Description
Claims (13)
- 一种OLED基板,包括:衬底、设置于所述衬底上子像素区域的OLED器件,所述OLED器件包括具有不均匀厚度的有机层,其中所述OLED基板还包括设置于所述子像素区域的透过率调节层,所述透过率调节层位于所述有机层的出光侧,使得在所述OLED基板工作时从所述有机层发出的光通过所述透过率调节层,其中所述透过率调节层与所述有机层的较厚区域对应的部分的透过率高于所述透过率调节层与所述有机层的较薄区域对应的部分的透过率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的OLED基板,其中所述有机层呈中间区域厚、边缘区域薄,所述透过率调节层呈中间区域薄、边缘区域厚。
- 根据权利要求1所述的OLED基板,其中所述有机层呈中间区域薄、边缘区域厚,所述透过率调节层呈中间区域厚、边缘区域薄。
- 根据权利要求1所述的OLED基板,其中所述透过率调节层包括彩膜层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的OLED基板,其中所述OLED器件为底发射OLED器件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的OLED基板,其中所述透过率调节层位于所述衬底和所述OLED器件之间。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的OLED基板,所述OLED基板还包括设置于所述子像素区域的薄膜晶体管。
- 一种显示装置,包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的OLED基板。
- 一种OLED基板的制备方法,包括:在衬底上子像素区域形成OLED器件,所述OLED器件包括具有不均匀厚度的有机层;以及在所述子像素区域形成透过率调节层,所述透过率调节层位于所述有机层的出光侧,使得在所述OLED基板工作时从所述有机层发出的光通过所述透过率调节层,其中所述透过率调节层与所述有机层的较厚区域对应的部分的透过率高于所述透过率调节层与所述有机层的较薄区域对应的部分的透过率。
- 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其中所述有机层呈中间区域厚、边缘区域薄,所述透过率调节层呈中间区域薄、边缘区域厚。
- 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其中所述有机层呈中间区域薄、边缘区域厚,所述透过率调节层呈中间区域厚、边缘区域薄。
- 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其中在所述子像素区域形成透过率调节层包括:在所述子像素区域制作彩膜层。
- 根据权利要求12所述的制备方法,其中制作所述彩膜层包括:在所述子像素区域形成滤光膜;利用半色调掩模板,对所述滤光膜执行曝光、显影工艺以形成所述彩膜层。
