Abstract

一种汽车门把警示结构,主要包含有一把手框(10)、一握把(20)及至少一阻挡片(30),握把(20)装设于把手框(10)上,而至少一阻挡片(30)则是倾斜的装设于把手框(10)内。当使用者要握持握把时,使用者的手指必须顺着至少一阻挡片倾斜的角度伸入把手框内,进而让使用者以正确的姿势开启车门,更佳的是,该至少一阻挡片的成本低,且安装工序简易,不仅能够降低使用者的负担,更能够提高使用者装设的意愿。

Description

汽车门把警示结构 技术领域
本发明是关于汽车门把的技术领域,特别是关于一种汽车门把警示结构。
背景技术
一般汽车停驶在马路旁时,汽车会有其中一侧的车门则靠近车道,而坐于车舱内的使用者在下车开启车门时,常以靠近车门一侧的手握持车门的握把,开启车门后直接将车门推出。
然而,行驶于车道上的汽机车无法得知停驶于路边的汽车是否要开启车门,当车道上的汽机车在高速行驶下遭遇突然开启车门的汽车,容易因为在高速下无足够时间应对突发状况,最终发生碰撞的意外,更甚者,则造成人员受伤或死亡。
为解决前述问题,有专利公告号TW M524271 U提出一种安全式汽车右手开门机构,是在门把靠近枢点的一端设至一安全开门阻件,使用者在开门时,需通过拇指按下该安全开门阻件的启动件,方可使车门开启,进而让使用者在每次开启车门时须使用远离车门的手开启,并通过拇指按压启动件,使开启车门的动作顺畅。
又有一专利公告号TW M549170提出一种二段式开车门警示装置,于汽车座椅内装设压力传感器,能侦测使用者是否以正确姿势开启车门,驾驶座靠背左、右两侧都设有压力传感器,通过感测使用者左右两侧的压力是否在平衡状态,若传感器两侧都有感测到使用者贴靠,则表示使用者未能侧身回头探望是否有人车相邻经过,亦即未执行二段式开车门的规定,而警示装置将发出巨大音量的警报声响,以便及时制止使用者违规开门。
然而,为防止使用者未以远离车门的手开启车门,前述技术方案都需要大幅度的改造汽车原本的结构,或是需要于汽车内大幅度加装复杂的机构,由此才能达成强制使用者以远离车门的手开启车门的功效;前述技术方案不仅成本高昂,其装设于汽车上的工序更是复杂,导致鲜少有使用者将前述技术方案中的发明装设于汽车上。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种汽车门把警示结构,必须提供低廉的成本,更能够提供较简易的装设工序,以提高使用者装设的意愿。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,解决现有技术的二段式开门机构装设于车门的成本过高及工序复杂的缺陷,进而提高使用者装设的意愿。
为解决前述缺陷,本发明为一种汽车门把警示结构,包含:
一把手框,具有一把手槽,该把手槽具有一槽口及面向该把手槽及该槽口的一槽壁面;
一握把,装设于该把手槽内,且该握把具有衔接的一枢部及一握持部,该枢部枢设于该把手框上,该握持部具有背向该把手槽的一表面;以及
至少一阻挡片,装设于该把手槽的该槽壁面上,该至少一阻挡片具有一第一面,该第一面朝向该枢部。
在一较佳实施例中,该把手框具有面对该槽口的一槽底面,该至少一阻挡片与该槽底面之间夹设有二直角,其中一个该直角是位于该至少一阻挡片接近该枢部的一侧,另一个该直角是位于该至少一阻挡片远离该枢部的一侧。
在一较佳实施例中,该把手框具有面对该槽口的一槽底面,该至少一阻挡片与该槽底面之间夹设有一钝角及一锐角,该钝角是位于该至少一阻挡片接近该枢部的一侧,该锐角是位于该至少一阻挡片远离该枢部的一侧。
在一较佳实施例中,该至少一阻挡片的数量为二个,该二个阻挡片之间相距有一使用距离。
在一较佳实施例中,该至少一阻挡片与该把手框为一体成形。
在一较佳实施例中,该至少一阻挡片具有衔接的一固定部及一阻挡部,该固定部固定装设于该槽底面,使该阻挡部的其中一面与该槽底面之间夹有一钝角,该阻挡部的另一面与该槽底面之间夹有一锐角。
在一较佳实施例中,该至少一阻挡片另具有一第二面,而该第一面朝向该握把,该第二面朝向该槽底面,该第一面与该槽底面之间夹设有该钝角,该第二面与该槽底面之间夹设有该锐角。
由此,使用者在每次开启车门时,该至少一警示片能够警示使用者是否使用正确的手开启车门,若使用错误的手开门,则手会被该至少一阻挡片阻挡,若使用正确的手开门,手才能够伸入该把手槽及该使用距离内,进而确保使用者在每次开门时都能够以正确的手开启车门。
特别的是,由于本发明汽车门把警示结构是在该把手槽内装设该至少 一阻挡片,仅通过该至少一阻挡片即可达成警示使用者的功效,而该至少一阻挡片的成本低,且不仅能够在该把手框成型的阶段同时一体成形制成,亦能够以黏贴、螺丝锁设、磁力吸附、钻孔崁入、勾、夹或撑等物理方式直接装设于一般车辆上的该把手槽内,装设方式简单,进而提高使用者装设的意愿。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图9,本发明为一种汽车门把警示结构,包含:
一把手框10,具有一把手槽11,该把手槽11具有一槽口111及面对该槽口111的一槽底面101;
一握把20,装设于该把手槽11内,且该握把20具有衔接的一枢部21及一握持部22,该枢部21枢设于该把手框10上,该握持部22具有背向该把手槽11的一表面221;以及
至少一阻挡片30,装设于该把手槽11内,该至少一阻挡片30具有一第一面311及一第二面312,该第一面311朝向该握把20,该第二面312朝向该槽底面101,该第一面311与该槽底面101之间夹设有一钝角θ1,该第二面312与该槽底面101之间夹设有一锐角θ2,而该钝角θ1位于该至少一阻挡片30接近该枢部21的一侧,该锐角θ2是位于该至少一阻挡片30远离该枢部21的一侧。
请参阅图1及图6,在本实施例中,该至少一阻挡片30的数量为二个,该二个阻挡片30之间相距有一使用距离L,且该二阻挡片30与该把手框10为一体成形制成。
请参阅图2,在另一个实施例中,该至少一阻挡片30具有衔接的一固定部31及一阻挡部32,该固定部31藉由一螺丝33固定装设于该槽底面101,使该阻挡部32的其中一面与该槽底面101之间夹有该钝角θ1,该阻挡部32的另一面与该槽底面101之间夹有该锐角θ2。
请参阅图7,再一个实施例中,该至少一阻挡片30与该槽底面101之间夹设有二直角θ3,其中一个该直角θ3是位于该至少一阻挡片30接近该枢部21的一侧,另一个该直角θ3是位于该至少一阻挡片30远离该枢部21的一侧。
请参阅图8,在再一实施例中,该至少一阻挡片30是装设于该握把20的握持部22上。
请参阅图9,在最后一实施例中,该槽壁面102上穿设有至少一枢孔12,而该至少一阻挡片30上则分别设有一枢柱34,该至少一阻挡片30藉由该枢柱34枢设于该枢孔12内,使该至少一阻挡片30能够于该把手槽11内枢转,藉此,使用者能够将该至少一阻挡片30调整至最符合远离车门的手伸入该把手槽11内的角度。
在较佳实施例中,该把手框10具有面向该把手槽11及该槽口111的一槽壁面102,该至少一阻挡片30装设于该槽壁面102上。
以上为本发明的结构、组合状态及其连接关系,本发明的使用方式如下所述:
请参阅图3,一般该握把20的该握持部22是位于接近车头的一侧,而该握把20的枢部21则是位于接近车尾的一侧,当使用者欲以靠近车门的手握持该握把20时,由于人的关节只能在一定的范围下扭转,导致使用者的手指会触碰到该第一面311,通过该二阻挡片30倾斜的设置,在使用者欲以接近车门的手顺势开启车门时,手指会抵触到该二阻挡片30,进而警示使用者并非以正确的方式开启车门,从而让使用者以正确姿势开启车门;
请参阅图4,当使用者欲以远离车门的手握持该握把20时,使用者须转身并将手指伸入该把手槽11及该使用距离L内,进而让使用者能够顺利握持该握持部22并开启车门。
由此,使用者在每次开启车门时,该至少一警示片能够警示使用者是 否使用正确的手开启车门,若使用错误的手开门,则手会被该至少一阻挡片30阻挡,而警示使用者正在以错误的手开启车门;若使用正确的手开门,使用者的手才能够伸入该把手槽11及该使用距离L内,进而确保使用者在每次开门时都能够以正确的手开启车门。
特别的是,由于本发明汽车门把警示结构是在该把手槽11内装设该至少一阻挡片30,仅通过该至少一阻挡片30即可达成警示使用者的功效,而该至少一阻挡片30的成本低,且不仅能够在该把手框10成型阶段时一体成形制成,亦能够以黏贴、螺丝锁设、磁力吸附、钻孔崁入、勾、夹或撑等物理方式直接装设于一般车辆上的该把手槽11内或该握把20上,不仅成本低廉,更具有装设工序简易的功效,使本发明能够提高使用者装设的意愿。

  1. 一种汽车门把警示结构,其特征在于,包含:
    一把手框,具有一把手槽,该把手槽具有一槽口及面向该把手槽及该槽口的一槽壁面;
    一握把,装设于该把手槽内,且该握把具有衔接的一枢部及一握持部,该枢部枢设于该把手框上,该握持部具有背向该把手槽的一表面;以及
    至少一阻挡片,装设于该把手槽的该把手槽内,该至少一阻挡片具有一第一面,该第一面朝向该枢部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的汽车门把警示结构,其特征在于,该把手框具有面对该槽口的一槽底面,该至少一阻挡片与该槽底面之间夹设有二直角,其中一个该直角位于该至少一阻挡片接近该枢部的一侧,另一个该直角位于该至少一阻挡片远离该枢部的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的汽车门把警示结构,其特征在于,该把手框具有面对该槽口的一槽底面,该至少一阻挡片与该槽底面之间夹设有一钝角及一锐角,该钝角位于该至少一阻挡片接近该枢部的一侧,该锐角位于该至少一阻挡片远离该枢部的一侧。
