S11,建立信息输出设备与待关联设备的关联关系。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,信息输出设备可以包括显示装置。如数码相框、电子艺术画框等,或语音播放装置,如扬声器、音响等;待关联设备可以包括手机之类的移动通信终端、或诸如智能手表之类的智能可穿戴设备。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,数据共享设备通过接收待关联设备发送的关联请求建立该待关联设备与信息输出设备之间的关联关系。 一旦关联成功,待关联设备变为关联设备。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,关联设备包括至少一个主关联设备,作为信息输出设备的所有者。可替换地,关联设备还可以包括至少一个副关联设备,作为信息输出设备的分享者。主关联设备可以为首次与信息输出设备建立关联关系的设备,也可以由信息输出设备的用户进行指定设置。除了主关联设备之外的其他关联设备都是副关联设备。
在主关联设备已经与信息输出设备建立关联之后,其他待关联设备可以向数据共享设备申请与信息输出设备建立关联关系,这时需要经过主关联设备的同意,才能建立与信息输出设备的关联关系,成为副关联设备。另外,主关联设备还可以邀请其他设备与信息输出设备建立关联关系。关于主关联设备和副关联设备分别如何与信息输出设备建立关联关系的具体方式,请参见下文结合图3的详细描述。
当主关联设备与信息输出设备解除关联关系后,副关联设备也自动与信息输出设备解除关联关系。各关联设备与信息输出设备建立关联关系后,信息输出设备中输出的所有的关联设备上传的用于建立请求或认证的个人身份信息可以保存在数据共享设备(比如云服务器)中,除了主关联设备之外,其他副关联设备对此没有访问权限,以保护用户的隐私。
在根据本发明的一些实施例中,关联关系建立之后,数据共享设备可以将相应的关联关系存储在关联关系数据库中。关联关系数据库可以包含:关联设备的身份信息、信息输出设备的身份信息以及关联设备与信息输出设备的关联关系类别,即主关联关系或副关联关系。
在根据本发明的一些实施例中,一个待关联设备可以与一个或多个信息输出设备建立关联关系,同时一个信息输出设备也可以与一个或多个待关联设备建立关联关系。
图2示意性示出了多个信息输出设备与多个关联设备之间的关联关系结构图。如图2所示,信息输出设备100-102与关联设备300-302通过数据共享设备(未示出)建立的多个关联关系,其中信息输出设备包括移动终端300和302以及智能手表301,信息输出设备包括显示设备100-102。图2中所建立的关联关系在表1示出。

如上图2和表1所示,图2所示的关联关系包括一对多(例如关联设备301与信息输出设备100-103的关联)或多对一(例如关联设备300-302与信息输出设备100的关联)。而且,对每个信息输出设备100-102而言,仅存在一个主关联设备;而对每个关联设备300-302而言,它即可以是主关联设备又可以是副关联设备,例如关联设备301在与信息输出设备100的关联关系中是副关联设备,而在于信息输出设备101的关联关系中是主关联设备。
如图2所示,根据本公开的数据共享方法实现多个关联设备对一个信息输出设备以及多个关联设备对多个信息输出设备的灵活共享方案。
S12,接收关联设备发送的共享数据及其共享方式。
在关联设备与信息输出设备建立关联关系后,关联设备即可上传共享数据至数据共享设备以实现数据共享。
在本公开的一些实施例中,数据共享方式可以包括第一共享方式和第二共享方式,其中第一共享方式是指私人共享方式,而第二共享方式是指公开共享方式。例如,如上文所述,空巢老人的智能手表之类的可穿戴设备作为副关联设备可以将其捕获的关于该老人的日常生活或身体状况参数(例如位置动态、心率、运动情况、睡眠等)的信息上传至数据共享设备以通过信息输出设备展示给主关联设备的用户。又例如,当副关联设备的用户想要将分享或展出其绘画作品时,可以将其作品通过数据共享设备在画廊中的电子画框之类的信息输出设备中公开展示,以实现绘画信息的公开共享。
S13,根据共享方式确定信息输出设备的展示模式。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,信息输出设备的展示模式可以包括关爱模式和艺术模式,其分别对应于第一和第二共享方式。在关爱模式中,信息输出设备将自动展示关联设备(包括主关联设备或副关联设备)在指定时间段(比如一天、一周、月等)内上传的共享数据(例如个人相关的数据,如位置动态、生理参数(心率、血压等)、运动情况、睡眠状况等信息)。在艺术模式中,信息输出设备将按照各关联设备的建立关联关系的时间顺序依次轮播它们各自上传的共享数据(例如,摄影作品、画作、图片等),以展示这些共享信息。可替换地,上述两种展示模式也可以自由地用于第一或第二共享方式。当然,信息输出设备的展示模式并不限于上述两种模式,而是也可以采用其他展示模式,例如按照用户指定方式进行展示等。
S14,依据展示模式将共享数据发送至信息输出设备展示。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,数据共享设备可以根据所确定展示模式来发送共享数据到信息输出设备以实现所确定的展示模式。下面详细关爱模式和艺术模式的实现方式。在关爱模式中,数据共享设备会根据数据共享方式,自动将关联设备(包括主关联设备或副关联设备)在指定时间段(比如一天、一周、月等)内上传的共享数据(例如个人相关的数据,如位置动态、生理参数(心率、血压等)、运动情况、睡眠状况等信息)发送给信息输出设备展示。在艺术模式中,数据共享设备可以依据接收的数据共享方式,将按照各关联设备的建立关联关系的时间顺序依次向信息输出设备发送它们各自上传的共享数据(例如,摄影作品、画作、图片等),以展示这些共享信息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,信息输出设备也可以是一组设备,其至少包含第一信息输出子设备和第二信息输出子设备,其分别用于以关爱模式和艺术模式展示共享数据。例如,第一信息输出子设备可以是私有的显示设备,如私人电子相框,用于将个人信息(包括身体状况、日常生活等)分享给亲友;第二信息输出子设备可以包括公开的显示设备,如用于公开展示书画作品的电子艺术画框等。于是,数据共享设备在接收到共享数据及其共享方式之后,可以依据共享方式分别将相应共享数据发送至相应的信息输出子设备,例如将第一展示模式的数据发送至第一信息输出子设备且将第二展示模式数据发送至第二信息输出子设备。
在根据本公开的一些实施例中,共享数据可以包括以下一项或多项:图像数据、声音数据、用户的位置数据、用户的生理体征数据、用户的运动数据以及用户的睡眠数据等。更具体地,共享数据可以包括用于小范围分析的私人信息,如个人日常生活照片或影像、生理参数、位置信息等;以及用于公开展示的信息,如电子摄影作品、绘画作品、影视作品等。当然,共享数据并不限于上述信息,而是可以包括任何可以在显示设备上展示的视觉或听觉信息。
根据本公开一些实施例的数据共享方法解决了现有的技术的数据共享操作复杂、繁琐的问题,便捷地实现了多个移动终端的数据在一个或多个设备上显示的问题,实现了良好的用户体验;并且实现多个关联设备对一个信息输出设备以及多个关联设备对多个信息输出设备的灵活共享方案。
图3示出根据本发明一些实施例的数据共享方法中建立关联关系的流程图。如图3所示,图1所示的步骤S11-建立信息输出设备与待关联设备的关联关系可以包括步骤S111-S117,下面具体描述各个步骤。
S111,接收待关联设备发送的针对信息输出设备的关联请求。
一般地,诸如移动终端之类的待关联设备可以向数据共享设备主动发起与信息输出设备的关联或绑定请求,要求分享信息输出设备的信息输出权限或利用信息输出设备分享数据和信息。关联请求可以包括待关联设备的身份信息以及所针对的信息输出设备的身份信息。可替换地,关联请求还可以包括信息分享的权限,例如是仅要求第一共享方式和第二共享方式其中一种方式,还是同时要求两种共享方式。
S112,响应于关联请求,查询信息输出设备是否存在主关联设备,若不存在,转到S113,若存在,转到S114。
在接收到关联请求之后,数据共享设备需要确认是否存在主关联设备,即是否已经建立过主关联关系,因为这样才能确定本次所要建立的关联关系的类别(主关联关系还是副关联关系)。例如,数据共享设备可以其上的存储器中存储的关联关系数据库来查询已经建立的关联关系。一般地,主关联关系是第一个建立的关联关系,因此若干查询到存在已经确立的关联关系,就可以断定存在主关联设备。下面的步骤分为两个分支,一是不存在主关联设备的情形,即建立主关联关系(首次建立关联关系)的步骤S113;另一个是存在主关联设备的 情形,即建立副关联关系的步骤S114-S117
S113,在不存在主关联设备的情况下,将待关联设备确定为主关联设备,并向该主关联设备发送主关联关系建立成功的消息,关联过程结束。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当数据共享设备没有查询到信息输出设备的关联关系时,可以确认本次关联请求是首次关联,因此可以直接将待关联设备作为主关联设备并告知主关联关系建立,至此关联关系建立过程结束。可替换地,主关联设备的确立也可以不采用首次申请的方式,而是由信息输出设备的用户或所有者来指定。一般地,主关联设备和信息输出设备的用户或所有者通常为同一个人,这样该用户才能通过主关联设备借助数据共享设备于信息输出设备绑定或关联来控制其他待关联设备利用信息输出设备进行数据共享的请求。例如,一个人同时拥有手机(主关联设备)和电子相框(信息输出设备),则其手机可以通过与电子相框的关联或绑定来实现两方面的功能:一是利用该关联关系将手机中的各自图文或声音信息展示在电子相框中以供其本人或其他人欣赏;而是利用其主关联设备的身份来控制其他待关联的设备(比如手机、可穿戴设备等移动终端)的关联请求。
S114,在存在主关联设备的情况下,向主关联设备转发待关联设备的关联请求。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当数据共享设备查询到已经存在信息输出设备的关联关系、尤其是存在主关联设备时,可以确认本次关联请求是副关联关系请求。对于副关联关系请求,数据共享设备需要向主关联设备请示是否同意关联,即副关联关系的建立必须通过主关联设备的确认才能进行,这也体现了主关联关系在所有关联设备中的主体和主导地位。
S115,接收主关联设备关于关联请求的反馈,以确认主关联设备是否同意关联请求,若同意,转到步骤S116,否则转到步骤S117。
主关联设备可以根据关联请求中的待关联设备的身份信息来决定是否同意关联。例如,主关联设备的用户可以事先与待关联设备的用户约定(比如亲友可以免费关联,其他人可以有偿关联)同意建立关联关系,随后主关联设备可以存储经过约定的待关联设备的身份信息。这样在接到关联请求时,主关联设备可以通过身份验证或身份信息比 对来确定是否同意关联。
S116,若主关联设备同意关联请求,则将待关联设备确定为副关联设备,并且向该副关联设备发送副关联关系建立成功的消息,关联过程结束;
S117,若主关联设备不同意关联请求,则向该待关联设备发送关联失败消息,关联过程结束。
当数据共享设备接收到主关联设备关于关联请求的反馈消息时,根据同意与否来确定是否建立副关联关系,即同意时,将待关联设备作为副关联设备并向其反馈副关联关系成功建立消息,关联过程结束;不同意时,直接反馈例如“因未通过身份验证而关联失败”或“您无权与信息输出设备关联”的消息,关联过程结束。
可替换地,在根据本公开的一些实施例的数据共享方法中,还可以通过主关联设备邀请其他待关联设备方式建立与信息输出设备的关联关系。
图4示出了根据本公开一些实施例的数据共享方法中建立关联关系的流程图。如图4所示,图1所示的步骤S11-建立信息输出设备与待关联设备的关联关系可以包括下述步骤:

    建立信息输出设备与关联设备的关联关系;
    接收所述关联设备发送的共享数据和共享方式;
    根据共享方式确定信息输出设备的展示模式;以及
    依据展示模式将共享数据发送至信息输出设备展示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述关联设备包括一个主关联设备和至少一个副关联设备。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述共享方式包括第一共享方式以及第二共享方式。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述展示模式包括关爱模式和艺术模式。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述信息输出设备至少包含第一信息输出子设备和第二信息输出子设备,其分别用于以关爱模式和艺术模式展示共享数据。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述建立信息输出设备与关联设备的关联关系的步骤包括:
    接收关联设备发送的针对信息输出设备的关联请求;
    响应于关联请求,查询信息输出设备是否存在主关联设备;
    在不存在主关联设备的情况下,将关联设备确定为主关联设备。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述建立信息输出设备与关联设备的关联关系的步骤进一步包括:
    在存在主关联设备的情况下,向主关联设备转发关联设备的关联请求;
    接收主关联设备关于关联请求的反馈,以确认主关联设备是否同意关联请求;
    若主关联设备同意关联请求,则将关联设备确定为副关联设备。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述建立信息输出设备与关联设备的关联关系的步骤包括:
    接收主关联设备关于邀请关联设备与信息输出设备建立关联关系的关联请求,
    将关联请求转发至关联设备;
    接收关联设备同意关联的确认消息并将关联设备确定为副关联设备。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述根据共享方式确定信息输出设备的展示模式的步骤包括:
    当共享方式为第一共享方式时,将展示模式确定为关爱模式;以及
    当共享方式为第二共享方式时,将展示模式确定为艺术模式。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述依据展示模式将共享数据发送至信息输出设备展示的步骤,包括:
    当展示模式为关爱模式时,根据第一共享方式自动将关联设备在指定时间段内发送的共享数据发送给信息输出设备;
    当展示模式为艺术模式是,根据第二共享方式按照关联设备建立关联关系的时间顺序依次向信息输出设备发送所述关联设备发送的共享数据。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述关联设备包括移动通信设备或智能可穿戴设备,且所述信息输出设备包括显示设备或音频输出设备。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述显示设备包括电子相框或艺术画框。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述共享数据包括以下一项或多项:图像数据、声音数据、用户的位置数据、用户的生理体征数据、用户的运动数据以及用户的睡眠数据。
  14. 一种数据数据共享设备,包括:
    建立装置,用于建立信息输出设备与关联设备的关联关系;
    接收装置,用于接收关联设备发送的共享数据及其共享方式;
    确定装置,用于根据共享方式确定信息输出设备的展示模式;以及
    发送装置,用于依据展示模式将共享数据发送至信息输出设备展示。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序在执行时实现权利要求1-13中任意一项所述的数据共享方法。
  16. 一种数据共享系统,包括数据共享设备以及分别与数据共享设备通信连接的信息输出设备和关联设备,其中:
    关联设备被配置用于向数据共享设备发送共享数据和共享方式;
    数据共享设备被配置用于建立信息输出设备与关联设备的关联关系,接收关联设备发送的共享数据及其共享方式,依据共享方式确定展示模式,以及依据展示模式将共享数据发送至信息输出设备;以及
    信息输出设备被配置用于从数据共享设备接收并展示共享数据。
