背景技术
目前,随着用户阅读意识的提升,电子书得到了越来越广泛的普及。用户在APP上阅读电子书的时候,APP通常会向阅读用户推送比如电子书的优惠活动信息内容,从而使更多的电子书得到推广并被购买,同时也促使了用户阅读更多的书籍并养成读书的好习惯。
但是,在实现本公开的过程中,发明人发现:目前APP在向阅读用户推送各种活动消息的时候,推送的消息几乎是千篇一律的,并没有针对不同的阅读用户的不同的用户特征信息有针对地推送活动消息,因此对阅读用户造成了困扰并且图书的促销效果也不佳。由此可见,现有技术中缺少一种能够有效解决上述问题的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法及电子设备。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本公开以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法及电子设备。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种基于电子书的活动内容推送方法,包括:
接收页面展示服务器发送的活动页面配置请求,从用户特征库中获取与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息,并从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息;
按照预设的活动推送策略,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容;
响应活动页面配置请求,将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器,以使页面展示服务器将活动内容配置到活动页面中,并向客户端下发活动页面;
其中,用户特征信息包括:根据阅读用户的阅读行为确定的消费需求信息;且活动推送策略用于确定消费需求信息与活动配置信息之间的对应关系。

步骤S120:按照预设的活动推送策略,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容,其中,活动推送策略用于确定消费需求信息与活动配置信息之间的对应关系。
其中,活动推送策略用于确定消费需求信息与活动配置信息之间的对应关系,具体地,预设的活动推送策略可以为根据用户特征信息中阅读用户的账户余额信息、以及消费需求信息与账户余额信息之间的比较结果所确定的用户类型,有针对性地推送活动信息的推送策略。在本实施例中,具体的推送策略可以由本领域人员灵活确定,例如,若消费需求信 息大于账户余额信息,则可以确定对应的信息类型为充值类型;若消费需求信息小于账户余额信息,则可以确定对应的信息类型为消费类型。另外,还可以针对消费需求信息与账户余额信息相等的情况设置对应的信息类型。并且,还可以进一步在消费需求信息大于账户余额信息时,根据二者之间的差值所属的数值区间进一步将消费类型划分为多个子类型,比如强消费类型、中消费类型、弱消费类型等,并进一步设置分别与各个子类型相对应的信息内容。比如,对于强消费类型的用户推送优惠力度更大的信息。同理,还可以将充值类型划分为多个子类型,以便更好地适应不同用户的需求。具体地,当确定与比较结果相匹配的推送信息的信息类型为消费类型时,可以推送诸如满减活动信息、优惠券活动信息等;当确定与比较结果相匹配的推送信息的信息类型为充值类型时,可以推送诸如充值优惠活动信息等。
另外,预设的活动推送策略还可以为结合阅读用户的活跃度信息和用户等级信息中的至少一个确定与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。可选地,上述预设的活动推送策略还可以进一步包括:推送频率类策略、互斥类策略、优先级策略以及概率占比策略。在确定活动推送策略之后,可以按照预设的活动推送策略,并根据在步骤S110获取的用户特征信息,确定活动配置信息中包含的与该用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。根据该步骤,能够根据不同用户的不同的用户特征有针对性地确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容,从而更加的人性化,提升了用户体验。
步骤S130:响应活动页面配置请求,将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器,以使页面展示服务器将活动内容配置到活动页面中,并向客户端下发活动页面。
具体地,响应活动页面的配置请求,并将在步骤S120中确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器,然后页面展示服务器可以使用PHP语言将活动内容的信息以代码的形式嵌入到H5页面中,形成活动页面,然后将上述确定的活动内容配置到活动页面中,并向客户端下发上述活动页面,阅读用户可以根据上述下发的活动页面获取向其推送的各种活动信息。具体地,页面展示服务器将活动内容配置到活动页面中时,可以将活动内容配置到活动页面中的各种资源位中,上述资源位可以包括:浮窗、弹窗、挂件等。总之,本公开不限制将活动内容配置到活动页面中的各种资源位中的具体方式。
根据本实施例一提供的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法,通过接收页面展示服务器发送的活动页面配置请求,从用户特征库中获取与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息;并从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息,并按照预设的活动推送策略,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容;从而响应活动页面配置请求,将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器,以使页面展示服务器将活动内容配置到活动页面中,并向客户端下发活动页面。
根据该方法,能够针对不同的阅读用户的不同的用户特征信息,有针对地推送活动内容,更加的人性化,提升了用户体验。同时,也提高了推送的活动的转化率,并促使阅读用户更多地消费、充值以及阅读更多的书籍,养成良好的读书习惯。
图2示出了本公开实施例二提供的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤S210~步骤S240。
为了更加清楚地说明本实施例二提供的方法,图3示出了本公开实施二中采用的一种 网络架构示意图。下述步骤中的执行主体可以为图3示出的数据中心服务器37。如图3所示,该网络架构包括:活动配置库31、用户特征库32、历史分发活动库33、客户端34、页面展示服务器35、配置服务器36、数据中心服务器37,上述网络架构中各个组件的具体的连接关系可以参照图3中的连接关系,在此不再赘述。
步骤S210:接收页面展示服务器发送的活动页面配置请求,从用户特征库32中获取与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息,并从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息。
具体地,如图3所示,用户登录客户端34之后,当用户的阅读状态符合预设活动推送状态时,客户端34可以向页面展示服务器35请求配置活动页面,页面展示服务器35在接收到上述请求之后,向数据中心服务器37发送活动页面配置请求。然后数据中心服务器37可以接收页面展示服务器35发送的活动页面配置请求,从用户特征库32中获取与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息,并从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息。
其中,用户特征库32用于存储用户特征信息,用户特征信息可以包括:阅读用户的账户余额信息、以及消费需求信息与账户余额信息之间的比较结果。上述用户特征信息还可以包括阅读用户的活跃度信息和用户等级信息中的至少一个。关于获取上述用户特征信息的具体方式可以参见步骤S110中的内容。其中,由于用户特征信息中包含的消费需求信息直接关系到用户类型的结果划分以及活动推送的准确度,因此,本实施例提出了一种具体的消费需求信息的确定方式,为了描述的紧凑性,将在本实施例的末尾重点描述消费需求信息的确定方式,此处不再赘述。
其中,上述活动配置库用于存储活动配置信息,上述活动配置信息可以指推送的各种活动的具体的配置信息,比如针对福利卡活动可以为充M元送N元的信息,其中,M表示充值档位,N表示赠送额度信息。或者,活动配置信息为内容里的每一个书单信息,比如书城免费频道里面配置的书单列表信息。上述活动配置信息可以用来设定推送活动的具体形式、内容以及分发形态。
另外,在本实施例中,为了便于运营人员针对活动进行配置及更新,如图3所示,进一步设置有专用于执行配置操作的配置服务器36,配置服务器36可以用于设置活动配置信息,每当配置服务器36更新完活动配置信息后,都会将配置好的活动配置信息实时地发送给数据中心服务器37,这样数据中心服务器37可以及时地获取配置服务器36设置的活动配置信息。在从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息的步骤之前,将获取到的配置服务器36中设置的活动配置信息缓存到活动配置库中,这样数据中心服务器37可以直接从活动配置库中获取更新后的活动配置信息,从而避免了每次接收到页面配置请求之后,都要从配置服务器36中获取活动配置信息而造成的效率低下以及获取延时的问题。在本步骤中,数据中心服务器37通过将从配置服务器36中获取的活动配置信息缓存在本地的活动配置库中,从而每次接收到页面配置请求之后可以直接从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息,提高了获取活动配置信息的速率。
步骤S220:按照预设的活动推送策略,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。
具体地,如图3所示,当预设好具体的活动推送策略之后,数据中心服务器37可以按照上述预设的活动推送策略,获取活动配置库31中的活动配置信息并确定上述活动配 置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容,从而能够根据用户的消费需求信息以及其他的用户特征信息,实现个性化的信息推送,使每个用户收到为其量身定制的推送信息,达到了千人千面的技术效果。
其中,上述活动推送策略包括:当消费需求信息大于账户余额信息时,确定与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为充值类型;当消费需求信息不大于账户余额信息时,确定与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为消费类型。具体地,当消费需求信息大于账户余额信息时,说明该用户的账户余额不足,因此,确定与比较结果相匹配的推送信息的信息类型为充值类型;当消费需求信息不大于账户余额信息时,说明该用户的账户余额充足,因此,确定与比较结果相匹配的推送信息的信息类型为消费类型。另外,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,虽然本实施例仅以充值类型和消费类型为例进行了说明,但是,本公开不限于此,还可以将信息类型细化为更多的子类型。
进一步地,当确定与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为消费类型时,在向阅读用户推送活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容时可以向阅读用户推送根据消费需求信息确定的满减活动信息和优惠活动信息中的至少一个。上述优惠活动可以以优惠券、代金券、限时免费、打折扣的形式进行信息推送。当确定与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为充值类型时,在向阅读用户推送活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容时可以向阅读用户推送根据阅读用户的历史充值信息和消费需求信息中的至少一个确定的充值活动信息;其中,阅读用户的历史充值信息包括以下信息中的至少一个:阅读用户最近一次充值行为所对应的充值档位信息和阅读用户在历史时段内充值频次最高的充值行为所对应的充值档位信息。具体地,在向阅读用户推送充值类型的推送信息时可以向用户推送比阅读用户最近一次充值行为所对应的充值档位和阅读用户在历史时段内充值频次最高的充值行为所对应的充值档位中的至少一个略高(例如高出一或两个档位、或高出半个档位等)的充值活动信息,从而促使阅读用户更多地进行充值。另外,在根据消费需求信息确定充值活动信息时,可以根据用户的消费需求信息灵活地确定推送的充值活动信息中的充值金额,比如可以将充值活动信息中的充值金额确定为和用户的消费需求金额相等的金额数值;或者将充值活动信息中的充值金额确定为略高于用户的消费需求金额的金额数值,以促使阅读用户更多地进行充值。通过向阅读用户推送根据该阅读用户的历史充值信息和消费需求信息中的至少一个确定的充值活动信息,能够更加地符合阅读用户的充值需求,更加地人性化,从而促使了阅读用户更多地进行充值。根据上述针对消费、充值类型用户的活动推送策略后,然后确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。
可选地,上述活动推送策略还可以包括:结合阅读用户的活跃度信息和用户等级信息中的至少一个确定与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。其中,上述活跃度信息可以根据APP启动天数、累积阅读时长和累积阅读次数中的至少一个确定。比如针对APP启动天数,可以将近一个月内启动APP的天数超过20天的阅读用户确定为高活跃用户,将近一个月内启动APP的天数在10天至20天范围内的用户确定为中活跃用户,将近一个月内启动APP的天数在1至10天范围内的用户确定为低活跃用户,并将近一个月内未启动过APP的用户确定为流失用户。除了根据APP启动天数来确定用户的活跃度外,还可以结合累积阅读 时长以及累积阅读次数来确定,比如可以规定在预设时间内累积阅读时长超过某预设阅读时长、累积阅读次数超过某预设阅读次数的阅读用户确定为高活跃用户,其余的中活跃用户、低活跃用户所对应预设的阅读时长范围、累积阅读次数范围还可以根据此方法由本领域技术人员来具体地进行设定。另外,上述用户等级信息可以根据用户注册时长和用户充值记录中的至少一个确定。比如针对新用户可以优先推送首次充值活动信息、福利卡信息,根据用户的充值记录确定时可以针对用户的充值习惯具体地设定所推送信息的类型。具体地,针对同一种信息类型的不同活跃度的阅读用户,可以通过改变各种推送信息的占比来改变推送的信息的优惠力度。具体地,可以随着阅读用户活跃度的降低适当提高推送信息的优惠力度,从而提高用户的积极性,以进行更多的充值、消费等活动。比如针对消费类型,当阅读用户的账户余额与该阅读用户的消费需求相等时,对高中活跃度的阅读用户,可以将推送信息中折扣信息的占比设置为40%,全价信息的占比设置为40%、福利卡信息占比设置为20%;针对低活跃度的阅读用户,可以将推送信息中折扣信息的占比设置为20%、全价信息的占比设置为10%、免费信息的占比设置为20%、首次充值优惠活动信息以及福利卡的占比设置为40%;针对流失用户,可以将推送信息中全场限免的比例设置为40%,免费信息的占比设置为30%,首次充值优惠活动信息的占比设置为20%、折扣信息的占比设置为10%。随着活跃度的降低,通过改变各种推送信息的占比来提高推送信息的总的优惠力度以提高用户的积极性,从而可以进行更多的充值以及消费。进一步地,根据用户等级信息确定推送信息的信息内容时,可以对等级较低的用户推送优惠力度比较大的推送信息以促使用户进行充值、消费来提高用户等级,对等级较高的用户可以适当推送优惠力度较小的活动信息,具体地可以参见上述根据阅读用户的活跃度信息的确定方式。
进一步地,上述活动推送策略还可以进一步包括:推送频率类策略、互斥类策略、优先级策略以及概率占比策略。上述推送频率策略可以设置为消息推送频次控制不变的策略或者其它类型的策略,比如每个活动一天只推送一次,或者几天推送一次。互斥类原则是指特定的活动不与与其相斥的活动同时推送的原则,比如由于全场限免活动与其它活动相斥,所以向同一个用户推荐的时候尽量不将全场限免活动和其它类型的活动一起推送。优先级原则是指针对不同的用户类型,优先推送与该种用户类型相匹配的优先推送的活动信息。比如在向新用户推荐的时候优先推送新用户限时免费活动,其次推送福利卡优惠信息,然后再推送其它的信息。上述概率占比策略是指当该信息类型对应的推送信息为多种时,根据消费需求信息与账户余额信息之间的差值确定的各种推送信息所占的比例或出现的概率。
步骤S230:响应活动页面配置请求,将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器。
如图3所示,数据中心服务器37响应页面展示服务器35发送的活动页面配置请求,并将确定好的推送给阅读用户的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器35。进一步地,在将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器35之后,可以将确定的活动内容作为与阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录存储到预设的历史分发活动库33中。通过将确定的活动内容作为与阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录存储到预设的历史分发活动库33中,数据中心服务器37可以随时获取上述历史分发活动库33中存储的该用户的历史分发记录,从而可以结合上述历史分发记录更快、更加贴切地确定向该用户推送的活动信息。
进一步地,将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器35后,页面展示服务器35还要判断活动内容与活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容是否匹配,若匹配则继续执行下述步骤S240。其中,配置内容由页面展示服务器35根据配置服务器36中存储的页面资源位配置信息确定得出。本实施例中,页面资源位配置信息可以由配置服务器36直接发送给页面展示服务器35,例如在页面资源位配置信息发生更新时,由配置服务器36发送给页面展示服务器35,或者在页面展示服务器35发起活动页面配置请求时,由配置服务器36发送给页面展示服务器35。而在另一种实现方式中,页面资源位配置信息可以连同活动配置信息一道,由配置服务器36发送给数据中心服务器37,并存储于活动配置库31。当数据中心服务器37响应页面展示服务器35的活动页面配置请求时,将存储的页面资源位配置信息与活动内容一道发送给页面展示服务器35。
上述页面资源位包括但不限于以下类型中的至少一个:弹窗、挂件、以及浮窗;并且,上述页面资源位配置信息用于存储活动页面中可能包含的各种类型的页面资源位所对应的配置内容,其中,每种类型的页面资源位所对应的配置内容用于确定该种类型的页面资源位能够配置的活动内容的类型。例如,弹窗可用于弹出各种类型的活动的信息,比如立返立减活动信息、领取优惠券类型的等活动信息,相应地,弹窗类型的页面资源位所对应的配置内容包括各种类型的活动内容。浮窗以及挂件的页面资源位的配置内容可以为优惠券、福利卡、满减券等优惠信息。具体实施时,可通过如下方式实现:
可以首先根据当前界面(即活动页面)的界面类型,确定与当前界面相对应的资源位的类型和数量。其中,比如在用户首次打开APP时,在首页界面可以出现弹窗、浮窗、挂件等资源位;阅读用户阅读书籍的过程中,在书籍页面不适宜出现影响阅读用户阅读书籍的资源位(比如弹窗),因此,可以通过不影响阅读用户阅读书籍的资源位(比如挂件)进行推送。在确定页面展示服务器35推送的活动内容之后,进一步判断判断活动内容与活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容是否匹配,如果相匹配,则可以执行下述步骤S240。具体地,如果确定页面展示服务器35推送的活动内容为消费满减活动之后,此时若用户的阅读App还停留在阅读电子书的界面,页面展示服务器35所确定的页面资源位的配置内容为挂件所对应的优惠券,则可以判断活动内容与活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容相匹配;相反,如果此时的页面展示服务器35所确定的页面资源位的配置内容为弹窗所对应的立返立减优惠信息,则可以判断活动内容与活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容不匹配。
步骤S240:页面展示服务器将活动内容配置到活动页面中,并向客户端下发活动页面。
如果在步骤S230中判断活动内容与活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容相匹配,则页面展示服务器35可以将上述活动内容配置到活动页面中与其相匹配的各种资源位上,并向客户端34下发上述活动页面,对阅读用户进行显示。
另外,本领域技术人员还可以对上述实施例进行各种改动和变形:比如由于历史分发活动库33中记录的全网阅读用户的历史分发记录和与阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录中的至少一个,则在执行上述步骤S220时,除了根据上述预设的活动推送策略,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容外,还可以结合历史分发活动库33中记录的全网阅读用户的历史分发记录和与阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录中的至少一 个,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。进一步地,还可以结合历史分发活动库33中记录的全网阅读用户的历史分发记录及其中包含的活动内容所对应的反馈类型和与阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录及其中包含的活动内容所对应的反馈类型中的至少一个,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容;其中,上述反馈类型包括正反馈类型和负反馈类型中的至少一个。具体地,结合上述反馈类型,能够针对不同的用户特征信息及时地调整针对该用户的预设的活动推送策略,从而对发送给页面展示服务器35的活动内容进行调整,以使下发到客户端34的活动页面更加符合用户的需求。具体地,当用户在预定时间内未点击或者关闭信息的次数超过预定次数,或者对于该用户推送的信息相关的活动的未转化率较高,则可以确定与推送信息相对应的用户反馈信息为负反馈类型。其中,未转化可以指未充值、未消费、未领取。相对应地,当用户在预定时间内未点击或者关闭信息的次数小于预定次数,或者对于该用户推送的信息相关的活动的未转化率较低,则可以确定与推送信息相对应的用户反馈信息为正反馈类型。针对上述正反馈类型,可以保持或者增大向该用户推送信息的频率或内容以满足其充值消费优惠需求;针对上述负反馈类型,可以减小该用户关闭或者未点击的消息类型的推送频率,或者整体减小所有推送信息的推送频率以及内容,从而减小对用户的打扰。根据上述正反馈类型和负反馈类型中的至少一个来确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容,能够根据用户的反馈信息及时地对后续推送的推送信息的信息内容进行调整,从而能够更加人性化地对用户进行信息推送,提升了用户体验。
另外,为了更加清楚地说明上述步骤S210中提到的用户特征库32中存储的与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息中包含的消费需求信息的确定方式,这里将通过以下步骤一~步骤四来详细说明上述消费需求信息的确定方式:
步骤一:获取与阅读用户发生交互的电子书,针对获取到的每本电子书,确定阅读用户针对该电子书执行的各次交互操作的操作时间戳。
首先,确定与阅读用户发生交互的电子书时,可以将阅读用户的历史阅读记录中所包含的每一本电子书均作为与阅读用户发生交互的电子书。接下来,针对获取到的每本电子书,确定阅读用户针对该电子书执行的各次交互操作的操作时间戳。具体地,对于每一本电子书,当阅读用户针对该电子书执行过多次交互操作时,分别获取每一次交互操作的操作时间戳。其中,操作时间戳是指:执行该次交互操作时所对应的系统时间。由此可见,通过各次交互操作的操作时间戳能够确定各次交互操作的操作顺序。
步骤二:根据各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作之间的时间间隔,确定阅读用户针对该电子书的交互时长。
具体地,在根据操作时间戳确定出各次交互操作的操作顺序之后,进一步确定各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作之间的时间间隔。其中,在一种实现方式中,各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作包括各次交互操作中每相邻的两次交互操作,即:将每相邻的两次交互操作均考虑在内。在又一种实现方式中,各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作仅包括符合预设规则的若干组相邻的两次交互操作。在根据各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作之间的时间间隔,确定阅读用户针对该电子书的交互时长时,可以对各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作之间的时间间隔进行预设处理,例如累加求和等,从而得到阅读用户针对 该电子书的交互时长。另外,发明人在实现本公开的过程中发现:在阅读过程中除了瞬时完成的交互操作之外,还可能包含阅读、写评论等持续时间较长的操作,该类操作也能够反映用户与电子书的真实交互过程,因此,为了更加准确地反映用户与电子书之间的交互程度,可选地,在本步骤中,当确定各次交互操作中包含预设持续类操作时,还可以进一步结合预设持续类操作所对应的操作持续时长,确定阅读用户针对该电子书的交互时长。其中,持续类操作是指:相对进入阅读页、打开目录等瞬时完成的操作而言,操作过程需要持续一段时间完成的操作,例如,阅读操作、写评论操作等各种持续时间较长的操作。
步骤三:根据阅读用户针对获取到的每本电子书的交互时长,从获取到的电子书中筛选与阅读用户相对应的深度交互电子书。
由于交互时长是根据阅读用户针对电子书的交互操作得到的,能够反映阅读用户与该电子书之间的交互深度,因此,根据交互时长能够筛选出与阅读用户相对应的深度交互电子书。
需要说明的是,本实施例中所述的深度交互电子书是指,在对可量化指标数据的衡量过程中,指标数据满足预定阈值的电子书。例如当可量化指标数据为交互时长时,预定阈值可以是根据交互时长排序后的前序数量TOP N(正整数),排序在前N本的电子书为深度交互电子书;或者,预定阈值可以是预设的交互时长,大于等于该交互时长的电子书为深度交互电子书;或者,当可量化指标数据为特定操作类型产生的次数时,预定阈值可以是具体设定的次数M(正整数),例如当用户先后2次进入某本电子书的购买界面(但是均未购买)时,表明用户对该电子书有一定的阅读兴趣但对付费购买犹豫再三,因此可将该电子书认定为深度交互电子书。
步骤四:根据筛选出的深度交互电子书以及对应深度交互电子书的消费金额,确定阅读用户的消费需求信息。
其中,深度交互电子书的消费金额主要是指:该电子书所对应的未付费部分的金额。例如,对于整本购买的电子书,是指该电子书的整本价格;对于按章购买的电子书,是指该电子书中的未购买章节的价格。具体实施时,可以根据各本深度交互电子书的消费金额总和来确定阅读用户的消费需求信息。
具体地,消费需求信息poPy可通过如下公式计算:

另外,为了使最终确定的消费需求信息更加合理,还可以进一步结合至少一项信息,对得到消费需求信息进行修正:阅读用户的历史日消费额、全网用户的平均日消费额、需求转化天数、以及预设的单日最大充值金额。
在本实施例中,计算消费需求信息poPy的基础在于深度交互的书籍,换句话说,消费需求信息的大小是由用户对书籍的兴趣的广度(书籍数量)和深度(交互深度)共同决定的。但是,发明人在实现本公开的过程中发现:用户的阅读兴趣与用户的消费习惯并不一定是匹配的,经统计发现,这种不匹配的绝大多数情况都是兴趣大于消费习惯所决定的消费额,即用户愿意看很多书,但不愿意花对应的钱(poPy)。这种情况下,根据用户兴趣计算出来的poPy并不是用户实际的消费需求,需要对其进行校正。例如,可根据下述公式处理:
B=min(mxPyD1,poPy)
其中,B为校正后的消费需求信息,mxPyD1为该阅读用户历史上日消费额的最大值,该公式的意义在于,若poPy大于该阅读用户历史上日消费额的最大值,则说明不符合用户的消费习惯,因此,B值以mxPyD1为准,或者,结合mxPyD1对B值进行修正,以使最终得到的消费需求信息更加适合该用户。
进一步地,考虑到消费存量需求反映的是用户全部的消费需求,而这种需求量并非在一天之内能够全部转化完毕,可能需要连续消费若干天才可将需求全部转化完。相应地,在上述公式中还可以增加一个关于天数的调整系数,变形后的公式为:
B=min(mxPyD1*3,poPy)
其中,3为关于天数的调整系数,通过对该调整系数大小的设置,可以调整需求存量转化的时间的容忍度。具体业务场景中,除了设置为3天外,也可以设置为2天或5天等其他数值。
进一步地,对于mxPyD1*3还可做进一步修正,变形后的公式为:
B=min(max(3.4*3,mxPyD1*3),poPy)
其中,3.4为全网用户平均的日消费额度,实际实施时,该数值需根据业务场景中得到的全网用户平均的日消费额度进行调整。该数值与mxPyD1*3之间取较大值的目的在于:当用户单日消费额度不足全网用户平均值时,参考全网用户平均数额调整B值,一定程度上可以引导用户提高消费额度。
进一步地,公式中还可增加单日允许最大充值金额的系数,变形后的公式为:
B=min(max(3.4*3,mxPyD1*3),poPy,100)
其中,100为APP中规定的单日允许最大充值金额,其具体数值可根据业务场景灵活调整。即一个用户一天之内累计充值金额不能大于100元。增加该系数目的在于:当poPy大于100时,用户也只能在当日充值100元,因此,poPy大于100对后续运营分发的参考意义不大,因此,通过取最小值的操作能够使最终得到的消费需求信息与APP更加匹配。
根据本实施例二提供的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法,通过接收页面展示服务器发送的活动页面配置请求,从用户特征库中获取与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息,并从活动配置库中获取活动配置信息,按照预设的活动推送策略,确定活动配置信息中包含的与用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容,并响应活动页面配置请求,将确定的活动内容发送给页面展示服务器,以使页面展示服务器执行:以使页面展示服务器将活动内容配置到活动页面中;然后进一步地判断活动内容与活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容是否匹配,其中,配置内容由页面展示服务器根据配置服务器中存储的页面资源位配置信息确 定得出;若是,将活动内容配置到活动页面中,并向客户端下发活动页面。根据该方法,能够针对不同的阅读用户的不同的用户特征信息中的充值消费需求有针对地推动活动消息,更加的人性化,提升了用户体验。同时,也提高了推送的活动的转化率,并促使阅读用户更多地消费、充值以及阅读更多的书籍,养成良好的读书习惯。

    按照预设的活动推送策略,确定所述活动配置信息中包含的与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容;
    响应所述活动页面配置请求,将确定的所述活动内容发送给所述页面展示服务器,以使所述页面展示服务器将所述活动内容配置到所述活动页面中,并向客户端下发所述活动页面;
    其中,所述用户特征信息包括:根据所述阅读用户的阅读行为确定的消费需求信息;且所述活动推送策略用于确定消费需求信息与活动配置信息之间的对应关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将确定的所述活动内容发送给所述页面展示服务器的步骤之后,进一步包括:将确定的所述活动内容作为与所述阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录存储到预设的历史分发活动库中;

    当确定与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为充值类型时,所述向所述阅读用户推送所述活动配置信息中包含的与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的步骤具体包括:向所述阅读用户推送根据所述阅读用户的历史充值信息和所述消费需求信息中的至少一个确定的充值活动信息;其中,所述阅读用户的历史充值信息包括以下信息中的至少一个:所述阅读用户最近一次充值行为所对应的充值档位信息和所述阅读用户在历史时段内充值频次最高的充值行为所对应的充值档位信息。

    结合所述历史分发活动库中记录的全网阅读用户的历史分发记录及其中包含的活动内容所对应的反馈类型和与所述阅读用户相对应的历史分发记录及其中包含的活动内容所对应的反馈类型中的至少一个,确定所述活动配置信息中包含的与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容;
    其中,所述反馈类型包括正反馈类型和负反馈类型中的至少一个。
  15. 根据权利要求13-14任一所述的电子设备,其中,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行以下操作:将获取到的配置服务器中设置的活动配置信息缓存到所述活动配置库中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子设备,其中,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行以下操作:将确定的所述活动内容发送给所述页面展示服务器,以使所述页面展示服务器执行:
    判断所述活动内容与所述活动页面中包含的页面资源位所对应的配置内容是否匹配,其中,所述配置内容由所述页面展示服务器根据所述配置服务器中存储的页面资源位配置信息确定得出;
    若是,将所述活动内容配置到所述活动页面中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备,其中,所述页面资源位包括以下类型中的至少一个:弹窗、挂件、以及浮窗;并且,所述页面资源位配置信息用于存储各种类型的页面资源位所配置的活动内容的类型。
  18. 根据权利要求12-17任一所述的电子设备,其中,所述用户特征信息进一步包括:所述阅读用户的账户余额信息、以及所述消费需求信息与所述账户余额信息之间的比较结果;
    且所述活动推送策略包括:当所述消费需求信息大于所述账户余额信息时,确定与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为充值类型;
    当所述消费需求信息不大于所述账户余额信息时,确定与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为消费类型。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其中,当确定与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为消费类型时,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行以下操作:向所述阅读用户推送根据所述消费需求信息确定的满减活动信息和优惠活动信息中的至少一个;和,
    当确定与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容的类型为充值类型时,所述可执行指令使所述处理器执行以下操作:向所述阅读用户推送根据所述阅读用户的历史充值信息和所述消费需求信息中的至少一个确定的充值活动信息;其中,所述阅读用户的历史充值信息包括以下信息中的至少一个:所述阅读用户最近一次充值行为所对应的充值档位信息、所述阅读用户在历史时段内充值频次最高的充值行为所对应的充值档位信息。
  20. 根据权利要求12-19任一所述的电子设备,其中,所述用户特征信息进一步包括:所述阅读用户的活跃度信息和用户等级信息中的至少一个;
    且所述活动推送策略包括:结合所述阅读用户的活跃度信息和用户等级信息中的至少一个确定与所述用户特征信息相匹配的活动内容。
  21. 根据权利要求12-20任一所述的电子设备,其中,所述活动推送策略进一步包括:推送频率类策略、互斥类策略、优先级策略以及概率占比策略。
  22. 根据权利要求12-21任一所述的电子设备,其中,所述用户特征库中存储的与阅读用户相对应的用户特征信息中包含的消费需求信息通过以下方式确定:
    获取与阅读用户发生交互的电子书,针对获取到的每本电子书,确定所述阅读用户针对该电子书执行的各次交互操作的操作时间戳;
    根据所述各次交互操作中相邻的两次交互操作之间的时间间隔,确定所述阅读用户针对该电子书的交互时长;
    根据所述阅读用户针对获取到的每本电子书的交互时长,从获取到的电子书中筛选与所述阅读用户相对应的深度交互电子书;
    根据筛选出的深度交互电子书以及对应所述深度交互电子书的消费金额,确定所述阅读用户的消费需求信息。
  23. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中存储有至少一可执行指令,所述可执行指令用于使该计算机执行前述任一权利要求1-11中所述的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法。
  24. 一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,该计算机程序包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使该计算机执行前述任一权利要求1-11中所述的基于电子书的活动内容推送方法。
