首先,由于本实施例中的可清洗机油过滤器组件包括过滤器、纸过滤器、和开合组件,过滤器的进油孔、纸过滤器、中空腔体三者相通并构成流动通道一,实现介质经进油孔进入纸过滤器的纸滤芯过滤后进入中空腔体,再流出。其次,当纸过滤器的纸滤芯堵塞后,进油孔、纸过滤器与中空腔体组成的流动通道一关闭,此时开合组件与中空腔体由非导通状态变为导通状态,介质依次进入进油孔、开合组件与中空腔体组成的流动通道二后,再流出。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明一种可清洗机油过滤器组件的技术方案主要包括四个部件,分别为过滤器、纸过滤器、磁力净油阀和开合组件。
上述四个部件的结构和连接关系具体为:
过滤器具有贯通的中空腔体,即过滤器两端开口,且具有一贯穿开口的中空腔体。其中一个开口处用于嵌入磁力净油阀,实现磁力净油阀与中空腔体的相通,另一个开口处可与发动机机油过滤器底座连接,用于介质的流出。
过滤器上设有进油孔,介质通过该进油孔流入过滤器。需要说明的是,当过滤器不进行清洗操作时,介质为机油。当过滤器与磁力净油阀、清洗枪配合使用进行清洗操作时,流经过滤器的则为清洗油。
纸过滤器内置于过滤器的非中空腔体区域,但纸过滤器分别与进油孔和中空腔体相通。当纸过滤器处于过滤状态时,进油孔、纸过滤器与中空腔体组成流动通道一,介质顺次流经进油孔、纸过滤器、中空腔体和用于介质流出的开口。
开合组件内置于过滤器。开合组件与进油孔相通,且开合组件选择性的与中空腔体导通或不通,当流动通道一关闭且开合组件与中空腔体导通时,进油孔、开合组件与中空腔体组成流动通道二,介质顺次流经进油孔、开合组件、中空腔体和用于介质流出的开口。
磁力净油阀嵌入过滤器,并与中空腔体相通。具体的,磁力净油阀还可以与清洗枪相连通实现配套使用,清洗枪、磁力净油阀与过滤器的中空腔体形成流动通道三。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
首先,由于本实施例中的可清洗机油过滤器组件包括过滤器、纸过滤器、和开合组件,过滤器的进油孔、纸过滤器、中空腔体三者相通并构成流动通道一,实现介质经进油孔进入纸过滤器的纸滤芯过滤后进入中空腔 体,再流出。
其次,当纸过滤器的纸滤芯堵塞后,进油孔、纸过滤器与中空腔体组成的流动通道一关闭,此时开合组件与中空腔体由非导通状态变为导通状态,介质依次进入进油孔、开合组件与中空腔体组成的流动通道二后,再流出。
下面将结合附图1至10详细论述过滤器、纸过滤器2、磁力净油阀4和开合组件四个部件及其工作过程。
一、过滤器
在本申请中,过滤器需满足实现介质进入过滤器后在纸过滤器2或开合组件上流动,过滤器的结构不做具体限定。
虽然本申请不具体限定过滤器的结构,但作为本申请的优选方案,如图1所示,过滤器具体可以包括过滤器底座1和与过滤器底座1可拆卸连接的过滤器顶盖3,纸过滤器2位于过滤器底座1和过滤器顶盖3围成的区域内。当需要更换纸过滤器2时,可在清洗完成后拆除过滤器顶盖3,再从过滤器底座1中取出纸过滤器2,然后更换上新的纸过滤器2后再盖上过滤器顶盖3。
在上述技术方案中,过滤器底座1与过滤器顶盖3为螺纹连接。具体的,如图1所示,过滤器底座1上设有内螺纹108,过滤器顶盖3上设有与内螺纹108相配的外螺纹302。
通过上述说明,可以明确的是,任何实现过滤器顶盖3和过滤器底座1可分离或连接的方式均可,不局限于螺纹连接,过滤器顶盖3和过滤器底座1两者可分离的目的在于可根据实际使用情况更换纸过滤器2。
除了过滤器底座1和过滤器顶盖3可拆卸连接外,下面结合附图详细说明过滤器底座1和过滤器顶盖3的结构。
(一)过滤器底座1
过滤器底座1包括第一特征件106和第二特征件105,两者组成一体结构。
第一特征件106和第二特征件105的形状和结构均不做具体限定,不局限于图1中所示的第一特征件106为两端具有开口一的中空圆柱体,第二特征件105包围第一特征件106并为与第一特征件106同轴设置的中空圆柱体。第二特征件105包围第一特征件106且两者之间具有间隔,该间隔用于放置 纸过滤器2。
需要说明的是,如图3所示,第二特征件105的外表面109可由多边形外表面组成,适合于拆卸工具装拆过滤器。
下面分别具体论述第一特征件106和第二特征件105。
(1)第一特征件106
第一特征件106具有两端开口一的贯通中空区域,该中空区域形成机油过滤器安装座通道6,其上设有内螺纹一103,用于与图7所示的发动机机油过滤器底座上的外螺纹连接。与此相配合的是,过滤器顶盖3上设有开口二,该开口二与第一特征件106的内壁及开口一围成过滤器的贯通的中空腔体,纸过滤器2位于中空腔体外侧。
在过滤器的底部还可以设有过滤器密封圈101,与发动机机油过滤器底座之间起密封作用。
为了实现纸过滤器2在第一特征件106与第二特征件105之间的间隔上的固定,第一特征件106的外壁上还可以进一步设置纸滤内支架107,纸滤内支架107的内壁与开口一和开口二形成过滤器的贯通的中空腔体。
纸滤内支架107沿纸过滤器2的长度方向延伸且其长度大于第一特征件106的长度,此外,纸滤内支架107可为多孔铝材质或塑胶件结构,用于固定纸过滤器2及起过流作用。
由此可知,当介质(机油)经进油孔102进入过滤器时,先经纸过滤器2的纸滤芯202过滤,然后通过纸滤内支架107进入中空腔体,然后再通过开口一流出,即进油孔102、纸过滤器2、纸滤内支架107和中空腔体形成流动通道一。需要说明的是,进入过滤器进油孔的介质为机油,当过滤器与磁力净油阀、清洗枪等配合使用进行清洗操作时,流经过滤器的则为清洗油。
(2)第二特征件105
第二特征件105包围第一特征件106并与第一特征件106之间具有间隔,该间隔用于放置纸过滤器2。
第二特征件105与过滤器顶盖3可拆卸连接,即第二特征件105上设有内螺纹108,过滤器顶盖3上设有与内螺纹108相配的外螺纹302。
介质(机油)从该进油孔102进入过滤器底座1,进油孔102可设置为不同形状如圆形孔、腰形孔或椭圆形孔等。进油孔102的数量可根据实际需要 设为多个,如进油孔102的数量可为四至六个。为了防止介质(机油)经进油孔102进入过滤器后发生回流,进油孔102处还可设置橡胶止回阀104,防止介质(机油)进入过滤器后介质(机油)回流。
(二)过滤器顶盖3
过滤器顶盖3上设有与内螺纹108相配套的外螺纹302,与第二特征件105连接。进一步的,第二特征件105的内螺纹108与过滤器顶盖3的外螺纹302之间设有O型密封圈303,起密封作用。
为了实现介质流动过程中铁质杂质的强力吸附,过滤器顶盖3靠近纸过滤器2的一面上设有条形磁铁301。磁铁301可为条形永久磁铁,即图中所示的扁平长条形状,磁铁301可根据需要可设置为多个,对机油中的铁质杂质起强力吸附作用,延长纸过滤器的使用寿命,延长保养时间。
(三)开合组件
在本申请的技术方案中,开合组件置于过滤器顶盖3上,开合组件与进油孔102相通,并选择性的与过滤器的中空腔体相通。具体可以为:
开合组件包括固定件305和活动件308,固定件305设置在过滤器顶盖3所设有的开合组件固定座304上,固定件305还与纸过滤器2相接触,形成压紧端面310。可以理解的是,开合组件固定座304用于将开合组件的固定件305固定在过滤器顶盖3上。
为了实现固定件305与进油孔102的相通,固定件305上设有过流孔一311,过流孔一311为位于固定件305侧面的过流孔,介质可通过进油孔102进入过流孔一311。
此外,固定件305还伸入过滤器的中空腔体内,且固定件305的端部设有过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313,过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313与过流孔一311能否导通取决于过流孔三307。
为了实现流经过流孔一311的介质可选择性的流入过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313并经机油过滤器安装座通道6流出,固定件305上还设有过流孔三307,过流孔307位于固定件305的中部,活动件308可选择性的覆盖或暴露过流孔三307。
具体的,活动件308与固定件305的底壁之间设有弹性件312,弹性件312利用本身的弹力使活动件308压紧固定件305从而覆盖过流孔三307,流动通 道二处于封闭状态,当油流的压力大于弹性件312弹力时,弹性件312收缩,活动件308在压力的作用下跟随密封圈滑动座306及弹性件312一起往下运动,使过流孔三307打开,流动通道二打开。
顺次流经进油孔102、过流孔一311的介质到达过流孔三307时,机油压力达到设定值后,克服弹性件312的弹力,活动件308往下移动使活动件308与固定件305之间产生缝隙,油流通过过流孔三307、过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313,经机油过滤器安装座通道6流入各润滑点,起安全保护作用。
当流动通道一处于流通状态时,活动件308覆盖过流孔三307,为了实现活动件308与固定件305的密封,两者之间设有密封圈滑动座306,过流孔三307非与过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313相通,则流动通道二处于关闭状态。当活动件308暴露过流孔三307时,则过流孔三307、过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313和过流孔一311相通,则流动通道二处于打开状态。
(四)纸过滤器2
如图所示,纸过滤器2包括塑胶支架201、纸滤芯202。塑胶支架201与纸滤芯202注塑成型为一体结构,且塑胶支架201与纸滤内支架107套装,用于固定纸过滤器2。
纸滤芯202由精密滤纸折叠制作而成,对机油起过滤作用。
如须更换纸过滤器2,在完成上所述操作后,拆除过滤器顶盖3,用干净抹布拭去条形永久磁铁301上的铁质杂质,取出原纸过滤器2,用干净抹布擦拭过滤器底座1后,装入新的纸过滤器2,盖上过滤器顶盖3,完成清洗保养操作。
(五)磁力净油阀4
因磁力净油阀先前申请过专利,且磁力净油阀的结构未做改变,此处简要说明各部件组成。具体如下:
清洗油过流孔401,介质从磁力净油阀顶部进入后,从该孔流出进入各润滑点清洗。
导向轴套402,对阀芯总成403起导向的作用。
阀芯总成403,由阀芯跟密封件组成,具体是:阀芯的头部设有圆弧凹坑,阀芯与阀体内锥面405之间密封件,对阀体内锥面405起密封作用。
压缩弹簧404,对阀芯总成403施加压力,使阀芯总成403的密封件牢固 贴合阀体内锥面405。
阀体内锥面405,阀体407内的关键密封面。
堵头总成406,由螺纹母体、永久磁性材料及橡胶密封圈组成。
阀体407,固定于过滤器顶盖3上,内装阀芯总成403及堵头总成406等零件。
防尘盖408,套装用阀体外表面,防止灰尘、杂物等进入阀体内部。
预涂螺纹密封胶的外螺纹409,对阀体407与过滤器顶盖3之间的螺纹起密封作用。
平垫圈410,对阀体407与过滤器顶盖3之间的螺纹泄漏起第二道保护作用。
磁力净油阀4、堵头总成406、防尘盖408构成磁力净油阀组件,与清洗枪配套使用。磁力净油阀4包括阀体407,阀体407前部内设有导向轴套402,导向轴套402的侧面设有清洗油过流孔401;阀体407的中部内设有具有锥孔的阀座,锥孔包括阀体内锥面405;导向轴套402内设有阀芯总成403,阀芯总成403的阀芯头部设有圆弧凹坑,阀芯与阀体内锥面405之间设有密封件;阀芯总成403的头部与导向轴套402之间的阀芯上套设有压缩弹簧404,在压缩弹簧404的作用下阀芯总成403头部的密封件紧贴阀体内锥面405将阀座封闭;阀体407的中部外壁设有预涂螺纹密封胶的外螺纹409,阀体407的后部设有六边形的阀尾和平垫圈410,阀尾设有与阀座的锥孔相通的带内螺纹的堵孔,堵孔用于嵌入堵头总成406。
本申请的清洗操作过程为:
拆除磁力净油阀4上的防尘盖408,用内六角扳手拆下堵头总成406,接上清洗设备的清洗枪后即可开始清洗操作,清洗干净后,卸下清洗枪,拧入堵头总成406,盖上防尘盖408,完成清洗保养工作。
上述可清洗机油过滤组件的功能如下:
机油从发动机过滤器安装座沿进油孔102流入过滤器底座1,打开橡胶止回阀104,进入过滤器底座1中的腔体5,机油中的铁质杂质在腔体5中被条形永久磁铁301吸附,腔体5中的无铁质机油经纸过滤器2中的纸滤芯202过滤后,沿纸滤内支架107上的圆孔进入腔体8中,再由磁力净油阀4的磁性第二次吸附在腔体5中未吸附的铁质杂质,油流经发动机上机油过滤器安装 座通道6流至各润滑点。
润滑油从发动机过滤器安装座沿进油孔102流入过滤器底座1,打开橡胶止回阀104,进入过滤器底座1中的腔体5,当纸过滤器2中的纸滤芯202堵塞后,油流经过流孔一311进入固定件305中,随着油流压力的升高并大于弹性件312的弹力后,弹性件312收缩,在油流压力下活动件308及密封圈滑动座306随弹性件312往下移动,开启过流孔三307,油流经过该孔,沿过流孔二309和/或过流孔四313进入腔体8中,再经发动机上机油过滤器安装座通道6流至各润滑点。
本发明以前需要清洗发动机润滑油道时,必须拆除过滤器,并连接其他的清洗连接工具才能进行清洗。本发明在清洗保养不需要更换纸过滤器时,不用拆除过滤器顶盖3,可将清洗设备的清洗油枪直接接在磁力净油阀4上即可完成清洗保养工作。如果需要更换纸过滤器2,可在清洗完成后拆除过滤器顶盖3,更换纸过滤器2即可。本发明操作简单方便,节省工作时间。
通过对本发明过滤器、纸过滤器2、磁力净油阀4和开合组件四个部件的详细介绍,针对目前过滤器的使用状况,从环保角度出发,采用压铸铝合金材质作为过滤器底座1,并设置可拆开的过滤器顶盖3与之配合,可取出纸过滤器2,在保养时只须更换纸过滤器2就达到保养的目的。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,包括:过滤器、纸过滤器、磁力净油阀和开合组件;
    所述过滤器具有贯通中空腔体,并设有进油孔;
    所述纸过滤器外置于所述中空腔体,所述进油孔、所述纸过滤器与所述中空腔体组成流动通道一;
    所述开合组件内置于所述过滤器,当所述开合组件打开且所述流动通道一关闭时,所述进油孔、所述开合组件与所述中空腔体组成流动通道二;
    所述磁力净油阀嵌入所述过滤器,并选择性的与所述中空腔体相通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述磁力净油阀包括阀体,所述阀体前部内设有导向轴套,所述阀体中部内设有带锥孔的阀座,所述导向轴套内设有阀芯总成,所述阀芯总成的头部与所述导向轴套之间套有弹簧,在弹簧的作用下所述阀芯总成的头部选择性的密封所述锥孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述过滤器包括过滤器底座和与所述过滤器底座可拆卸连接的过滤器顶盖。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述过滤器底座和所述过滤器顶盖螺纹连接且两者连接处密封。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述过滤器顶盖上设有开口二,所述过滤器底座上设有开口一,所述开口二与所述开口一相通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述过滤器底座包括第一特征件和包围所述第一特征件的第二特征件,所述第一特征件具有所述开口一,所述第二特征件与所述过滤器顶盖连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述进油孔位于所述第二特征件上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述纸过滤器位于所述第一特征件和所述第二特征件之间。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述第一特征件和所述第二特征件为同轴设置的圆柱形,且两者组成一体结构。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述第一特征件的外壁上设有多孔的纸滤内支架,用于固设所述纸过滤器。
  11. 根据权利要求3或4所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述过滤器顶盖靠近所述纸过滤器的一面设有条形磁铁。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述开合组件包括固定件和活动件,所述固定件上设有若干过流孔,其中所述固定件侧面的过流孔与所述进油孔相通;所述活动件可选择性的覆盖或暴露所述固定件中部所述过流孔。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述过滤器顶盖的内壁上设有支撑件,所述固定件固设于所述支撑件上,所述活动件与所述固定件的底壁之间设有弹性件。
  14. 根据权利要求5所述的可清洗机油过滤器组件,其特征在于,所述磁力净油阀嵌入所述开口二。
