Description

推出限位机构及显示屏模组 技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及推出限位机构及显示屏模组。
背景技术
显示屏模组一般包括显示屏框架和显示屏本体,显示屏本体可拆卸固定在显示屏框架上,维护人员在拆卸显示屏本体时都需要先将显示屏本体沿显示屏框架的深度方向移出显示屏框架,然后才能将显示屏本体与显示屏框架分离。而在将显示屏本体从显示屏框架中移出的过程中,由于显示屏本体自身惯性、维护人员手法等问题,显示屏本体往往会沿显示屏框架深度方向移动较大距离进而影响维护人员的操作,而且,有时候由于维护人员的误操作还可能造成显示屏本体损坏,究其原因,现有的显示屏模组缺少一种用于缓冲、牵引显示屏本体的推出限位机构。
因此,有必要提供一种具有缓冲、牵引功能的推出限位机构及具有该推出限位机构的显示屏模组。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有缓冲、牵引功能的推出限位机构及具有该推出限位机构的显示屏模组。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:推出限位机构,具有:
第一安装组件,其包括第一安装座、设置在第一安装座上的插接件以及用以使插接件在第一安装座上弹性跳动的第一弹性件;
第二安装组件,其包括第二安装座、滑动设置在第二安装座上的插接座以及用以连接第二安装座和插接座的第二弹性件;
其中,所述插接件与插接座的移动方向垂直;
所述插接件具有第一插接部,所述插接座具有与第一插接部配合的第二插接部;
插接件与插接座连接后,第一安装组件与第二安装组件间距变大时,第一插接部牵拉第二插接部使插接座伸出于第二安装座,所述第二弹性件牵拉插接座以使插接座回缩。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明还采用以下技术方案:显示屏模组,包括显示屏本体和显示屏框架,还包括上述推出限位机构,第一安装组件设于显示屏本体上,第二安装组件设于显示屏框架上。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:在显示屏模组中设置推出限位机构后,显示屏本体在与显示屏框架分离时,推出限位机构可以对显示屏本体进行支撑并对显示屏本体的推出行程进行限制,从而实现对显示屏本体的缓冲和牵引,降低维护人员拆装显示屏本体的操作熟练度的要求,且有利于保证显示屏本体的拆装的安全性,避免显示屏本体在拆装的过程中出现意外摔坏。

第一安装组件3,其包括第一安装座31、设置在第一安装座31上的插接件32以及用以使插接件32在第一安装座31上弹性跳动的第一弹性件33;
第二安装组件4,其包括第二安装座41、滑动设置在第二安装座41上的插接座42以及用以连接第二安装座41和插接座42的第二弹性件43;
其中,所述插接件32与插接座42的移动方向垂直;
所述插接件32具有第一插接部321,所述插接座42具有与第一插接部321配合的第二插接部421;
插接件32与插接座42连接后,第一安装组件3与第二安装组件4间距变大时,第一插接部321牵拉第二插接部421使插接座42伸出于第二安装座41,所述第二弹性件43牵拉插接座42以使插接座42回缩。
本发明的结构原理简述如下:第一安装组件3沿插接座42移动方向发生位移时会让第二弹性件43发生弹性形变,从而使得第二安装组件4对固定第一安装组件3的物体进行缓冲、牵引;第一弹性件33可以是插接件32的第一插接部321与插接座42的第二插接部421稳定地连接。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:第一、二安装组件分离时,第二安装组件可以对第一安装组件进行支撑并对第一安装组件的行程进行限制,从而实现对第一安装组件的缓冲和牵引。
进一步的,第一安装组件3设有提拉部323,提拉部323位于第一安装座31以外,并其一端通过第一安装座31与插接件32连接,插接件32的一端与第一弹性件33的一端,第一弹性件33位于第一安装座31内。这样可以使提拉部323被拉动的同时拉动插接件32移动,提拉部323被松开时通过第一弹性件33的弹性,使第一弹性件33将拉回插接件32原位,实现自动复位的作用。
进一步的,插接件32包括安装板322和与安装板322相连的提拉部323,第一插接部321设于安装板322上;第一安装座31上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的通孔311和沿插接件32移动方向设置的贯穿孔,贯穿孔的一端与通孔311相连通,提拉部323的一部分位于所述贯穿孔内且沿贯穿孔的轴向可滑动设置,第一弹性件33位于通孔311中,第一弹性件33的一端与安装板322相连,第一弹性件33的另一端与第一安装座31相连。
由上述描述可知,用户可以通过提拉部使第一、二插接部连接或分离,操作简便;提拉部的一部分可活动设于贯穿孔中有利于提高第一安装组件结构的稳定性。
进一步的,第二安装座41为一壳体,壳体上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的滑槽,插接座42的一部分和第二弹性件43分别位于所述滑槽中。
由上述描述可知,滑槽可以对插接座进行限位,避免插接座工作时发生意外偏移导致第一安装组件移位不顺畅。
进一步的,插接座42包括伸缩臂422,所述伸缩臂422的一部分位于所述滑槽中,第二插接部421设于伸缩臂422远离第二弹性件43的一端;伸缩臂422上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的限位槽4221,壳体上具有与所述限位槽4221相适配的限位块,或者,
壳体上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的限位槽4221,伸缩臂422上具有与所述限位槽4221相适配的限位块。
由上述描述可知,设置限位槽和限位块可以进一步提高第二安装组件结构的稳定性,有利于让伸缩臂更顺畅地滑动。
第二弹性件为弹簧,壳体和插接座上分别设有卡定缺口,第二弹性件的两端分别卡在壳体和插接座的卡定缺口内,以使第二弹性件将壳体和插接座连接。第二弹性件的作用为牵拉壳体和插接座,拉动插接座在壳体内滑动后,第二弹性件的弹力将阻止插接座被拉出过远的距离,起到了限位的作用,并当插接座被松开后,第二弹性件的弹力将拉回插接座,使插接座回到原位,实现自动复位的作用。
进一步的,第二弹性件43为弹簧,弹簧的两端分别设有卡定段431,卡定段431的外径既小于弹簧的中部的外径又小于弹簧两个端部的外径,壳体和插接座42上分别设有与所述卡定段431相适配的卡定缺口,第二弹性件43一个卡定段431卡在所述壳体的卡定缺口中,第二弹性件43的另一个卡定段431卡在所述插接座42的卡定缺口中。
由上述描述可知,第二弹性件与外壳及插接座连接结构简单、稳定,且可以让维护人员更方便的维护第二安装组件。
进一步的,插接座42上设有方便第一插接部321插入第二插接部421的第一斜面3211。
由上述描述可知,插接座上的第一斜面可以让维护人员更方便更高效地连接第一、二安装组件。
第一斜面朝外倾斜,且与第二插接部的插接面位于同侧。这样使第一斜面直接的快速的与第一插接部321接触,使第一插接部321准确的迅速的插入第二插接部421,也起到导向的作用。
显示屏模组,包括显示屏本体1和显示屏框架2,还包括上述推出限位机构,第一安装组件3设于显示屏本体1上,第二安装组件4设于显示屏框架2上。
从上述描述可知,本发明的有益效果在于:在显示屏模组中设置上述推出限位机构后,显示屏本体在与显示屏框架分离时,推出限位机构可以对显示屏本体进行支撑并对显示屏本体的推出行程进行限制,从而实现对显示屏本体的缓冲和牵引,降低维护人员拆装显示屏本体的操作熟练度的要求,且有利于保证显示屏本体的拆装的安全性,避免显示屏本体在拆装的过程中出现意外摔坏。
进一步的,显示屏本体1上设有至少两个第一安装组件3,显示屏本体1相对的两侧分别设有至少一个所述第一安装组件3。
由上述描述可知,无论是手动移出显示屏本体或自动顶出显示屏本体,推出限位机构都能够对显示屏本体起到很好的缓冲、牵引作用。
进一步的,显示屏框架2上设有导向座,所述导向座上设有导向孔21,显示屏本体1上设有与所述导向孔21相适配的导向柱12,所述导向柱12上套设有第三弹性件13,第三弹性件13的一端连接显示屏本体1,第三弹性件13的另一端抵持所述导向座;
显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2分离时,所述第三弹性件13恢复弹性形变以使显示屏本体1带动第一安装组件3沿插接座42移动方向发生位移。
由上述描述可知,维护人员一旦断开显示屏本体与显示屏框架的连接,第三弹性件将会迅速弹出显示屏本体,此时推出限位机构的缓冲、牵引作用会展现得淋漓尽致,充分保证显示屏本体不会出现损坏。
进一步的,显示屏框架2上设有第一磁吸件22,显示屏本体1上设有与所述第一磁吸件22相配合的第二磁吸件14;所述显示屏本体1上还设有顶出机构,所述顶出机构包括驱动件15和楔形块16,所述驱动件15与所述楔形块16相连并沿插接件32的移动方向驱动楔形块16,显示屏框架2上设有与所述楔形块16相配合的滚轮23,所述滚轮23的轴向与插接件32的移动方向垂直,所述楔形块16位于显示屏本体1和滚轮23之间且楔形块16的斜面靠近所述滚轮23。
本发明的工作原理简述如下:驱动件15驱动楔形块16时,楔形块16的斜面与滚轮23抵持,随着驱动件15继续驱动楔形块16,楔形块16会使显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2之间的间距变大,从而使第一、二磁吸件之间的磁吸力小于第三弹性件13的弹力;然后第三弹性件13恢复形变使显示屏本体1弹出,接着推出限位机构会对显示屏本体1进行缓冲和牵引。
由上述描述可知,显示屏本体与显示屏框架的连接结构简单、巧妙。
实施例一
请参照图1至图7,本发明的实施例一为:显示屏模组,包括显示屏本体1和显示屏框架2,还包括推出限位机构,所述推出限位机构,具有:
第一安装组件3,其包括第一安装座31、设置在第一安装座31上的插接件32以及用以使插接件32在第一安装座31上弹性跳动的第一弹性件33;
第二安装组件4,其包括第二安装座41、滑动设置在第二安装座41上的插接座42以及用以连接第二安装座41和插接座42的第二弹性件43;
其中,所述插接件32与插接座42的移动方向垂直;
所述插接件32具有第一插接部321,所述插接座42具有与第一插接部321配合的第二插接部421;
插接件32与插接座42连接后,第一安装组件3与第二安装组件4间距变大时,第一插接部321牵拉第二插接部421使插接座42伸出于第二安装座41,所述第二弹性件43牵拉插接座42以使插接座42回缩。
第一安装组件3设于显示屏本体1上,第二安装组件4设于显示屏框架2上。
可选的,插接件32包括安装板322和与安装板322相连的提拉部323,第一插接部321设于安装板322上;第一安装座31上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的通孔311和沿插接件32移动方向设置的贯穿孔(图未示),贯穿孔的一端与通孔311相连通,提拉部323的一部分位于所述贯穿孔内且沿贯穿孔的轴向可滑动设置,安装板322的一部分和第一弹性件33分别位于通孔311中,第一弹性件33的一端与安装板322相连,第一弹性件33的另一端与第一安装座31相连。
本实施例中,第一插接部321为插销,第二插接部421为沿所述插销的轴向设置的插孔,提拉部323与第一插接部321位于安装板322的同一侧。优选的,提拉部323为柱状,柱状的提拉部323的周壁上设有拆卸槽3231,如图3所示,所述显示屏本体1对应于所述提拉部323的区域设有避空槽11。
进一步的,第二安装座41为一壳体,壳体上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的滑槽,插接座42的一部分和第二弹性件43分别位于所述滑槽中。
具体的,插接座42包括伸缩臂422,所述伸缩臂422的一部分位于所述滑槽中,第二插接部421设于伸缩臂422远离第二弹性件43的一端;伸缩臂422上具有沿插接座42移动方向设置的限位槽4221,壳体上具有与所述限位槽4221相适配的限位块44,限位块位于限位槽4221中;当然,限位槽4221沿插接座42移动方向设置壳体上,与所述限位槽4221相适配的限位块设置在伸缩臂422上也是可行的。限位块用于使伸缩臂422在壳体内滑动起导向的作用,并可以减少伸缩臂422在壳体内滑动时的摆动等。
本实施例中,第二弹性件43为弹簧,弹簧的两端分别设有卡定段431,卡定段431的外径既小于弹簧的中部的外径又小于弹簧两个端部的外径,壳体和插接座42上分别设有与所述卡定段431相适配的卡定缺口,第二弹性件43一个卡定段431卡在所述壳体的卡定缺口中,第二弹性件43的另一个卡定段431卡在所述插接座42的卡定缺口中。
为方便第一、二插接部的连接,插接座42上设有方便第一插接部321插入第二插接部421的第一斜面3211。优选的,第一安装座31上设有对第一斜面3211进行避空的第二斜面4211。
优选的,显示屏本体1上设有至少两个第一安装组件3,显示屏本体1相对的两侧分别设有至少一个所述第一安装组件3。
可选的,显示屏框架2上设有导向座,所述导向座上设有导向孔21,显示屏本体1上设有与所述导向孔21相适配的导向柱12,所述导向柱12上套设有第三弹性件13,第三弹性件13的一端连接显示屏本体1,第三弹性件13的另一端抵持所述导向座;
显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2分离时,所述第三弹性件13恢复弹性形变以使显示屏本体1带动第一安装组件3沿插接座42移动方向发生位移。
本实施例中,显示屏框架2上设有第一磁吸件22,显示屏本体1上设有与所述第一磁吸件22相配合的第二磁吸件14;所述显示屏本体1上还设有顶出机构,所述顶出机构包括驱动件15和楔形块16,所述驱动件15与所述楔形块16相连并沿插接件32的移动方向驱动楔形块16,显示屏框架2上设有与所述楔形块16相配合的滚轮23,所述滚轮23的轴向与插接件32的移动方向垂直,所述楔形块16位于显示屏本体1和滚轮23之间且楔形块16的斜面靠近所述滚轮23。
请结合图1、图2、图4和图7,本发明显示屏模组中显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2的安装过程简述如下:显示屏本体1上导向柱12的一部分进入显示屏框架2上的导向孔21后,继续按压显示屏本体1,插接座42上的第一斜面3211和第一弹性件33两者的配合作用使得第一插接部321插入第二插接部421中,第一、二磁吸件磁吸连接且第一、二磁吸件之间的磁吸力大于第三弹性件13的弹力,显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2安装完成。
本发明显示屏模组中显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2的拆卸过程简述如下:首先,驱动件15驱动楔形块16使得显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2出现间距且间距逐渐变大,当第一、二磁吸件之间的磁吸力小于第三弹性件13的弹力时,第三弹性件13弹出显示屏本体1,显示屏本体1上的第一安装组件3中的插接件32牵引插接座42发生位移,第二弹性件43发生变形,进而将显示屏本体1回拉,当第二弹性件43的拉力与第三弹性件13之间的弹力相等时,显示屏本体1静止;然后维护人员拨动提拉部323即可使第一、二插接部解锁,显示屏本体1与显示屏框架2拆卸完成。
综上所述,本发明提供的推出限位机构,具有良好的缓冲、牵引作用;在显示屏模组中设置推出限位机构后,显示屏本体在与显示屏框架分离时,推出限位机构可以对显示屏本体进行支撑并对显示屏本体的推出行程进行限制,降低维护人员拆装显示屏本体的操作熟练度的要求,且有利于保证显示屏本体的拆装的安全性,避免显示屏本体在拆装的过程中出现意外摔坏。

  1. 推出限位机构,其特征在于,具有:
    第一安装组件,其包括第一安装座、设置在第一安装座上的插接件以及用以使插接件在第一安装座上弹性跳动的第一弹性件;
    第二安装组件,其包括第二安装座、滑动设置在第二安装座上的插接座以及用以连接第二安装座和插接座的第二弹性件;
    其中,所述插接件与插接座的移动方向垂直;
    所述插接件具有第一插接部,所述插接座具有与第一插接部配合的第二插接部;
    插接件与插接座连接后,第一安装组件与第二安装组件间距变大时,第一插接部牵拉第二插接部使插接座伸出于第二安装座,所述第二弹性件牵拉插接座以使插接座回缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:所述第一安装组件设有提拉部,所述提拉部位于第一安装座以外,并其一端通过第一安装座与插接件连接,插接件的一端与第一弹性件的一端,所述第一弹性件位于第一安装座内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:插接件包括安装板,以及与安装板相连的提拉部,第一插接部设于安装板上;第一安装座上具有沿插接座移动方向设置的通孔和沿插接件移动方向设置的贯穿孔,贯穿孔的一端与通孔相连通,提拉部的一部分位于所述贯穿孔内且沿贯穿孔的轴向可滑动设置,第一弹性件位于通孔中,第一弹性件的一端与安装板相连,第一弹性件的另一端与第一安装座相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:第二安装座为一壳体,壳体上具有沿插接座移动方向设置的滑槽,插接座的一部分和第二弹性件分别位于所述滑槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:插接座包括伸缩臂,所述伸缩臂的一部分位于所述滑槽中,第二插接部设于伸缩臂远离第二弹性件的一端;伸缩臂上具有沿插接座移动方向设置的限位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:壳体上具有沿插接座移动方向设置的限位槽,伸缩臂上具有与所述限位槽相适配的限位块。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:第二弹性件为弹簧,壳体和插接座上分别设有卡定缺口,第二弹性件的两端分别卡在壳体和插接座的卡定缺口内,以使第二弹性件将壳体和插接座连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:第二弹性件为弹簧,弹簧的两端分别设有卡定段,卡定段的外径既小于弹簧的中部的外径又小于弹簧两个端部的外径,壳体和插接座上分别设有与所述卡定段相适配的卡定缺口,第二弹性件一个卡定段卡在所述壳体的卡定缺口中,第二弹性件的另一个卡定段卡在所述插接座的卡定缺口中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:插接座上设有方便第一插接部插入第二插接部的第一斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的推出限位机构,其特征在于:所述第一斜面朝外倾斜,且与第二插接部的插接面位于同侧。
  11. 显示屏模组,包括显示屏本体和显示屏框架,其特征在于:还包括权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的推出限位机构,第一安装组件设于显示屏本体上,第二安装组件设于显示屏框架上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于:显示屏本体上设有至少两个第一安装组件,显示屏本体相对的两侧分别设有至少一个所述第一安装组件。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于:显示屏框架上设有导向座,所述导向座上设有导向孔,显示屏本体上设有与所述导向孔相适配的导向柱,所述导向柱上套设有第三弹性件,第三弹性件的一端连接显示屏本体,第三弹性件的另一端抵持所述导向座;
    显示屏本体与显示屏框架分离时,所述第三弹性件恢复弹性形变以使显示屏本体带动第一安装组件沿插接座移动方向发生位移。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于:显示屏框架上设有第一磁吸件,显示屏本体上设有与所述第一磁吸件相配合的第二磁吸件;所述显示屏本体上还设有顶出机构,所述顶出机构包括驱动件和楔形块,所述驱动件与所述楔形块相连并沿插接件的移动方向驱动楔形块。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示屏模组,其特征在于:显示屏框架上设有与所述楔形块相配合的滚轮,所述滚轮的轴向与插接件的移动方向垂直,所述楔形块位于显示屏本体和滚轮之间,且楔形块的斜面靠近所述滚轮。
