Description

一种吸油烟机的出风结构 技术领域
本发明涉及吸油烟机的技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸油烟机的出风结构。
背景技术
吸油烟机分为外排式和内循环式,其中内循环吸油烟机是将油烟通过吸油烟机净化后排至室内,从而实现空气的再利用。现有的内循环吸油烟机的出风结构如图1所示:吸油烟机的出风口上设置有一个导风箱5’,导风箱5’的底部开孔并通过一根连接管4’与吸油烟机的出风口相连,该导风箱5’的左右两端为出风区域,该出风区域与装饰罩2’上的排风孔20’相对。经内循环吸油烟机过滤后的空气从出风罩吹出,经过连接管后在箱体内分成左右两道气流后通过装饰罩的排风孔排出。
上述出风结构利用了直角三通的原理,出风口的风向上吹至导风箱内时存在直角转弯现象,同时由于导风箱内空间结构有限,导致连接管内出风阻力较大,进而直吹导风箱的内顶面,形成局部噪音。现有导风箱虽然设定左右出风,但是由于风速较高,实际在导风箱的内顶面上形成了气流的折射,存在向下灌风的现象,影响用户体验,同时还会对明火烹饪的灶具形成紊流干扰。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术而提供一种低噪音的吸油烟机的出风结构。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种吸油烟机的出风结构,包括出风口和装饰罩,该装饰罩围设在出风口的外周,且该装饰罩上开设有排风孔,其特征在于,所述装饰罩中设置有导流件,该导流件具有与上述出风口相对的弧形的导流面。
进一步,优选地,所述导流面呈圆弧状,进而能使出风口由下至上直吹的气流经导流件而转至水平方向,再通过装饰罩的排风孔外排,减少平面直接反射。
作为优选,所述导流面上设置有用于吸收烟气的吸附介质层,吸附介质层可以对出风口排出的部分残余的烟气进行吸收,并且由于吸附介质表面具有较多的空隙,可以降低通过其表面空气速度来进一步降低出风的整体噪音。
作为优选,所述导流件为圆形的板件,其一侧侧面向外隆起而形成上述导流面。
为方便上述导流件的安装,优选地,所述装饰罩中还设置有用于将上述导流件安装 在出风口的侧壁上的安装架。
上述安装架可有多种具体的实现方式,优选地,所述安装架包括至少两根连接杆,各连接杆的一端与导流件固定,另一端与出风口的侧壁固定。
进一步,为使导流件与安装架形成更加稳固的连接,所述导流件的外周沿周向间隔均设有安装凸耳,各安装凸耳分别与对应的连接杆固定。
作为优选,所述排风孔开设在装饰罩的上端,所述导流件与该排风孔相对设置,从而有利于气流从排风孔排出。
进一步,优选地,所述装饰罩包括前侧板、左侧板以及右侧板,各侧板的上端分别开设有上述排风孔,且各侧板上的排风孔分别齐平。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:装饰罩中设置导流件,该导流件具有与上述出风口相对于的弧形的导流面,这样气流从出风口由下至上直吹至该导流面时,导流面能使该气流转向而从装饰罩的排风孔排出,减少平面直接反射。与传统的出风结构相比,本发明中的出风结构在空间上没有明显的界限,可充分利用装饰罩中的内空间,为出风提供了较大的缓冲区域,排风阻力小,能有效降低排风孔的出风速率,进而降低噪音。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
如图1~3所示,为本发明的实施例1,该吸油烟机的出风结构,包括具有出风口1的出风管道1a、装饰罩2及导流件3。
在本实施例中,出风管道1a的顶部开口朝上而直接形成出风口1,当然,出风口1也可以由出风管道1a的其他部位、或用于输出吸油烟机风流的其他部件构成。
所述装饰罩2围设在出风口1的外周,将出风管道1a的顶部遮蔽起来,并且该装饰罩2上开设有排风孔20。
所述导流件3设置在装饰罩2中,该导流件3具有与上述出风口1相对的弧形的导流面30。本实施例中,该导流面30呈圆弧状,这样气流从出风口1由下至上直吹至该 导流面30时,导流面30能使该气流转至水平方向而从装饰罩2的排风孔20排出,减少平面直接反射,并且本实施例中的出风结构在空间上没有明显的界限,可充分利用装饰罩2中的内空间,为出风提供了较大的缓冲区域,排风阻力小,能有效降低排风孔20的出风速率,进而降低噪音。
本实施例中导流件3优选为圆形的板件,其一侧侧面向外隆起而形成上述导流面30。为方便上述导流件3的安装,所述装饰罩2中还设置有用于将上述导流件3安装在出风口1的侧壁上的安装架4。上述安装架4可有多种具体的实现方式,本实施例中,该安装架4包括至少两根连接杆41,各连接杆41的一端与导流件3固定,另一端与出风口1的侧壁固定。进一步,导流件3的外周沿周向间隔均设有水平延伸的安装凸耳31,而连接杆41的上端部弯折而形成水平向外延伸的连接部411,该连接部411与上述安装凸耳31通过螺钉固定。
进一步,本实施例中,装饰罩2包括前侧板21、左侧板22以及右侧板23,各侧板的上端分别开设有上述排风孔20,且各侧板上的排风孔20分别齐平,并且各侧板上的排风孔20分别与导流件3相对设置。
实施例2:
如图4所示,为本发明的实施例2,与实施例1不同的是:本实施例中,导流面30上设置有用于吸收烟气的吸附介质层4,吸附介质层4可以对出风口1排出的部分残余的烟气进行吸收,并且由于吸附介质表面具有较多的空隙,可以降低通过其表面空气速度来进一步降低出风的整体噪音。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种吸油烟机的出风结构,包括出风口(1)和装饰罩(2),该装饰罩(2)围设在出风口(1)的外周,且该装饰罩(2)上开设有排风孔(20),其特征在于,所述装饰罩(2)中设置有导流件(3),该导流件(3)具有与上述出风口(1)相对的弧形的导流面(30)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述导流面(30)呈圆弧状。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述导流面(30)上设置有用于吸收烟气的吸附介质层(4)。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述导流件(3)为圆形的板件,其一侧侧面向外隆起而形成上述导流面(30)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述装饰罩(2)中还设置有用于将上述导流件(3)安装在出风口(1)的侧壁上的安装架(4)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述安装架(4)包括至少两根连接杆(41),各连接杆(41)的一端与导流件(3)固定,另一端与出风口(1)的侧壁固定。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述导流件(3)的外周沿周向间隔均设有安装凸耳(31),各安装凸耳(31)分别与对应的连接杆(41)固定。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述排风孔(20)开设在装饰罩(2)的上端,所述导流件(3)与该排风孔(20)相对设置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的出风结构,其特征在于,所述装饰罩(2)包括前侧板(21)、左侧板(22)以及右侧板(23),各侧板的上端分别开设有上述排风孔(20),且各侧板上的排风孔(20)分别齐平。
