技术领域
本公开实施例涉及一种电控盒及空调器。
背景技术
空调器内的电控盒用于控制空调器的运行,其中电控盒内安装有主板,该主板上有电器元件,为了便于电器元件与外部器件的电连线,一般在电控盒的上部开口处设置端子板,已知的主板与端子板安装在电控盒内时,在主板拆装时会与端子板产生干涉,会对主板上的元器件造成损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开实施例旨在提出一种电控盒,以解决已知技术中端子板与主板干涉的问题。
为达到上述目的,本公开的技术方案是这样实现的:

结合图1和图2所示,电控盒盒体501的开口处设有端子板505,本实施例中,端子板505设置在电控盒盒体501的右侧面上部中间位置,并与电控盒盒体501可拆卸连接,可选,端子板505采用螺钉508与电控盒盒体501的右侧面上部连接,其中部分端子板505向左凸设在容纳腔503内;滑槽504在前后两内侧壁上靠近左侧面设置,也即主板502靠近电控盒盒体501的左 侧面进行设置,使得主板502和端子板505在电控盒盒体501相对设置,避免安装时产生干涉。
结合图1、图2和图4所示,端子板505包括安装部516和延长部520,安装部516与电控盒盒体501通过螺钉508固定连接,延长部520连接在安装部516的左侧,遮挡部分电控盒盒体501的开口。其中,延长部520在左右方向上的投影落入第二区域507内,延长部520在上下方向上的投影与小尺寸元器件513在上下方向上的投影不重叠,以保证主板502在抽拉过程中,不会与端子板505产生干涉。
另外,主板502上的元器件组件也可与端子板505背向设置,既端子板505与元器件组件分别设有主板502的左右两侧,这样也可有效避免拆装主板502时元器件组件与端子板505产生干涉。
结合图4至图6所示,主板502上设有第一区域506和第二区域507,第一区域506和第二区域507沿上下方向并排设置在主板502上,并向右凸设在容纳腔503内,其中,第二区域507的位置与端子板505的位置相互对应,因此当主板502沿着滑槽504向下装入容纳腔503内或向上抽离容纳腔503时,主板502上的元器件组件与端子板505都不会产生干涉。
本公开实施例所述的电控盒,将主板502分为第一区域506和第二区域507,端子板505设置在于第二区域507对应的位置,使得主板502在抽拉过程中,不会与端子板505产生干涉,充分利用电控盒盒体501内容纳腔503的安装空间,从而降低对电控盒盒体501的体积要求,有助于空调器整机的结构设计。
实施例二

一般情况下,大尺寸元器件512均设置在第一区域506内,小尺寸元器件513均设置在所述第二区域507内,这样分区域设计的结构有助于提高元器件的焊接效果,且焊接过程中不容易出错。
另外,根据其他设计需要,小尺寸元器件513允许设置在第一区域506内,但是大尺寸元器件512只能安装在第一区域506内,而不能安装到第二区域507内,比如,结合图2、图5和图6所述,为了实现主板502的强弱电分离的设计,将显示端子510和传感器端子511等小尺寸元器件513设置在第一区域506。
本公开实施例所述的电控盒,在第二区域507内只设置小尺寸元器件513,避免主板502与端子板505产生干涉,降低主板502安装过程中的废品率。
实施例三
如实施例二所述的电控盒,本实施例与其不同之处在于,结合图4和图5所示,主板502上还设有开关电源523,该开关电源523包括第一开关电源514和第二开关电源515,第一开关电源514为小尺寸元器件513,设置在第二区域507上,第二开关电源515为大尺寸元器件512,设置在第一区域506上。
实施例四
