Claims (18)
- 一种滚刷,用于扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述滚刷包括:第一滚轴和第二滚轴,所述第一滚轴和所述第二滚轴沿垂直于所述滚刷的轴向镜像对称且同轴设置,所述第一滚轴开设有沿所述第一滚轴的周向间隔设置的多个第一安装槽,所述第二滚轴开设有沿所述第二滚轴的周向间隔设置的多个第二安装槽;插设在所述第一安装槽的第一刷件;和插设在所述第二安装槽的第二刷件。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述多个第一安装槽沿所述第一滚轴的轴向螺旋设置,所述多个第二安装槽沿所述第二滚轴的轴向螺旋设置,沿所述第一滚轴轴向上,所述第一安装槽的螺旋方向与所述第二安装槽的螺旋方向相反。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第一刷件包括第一安装部和设置在所述第一安装部的第一除尘部,所述第一刷件通过所述第一安装部插设在所述第一安装槽中;所述第二刷件包括第二安装部和设置在所述第二安装部的第二除尘部,所述第二刷件通过所述第二安装部插设在所述第二安装槽中。
- 如权利要求3所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第一刷件包括第一子刷体和第二子刷体,所述第一子刷体和所述第二子刷体沿所述第一滚轴的周向交替插设在所述第一安装槽,所述第一子刷体的所述第一除尘部的刚度大于所述第二子刷体的所述第一除尘部的刚度;所述第二刷件包括第三子刷体和第四子刷体,所述第三子刷体和所述第四子刷体沿所述第二滚轴的周向交替插设在所述第二安装槽,所述第三子刷体的所述第二除尘部的刚度大于所述第四子刷体的所述第二除尘部的刚度。
- 如权利要求4所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第一子刷体及所述第二子刷体的数量均为3个;和/或所述第三子刷体及所述第四子刷体的数量均为3个。
- 如权利要求4所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第二子刷体远离所述第一滚轴的 一端高于所述第一子刷体远离所述第一滚轴的一端;和/或所述第三子刷体远离所述第二滚轴的一端高于所述第四子刷体远离所述第二滚轴的一端。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述第一安装槽为T形槽,所述第二安装槽为T形槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述滚刷包括连接所述第一滚轴和所述第二滚轴的连接件,所述连接件用于限制所述第一滚轴与所述第二滚轴相对转动。
- 如权利要求8所述的滚刷,其特征在于,所述连接件包括盘体、第一卡块和第二卡块,所述第一卡块和所述第二卡块分别设置在所述盘体相背两侧,所述第一滚轴开设有第一卡槽,所述第二滚轴开设有第二卡槽,所述第一卡块卡设在所述第一卡槽,所述第二卡块卡设在所述第二卡槽。
- 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括机身和滚刷,所述滚刷安装在所述机身,所述滚刷包括:第一滚轴和第二滚轴,所述第一滚轴和所述第二滚轴沿垂直于所述滚刷的轴向镜像对称且同轴设置,所述第一滚轴开设有沿所述第一滚轴的周向间隔设置的多个第一安装槽,所述第二滚轴开设有沿所述第二滚轴的周向间隔设置的多个第二安装槽;插设在所述第一安装槽的第一刷件;和插设在所述第二安装槽的第二刷件。
- 如权利要求10所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述多个第一安装槽沿所述第一滚轴的轴向螺旋设置,所述多个第二安装槽沿所述第二滚轴的轴向螺旋设置,沿所述第一滚轴轴向上,所述第一安装槽的螺旋方向与所述第二安装槽的螺旋方向相反。
- 如权利要求10所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一刷件包括第一安装部和设置在所述第一安装部的第一除尘部,所述第一刷件通过所述第一安装部插设在所述第一安装槽中;所述第二刷件包括第二安装部和设置在所述第二安装部的第二除尘部,所述第二 刷件通过所述第二安装部插设在所述第二安装槽中。
- 如权利要求12所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一刷件包括第一子刷体和第二子刷体,所述第一子刷体和所述第二子刷体沿所述第一滚轴的周向交替插设在所述第一安装槽,所述第一子刷体的所述第一除尘部的刚度大于所述第二子刷体的所述第一除尘部的刚度;所述第二刷件包括第三子刷体和第四子刷体,所述第三子刷体和所述第四子刷体沿所述第二滚轴的周向交替插设在所述第二安装槽,所述第三子刷体的所述第二除尘部的刚度大于所述第四子刷体的所述第二除尘部的刚度。
- 如权利要求13所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一子刷体及所述第二子刷体的数量均为3个;和/或所述第三子刷体及所述第四子刷体的数量均为3个。
- 如权利要求13所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第二子刷体远离所述第一滚轴的一端高于所述第一子刷体远离所述第一滚轴的一端;和/或所述第三子刷体远离所述第二滚轴的一端高于所述第四子刷体远离所述第二滚轴的一端。
- 如权利要求10所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一安装槽为T形槽,所述第二安装槽为T形槽。
