本公开实施例涉及一种接线端子及空调器。
背景技术
空调空调器内具有多个电机,均与空调器的电控盒相连。目前,已知空调器中,多个电机中的每个电机与电控盒之间的走线均互相独立,即每个电机端子均各自与电控盒相连,这样的走线方式较为分散,走线不够合理,容易占用空调器内的较多空间,不利于降低成本;且繁杂的走线易使导线与其他结构产生接触,不利于用电安全。
发明内容
本公开实施例解决的问题是:已知空调器电机的走线方式不合理。
为解决上述问题,本公开实施例提供一种接线端子,包括第一端子、第二端子和框体,所述第一端子包括空调器的多个电机端子,且在安装状态下插接到所述框体内;所述第二端子适于与空调器的电控盒电连接,且在安装状态下与所述框体电连接。
这样,空调器的多个电机端子集成于框体,并通过第二端子与空调器的电控盒电连接,电机的走线集中、走线合理、安全性更高,且减小了电机走线占用的空间,有利于降低空调器的尺寸,进而有利于降低空调器的成本。
可选的,所述第一端子上设有卡扣,所述框体与所述卡扣对应的位置设有卡口;所述接线端子在安装状态下,所述卡扣插入所述卡口。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图 对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
如图1、图2、图3和图7所示,其为本实施例中接线端子的结构示意图;其中,所述接线端子包括第一端子10、第二端子20和框体30,所述第一端子10包括空调器的多个电机端子101,且在安装状态下插接到所述框体30内;所述第二端子20适于与空调器的电控盒60电连接,且在安装状态下与所述框体30电连接。本实施例中,多个电机端子101插接于框体30,多个电机端子101经框体30与第二端子20形成电连接,从而多个电机端子101依次经框体30、第二端子20与电控盒60电连接。其中,第二端子20可直接与框体30电连接,从而形成电机端子101与电控盒60的直接连接;第二端子20也可插接到框体30,框体30对第二端子20进行固定并与第二端子20电连接。具体的,电机端子101呈长方体型,多个电机端子101排列整齐,形成一个整体呈长方体型的第一端子10。其中,多个电机端子101之间可互相固定,也可未互相固定。框体30近似为长方体结构,其为内部具有空腔的框型,空腔的两端为开口,从而框体30具有两开口面和四个封闭面。第二端子20整体呈长方形,框体30内部空腔的大小与第一端子10和第二端子20的大小相同。如图2所示,安装接线端子时,可将第一端子10从框体30内空腔的一端开口处插入框体30内部的中空区域,第一端子10与框体30内部的中空区域契合,第一端子10与框体30的内壁抵接,从而框体30将多个电机端子101进行固定并形成电连接,通过导线将第二端子20与框体30进行电连接,这样多个电机端子101与第二端子20形成电连接;此外,还可将第一端子10和第二端子20沿着相对的方向分别从框体30内空腔两端的开口处插入框体30内部的中空区域,第一端子10、第二端子20与框体30内部的中空区域契合,第一端子10、第二端子20与框体30的内壁抵接,从而框体30将第一端子10和第二端子20互相固定。如图1所示,安装好接线端子后,第一端子10中多个电机端子101远离第二端子20的一端均可通过导线与对应的电机50相连,第二端子20远离第一端子10的一端可通过导线与电控盒60相连。
这样,空调器的多个电机端子101集成于框体30,并通过第二端子20与空调器的电控盒60电连接,电机50的走线集中、走线合理、安全性更高,且减小了电机50走线占用的空间,有利于降低空调器的尺寸,进而有利于降 低空调器的成本。
可选的,如图4所示,所述框体30内设有第一隔板300,所述第一隔板300将所述框体30分隔成多个插槽,多个所述电机端子101在安装状态下分别插接到多个所述插槽。
本实施例可选多个电机端子101之间未互相固定,仅整齐排列,这样可使每个电机端子101均保持独立,且避免在电机端子101之间增加固定结构,避免了结构复杂。具体的,第一隔板300平行于框体30的侧面,也即垂直于框体30的两个开口面,从而第一隔板300将框体30内的空腔分隔成多个插槽,插槽的封闭面包括部分第一隔板300和部分框体30的封闭面,插槽的数量与电机端子101的数量相同。安装第一端子10时,分别将每个电机端子101分别插入对应的插槽,电机端子101与插槽的内壁紧密贴合,形成固定连接。当电机端子101仅为单向排列(横向或竖向)时,第一隔板300则垂直于电机端子101的排列方向;当电机端子101同时有横向和竖向排列时,第一隔板300则为十字交叉结构。
这样,在多个电机端子101之间未互相固定时,电机端子101容易移动,安装第一端子10时,若无第一隔板300,则需将所有电机端子101同时插入框体30内的空腔,操作难度较大;且在安装好第一端子10后、需要取出部分电机端子101时,会对其他无需取出的电机端子101产生不利影响。本实施例中,由于第一隔板300将框体30分隔成多个插槽,多个电机端子101在安装状态下分别插接到多个插槽,可保证每个电机端子101的插接互不影响,方便插接或取出单个电机端子101,在需要更换单个电机端子101时方便操作,而无需取出整个第一端子10,避免影响其他电机的正常运行;且第一隔板300可将电机端子101互相隔离,降低电机端子101之间的电磁干扰,提升了电信号的稳定性和可靠性。
其中,如图3和图4所示,所述第一端子10上设有卡扣102,所述框体30与所述卡扣102对应的位置设有卡口301;所述接线端子在安装状态下,所述卡扣102插入所述卡口301。
具体的,第一端子10与第一端子10安装方向平行的侧壁上设有卡扣102,框体30朝向第一端子10安装方向的一端的侧壁的边沿处设有卡口301,卡口301的位置与卡扣102的位置互相对应。卡扣102包括一体成型的支脚 1021和平板1022,支脚1021远离平板1022的一端固定于第一端子10的侧壁,平板1022靠近第一端子10侧壁的一面设有弹性扣(未示出)。安装接线端子时,所述弹性扣插入卡口301,支脚1021与第一端子10侧壁的边沿抵接。
这样,卡扣102与卡口301互相配合,可将框体30与第一端子10互相固定,提高了框体30与第一端子10连接的稳定性;且卡扣102与卡口301为可拆卸连接,便于拆卸接线端子。
其中,如图2、图3和图4所示,所述第一端子10和所述第二端子20内均设有接线孔40,所述框体30内与所述接线孔40对应的位置设有导针302;所述接线端子在安装状态下,所述导针302插入所述接线孔40。
具体的,框体30内设有第二隔板303,第二隔板303垂直于第一端子10和第二端子20的安装方向,也即垂直于框体30的四个封闭面。第二隔板303上设有导针302,导针302的两端均突出于第二隔板303。安装接线端子时,导针302插入接线孔40,直至第一端子10和第二端子20均与第二隔板303抵接,第二隔板303可对第一端子10和第二端子20进行限位,框体30通过导针302将第一端子10和第二端子20进行电连接。电机50和电控盒60的导线插入接线孔40与导针302相连,从而电机50通过第一端子10、第二端子20与电控盒60电连接。
这样,本实施可通过接线孔40与导针302的配合将第一端子10和第二端子20进行电连接。
其中,如图2所示,所述第二端子20上设有导向条201,所述框体30内设有导向槽304,所述导向条201与所述导向槽304配合,适于引导所述第二端子20插入所述框体30。
具体的,第二端子20上设有长方体型的导向条201,框体30内设有近似于长方体的导向槽304,导向条201与导向槽304的延伸方向与第一端子10、第二端子20的安装方向(即第一端子10、第二端子20的插入方向)保持一致,装配第二端子20时,导向条201在导向槽304内滑动,引导第二端子20插入框体30。本实施例中,导向条201设于第二端子20与接线孔40平行的两端的外侧壁上,导向槽304设于框体30与导针302平行的两端的内侧壁上。
这样,导向条201和导向槽304的配合,可对第二端子20的安装进行导向,装配方便,进而防止装配方向偏差对导针302造成损坏。
本实施例可选所述导向条201朝向所述框体30的一端为斜面,沿第二端子20的插入方向,该斜面的高度逐渐降低,以便引导所述导向条201插入所述导向槽304。这样,可方便导向条201进入导向槽304,减小安装第二端子20时受到的阻力。
其中,如图2所示,所述框体30朝向所述第二端子20的一端的端口,其口径沿着朝向所述第二端子20的方向逐渐增大。其中,框体30朝向第二端子20的一端,为第二端子20插入框体30的一端;框体30朝向第二端子20的方向,也可以解释为框体30背离第二端子20安装方向的方向,表现在图2中为框体30指向第二端子20的方向。这样,装配第二端子20时,框体30面向第二端子20的端口呈喇叭状,可方便第二端子20进入框体30内部的中空区域,装配更加方便。
可选的,如图4所示,所述框体30上设有加强筋305,以支撑所述框体30朝向所述第二端子20的一端的端口。
具体的,如图2所示,框体30面向第二端子20的端口呈喇叭状,加强筋305的一侧与框体30的外侧壁固定,另一侧与第二端子20喇叭状端口的外侧壁固定。这样,装配第二端子20时,加强筋305承受第二端子20对框体30端口的冲击力,起到加强结构的作用,提高接线端子的使用寿命。
其中,如图4所示,所述第一端子10上与所述电机50相连一侧的端面上设有所述密封片103,所述密封片103的位置与所述接线孔40的位置相对应,导线穿过所述密封片103插入所述接线孔40,所述密封片103与导线在连接处紧密贴合。这样,密封片103对导线插入接线孔40的入口处进行密封,具有防水作用。
本实施例可选所述密封片103上与所述接线孔40对应的位置为薄壁结构,以便于导线穿过所述密封片103。这样,可减小导线穿过密封片103受到的阻力。
其中,所述薄壁结构指的是:密封片103上与接线孔40对应的位置,其厚度小于密封片103上其他位置的厚度,从而形成所述薄壁结构所用的材料较少,所述薄壁结构容易在外力的作用下发生变化,如被穿透或形变。这里 对所述薄壁结构进行举例说明:可选的,密封片103为整张的片状结构,此时导线需在薄壁结构处刺穿,然后穿过密封片103,插入接线孔40内;还可以是,密封片103上沿径向设置有多道划痕,该划痕将密封片103分割为多个扇形片,此时导线从这多个扇形片的顶点汇集处穿过,插入接线孔40内。上述举例只是对所述薄壁结构进行解释,并非限定。
可选的,密封片103为橡胶材料,防水绝缘效果好。密封片103也可为其他绝缘弹性材料。
其中,如图5所示,所述框体30上靠近所述卡口301两端的位置设有缺口306,以适配不同结构的卡扣102。如可在卡扣102的两端设置筋条,筋条插入缺口306并与缺口306契合,进一步增强第一端子10与框体30的连接稳定性。
其中,如图6和图7所示,本实施例可选第一端子10和框体30的整体安装于空调的底座上,第二端子20安装于电控盒60上。在可拆洗的空调器中,当需要拆下电控盒60时,第二端子20从框体30内脱离,可使用一保护盖盖住框体30背离第二端子20安装方向一侧的端口,进而形成密封,起到防水作用。
可选的,如图3所示,所述第一端子10朝向框体30一端的边沿设有缺口104。
具体的,框体30内与缺口104对应的位置设有凸块(未画出),安装好第一端子10后,缺口104与所述凸块配合,稳定第一端子10与框体30之间的连接;且可避免第一端子10在框体30内振动,防止振动使导针302产生松动,起到保护导针302的作用。
本实施例提供一种空调器,包括上述任意一种接线端子。本实施例中的空调器的多个电机端子101集成于第一端子10,并通过第二端子20与空调器的电控盒60电连接,这样电机50的走线集中、走线合理、安全性更高,且减小了电机50走线占用的空间,有利于降低空调器的尺寸,进而有利于降低空调器的成本。
虽然本公开披露如上,但本公开并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本公开的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本公开的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种接线端子,其中,包括第一端子(10)、第二端子(20)和框体(30),所述第一端子(10)包括空调器的多个电机端子(101),且在安装状态下插接到所述框体(30)内;所述第二端子(20)适于与空调器的电控盒(60)电连接,且在安装状态下与所述框体(30)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一端子(10)上设有卡扣(102),所述框体(30)与所述卡扣(102)对应的位置设有卡口(301);所述接线端子在安装状态下,所述卡扣(102)插入所述卡口(301)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一端子(10)和所述第二端子(20)内均设有接线孔(40),所述框体(30)内与所述接线孔(40)对应的位置设有导针(302);所述接线端子在安装状态下,所述导针(302)插入所述接线孔(40)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接线端子,其中,所述第一端子(10)上与所述电机(50)相连一侧的端面上设有密封片(103),所述密封片(103)的位置与所述接线孔(40)的位置相对应,导线穿过所述密封片(103)插入所述接线孔(40),所述密封片(103)与导线在连接处紧密贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接线端子,其中,所述密封片(103)上与所述接线孔(40)对应的位置为薄壁结构,以便于导线穿过所述密封片(103)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接线端子,其中,所述第二端子(20)上设有导向条(201),所述框体(30)内设有导向槽(304),所述导向条(201)与所述导向槽(304)相配合,适于引导所述第二端子(20)插入所述框体(30)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的接线端子,其中,所述导向条(201)朝向所述框体(30)的一端为斜面,以便所述导向条(201)插入所述导向槽(304)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接线端子,其中,所述框体(30)朝向所述第二端子(20)的一端的端口,其口径沿着朝向所述第二端子(20)的方向逐渐增大。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的接线端子,其中,所述框体(30)上设有加强筋(305),以支撑所述框体(30)朝向所述第二端子(20)的一端的端口。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接线端子,其中,所述框体(30)内设 有第一隔板(300),所述第一隔板(300)将所述框体(30)分隔成多个插槽,多个所述电机端子(101)在安装状态下分别插接到多个所述插槽。
  11. 一种空调器,其中,包括如权利要求1-10任一所述的接线端子。
