进一步地,所述通风板包括相互贴合的透气板与基板,所述透气板上设置有第一排气口,所述基板上设置有与所述第一排气口相对应的第二排气口,所述基板位于所述透气板靠近所述遮光板一侧,所述围板位于所述基板上。由于所述透气板的厚度一般较厚,而所述围板对厚度并无要求,所以如果直接在所述透气板上设置所述围板,要么需要将所述透气板与所述围板单独制作后,焊接组装到一起,要么需要在所述透气板上机加工形成所述围板,工艺繁琐,成本较高;而额外设置一基板,将所述围板设置在所述基板上,则整体可以直接利用板材冲压折叠后形成,方便快捷。
进一步地,所述通风板在所述遮光板的投影区域之外设置有拉杆,所述拉杆的长度大于所述遮光板与所述通风板之间的最大距离,所述拉杆末端设置有挡块。所述拉杆可以避免所述简易遮光排气装置拆卸下来后掉落,起到一定的安全防护作用,通过抽拉、旋转所述拉杆即可实现出风口的开闭。
进一步地,所述拉杆与所述遮光板位于所述通风板同一侧。使整个所述简易遮光排气装置的空间占用更小,安装更方便。
进一步地,所述通风板包括相互贴合的透气板与固定板,所述透气板上设置有第一排气口,所述固定板上设置有与所述第一排气口相对应的第三排气口,所述基板位于所述透气板靠近所述遮光板一侧,所述拉杆与所述固定板连接固定。由于所述透气板上会设置螺孔,以将所述透气板固定,所以单独设置所述固定板以对所述拉杆进行固定,可以避免将所述透气板拆卸下来时,误拆所述拉杆的固定螺钉,导致所述通风板掉落。
进一步地,所述第一排气口包括多个并列的条形孔。避免所述第一排气口开口过大,导致杂物或者雨水从开口进入。
进一步地,所述遮光板与所述通风板之间设置有支撑柱,一螺丝贯穿所述遮光板、所述支撑柱与所述通风板连接。所述支撑柱可以保证所述遮光板与所述通风板之间的距离。
本发明还提供一种舞台灯,包括光源腔以及上述任一种所述简易遮光排气装置,所述光源腔具有出风口,所述通风板盖设在所述出风口上,所述遮光板位于所述光源腔内。
所述遮光板位于所述光源腔内,先使用所述遮光板遮光,再通过盖设在所述出风口上的所述通风板进行通风,可以更好的避免光线外泄,同时不影响通风。
进一步地,所述通风板靠近所述遮光板一侧具有环绕所述遮光板设置的围板,所述围板的外侧壁与所述光源腔形成所述出风口的环形侧壁相贴合。所述围板的设置可以避免热气流自所述通风板与所述光源腔之间的缝隙流出,进入舞台灯的壳体内部,导致舞台灯壳体内部的环境温度升高;并且所述围板的外侧壁与所述光源腔形成所述出风口的环形侧壁相贴合,这样在安装所述简易遮光排气装置时,即使通风板或者所述光源腔制造的时候有凸起、不平,或者由于使用时的震动,导致两者无法紧密贴合,所述通风板上移或者下移,所述围板都可以起到一定的导风通道的作用,将光源腔内的热气流毫不泄露的导流出来,排出在舞台灯的壳体外。

实施该发明的最佳实施例
本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1至图4,本发明提供一种简易遮光排气装置100,包括相对设置且相互间隔的通风板110与遮光板120,所述通风板110上设置有通风口114,所述通风口114由所述通风板110冲切形成,所述遮光板120在所述通风板110上的垂直投影覆盖所述通风口114。
上述简易遮光排气装置100,所述遮光板120在所述通风板110上的垂直投影覆盖所述通风板110上的所述通风口114,所以所述遮光板120可以避免光线自所述通风口114泄露出去,而气流可以自所述遮光板120与所述通风板110之间的间隙流出,所述遮光板120、所述通风板110均为普通的平板,不须特殊设计,可以直接冲切形成,且所述通风板110上设置的所述通风口114也是冲切形成,可以在制作所述通风板110时,同时加工所述通风口114,相较于制作百叶窗更加容易,整个所述简易遮光排气装置100的制作也更加简单,仅仅由两块相互固定的普通的平板即可实现较佳的遮光通风效果,有效降低组装时间与生产成本。
本发明所述的简易遮光排气装置100,一般应用在舞台灯的光源腔200上,光源腔200上设置出风口210,所述简易遮光排气装置100盖设在所述出风口210上以实现遮光通风效果。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述通风板110靠近所述遮光板120一侧具有环绕所述遮光板120设置的围板1132。所述围板1132的设置可以避免热气流自所述通风板110与所述光源腔200之间的缝隙流出,这样在安装所述简易遮光排气装置100时,即使通风板110或者所述光源腔200制造的时候有凸起、不平,或者由于使用时的震动,导致两者无法紧密贴合,所述通风板110上移或者下移,所述围板1132都可以起到一定的导风通道的作用,将热气流顺利导出壳体之外。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述围板1132的高度小于所述基板113与所述遮光板120之间的最小距离。有利于热气流进入所述遮光板120与所述通风板110之间。优选地,所述围板1132的高度范围在15mm至25mm之间,所述基板113与所述遮光板120之间的最小距离范围在25mm至35mm之间。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述围板1132围成的环形的尺寸大于所述遮光板120的尺寸。有利于热气流在所述遮光板120与所述通风板110之间的流动,从而导出壳体外。优选地,所述围板1132围成的环形形状与所述遮光板120的形状相似,只是大小不同。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述通风板110包括相互贴合的透气板111与基板113,所述透气板111上设置有第一排气口1111,所述基板113上设置有与所述第一排气口1111相对应的第二排气口11311121,所述基板113位于所述透气板111靠近所述遮光板120一侧,所述围板1132位于所述基板113上。由于所述透气板111的厚度一般较厚,而所述围板1132对厚度并无要求,所以如果直接在所述透气板111上设置所述围板1132,要么需要将所述透气板111与所述围板1132单独制作后,焊接组装到一起,要么需要在所述透气板111上机加工形成所述围板1132,工艺繁琐,成本较高;而额外设置一基板113,将所述围板1132设置在所述基板113上,则整体可以直接利用板材冲压折叠后形成,方便快捷。
优选地,所述透气板111、所述基板113均为金属材质。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述通风板110在所述遮光板120的投影区域之外设置有拉杆130,所述拉杆130的长度大于所述遮光板120与所述通风板110之间的最大距离,所述拉杆130末端设置有挡块131。所述拉杆130可以避免所述简易遮光排气装置100拆卸下来后掉落,起到一定的安全防护作用,通过抽拉、旋转所 述拉杆130即可实现光源腔200的出风口210的开闭,从而快速的更换光源。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述拉杆130与所述遮光板120位于所述通风板110同一侧。使整个所述简易遮光排气装置100的空间占用更小,安装更方便。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述通风板110包括相互贴合的透气板111与固定板112,所述透气板111上设置有第一排气口1111,所述固定板112上设置有与所述第一排气口1111相对应的第三排气口,所述基板113位于所述透气板111靠近所述遮光板120一侧,所述拉杆130与所述固定板112连接固定。由于所述透气板111上会设置螺孔,以将所述透气板111固定,所以单独设置所述固定板112以对所述拉杆130进行固定,可以避免将所述透气板111拆卸下来时,误拆所述拉杆130的固定螺钉132,导致所述通风板110掉落。
可选的,所述通风板110包括顺序贴合的透气板111、固定板112以及基板113,所述透气板111上设置有第一排气口1111,所述基板113及所述固定板112上分别设置有与所述第一排气口1111相对应的第二排气口1121、第三排气口1131,所述拉杆130与所述固定板112连接固定,所述基板113靠近所述遮光板120一侧具有环绕所述遮光板120设置的围板1132。由于所述透气板111上会设置螺孔,以将所述透气板111固定在所述光源腔200上,所以单独设置所述固定板112以对所述拉杆130进行固定,可以避免将所述透气板111自所述光源腔200上拆卸下来时,误拆所述拉杆130的固定螺钉132,导致所述通风板110掉落。优选地,所述透气板111、所述固定板112以及所述基板113均为金属材质。
优选地,所述透气板111、所述固定板112均为金属材质。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述透气板111覆盖所述固定板112与所述拉杆130的连接位置。将所述固定板112与所述拉杆130的连接位置隐藏起来,更好的避免被误拆。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一排气口1111包括多个并列的条形孔。避免所述第一排气口1111开口过大,导致杂物或者雨水从开口进入。
当所述通风板110包括相互贴合的透气板111与固定板112时,优选地,所述第二排气口11311121或所述第三排气口为一大的开口。
在本发明优选地实施例中,当所述通风板110包括顺序贴合的透气板111、固定 板112以及基板113时,所述第一排气口1111、所述第二排气口11311121中的一个包括多个并列的条形孔,而所述第三排气口为一大的开口。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述遮光板120与所述通风板110之间设置有支撑柱140,一螺丝141贯穿所述遮光板120、所述支撑柱140与所述通风板110连接。所述支撑柱140可以保证所述遮光板120与所述通风板110之间的距离,且所述螺丝141的螺帽位于所述光源腔200内部,看起来更加美观,也便于所述通风板110设置为多层式。
优选地,所述通风板110上设置有用于与螺丝141连接的连接柱1112。当所述通风板110包括顺序贴合的透气板111、固定板112以及基板113时,所述连接柱1112位于所述透气板111上,所述固定板112以及所述基板113对应所述连接柱1112设置有贯穿孔。
本发明还提供一种舞台灯,包括光源腔200以及上述任一种所述简易遮光排气装置100,所述光源腔200具有出风口210,所述通风板110盖设在所述出风口210上,所述遮光板120位于所述光源腔200内。
所述遮光板120位于所述光源腔200内,先使用所述遮光板120遮光,再通过盖设在所述出风口210上的所述通风板110进行通风,可以更好的避免光线外泄,同时不影响通风。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述通风板110靠近所述遮光板120一侧具有环绕所述遮光板120设置的围板1132,所述围板1132的外侧壁与所述光源腔200形成所述出风口210的环形侧壁相贴合。所述围板1132的设置可以避免热气流自所述通风板110与所述光源腔200之间的缝隙流出,进入舞台灯的壳体内部,导致舞台灯壳体内部的环境温度升高;并且所述围板1132的外侧壁与所述光源腔200形成所述出风口210的环形侧壁相贴合,这样在安装所述简易遮光排气装置100时,即使通风板110或者所述光源腔200制造的时候有凸起、不平,或者由于使用时的震动,导致两者无法紧密贴合,所述通风板110上移或者下移,所述围板1132都可以起到一定的导风通道的作用,将光源腔200内的热气流毫不泄露的导流出来,排出在舞台灯的壳体外。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,包括相对设置且相互间隔的通风板(110)与遮光板(120),所述通风板(110)上设置有通风口(114),所述通风口(114)由所述通风板(110)冲切形成,所述遮光板(120)在所述通风板(110)上的垂直投影覆盖所述通风口(114)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述通风板(110)靠近所述遮光板(120)一侧具有环绕所述遮光板(120)设置的围板(1132)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述围板(1132)的高度小于所述基板(113)与所述遮光板(120)之间的最小距离。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述围板(1132)围成的环形的尺寸大于所述遮光板(120)的尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述通风板(110)包括相互贴合的透气板(111)与基板(113),所述透气板(111)上设置有第一排气口(1111),所述基板(113)上设置有与所述第一排气口(1111)相对应的第二排气口(1131)(1121),所述基板(113)位于所述透气板(111)靠近所述遮光板(120)一侧,所述围板(1132)位于所述基板(113)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述通风板(110)在所述遮光板(120)的投影区域之外设置有拉杆(130),所述拉杆(130)的长度大于所述遮光板(120)与所述通风板(110)之间的最大距离,所述拉杆(130)末端设置有挡块(131)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述拉杆(130)与所述遮光板(120)位于所述通风板(110)同一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述通风 板(110)包括相互贴合的透气板(111)与固定板(112),所述透气板(111)上设置有第一排气口(1111),所述固定板(112)上设置有与所述第一排气口(1111)相对应的第三排气口,所述基板(113)位于所述透气板(111)靠近所述遮光板(120)一侧,所述拉杆(130)与所述固定板(112)连接固定。
  9. 根据权利要求5或8所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述第一排气口(1111)包括多个并列的条形孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1、5或8所述的简易遮光排气装置,其特征在于,所述遮光板(120)与所述通风板(110)之间设置有支撑柱(140),一螺丝(141)贯穿所述遮光板(120)、所述支撑柱(140)与所述通风板(110)连接。
  11. 一种舞台灯,其特征在于,包括光源腔(200)以及权利要求1-10任一项所述简易遮光排气装置(100),所述光源腔(200)具有出风口(210),所述通风板(110)盖设在所述出风口(210)上,所述遮光板(120)位于所述光源腔(200)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有简易遮光排气装置的舞台灯,其特征在于,所述通风板(110)靠近所述遮光板(120)一侧具有环绕所述遮光板(120)设置的围板(1132),所述围板(1132)的外侧壁与所述光源腔(200)形成所述出风口(210)的环形侧壁相贴合。
