另外,若本申请实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种移动空调,该移动空调具有滤网拆装方便,安全性能高的优点。
在本申请一实施例中,如图2和图8所示,该移动空调10包括:背壳100和滤网,所述背壳100上形成有进风格栅;所述滤网可拆卸地插设于所述进风格栅的内侧,且所述滤网与所述进风格栅呈相对设置;所述进风格栅包括设于所述背壳100侧面的第一进风格栅110和设于所述背壳100背面的第二进风格栅120;所述滤网包括与所述第一进风格栅110相对设置的侧滤网200和与所述第二进风格栅120相对设置的后滤网300。
具体地,所述进风格栅与背壳100为一体成型,背壳100上开设有条形进风孔以形成所述第一进风格栅110和所述第二进风格栅120;由于侧滤网200可拆卸地插设于所述第一进风格栅110的内侧,后滤网300可拆卸地插设于所述第二进风格栅120的内侧。背壳100上形成有供滤网插设安装的插槽。因此,当需要清洗滤网时可直接将滤网由插槽中抽出,从而不需要先拆卸进风格栅再拆卸滤网,进而能够使得滤网的拆卸过程方便、拆装效率更高。更重要的是,由于第一进风格栅110和第二进风格栅120始终与背壳100保持连接,因此进风格栅能够始终遮挡移动空调10内部的强电线体,如此,能够避免用户接触到移动空调10内部的强电线体,从而满足移动空调10的安全规范。
进一步地,请参照图3至图7,现对侧滤网200和后滤网300与背壳100的插接结构进行详细说明。所述背壳100的侧面设有沿前后方向延伸的第一滑轨130以供所述侧滤网200适配插接;所述背壳100的背面设有沿左右方向延伸的第二滑轨140以供所述后滤网300适配插接。具体地,所述第一滑轨130包括设于所述侧壁的内壁面的上边沿的第一上滑轨和设于所述侧壁的内壁面的下边沿的第一下滑轨,所述侧滤网200的上边沿和下边沿一对一地插设在所述第一上滑轨和第一下滑轨中;相似地,所述第二滑轨140包括设于所述背壁的内壁面的上边沿的第二上滑轨和设于所述背壁的内壁面的下边沿的第二下滑轨,所述后滤网300的上边沿和下边沿一对一地插设在所述第二上滑轨和第二下滑轨中。由于后滤网300的上边沿和下边沿分别与第二上滑轨和第二下滑轨适配插接,因此,能够提高后滤网300插接结构的稳定性;同理,能够提高侧滤网200插接结构的稳定性。
作为一种优选方式,在满足试验指安规要求的条件下,所述第一滑轨的宽度d1和所述第二滑轨的宽度d2小于或等于5mm,如此,插槽的槽宽较小,从而能够保证滤网与插槽之间的具有较高的配合强度。在一实施例中,所述滤网与所述插槽的配合间隙小于或等于0.3mm。
进一步地,请参照图8,为了使得移动空调10的结构更为紧凑,本专利一实施例中,所述移动空调10还包括用于封盖所述侧滤网200和所述后滤网300的密封盖400。具体地,所述背壳100的背面与所述背壳100的侧面的连接处设有安装槽150,所述安装槽150的两侧分别形成有供所述侧滤网200插入所述第一滑轨130的第一缝隙和供所述后滤网300插入所述第二滑轨140的第二缝隙;所述密封盖400适配盖合于安装槽150且遮蔽所述侧滤网200和所述后滤网300的外端。由于密封盖400适配盖合于安装槽150,因此密封盖400的外轮廓与安装槽150的槽壁平滑连接,使得密封盖400能够适配填充安装槽150,因此能够保持移动空调机体外观造型的完整,从而能够使得机体外型紧凑、美观;另外,由于密封盖400能够遮蔽侧滤网200和后滤网300的外端,因此,能够避免侧滤网200和后滤网300外露,从而能够使移动空调10的外型更为美观。
进一步地,请继续参照图8,为了方便密封盖400的安装,本专利一实施例中,所述密封盖400与所述后滤网300的外端或所述侧滤网200的外端固定连接。具体地,当所述侧滤网200先于所述后滤网300插入所述进风格栅时,所述密封盖400与所述后滤网300的外端固定连接;当所述后滤网300先于所述侧滤网200插入所述进风格栅时,所述密封盖400与所述侧滤网200的外端固定连接。如此,当安装后滤网300或侧滤网200时,可以一并安装密封盖400。
作为本申请的一个具体实施例,密封盖400与面积大的滤网固定连接,如此,能够使得滤网与密封盖400的结构稳定性更好,具体地,本实施例中,先安装侧滤网200,后滤网300的面积大于侧滤网200的面积,密封盖400与后滤网300固定连接。
然本申请的设计不限于此,在其他实施例中,所述密封盖400还可以与所述侧滤网200和后滤网300均呈分体结构设置。
进一步地,请参照图14至图17,为了使得后滤网300与背壳100的固定更为牢固,本专利一实施例中,所述密封盖400的内表面设有插接件410,所述安装槽150具有沿上下方向延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁上设有与所述插接件410适配的配合件151。具体地,本实施例中,所述插接件410为插扣,所述插扣包括杆部和头部,所述头部的截面呈三角形设置;所述配合件151包括一对相对且间隔设置的卡扣,所述插扣的头部可插入两所述卡扣的间隙中。
进一步地,请参照图14和图15,所述配合件151在上下方向上居中设置。为了使得成型所述配合件151的模具能够正常脱模,侧壁邻近所述配合件151的位置开设有工艺孔152;考虑到压缩机的电源线大多设置在上侧和下侧,本专利将配合件151设置在侧壁的中部,如此,工艺孔152位于侧壁的中部,进而能够使得工艺孔152避开压缩机的电源线,从而能够提高移动空调10安全性。
进一步地,请参照图8、图10和图11,为了进一步地提高后滤网300与背壳100的连接强度,本专利一实施例中,所述安装槽150还具有与所述侧壁的两端连接的底壁和顶壁,所述底壁和所述顶壁上凹设有定位槽153,所述密封盖400的两端对应所述定位槽153凸设有弹性扣420,具体地,由于底壁和顶壁上的弹性扣420的结构相同,现仅对顶壁上的弹性扣420进行说明,所述顶壁上间隔开设有两条形槽,两条形槽之间形成有弹性臂,所述弹性臂的端部凸设有呈半球形设置的扣部。如此,当后滤网300在背壳100上安装到位后,所述弹性扣420的扣部适配嵌设于所述定位槽153中,从而能够使背壳100与后滤网300进一步地固定连接。
作为一种优选方式,如图9所示,所述侧滤网200靠近所述后滤网300的侧边的顶端和底端设有用于避让所述弹性扣420的避让缺口210;所述侧滤网200靠的外侧边的中部还设有外拉部220。
进一步地,请参照图12、图16和图18,为了方便拆卸所述后滤网300,本专利一实施例中,所述密封盖400远离所述后滤网300的侧边上设有用于上抬所述后滤网300的把手430。为了方便向外拉出后滤网300,所述把手430的前侧面上设有沿前后方向延伸的拉扣440。
具体地,现结合图8对滤网与背壳100的安装及拆卸过程进行详细说明。本实施例中,先装侧滤网200,再装后滤网300,所述密封盖400与所述后滤网300固定连接。所述滤网包括呈分体结构设置的侧滤网200和后滤网300,安装滤网时,首先将侧滤网200插入背壳100侧面的插槽,然后再将后滤网300插入背壳100背面的插槽,当后滤网300与背壳100插接到位后,密封盖400能够与背壳100平滑连接,使得移动空调10的外形更为紧凑;拆卸滤网时,先拆卸后滤网300,具体地,首先通过上抬把手430使得密封盖400上的弹性扣420脱出定位槽153,然后通过拉扣440外拉后滤网300,从而拆下后滤网300,最后,通过向所述侧滤网200的外拉部220施加拉力,从而拆下侧滤网200。
在此需要说明的是,在本专利另一实施例中,所述密封盖400与侧滤网200固定连接,相应地,先装后滤网300,再装侧滤网200,如此,安装侧滤网200后,密封盖400可一并封盖侧滤网200和后滤网300的外端,如此,能够使得移动空调机体的外形更为美观。
在本专利再一实施例中,所述密封盖400与所述后滤网300和侧滤网200均呈分体结构设置,如此,侧滤网200和后滤网300的安装顺序可变,可先安装侧滤网200,也可先安装后滤网300,只要最后安装密封盖400即可,如此,滤网的安装更为灵活、方便。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种移动空调,其中,包括
    背壳,所述背壳上形成有进风格栅;以及,
    滤网,所述滤网可拆卸地插设于所述进风格栅的内侧,且所述滤网与所述进风格栅呈相对设置;所述进风格栅包括设于所述背壳侧面的第一进风格栅和设于所述背壳背面的第二进风格栅;所述滤网包括与所述第一进风格栅相对设置的侧滤网和与所述第二进风格栅相对设置的后滤网。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动空调,其中,所述背壳上形成有供所述滤网插设安装的插槽,所述插槽的槽宽小于或等于5mm,所述侧滤网和后滤网与所述插槽的配合间隙小于或等于0.3mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动空调,其中,所述背壳的侧面设有沿前后方向延伸的第一滑轨以供所述侧滤网适配插接;所述背壳的背面设有沿左右方向延伸的第二滑轨以供所述后滤网适配插接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其中,所述第一滑轨包括设于所述侧壁的内壁面的上边沿的第一上滑轨和设于所述侧壁的内壁面的下边沿的第一下滑轨,所述侧滤网的上边沿和下边沿一对一地插设在所述第一上滑轨和第一下滑轨中。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其中,所述第二滑轨包括设于所述背壁的内壁面的上边沿的第二上滑轨和设于所述背壁的内壁面的下边沿的第二下滑轨,所述后滤网的上边沿和下边沿一对一地插设在所述第二上滑轨和第二下滑轨中。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的移动空调,其中,所述背壳的背面与所述背壳的侧面的连接处设有安装槽,所述安装槽的两侧分别形成有供所述侧滤网插入所述第一滑轨的第一缝隙和供所述后滤网插入所述第二滑轨的第二缝隙;
    所述移动空调还包括密封盖,所述密封盖适配盖合于安装槽并遮蔽所述侧滤网和所述后滤网的外端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的移动空调,其中,所述侧滤网先于所述后滤网插入所述进风格栅,所述密封盖与所述后滤网的外端固定连接;或者,所述后滤网先于所述侧滤网插入所述进风格栅,所述密封盖与所述侧滤网的外端固定连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的移动空调,其中,当所述侧滤网先于所述后滤网插入所述进风格栅时,所述后滤网的面积大于所述侧滤网的面积。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的移动空调,其中,所述密封盖的内表面上设有插接件,所述安装槽的侧壁上设有与所述插接件适配的配合件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的移动空调,其中,所述插接件为插扣,所述插扣包括杆部和头部,所述头部的截面呈三角形设置;所述配合件包括一对相对且间隔设置的卡扣,所述插扣的头部可插入两所述卡扣的间隙中。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的移动空调,其中,所述配合件在上下方向上居中设置,所述安装槽的侧壁的邻近所述配合件的位置开设有工艺孔。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的移动空调,其中,所述安装槽还具有与所述侧壁的两端连接的底壁和顶壁,所述底壁和所述顶壁上均凹设有定位槽;所述密封盖的两端对应所述定位槽凸设有弹性扣。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的移动空调,其中,所述密封盖的外壁面上设有用于上抬所述密封盖的把手;所述把手上凸设有沿前后方向延伸的拉扣。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的移动空调,其中,所述侧滤网的外侧边的顶端和底端均设有用于避让所述弹性扣的避让缺口。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的移动空调,其中,所述侧滤网的外侧边上还设有外拉部。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的移动空调,其中,所述背壳上形成有供所述滤网插设安装的插槽,所述插槽的槽宽小于或等于5mm,所述侧滤网和后滤网与所述插槽的配合间隙小于或等于0.3mm。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的移动空调,其中,所述进风格栅与所述背壳为一体成型。
