有益效果
上述加热蒸发本草熏支采用加热不燃烧的本草复合配料,至少具有以下优点:
上述加热蒸发本草熏支能达到加热以后产生类似于香烟燃烧所产生的烟雾,并比较有效地把本草中的香味气息携带出来的实际效果,在某些优选的实施例中,采用已经被证明无害于人体的 VG (英文名 Vegetable Glycerin 中文名:蔬菜甘油)作为雾化剂, VG 的添加量则根据所需雾气的大小要求调控。 VG 是一种性状粘稠、提取于天然的植物材料的一种水溶性液体,可用于食品、化妆品和药品。
上述加热蒸发本草熏支以本草复合配料 ( 以下简称本草薰料 ) 为主要原件并可制作成丝,替代烟丝,以各种本草香料及精华露调节香气,加入 VG PG 吸收本草中的香气成分并有利于雾化蒸发,本草薰料制成丝状,加入到本发明所给出的熏支结构中,用电子加热器加热蒸发,能产生出带有怡人香味的雾气,可作为香烟替代品。
上述加热蒸发本草熏支不含烟草中的尼古丁,没有燃烧过程,也就不产生有害的焦油。
上述加热蒸发本草熏支的形状、抽吸过程类似于香烟,加热时蒸发出使人愉悦、无害、乃至有益的香气模拟和替代烟草的味道,可替代或部分替代香烟的使用,有助于烟民戒烟或逐渐降低抽烟频率。
按照中医理论,气态是人体吸收的一种高效形式,在本发明产品中加入符合中医原理的相关本草材料,通过加热蒸发以后被人体快速吸收,以缓解吸烟所产生的咳嗽、痰多等相关症状,对吸烟所造成的危害具有积极的应对作用。医食同源,本草和天然植物提取精油可以帮助促进免疫系统,改善亚健康状态。另根据中医雾化吸入疗法是现代呼吸系统疾病治疗和保健养生重要方法之一。借助高速氧气气流,使本草药粉形成雾状,随吸气进入呼吸道的一种治疗方法。

以下将结合具体实施例和附图对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图 1 ,示出本发明实施例提供的一种加热蒸发本草熏支,包括熏支主体以及装于熏支主体内的熏料 11 ,所述熏支主体包括贮料仓和过滤器,所述熏料 11 装于贮料仓内,所述贮料仓通过箔纸 12 或纸管 12 裹卷薰料 11 ,所述熏料 11 为加热不燃烧的本草复合配料。
优选地,所述本草复合配料包含本草原料和雾化剂,所述本草原料包含薄荷、灵芝、茶叶、水果提取物、沉香、橙子精油、蓝莓精油、冬虫夏草、人参、鹿茸、石斛叶、坚果、肉桂、罗汉果、鱼腥草、冰片、红景天、杏仁、红豆杉提取物中的一种或多种,所述雾化剂为 VG PG 。在一个优选的实施例中,所述本草复合配料还包括药香粉或香料粉,所述药香粉或香料粉在本草复合配料中占 1-3 重量份。本草薰料 11 由薄荷、 VG 、药香粉按照预定配比复合而成。
具体地,所述药香粉是以丁香、甘草、陈皮、檀香、桂花、茉莉花、参叶、山药、蒲公英或荷叶中的一种或多种磨粉以后,按照预定配比混合而成,预定配比优选为取等重量配比混合而成。所述香料粉是以桂花、茉莉花、丁香、檀香、茶叶、罗勒、姜黄、大茴、冰片或樟脑中的一种或多种磨粉以后,按照预定配比混合而成,预定配比优选为取等重量配比混合而成。
在具体的实施例中,所述本草原料在本草复合配料中占 5-20 重量份,更优选为 5-10 重量份,所述雾化剂占 1-15 重量份,更优选为 VG ,其已经被证明无害于人体的 VG VG 的添加量则根据所需雾气的大小要求调控,优选为 8-12 重量份。
在选择不同的本草原料时,各原料优选采用以下重量配比:所述灵芝的重量份为 3-10 份,所述茶叶的重量份为 5-20 份,所述水果提取物的重量份为 2-10 份,所述沉香的重量份为 5-10 份,所述橙子精油的重量份为 3-5 份,所述蓝莓精油的重量份为 3-5 份,所述冬虫夏草的重量份为 3-10 份,所述人参的重量份为 3-10 份,所述鹿茸的重量份为 3-5 份,所述石斛叶的重量份为 5-10 份,所述坚果的重量份为 5-20 份,所述肉桂的重量份为 5-10 份,所述罗汉果的重量份为 3-10 份,所述鱼腥草的重量份为 3-10 份,所述冰片的重量份为 3-10 份,所述红景天的重量份为 5-20 份,所述杏仁的重量份为 5-10 份,所述红豆杉提取物的重量份为 3-5 份。
所述过滤器采用烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴或医用级硅胶滤嘴,所述滤嘴的长度为 2 30 毫米,外径为 2 10 毫米,硅胶滤嘴为有孔结构,即为多孔硅胶或单孔硅胶,每个孔内径为 0 10 毫米,优选为 2-10 毫米,孔的深度为 5-30 毫米,中空腔的深度为 0 30 毫米,优选为 5-30 毫米,接装纸长度为 10 100 毫米,所述本草薰料为丝状物,丝的宽度在 0.5mm~2mm 之间,所述箔纸为金属箔;纸管为纸质管状物。
进一步地,所述贮料仓和过滤器沿着轴向通过接装纸 14 对接裹卷或纸管,所述烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴或硅胶滤嘴的滤料底端 13 与薰料 11 段对接后的轴向长度为 10 90 毫米。优选地,所述烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴或硅胶滤嘴的中空腔口 15 与薰料 11 段对接后的轴向长度为 10 90 毫米。
以下通过多个实例来举例说明本发明的加热蒸发本草熏支具体结构、配方组成及其功效等。
实例 1
本实例 1 的本草熏支结构参照图 1 ,各组成如上所述。本实例 1 的本草熏支的总长度 A 45 毫米,烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴或硅胶滤嘴的长度 B 24 毫米,本实例以烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴为例,中空内径φ C 4 毫米,外径φ D 7.76 毫米,中空腔的深度 E 7 毫米,接装纸 14 长度为 29 毫米,本草薰料段的长度为 21 毫米,其中铝箔纸或纸管克重为 50 克。
本实例 1 中,以铝箔 12 为例,将本草薰料 11 裹卷成圆柱状构成本草薰料段,将中空过滤嘴的过滤底端 13 与本草薰料 11 的一端对接,接装纸 14 裹卷在中空过滤嘴外围,接装纸 14 长出过滤嘴的部分搭接于本草薰料段的一端部,使过滤嘴与本草薰料仓段对接成一个整体。
本实例中,本草薰料 11 为清香型,由薄荷 10 重量份、 VG10 重量份复合而成。本实例中的本草薰料为丝状物,丝的宽度为 0.7mm
本实例的熏支的外形类似于一支缩短的带滤嘴的烟支。其中带有中空结构的过滤嘴能过滤掉抽吸时可能带入嘴的固体杂物,但对带有香气的雾化物过滤较少。包裹本草薰料的铝箔纸能有效地保持加热热量,并防止抽吸者直接将其点燃而产生焦油。
使用时,将本草熏支的薰料段插入到电子加热器的空腔内,这样,电子加热器的空腔壁或加热棒将其产生的热量传递给本草薰料。而电子加热器的加热温度设置在只加热产生蒸汽而不燃烧,以避免本草薰料燃烧产生焦油的风险。
本实施例通过外形、味道、抽吸过程的模拟,使其可达到替代或部分替代吸烟的行为,从而减少或消除尼古丁及烟草焦油对人的危害。
实例 2
本实例 2 为另一种加热蒸发本草熏支,其结构如附图 2 所示。
该加热蒸发本草熏支包括熏支主体以及装于熏支主体内的熏料 21 ,所述熏支主体包括贮料仓和过滤器,所述熏料 21 装于贮料仓内,所述贮料仓通过纸管 22 裹卷薰料 21 ,所述熏料 21 为加热不燃烧的本草复合配料。
本实施例的本草熏支的总长度 A 80 毫米,烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴的长度 B 30 毫米,中空内径φ C 3 毫米,外径φ D 5.56 毫米,中空腔的深度 E 20 毫米,接装纸 24 长度为 32 毫米,本草薰料段的长度为 50 毫米。其中纸管 22 克重为 43 克。
本实施例中,纸管 22 将本草薰料 21 裹卷成圆柱状构成薰料仓段,将中空过滤嘴的中空部 25 开口端与本草薰料 21 的一端对接,接装纸 24 长出过滤嘴的部分搭接于本草薰料段的一端部,使过滤嘴与本草薰料仓段对接成一个整体。
本实施例中,本草薰料 21 为复合香型,本草薰料 21 由薄荷 10 重量份、 VG9 重量份、香料粉 1.5 重量份复合而成,该香料粉是以桂花、茉莉花、丁香、檀香磨粉以后,各取等量配比混合而成。本实施例中的本草薰料为丝状物,丝的宽度为 0.8mm
本实施例的使用方法及功能效果与实例 1 基本相同,在此不重复描述。
实例 3
本实例为又一种加热蒸发本草熏支,其结构如附图 2 所示。
本实例的本草熏支的总长度 A 45 毫米,烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴的长度 B 24 毫米,中空内径φ C 3.5 毫米,外径φ D 7.76 毫米,中空腔的深度 E 17 毫米,接装纸长度为 29 毫米,本草薰料仓段的长度为 21 毫米,其中铝箔纸克重为 43 克。
本实例中,铝箔 22 将本草薰料 21 裹卷成圆柱状构成薰料仓段,将中空过滤嘴的中空部 25 开口端与本草薰料 21 的一端对接,接装纸 24 长出过滤嘴的部分搭接于本草薰料仓段的一端部,使过滤嘴与本草薰料仓段对接成一个整体。
本实例中,本草薰料 21 为药香型,本草薰料 21 由薄荷 10 重量份、 VG8~12 重量份、药香粉 1~3 重量份复合而成,该药香粉是以丁香、甘草、陈皮、檀香、桂花磨粉以后,各取等量配比混合而成。本实例中的本草薰料为丝状物,丝的宽度为 0.9mm
本实例的使用方法及功能效果与实例一基本相同,在此不重复描述。
实例 4
本实例 4 采用医用级硅胶滤嘴,本实例 4 的本草熏支总长度 A 60 毫米,医用级硅胶滤嘴长度 B 30 毫米,为多孔结构,多孔内径为 2.5 毫米,硅胶滤嘴外径φ D 5.56 毫米,接装纸长度为 32 毫米,本草薰料段的长度为 30 毫米,其中铝箔纸克重为 50 克。
本实例熏支过滤嘴长度为 30 毫米,多孔的深度也为 30 毫米,过滤嘴多孔结构,是轴向上贯通的,经本草薰料加热产生的雾化物能无任何阻力的被吸到,但过滤嘴与嘴唇之间的感觉仍然存在。
本实例的本草薰料可以采用如实例 1 的清香型配方,也可以采用实例 2 的复合香型配方,还可以采用实例 3 的药香型配方。当采用实例 2 的配方时,所述药香粉是以丁香、甘草、檀香、茉莉花、参叶、山药、蒲公英磨粉以后,各成份取等重量配比混合而成。当采用实例 3 的配方时,所述香料粉是以桂花、茶叶、罗勒、姜黄、大茴、冰片 ( 或樟脑 ) 磨粉以后,各成份取等重量配比混合而成。
在上述各实例中,熏支各部分尺寸遵循的关系如下: B 1/2A C (D-1) E B (当 E=0 时,即过滤嘴为全实心,当 E=B 时,过滤嘴为全空心)。
实例 5-21
以上实例主要以薄荷为例说明了本草熏支的结构形状、组成、功放以及使用方法。当本草熏支采用其他本草原料,即选择自灵芝、茶叶、水果提取物、沉香、橙子精油、蓝莓精油、冬虫夏草、人参、鹿茸、石斛叶、坚果、肉桂、罗汉果、鱼腥草、冰片、红景天、杏仁、红豆杉提取物中的一种或多种时,各类原料的本草熏支结构形状和使用方法参照以上述实例 1-4 。实例 5-21 的具体配方比例和功效统计后如下表所示,在此对其结构和使用方法等基本相同的方面不再赘述。
实例 5-21
以上实例主要以薄荷为例说明了本草熏支的结构形状、组成、功放以及使用方法。当本草熏支采用其他本草原料,即选择自灵芝、茶叶、水果提取物、沉香、橙子精油、蓝莓精油、冬虫夏草、人参、鹿茸、石斛叶、坚果、肉桂、罗汉果、鱼腥草、冰片、红景天、杏仁、红豆杉提取物中的一种或多种时,各类原料的本草熏支结构形状和使用方法参照以上述实例 1-4 。实例 5-21 的具体配方比例和功效统计后如下所示,在此对其结构和使用方法等基本相同的方面不再赘述。
实例 5 :薄荷 10 份, VG5 份,浓香型
实例 6 :茶叶 10 份, VG8-12 份,药香粉 1-3 份,茶香型

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加热蒸发本草熏支,其包括熏支主体以及装于熏支主体内的熏料,所述熏支主体包括贮料仓和过滤器,其特征在于,所述熏料装于贮料仓内,所述贮料仓通过箔纸或纸管裹卷薰料,所述熏料为加热不燃烧的本草复合配料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述本草复合配料包含本草原料和雾化剂,所述本草原料包含薄荷、灵芝、茶叶、水果提取物、沉香、橙子精油、蓝莓精油、冬虫夏草、人参、鹿茸、石斛叶、坚果、肉桂、罗汉果、鱼腥草、冰片、红景天、杏仁、红豆杉提取物中的一种或多种,所述雾化剂为VG或PG。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述本草复合配料还包括药香粉或香料粉,所述药香粉或香料粉在本草复合配料中占1-3重量份。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述本草原料在本草复合配料中占5-20重量份,所述雾化剂占1-15重量份。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述药香粉是以丁香、甘草、陈皮、檀香、桂花、茉莉花、参叶、山药、蒲公英或荷叶中的一种或多种磨粉以后,按照预定配比混合而成,所述香料粉是以桂花、茉莉花、丁香、檀香、茶叶、罗勒、姜黄、大茴、冰片或樟脑中的一种或多种磨粉以后,按照预定配比混合而成。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述药香粉中各成份按照等重量的配比,所述香料粉中的各成份按照等重量的配比。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述过滤器采用烟用醋酸纤维中空滤嘴或医用级硅胶滤嘴,所述滤嘴的长度为2 至30 毫米,外径为2 至10 毫米,所述硅胶滤嘴为有孔结构,每个孔内径为0 至 10毫米,所述烟用醋酸纤维中空腔的深度为0 至30 毫米,所述贮料仓和过滤器沿着轴向通过接装纸对接裹卷,接装纸长度为10 至100毫米,所述本草薰料为丝状物,丝的宽度在0.5mm~2mm 之间,所述箔纸为金属箔;所述纸管为纸质管状物。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述滤嘴的滤料底端与薰料段对接后的轴向长度为10 至90 毫米,所述滤嘴与薰料段对接后的轴向长度为10 至90 毫米。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述灵芝的重量份为3-10份,所述茶叶的重量份为5-20份,所述水果提取物的重量份为2-10份,所述沉香的重量份为5-10份,所述橙子精油的重量份为3-5份,所述蓝莓精油的重量份为3-5份,所述冬虫夏草的重量份为3-10份,所述人参的重量份为3-10份,所述鹿茸的重量份为3-5份,所述石斛叶的重量份为5-10份,所述坚果的重量份为5-20份,所述肉桂的重量份为5-10份,所述罗汉果的重量份为3-10份,所述鱼腥草的重量份为3-10份,所述冰片的重量份为3-10份,所述红景天的重量份为5-20份,所述杏仁的重量份为5-10份,所述红豆杉提取物的重量份为3-5份。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的加热蒸发本草熏支,其特征在于,所述雾化剂为VG,所述本草原料重量份数为5-10份,所述VG的重量份数为8-12份。
