Description

一种改进的流体泄装装置 技术领域
本发明属于流体泄装工具,具体涉及一种改进的流体泄装装置。
背景技术
车辆在维保时,为了快速装泄机油,目前已采用自动化流体泄装枪与安装在机油箱如汽车发动机油底壳、后桥、变速箱上的流体泄装阀相配合进行换油作业。现有的流体泄装枪存在结构复杂,零部件较多,占用空间大,生产成本高,不便于操作,使用时易出故障的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种结构简单,装泄流体操作方便的改进的流体泄装装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供的改进的流体泄装装置包括流体泄装枪和与其配套使用的磁力净油阀组件;
所述流体泄装枪,包括设有流体通道的手柄,手柄的一端横向设有可转动且与流体通道连通的油针,所述油针上位于油针的前端与所述手柄之间套设有可转动且轴向限位的拨轮,所述油针通过与其后端连接的螺钉固定在手柄上,所述拨轮的前端设有外螺纹;
所述磁力净油阀组件,包括磁力净油阀、与磁力净油阀相配合的堵头和防尘盖帽;所述磁力净油阀包括管状阀体,阀体前部内设有导向轴套, 阀体的中部内设有锥孔状的阀座,导向轴套内设有阀芯,阀芯的头部设有与阀座相配合的锥形密封垫,阀芯的头部与导向轴套之间的阀芯上套有弹簧,在弹簧的作用下阀芯头部的锥形密封垫紧贴阀座将阀座的锥孔封闭,阀体前部的侧壁上设有开孔,阀体的中部外壁设有外螺纹,阀体的后部设有阀尾,阀尾设有与阀座的锥孔连通的带内螺纹的堵孔;所述堵头包括堵头本体、设在堵头本体上的磁块、设在堵头本体前端将磁块封闭的密封垫、设在堵头本体后端的内六角孔和设在堵头本体侧壁上的与所述磁力净油阀上阀尾的堵孔的内螺纹相配合外螺纹;所述防尘盖帽包括与所述阀体的阀尾相配合的盖帽本体。

本发明的有益效果:
1、流体泄装枪采用在手柄的一端横向设置可转动且与流体通道连通的油针和在油针在设置拨轮,具有结构简单,使用可靠、故障少,生产成本低,且轻巧灵便,操作简单方便的优点,能适用汽车发动机和底盘各种状态下有效操作。
2、磁力净油阀可适用于不同壁厚的机油底壳,使用过程中因设置多道密封,从而从根本杜绝流体泄漏现象,同时通过磁力作用吸附机油中的杂 质,净化油质,对于某些车辆,在不拆卸机油底壳保护板的情况下就可以完成维保,且在维保过程中不产生流体外泄现象,在环境保护方面起到一定的作用。
3、防尘盖帽可有效保护磁力净油阀不受污物影响,保证能正常使用和延长使用寿命。
4、本装置成套后能适用家庭和修理店换油;修理无须配备各种型号工具,降低制造成本和社会成本;完全做到废油、新油无缝对接。

本发明改进的流体泄装装置包括流体泄装枪和与其配套使用的磁力净油阀组件。
所述流体泄装枪,如图1——图3所示,包括设有流体通道2的手柄3,手柄3的下端设有与流体通道2连通的油管接头1,手柄3的上端横向设有可转动且通过径向的流体泄流出口1205与流体通道2连通的油针12, 所述油针12上位于油针12的前端凸环1206与所述手柄3之间套设有可转动且轴向限位的拨轮,拨轮包括与油针12配合的轴套9、通过销钉7固定在轴套9上的拨环8,拨环8也可采用其他方式如注塑成型,胶接连接等方式设在轴套9上;所述油针12通过与其后端螺纹连接的螺钉5固定在手柄3上,拨轮中轴套9的前端设有外螺纹11,所述油针12与所述手柄3和拨轮的轴套9之间均设有O型密封圈6,所述拨轮的轴套9上设有轴向密封圈10,所述螺钉5与油针12之间设有垫片4,垫片4与手柄3之间保持一定间隙α;所述油针12(参见图3)包括管体1201,管体1201的前端设有人字形(也可设为其它形状)顶针1203,顶针1203的两侧为流体泄流进口1204,管体1201的前部外壁上设有一圈位于轴套9内的凹槽1202,流体泄流出口1205为三个(也可设为不同数量)均匀设置在管体1201的后部侧壁上。
与本发明流体泄装枪配套使用的磁力净油阀组件,包括磁力净油阀13、与磁力净油阀13相配合的堵头14和防尘盖帽15;所述磁力净油阀13如图4所示,包括管状阀体1303,阀体1303前部内设有前端带入口1313侧面带出口1312的导向轴套1301,阀体1303的中部内设有锥孔状的阀座1309,导向轴套1301内设有阀芯1302,阀芯1302的头部设有圆弧凹坑1316和与阀座1309相配合的锥形密封垫1306,阀芯1302的头部与导向轴套1301之间的阀芯1302上套有弹簧1304,在弹簧1304的作用下阀芯1302头部的锥形密封垫1306紧贴阀座1309将阀座1309的锥孔封闭,阀体1303前部的侧壁上设有腰形开孔1311,阀体1303的中部外壁设有已预涂特殊螺纹密封胶的外螺纹1310,阀体1303的后部设有六边形的阀尾1307及密封垫1305,阀尾1307设有与阀座1309的锥孔连通的带内螺纹1315的堵 孔1314,阀尾1307外壁设有凹孔1308;所述堵头14如图5所示,包括堵头本体1401、设在堵头本体1401上的磁块1402、设在堵头本体1401前端将磁块1402封闭的密封垫1405、设在堵头本体1401后端的内六角孔1403和设在堵头本体1401侧壁上的外螺纹1404;所述防尘盖帽15如图6所示,包括盖帽本体1501、设在盖帽本体1501内壁上的凸块1502。磁力净油阀13、堵头14和防尘盖帽15组合时,如图7所示,用工具与堵头14上的内六角孔1403配合,将堵头14的堵头本体1401通过侧壁上的外螺纹1404与磁力净油阀13上阀尾1307堵孔1314的内螺纹1315相配合固定在阀体1303阀尾1307上的堵孔1314内,密封垫1405受到挤压实现密封,防尘盖帽15的盖帽本体1501盖在阀体1303的阀尾1307上将堵头14覆盖,并利用其内壁上的凸块1502卡在阀尾1307外壁的凹孔1308内固定。
见图8,本发明使用时,须将磁力净油阀组件通过磁力净油阀13已预涂特殊螺纹密封胶的外螺纹1310安装在油箱底部A,平时,堵头14中的磁块1402使阀体产生磁性,可吸附油箱机油中的金属杂质,使机油得以净化,流体泄装枪则通过手柄3下端的油管接头1与“流体泄装清洗机”的油管连接。当更换机油时,先将防尘盖帽15和堵头14从磁力净油阀13的阀尾1307上取下,然后将流体泄装枪上的油针12伸入磁力净油阀13阀尾1307的堵孔1314内,一只手握住流体泄装枪的手柄3,另一只手转动拨轮上的拨环8,利用拨轮轴套9上的外螺纹11与堵孔1314内的内螺纹1315连接,使流体泄装枪与磁力净油阀13处于连接、密封的锁定状态,并通过密封圈10密封,此过程中流体泄装枪中油针12的顶针1203与阀芯1302头部的圆弧凹坑1316接触,并推动阀芯1302克服弹簧1304的作用向前顶,使得阀芯1302头部上的锥形密封垫1306离开阀座1309,打开阀座1309 的锥孔,在“流体泄装清洗机”的抽吸下,油箱内的机油一部分从磁力净油阀13中导向轴套1301前端的入口1313和侧面出口1312进入阀体1303内,同时另一部分机油直接从阀体1303侧壁上的腰形开孔1311进入阀体1303内,两部分机油汇合后通过阀座1309的锥孔从流体泄装枪中油针12的顶针1203两侧的流体泄流进口1204进入油针12内,再经油针12上的流体泄流出口1205、手柄3上的流体通道2和油管进入“流体泄装清洗机”;换机油时,可通过操作“流体泄装清洗机”将机油反向注入油箱内。更换机油完毕,通过反转拨环8从磁力净油阀13的阀尾1307取下流体泄装枪后,阀芯1302在弹簧1304的作用下复位,阀座1309的锥孔关闭。
由于垫片4与手柄3之间保持一定间隙α,手柄3可以相对油针12轻松转动,可以适应不同方向的操作。顶针1203外壁上的凹槽1202可减少拨轮4旋转时的阻力。

    所述磁力净油阀组件,包括磁力净油阀、与磁力净油阀相配合的堵头和防尘盖帽;所述磁力净油阀包括管状阀体,阀体前部内设有导向轴套,阀体的中部内设有锥孔状的阀座,导向轴套内设有阀芯,阀芯的头部设有与阀座相配合的锥形密封垫,阀芯的头部与导向轴套之间的阀芯上套有弹簧,在弹簧的作用下阀芯头部的锥形密封垫紧贴阀座将阀座的锥孔封闭,阀体前部的侧壁上设有开孔,阀体的中部外壁设有外螺纹,阀体的后部设有阀尾,阀尾设有与阀座的锥孔连通的带内螺纹的堵孔;所述堵头包括堵头本体、设在堵头本体上的磁块、设在堵头本体前端将磁块封闭的密封垫、设在堵头本体后端的内六角孔和设在堵头本体侧壁上的与所述磁力净油阀上阀尾的堵孔的内螺纹相配合外螺纹;所述防尘盖帽包括与所述阀体的阀尾相配合的盖帽本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改进的流体泄装装置,其特征是所述油针与所述手柄和拨轮之间均设有密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的改进的流体泄装装置,其特征是所述拨轮上设有轴向密封圈。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的改进的流体泄装装置,其特征是所述螺钉与油针之间设有垫片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的改进的流体泄装装置,其特征是所述导向轴套前端设有入口,侧壁设有出口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的改进的流体泄装装置,其特征是所述阀尾上设有密封垫且外壁设有凹孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的改进的流体泄装装置,其特征是所述防尘盖帽的盖帽本体内壁上设有与所述阀尾上的凹孔相配合的凸块。
