Claims (7)
- 하부를 제외한 "┌┐"형상으로 형성된 문틀(100)과 여닫이로 개폐되는 문짝(200)으로 이루어진 도어(1)에 있어서,"ㄷ"형상으로 형성되어 내부에 수용공간을 구비되어, 일측경첩편(310)은 상기 문틀(100)에 고정되고, 타측경첩편(320)은 문짝(200)에 고정되며, 상기 일측경첩편(310)과 타측경첩편(320)의 외부 중앙 또는 일측을 힌지(330)로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 경첩(300);상기 문틀(100)과 문짝(200)의 양측과 상부측에 이격된 부분을 폐쇄하는 동시에 끼워진 손가락을 보호하도록 외면이 문틀(100)과 고정되고, 상기 문틀(100)과 문짝(200)의 양측 중 경첩(300)이 설치된 일측은 경첩(300)의 수용공간으로 삽입된 상태에서 문틀(100)과 고정되는 탄성부재(400);상기 문짝(200) 하부에 길이방향으로 고정되어 문짝(200) 폐쇄시 바닥면과 이격된 간격을 폐쇄시키도록 구비된 하부개폐수단(500a)(500b);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
- 문틀(100)이 "□"형상으로 형성되고, 그 문틀(100)과 여닫이로 개폐되는 문짝(200)으로 이루어진 도어(1)에 있어서,"ㄷ"형상으로 형성되어 내부에 수용공간을 구비되어, 일측경첩편(310)은 상기 문틀(100)에 고정되고, 타측경첩편(320)은 문짝(200)에 고정되며, 상기 일측경첩편(310)과 타측경첩편(320)의 외부 중앙 또는 일측을 힌지로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 경첩(300);상기 문틀(100)과 문짝(200)의 양측과 상,하부측에 이격된 부분을 폐쇄하는 동시에 끼워진 손가락을 보호하도록 외면이 문틀(100)과 고정되고, 상기 문틀(100)과 문짝(200)의 양측 중 경첩(300)이 설치된 일측은 경첩(300)의 수용공간으로 삽입된 상태에서 문틀(100)과 고정되는 탄성부재(400);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재(400)의 외면에는 끼움돌부(410)가 형성되고, 상기 끼움돌부(410)와 대응하는 문틀(100)에는 그 끼움돌부(410)의 외경보다 비교적 작은 내경으로 형성되어 억지끼움되는 끼움홈(110)이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재(400)가 위치하는 문틀(100) 부분에서 외부로 돌출되도록 고정되고, 그 돌출된 부분은 탄성부재(400) 속에 내장되어 문짝(100)이 닫혔을 때 지지하여 보강하도록 하는 스토퍼(430)가 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부개폐수단(500a)은 상기 문짝(200) 하부에 길이방향으로 고정되고, 전,후방이 개방된 상태에서 내부에 형성된 분할면(511)으로 상부수용부(512)와 하부수용부(513)가 형성되며, 상기 분할면(511)에는 캠작동구멍(514)이 형성되어 그 캠작동구멍(514)과 대응하는 상부수용부(512)의 상면을 관통시켜 형성되는 스프링구멍(515)이 형성되고, 상기 하부수용부(513)는 하부가 개방되어 양측 내면에 각각 돌출된 오므림부(516)가 형성된 고정프레임(510)과,상기 상부수용부(512)로 이동 가능하게 삽입되고, 전,후방 및 하부가 개방되며, 양측면에 일정한 간격을 두고 절개된 측면개방부(521)가 형성되고, 상부에 장공으로 형성된 스프링장공(522)이 형성된 이동프레임(520)과,상기 이동프레임(520)의 일단에 삽입 고정되는 고정블록(532) 선단에 고정되되, 문틀(100)에 고정된 문틀자석(120)과 같은 극으로 배치되어 척력으로 밀어내는 문짝자석(531)과,상기 이동프레임(520)의 측면개방부(521)가 위치한 내부에 배치되고, 하부는 곡면으로 형성되어 상기 이동프레임(520) 양측면과 편심축(541)으로 설치되며, 상기 개방된 측면개방부(521)로 노출된 부분과 상 고정프레임(510)의 양측면이 회전축(542)으로 회전가능하게 설치되는 승강작동캠(540)과,상기 스프링구멍(515) 상부에 상단이 걸려지도록 삽입되어 하단은 캠작동구멍(514) 및 스프링장공(522)을 관통하여 배치되는 승강스프링(550)과,상기 하부수용부(513)로 삽입되고, 전,후방 및 하부가 개방된 상태에서 하부 양측은 내부로 절곡된 걸림턱에 의해 레일(561)이 형성되며, 상면에 상기 승강스프링(550)의 하단이 고정되어 상,하방향으로 이동하는 승강프레임(560)과,상기 레일(561)에 상부가 삽입 고정되어 승강프레임(560)의 하강시 문짝(200)과 바닥면의 간격을 폐쇄하는 하부폐쇄부재(570)로 구성된 것을 특징을 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부개폐수단(500b)은 상기 문짝 하부에 길이방향으로 고정되고, 전,후방이 개방된 상태에서 내부에 형성된 분할면(511)으로 상부수용부(512)와 하부수용부(513)가 형성되며, 상기 상부수용부(512)의 전방부분 내부에는 중앙이 관통된 스프링받이부(517)가 형성되고, 상기 분할면(511)에는 캠작동구멍(514)이 형성되어 그 캠작동구멍(514)과 대응하는 상부수용부(512)의 상면을 관통시켜 형성되는 스프링구멍(515)이 형성되고, 상기 하부숭용부(513)는 하부가 개방되어 양측 내면에 각각 돌출된 오므림부(516)가 형성된 고정프레임(510)과,상기 상부수용부(512)로 이동 가능하게 삽입되고, 전방은 폐쇄되어 볼트구멍(523)이 형성되고, 후방 및 하부는 개방되며, 양측면에 일정한 간격을 두고 절개된 측면개방부(521)가 형성되고, 상부에 장공으로 형성된 스프링장공(522)이 형성된 이동프레임(520)과,상기 스프링받이부(517)의 전면에 말단이 접촉되는 래치스프링(536)에 삽입되어 스프링받이부(517)를 관통한 후, 이동프레임(520)의 볼트구멍(523)과 결합되는 래치스틱(535) 선단에 상기 래치스프링(536)의 선단과 말단이 접촉되고, 일면은 곡면으로 형성되어 문틀(100)과 곡면부분이 맞닿으면 래치스프링(536)을 압축하며 눌려 이동프레임(520)을 밀어내는 래치(534)와,상기 이동프레임(520)의 측면개방부(521)가 위치한 내부에 배치되고, 하부는 곡면으로 형성되어 상기 이동프레임(520) 양측면과 편심축(541)으로 설치되며, 상기 개방된 측면개방부(521)로 노출된 부분과 상 고정프레임(510)의 양측면이 회전축(542)으로 회전가능하게 설치되는 승강작동캠(540)과,상기 스프링구멍(515) 상부에 상단이 걸려지도록 삽입되어 하단은 캠작동구멍(514) 및 스프링장공(522)을 관통하여 배치되는 승강스프링(550)과,상기 하부수용부(513)로 삽입되고, 전,후방 및 하부가 개방된 상태에서 하부 양측은 내부로 절곡된 걸림턱에 의해 레일(561)이 형성되며, 상면에 상기 승강스프링(550)의 하단이 고정되어 상,하방향으로 이동하는 승강프레임(560)과,상기 레일(561)에 상부가 삽입 고정되어 승강프레임(560)의 하강시 문짝(200)과 바닥면의 간격을 폐쇄하는 하부폐쇄부재(570)로 구성된 것을 특징을 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 이동프레임(520)의 양측면에는 전하후상으로 경사지게 형성된 제1경사면(581)과, 상기 제1경사면(581)과 대응하는 승강프레임(560)의 상면에는 동일 형상으로 접촉되어 제1경사면(581)을 따라 승강하는 제2경사면(582)이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도어용 기밀 겸 안전장치.
