- the threshold value 1th2 is that the upper body is sufficiently turned. It is a value for determining whether or not. That is, P1th2 is larger than P1th1.
- step S500 only the right and left pressure values to be determined are reversed with respect to step S400, and thus description thereof is omitted.
- step S600 for stretching the back and pressing the scapula is executed. As shown in FIG. 15, first, it is determined whether or not the operation determination code MCJ is 0 (S601). If MCJ is not 0 (S601, No), since the operation has already been determined, step S600 is terminated. If MCJ is 0 (S601, Yes), it is determined whether the sum of the pressure value P1 R of the right pressure sensor PS1 and the pressure value P1 L of the left pressure sensor PS1 is greater than the threshold value P1th3 (S610).
- step S600 If the sum of the pressure value P1 R and the pressure value P1 L is not greater than the threshold value P1th3 (No in S610), it is considered that neither the back extension or the scapula pressing operation is performed, and thus step S600 is ended. In this case, both the operation determination code MCJ and the size data MS are 0, and it is determined that no operation is performed.
- the sum of the pressure value P1 R and the pressure value P1 L is larger than the threshold value P1th3 (S610, Yes)

- P56 is calculated by adding (S620). Then, it is determined whether P56 is smaller than the threshold value P56th1 (S622).
- step S600 If P56 is not smaller than the threshold value P56th1 (S622, No), the upper body is not sufficiently separated from the seat back S2 to the extent that it can be said that the back is stretched, and therefore the motion determination code MCJ and the size data MS In step S600, both are kept unchanged at 0.
- step S622 determines whether P56 is smaller than the threshold value P56th1 in step S622 (S622, Yes).

- the sum of the pressure value P4 R and the pressure value P4 L is not smaller than the threshold value P4th3 (S630, No)
- the entire shoulder is pressed rather than pressing the scapula against the seat back S2, so the motion determination code MCJ Step S600 is terminated without changing both the magnitude data MS and 0.
- the sum of the pressure value P6 R and the pressure value P6 L determines whether larger than the threshold value P6th4 (S632).
- the threshold value P6th4 is a value for determining whether or not it can be said that the scapula is pressed sufficiently strongly against the seat back S2, and is a value larger than the threshold value P6th3.

The corresponding message is read and output to the smartphone SP. As a result, a message such as “The foot is not moving. Let's raise the heel using the calf” is output from the speaker SPK of the smartphone SP (see FIG. 17). After outputting the message, the operation instruction unit 121 returns to step S23 and instructs again to perform a predetermined operation.
- step S30 when it is determined that the operation determination code MCJ is not 0 (S30, No), the operation instruction unit 121 determines whether or not the operation determination code MCJ matches the operation code MC (S40). When the operation determination code MCJ matches the operation code MC (40, Yes), the operation determination unit 122 further determines whether or not the size data MS is 1 (S41). If the size data MS is not 1 (S41, No), that is, if the size data MS is 2, the seated person P is operating as instructed, so the process returns to step S21 to indicate the next operation.
- step S41 If it is determined in step S41 that the size data MS is 1 (S41, Yes), since the size of the operation is insufficient, the operation instruction unit 121 outputs a message indicating that the operation is to be greatly performed to the smartphone SP. (S42). For example, when the motion magnitude is insufficient due to the calf exercise, the message corresponding to the operation code 1L is read with reference to the message table of FIG. 9 and output to the smartphone SP. As a result, as shown in FIG. 18, a message such as “It seems that the way to raise the heel is small. Let's raise the heel higher. Right, left, right,...” Is output from the speaker SPK of the smartphone SP. To do. At this time, if an image that raises the eyelid higher than FIG. 17 is displayed on the display DSP, it is easy to understand what the seated person P should do. After outputting the message, the process returns to step S21 to indicate the next operation.
- step S40 If it is determined in step S40 that the motion determination code MCJ does not match the motion code MC (S40, No), the seated person P is performing a motion different from the instruction, and therefore a message on how to operate correctly is output to the smartphone SP. (S43).
- the message table of FIG. A message corresponding to the combination of MC 2R and MJC 1R is read and output to the smartphone SP. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 19, a message such as “Please raise your foot until you leave the floor. Right, left, right,...” Is output from the speaker SPK of the smartphone SP. - Is equal to or less than a predetermined value that is, when the change in value is small
- the current values may be aggregated and averaged.
- the threshold value P3th is a threshold value for determining that the leg is being raised. For example, in the case of FIG. 21, a value of about 100 to 120 may be used. Therefore, the threshold P3th may use a value obtained by multiplying a predetermined value to the normal pressure P3 n. For example, a value obtained by multiplying the normal pressure P3 n by a predetermined value of about 0.6 to 0.9 can be set as the threshold value P3th.
- the normal step period TS n is an average value of the step period TS which is a time interval between the peaks of the pressure values P3 R and P3 L.
- the pressure values P3 R and P3 L are such that the difference between the previous value and the current value is negative to positive under the condition that the pressure values P3 R and P3 L are smaller than the threshold value P3th (exceeding from the upper side to the lower side). It can be determined that the peak has been reached when the value changes to, and the previous value P3 (n-1) at this time can be set as the peak value Pm.
- the step signal output unit 128 detects the peaks of the pressure values P3 R and P3 L according to the movement of the seated person P, and calculates the peak value Pm. . Peak detection and peak value Pm calculation can be performed in the same manner as the calibration processing unit 124. Then, the step strength F (F R , F L ), which is the size of raising the leg, is calculated.
- the step intensity F can be a peak size, that is, a value obtained by subtracting the peak value Pm from the normal pressure P3. In this embodiment, in order to eliminate the difference due to the size of the seated person P, the value is normalized by the normal pressure P3 n .

- the determination of onomatopoeia can be made, for example, by comparing the step period TS, which is the period in which the seated person P moves the leg, with the determination condition shown in FIG.
- the step period TS is a period of the step strength F received from the control device 100, but since the interval at which the step strength F is received is not constant, for example, it can be calculated with an average period of the past 20 m. it can.
- determining a representation of onomatopoeia by comparing the value obtained by dividing the step period TS in the normal step cycle TS n and threshold. For example, when the TS / TS n is long periods at 1.5 or more, and a "dizzy", 1.2 or more, in the case of less than 1.5 "Nosshinosshi", 0.7 or more to less than 1.2 In the case of, it is determined to be “sutasuta”, and in the case of less than 0.7, it is determined to be “smooth”.

- the result of the exercise is transmitted to the control device 100.
- the result output unit 219 determines the exercise level, the exercise amount, the exercise intensity, and the advice as the exercise result.
- the exercise level is determined with reference to the exercise level determination table of FIG. 23 based on the number of steps while running 100 m. For example, in the exercise level determination table, when the number of steps is 60 or less, “slow walk”, 61-110, “daily walk”, 111-140, “walking”, 141-240, For “jogging” and 240 or more, “dash” is set.
- the amount of exercise can be obtained, for example, by the cumulative value of the step strength F while running 100 m.
- the exercise intensity is indicated by METs (Metabolic (equivalents).
- the value of the exercise intensity can be determined by, for example, multiplying the number of steps while running 100 [m] by a predetermined coefficient.
- Advice can be determined with reference to an advice table stored in the storage unit 290 in advance.
- the advice table for example, parameters such as the number of steps, a goal time of 100 m, an average step period, and the like are associated with predetermined advice. Then, after the goal of 100 m running, advice can be searched from these parameters and determined.
- the result output unit 219 determines the exercise level, the exercise amount, the exercise intensity, and the advice, and then displays these results on the display DSP.

Abstract
Description
F=(P3n-Pm)/P3n
