Description

一种制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械设备领域,具体涉及一种制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机。
背景技术
纺织机,又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,古代的纺织机是依靠人力带动的织布机。纺织机就是把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称。例如象纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,当然还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等。然而传统的纺织机结构简单,功能单一,其上无显示屏和操作键,在制造卷绕筒子时,不能够确保纱筒和卷绕筒子转速的协调,不利于一提高纺织效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种制造交叉卷绕筒子的纺织机,包括支撑台、支架一、支架二、支架三,所述支撑台下端中部设置有横梁,所述横梁下端四角处设置有支撑腿,所述支撑台一侧壁中部设置有操作板,所述操作板上设置有显示屏、操作键、开关,所述支撑台内底端设置有电源、控制器,所述支撑台内上端设置有电机一、电机二,所述支撑台上端一侧设置有所述支架一,所述支架一上设置有纱筒、带轮一、皮带一,所述支 撑台上远离所述支架一一侧设置有所述支架二,所述支架二上端中部设置有张紧筒,所述支架二远离所述支架一一侧设置有所述支架三,所述支架三上设置有卷绕筒子、带轮二、皮带二。
上述结构中,首先将所述支撑台移动至合适的位置,然后按下所述开关使所述电源接通,所述电源接通后使所述显示屏亮起,所述电源接通后使所述控制器通电,当需进行纺织时,通过所述操作键可在所述显示屏上输入控制信息,所述显示屏接收控制信息后,通过所述控制器使所述电机一工作,所述电机一通过所述皮带一将动力传至所述纱筒,使所述纱筒进行转动,与此同时通过所述控制器使所述电机二转动,所述电机二通过所述皮带二将动力传至所述卷绕筒子,此时所述显示屏上会显示所述卷绕筒子和所述纱筒的转速值,以便及时调整速度,提高纺织效率。
为了进一步提高纺织效率,所述支撑腿成型于所述横梁上,所述显示屏通过卡槽固定在所述操作板上一侧,所述操作键通过卡槽固定在所述操作板上远离所述显示屏一侧,所述开关通过卡槽固定在所述操作键远离所述显示屏一侧。
为了进一步提高纺织效率,所述电源通过卡槽固定在所述支撑台内底端一侧,所述控制器通过卡槽固定在所述支撑台内远离所述电源一侧。

为了进一步提高纺织效率,所述开关与所述电源电连接,所述电 源与所述控制器、所述显示屏电连接,所述控制器与所述电机一、所述电机二电连接。
为了进一步提高纺织效率,所述支架一上端中部铰接有所述纱筒,所述纱筒一端通过过盈连接固定有所述带轮一,所述带轮一外围设置有所述皮带一。
为了进一步提高纺织效率,所述支架三上端中部铰接有所述卷绕筒子,所述卷绕筒子一端通过过盈连接固定有所述带轮二,所述带轮一外围设置有所述皮带二。
有益效果在于:本是发明通过设置显示屏和操作键,可在纺织过程中对卷绕筒子和纱筒的转速进行实时监测,并及时调整,有利于提高纺织效率。
