一种拉链头及具有该拉链头的拉链装置
本申请要求于2018年04月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810354340.2、发明名称为“一种拉链头及具有该拉链头的拉链装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及拉链设计技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种拉链头。此外,本发明还涉及一种包括上述拉链头的拉链装置。
背景技术
隐形拉链是服饰辅料的组成部分,在人们日常穿着服饰中有着广泛的应用。隐形拉链由链牙、拉头、上下止(前码和后码)或锁紧件等组成。现有市场上最普通使用的隐形拉链上的拉头大致上由五部分的零件组成,分别为拉链本体、弹簧、马勾、三角件及拉片,使用时通过拉动拉片来带动拉头本体,借以达到拉链开合的目的。
隐形拉链的拉头造型丰富,功能多样,既有作拉手的作用又有作装饰作用。随着现在服装穿着功能的多变,对于拉头有着更高的要求,常规带有拉片的隐形拉链主要存在以下缺陷:人们在户外运动、跑步时,带有拉片的拉头,往往会随着身体的摆动而晃动,会打到人体,给人们带来负担的体验感,无法真正尽兴的享受运动畅快感;尤其是服装上的特殊位置上,如袖口、裤脚等位置,晃动的隐形拉片带来不好的体验感。
综上所述,如何提供一种避免在运动时打到人体的拉链头,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种拉链头,该拉链头在晃动的条件下使用时能够避免打到使用者。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括上述拉链头的拉链装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种拉链头,包括拉头本体和拉片,所述拉头本体和所述拉片中的一者设有钳口,另一者设有套接于所述钳口内的连接轴,所述连接轴或所述钳口上装有阻滞二者相对转动的阻滞部件。
优选的,所述拉头本体上设有拉头钳口,所述拉片上设有套设在所述拉头钳口内的拉片连接轴,所述阻滞部件为套设于所述拉片连接轴上的包胶连接件。
优选的,所述拉片连接轴为截面形状为圆形的圆形连接轴,或者为截面形状为方形的方形连接轴。
优选的,所述拉片连接轴为截面形状是多边形的多边形连接轴。
优选的,所述拉片为合金拉片,所述连接轴为合金连接轴。
优选的,所述连接轴与所述阻滞部件为可拆卸的套接安装,所述连接轴上设有便于固定或阻滞所述阻滞部件转动的凸点结构。
优选的,所述阻滞部件为具有弹性的弹性阻滞件,所述钳口的开口宽度小于所述阻滞部件压缩状态下的宽度。
一种拉链装置,包括拉链头和拉链,所述拉链头为上述任一项所述的拉链头。
本发明提供的拉链头上设有可转动连接的钳口和连接轴,在二者之间设有阻滞部件,以防止二者由于重力因素的相对转动。上述阻滞部件设于钳口内部,或者设置于连接轴上,阻滞部件可以为具有弹性伸缩能力的阻尼件,或者为具有较大转动摩擦系数的防滑件,阻滞部件使得连接轴不能够在钳口内随意转动。然而,在外力作用下,连接轴仍可以由拉片带动进行转动,只是避免了拉片在重力作用或者惯性作用下进行的旋转。
本申请能够避免在运动中拉链晃动导致的拉片的晃动,避免了拉片打到人体造成的不适感。
本申请还提供了一种包括上述拉链头的拉链装置。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的核心是提供一种拉链头,该拉链头在晃动的条件下使用时能够避免打到使用者。
本发明的另一核心是提供一种包括上述拉链头的拉链装置。
请参考图1至图5,图1为本发明所提供的一种拉链头的结构示意图;图2为本发明所提供的一种拉链头的爆炸示意图;图3为拉片的第一种实施例的示意图;图4为拉片的第二种实施例的示意图;图5为本发明所提供具体实施例中的侧视图。
本申请所提供的一种拉链头主要用于拉链装置上,与拉链配合实现对服装或布料的锁止,本申请做提供的拉链头包括拉头本体1和拉片5,拉头本体1和拉片5中的一者设有钳口,另一者设有套接于钳口内的连接轴,连接轴或钳口上装有阻滞二者相对转动的阻滞部件。
需要说明的是,钳口为具有豁口的结构,可以容纳上述连接轴,并允 许连接轴在其内部转动,上述阻滞部件设于钳口内部,或者设置于连接轴上,阻滞部件可以为具有弹性伸缩能力的阻尼件,或者为具有较大转动摩擦系数的防滑件。阻滞部件可以使得连接轴和钳口之间的转动变得不顺畅,连接轴不能够在钳口内随意转动。然而,由于上述阻滞部件对于连接轴和阻尼件间的影响仅仅是阻滞,而并不是阻止,因此,在外力作用下,连接轴仍可以由拉片带动进行转动,只是避免了拉片在重力作用或者惯性作用下进行的旋转。因而,本申请能够避免在运动中拉链晃动导致的拉片的晃动,避免了拉片打到人体造成的不适感。
在上述实施例的基础之上,拉头本体1上设有拉头钳口2,拉片5上设有套设在拉头钳口2内的拉片连接轴4,阻滞部件为套设于拉片连接轴4上的包胶连接件3。
请参考图2,其中钳口设置在拉头本体1上,称为拉头钳口2,连接轴设置在拉片5上,称为拉片连接轴4。拉片连接轴4能够转动地设置在拉头钳口2内,拉片连接轴4上或者拉头钳口2内设有上述阻滞部件,阻滞部件称为包胶连接件3。
需要说明的是,上述拉头本体1和拉片5通常为塑料或金属件,具有一定的硬度和刚度,为了实现二者的转动阻滞效果,拉片连接轴4可以为多种材料和形状的部件。
可选的,上述阻滞部件可以与拉片连接轴4固定,或者与拉头钳口2固定,或者仅仅套接在二者之间。优选地,为了方便制造,可以将阻滞部件与拉片连接轴4固定,以便将二者一起安装进入拉头钳口2中。
在上述实施例的基础之上,拉片连接轴4为截面形状为圆形的圆形连接轴,或者为截面形状为方形的方形连接轴。
请参考图3和图4,其中,图3展示的为圆形包胶件,图4展示的为方形包胶件。需要说明的是,截面形状指的是垂直于连接轴轴向的截面的形状,也就是说拉片连接轴4可以为圆柱体或者为四棱柱体。包胶连接件3的外表面与拉头钳口2之间为接触连接,且在拉片5进行转动时,上述外表面与拉头钳口2之间具有摩擦力。
当然,除了上述圆柱体和四棱柱体以外,拉片连接轴4还可以为其他 多种形状,拉片连接轴4为截面形状是多边形的多边形连接轴,
在上述实施例的基础之上,拉片5为合金拉片,连接轴为合金连接轴。
可选的,拉片5和连接轴也可以为塑料或者其他材质的零件。
在上述实施例的基础之上,连接轴与阻滞部件为可拆卸的套接安装,连接轴上设有便于固定或阻滞上述阻滞部件转动的凸起结构。
需要说明的是,连接轴上的凸起结构可以为防滑纹、卡接部等多种形态,设置上述凸起结果目的是为了使阻滞部件能够相对于连接轴实现稳定的固定,不会产生打滑等情况。
在上述实施例的基础之上,阻滞部件为具有弹性的弹性阻滞件,钳口的开口宽度小于阻滞部件压缩状态下的宽度。
需要说明的是,上述钳口的开口宽度需要能够限制阻滞部件的移出,避免在拉拽下使得拉片5移出于上述钳口。
可选的,上述阻滞部件可以与钳口的内部相固定,以用于减少与拉片5的相对转动。
本申请通过连接轴外包胶的工艺,与钳口部分进行铆合,钳口部分与包胶连接件紧密结合,从而让拉片上下掰动时候,产生有阻尼的效果,达到卡顿感。在实际运动过程中,拉片也不会随之晃动,与原先的多个零件组成的拉头相比,零件数量有所减少,组装起来更加方便、更加快捷。
除了上述各个实施例所提供的拉链头的主要结构和连接关系,本发明还提供一种包括上述实施例公开的拉链头的拉链装置,拉链装置包括拉链头和拉链,拉链头为上述任一项的拉链头。该拉链装置的其他各部分的结构请参考现有技术,本文不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
