves to the proximal end side.
- the proximal end portion of the snare wire 2 is accommodated in the lumen 11 of the sheath 10, and the snare wire 2 forms a loop smaller than the second loop shape of the recovery distal end portion 5 (second state).
- the snare wire 2 is exposed in the second loop shape of the recovery tip portion 5 from the hollow portion 50 via the slit 51 of the recovery tip portion 5 as the diameter of the opening gradually decreases.
- the surgeon operates the high frequency power supply device to supply a high frequency current to the snare wire 2 via the power supply connector 44.
- the aspect in which the high-frequency current flows through the snare wire 2 in the second state to cut the tissue is the same as in the first embodiment.
- the recovery operation portion is retracted, and the proximal end portion of the recovery distal end portion 5A is stored in the lumen 11 of the sheath 10, and the sheath 10 of the recovery distal end portion 5A is stored.
- the amount of protrusion from the surface is reduced, and the opening diameter of the second loop shape is reduced (recovered state).
- the collection tip 5 having a reduced diameter surrounds the separated tissue, and the separated tissue is gripped by the collection tip 5.
