Description

Drive sheave support device and maintenance method for elevator hoisting machine
The present invention relates to a drive sheave support device used during maintenance of an elevator hoist and a maintenance method for the elevator hoist.
In the conventional hoisting machine, a support base is arranged directly under the drive sheave. A gap is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the drive sheave and the support base. When a load exceeding the rating acts on the drive sheave, the fixed shaft bends and the drive sheave contacts the support base (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In an elevator hoisting machine in which the tip of the main shaft is supported by a shaft support member, when the angle detector is disposed at the end of the drive sheave on the shaft support member side, in order to replace the angle detector, It is necessary to remove the shaft support member from the hoisting machine base. However, if the shaft support member is removed from the hoisting machine base while the suspension body is wound around the drive sheave, the main shaft bends, making it difficult to install the shaft support member again. On the other hand, in the hoisting machine of Patent Document 1, since there is a gap between the drive sheave and the support base, it is impossible to prevent the fixed shaft from being bent.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and suppresses bending of the main shaft when the shaft support member is removed, and facilitates attachment / detachment of the shaft support member to the hoisting machine base. The movable support portion 13 has a sheave receiving member 17 and an upper screw rod 18. The sheave receiving member 17 is in contact with a part of the outer peripheral surface of the drive sheave 6. As shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of arc-shaped convex portions 17 a inserted into a part of the groove 6 a are provided on the upper surface of the sheave receiving member 17.
The upper screw rod 18 is vertically fixed to the lower portion of the sheave receiving member 17. Further, the direction of the screw groove of the lower screw rod 15 and the direction of the screw groove of the upper screw rod 18 are different from each other. That is, one of the lower screw rod 15 and the upper screw rod 18 is a right-hand thread, and the other is a left-hand thread.
As shown in FIG. 6, the nut portion 16 is provided with a lower screw hole 16 a corresponding to the lower screw rod 15 and an upper screw hole 16 b corresponding to the upper screw rod 18. The lower screw rod 15 is screwed into the lower screw hole 16a. An upper screw rod 18 is screwed into the upper screw hole 16b.
The movable support 13 moves up and down with respect to the support 12 by rotating the nut 16 about the lower screw rod 15 while restricting the rotation of the support base 14 and the movable support 13. In Embodiment 1, the rotation of the movable support portion 13 is restricted by inserting the convex portion 17a into the groove 6a.
Next, the maintenance method for the elevator hoisting machine will be described. In the first embodiment, replacement work of the angle detector 8 will be described as maintenance work.
When replacing the angle detector 8, first, as shown in FIG. 7, the drive sheave support device 11 is disposed directly below the drive sheave 6. And the upper end of the convex part 17a is inserted in the groove | channel 6a. In FIG. 7, the main rope 7 is not shown, but the main rope 7 remains wound around the drive sheave 6.
Thereafter, the nut portion 16 is rotated by a worker's hand or jig to raise the movable support portion 13, and the sheave receiving member 17 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the drive sheave 6 as shown in FIG.
Next, the shaft support member 3 is removed from the hoisting machine base 1. In this state, the drive sheave 6 is supported by the drive sheave support device 11 without the main shaft 5 being bent. When the shaft support member 3 is difficult to remove from the hoisting machine base 1, the height of the movable support portion 13 is finely adjusted.
After removing the shaft support member 3, the angle detector 8 is replaced. That is, the existing angle detector 8 is removed from the elevator hoisting machine, and a new angle detector 8 is attached at the same position. Thereafter, the shaft support member 3 is fixed to the hoisting machine base 1 through the shaft insertion hole 3 a through the tip of the main shaft 5. When it is difficult to attach the shaft support member 3 to the hoisting machine base 1, the height of the movable support portion 13 is finely adjusted.
When the shaft support member 3 is fixed to the movable support portion 13, the movable support portion 13 is lowered as shown in FIG. Thereafter, the drive sheave support device 11 is removed from the elevator hoisting machine.
In the elevator sheave drive sheave support device 11 and the maintenance method, the movable support 13 is raised and brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the drive sheave 6. Thereby, the bending of the main shaft 5 when the shaft support member 3 is removed can be suppressed. Further, the shaft support member 3 can be easily attached to and detached from the hoisting machine base 1.
Further, the rope load can be received by the drive sheave support device 11 when the shaft support member 3 is removed. For this reason, the housing 4 and the main shaft 5 can be reduced in size.
Further, the drive sheave support device 11 has a structure in which the movable support portion 13 is moved up and down with respect to the support base 12 by turning the nut portion 16. For this reason, the drive sheave 6 can be supported with a simple configuration. Moreover, installation and removal of the drive sheave support device 11 can be facilitated.
In addition, the movable support portion 13 has a sheave receiving member 17, and the sheave receiving member 17 is provided with a convex portion 17 a. For this reason, rotation of the movable support part 13 can be suppressed and the drive sheave 6 can be stably supported. Moreover, damage to the drive sheave 6 can be suppressed.
Also, since the target device is the angle detector 8, the maintenance work can be easily performed by removing the shaft support member 3 while supporting the drive sheave 6 with the drive sheave support device 11.
The cross-sectional shape of the nut portion 16 may be a hexagon as shown in FIG. Thereby, the nut part 16 can be easily rotated with a spanner.
Further, the hoisting machine base 1 and the housing 4 may be integrated.
Further, the recess 1a may be omitted.
The mechanism for moving the movable support portion 13 up and down is not limited to the above example, and may be a pantograph jack, for example. Further, for example, the movable support portion 13 may be moved up and down by a fluid pressure actuator or a motor.
Further, the angle detector 8 is not limited to a resolver, and may be an encoder, for example.
Further, the target device is not limited to the angle detector 8.
Further, the position of the target device is not limited to the end of the drive sheave 6 on the shaft support member 3 side.
Further, the maintenance work is not limited to the replacement work of the target device, and may be, for example, an inspection work, a cleaning work, or a repair work of the target equipment.
