本申请要求于2018年01月30日提交中国专利局的申请号为CN201820159055.0、名称为“一种LED灯的灯头连接结构”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯领域,尤其是涉及一种LED灯的灯头连接结构及LED灯。
背景技术
LED灯包括灯头1、外壳3和灯板5,灯板5设于外壳3内,灯头1与外壳3连为一体。目前市场上有一种LED灯,如图1-2所示,该LED灯包括灯头1、外壳3、灯板5和连接件2,外壳3上设有连接孔31,连接件2从外壳3外侧穿入连接孔31内,且连接件2上设有台阶抵靠于连接孔31的外侧,位于外壳3内的连接件2上设有螺纹孔21,灯板5在外壳3内抵靠于连接件2的端部以及外壳3侧壁并通过螺丝7拧入螺纹孔21内与连接件2锁紧于一体,通过上下卡紧使连接件2固定在外壳3上,灯头1螺纹连接在位于外壳3外侧的连接件2上。这种LED灯的灯头连接结构安装和拆卸时不够方便,且这种连接件2上需要打螺纹孔21,加工螺纹孔21时容易出现不规则的螺纹孔21,造成连接件2报废,从而使得LED灯的制作成本高。
发明内容
本申请的目的之一在于提供一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,安装和拆卸方便。
本申请采用的技术方案如下:
一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,包括外壳、灯头和连接件,所述外壳上设有连接孔,所述连接孔的内侧设有卡阶,所述连接件上凸设有卡条,所述连接件从所述外壳内经所述连接孔穿出所述外壳外,所述卡条抵靠于所述卡阶上,所述灯头设于位于外壳外侧的所述连接件上。
进一步地,所述连接孔内设有定位槽,所述卡条一侧设有定位条,所述定位条嵌入所述定位槽内。
进一步地,所述卡条的另一侧设有加强条。
进一步地,所述外壳外侧的所述连接件上设有第一螺纹,所述灯头上设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设有第二螺纹,所述灯头套设于所述连接件上,所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹配合。
进一步地,还包括绝缘圈,所述绝缘圈套设于所述外壳外的所述连接件上,且介于所述外壳与所述灯头之间。
进一步地,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈套设于所述外壳外的所述连接件上,且介于所述外壳与所述绝缘圈之间。
进一步地,所述灯头顶紧于所述外壳。

请参照图3-8所示,本申请的实施例公开一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,包括外壳3、灯头1和连接件2。所述外壳3上设有连接孔31,所述连接孔31的内侧设有卡阶32。所述连接件2上凸设有卡条22,所述连接件2从所述外壳3内经所述连接孔31穿出所述外壳3外,所述卡条22抵靠于所述卡阶32上,所述灯头1设于位于外壳3外侧的所述连接件2上。在本申请的可选实施例中,如图3和图5所示,外壳3为回转体,外壳3基本呈喇叭状结构。沿外壳3的轴向(中心线方向),外壳3具有大尺寸端和小尺寸端。外壳3的大尺寸端可以安装灯板5及灯罩6。卡阶32连接于小尺寸端的内壁或者端面。卡阶32可以与外壳3的小尺寸端一体成型。
在本申请的可选实施例中,连接件2基本呈圆管状结构,连接件2包括相互连接的第一段和第二段,第一段的外径大于第二段的外径,第二段的外周面设置有外螺纹(即第一螺纹25)。卡条22凸设于连接件2的外周壁,卡条22基本沿连接件2的圆周方向延伸。
卡阶32基本呈圆环状结构,卡阶32的内径等于或者略大于连接件2的第一段的外径,第二段(包括螺纹)的外径小于卡阶32的内径,卡阶32的外表面对应的外径大于卡阶32的内径。卡阶32相当于凸设于外壳3的内周壁,卡阶32具有面向外壳3的大尺寸端的第一止挡面,第一止挡面可以垂直于外壳3的中心线。连接件2具有面向第二段的第二止挡面,第二止挡面可以垂直于连接件2的中心线。当连接件2可以从外壳3的大尺寸端装入外壳3,连接件2的第二段可以通过卡阶32限定的孔,而连接件2可抵靠于卡阶32,进一步地,第一止挡面与第二止挡面抵持。
所述连接孔31内设有定位槽33,所述卡条22一侧设有定位条23,所述定位条23嵌入所述定位槽33内。通过定位槽33与所述定位条23的配合,使连接件2在所述连接孔31中无法转动,为后续连接安装灯头1时提供便利性,防止在拧紧灯头1时连接件2发生转动,带来安装和拆卸的麻烦。
进一步地,在本申请的可选实施例中,如图5所示,定位槽33可由卡阶32的内周面凹陷形成,而且定位槽33至少具有贯穿卡阶32的面向大尺寸端的端面的开口,在图5所示的实施方式中,定位槽33贯穿了卡阶32的两个端面并相当于形成了缺口,所谓的端面是指垂直于卡阶32的中心线的面。定位槽33的数量至少为一个,在图5所示的实施方式中设置了三个定位槽33,并且三个定位槽33可以沿卡阶32的圆周方向均匀布置。
如图6所示,定位条23由卡条22的面向第二段的端朝第二段延伸。定位条23的数量与定位槽33的数量相同,并且定位条23沿连接件2的圆周方向均匀布置,定位条23与所对应的定位槽33形状大小匹配,以使定位条23可以卡入对应的定位槽33。
所述卡条22的另一侧设有加强条24。加强条24的作用是增加卡条22的牢固性,防止卡条22的断裂或崩塌。即加强条24由卡条22朝向背离第二段的方向延伸。加强条24同时与连接件2的外周面及卡条22连接。加强条24至少能够帮助卡条22分散沿连接件2轴向的力,进而防止卡条22的断裂或崩塌。每一个卡条22对应设置一个定位条23和两个加强条24,定位条23和加强条24分别位于卡条22的相对两侧。两个加强条24分别靠近卡条22的两端,定位条23靠近卡条22的中部。
连接件2安装于外壳3后,第一止挡面与第二止挡面接触时,由于连接件2的第二段可以穿过卡阶32,所以连接件2的第二段位于外壳的外侧,所述外壳3外侧的所述连接件2(即连接件2的第二段)上设有第一螺纹25。所述灯头1上设有安装孔11,所述安装孔11内设有第二螺纹12,所述灯头1套设于所述连接件2上,所述第一螺纹25与所述第二螺纹12配合。
当灯头1与连接件2连接后,卡阶32被夹持在灯头1与连接件2之间,进而灯头1、连接件2及外壳3实现连接。
还包括绝缘圈8,所述绝缘圈8套设于所述外壳3外的所述连接件2上,且介于所述外壳3与所述灯头1之间。绝缘圈8可增加灯头1与外壳3之间的绝缘性,防止漏电。
还包括密封圈9,所述密封圈9套设于所述外壳3外的所述连接件2上,且介于所述外壳3与所述绝缘圈8之间。密封圈9可增加连接结构的密封性,防止外界液体从连接孔31进入外壳3内。
所述灯头1顶紧于所述外壳3。连接件2内侧由卡条22顶靠于卡阶32上,防止连接件2掉出外壳3外,连接件2外侧由灯头1顶紧于外壳3,防止连接件2掉入外壳3内。
本申请实施例还提供了一种LED灯,包括上述的任一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,还包括灯板5、电路板4和灯罩6,所述灯板5以及所述电路板4设于所述外壳3内,所述灯罩6设于所述外壳3上。
综上所述,本申请的LED灯的灯头连接结构,连接件2只需从外壳3内穿出外壳3外,利用连接件2上的卡条22卡在卡阶31上防止连接件2从外壳3内掉出,灯头1连接在外壳3外侧的连接件2上,因此这种LED灯的灯头连接结构安装和拆卸都非常方便,且连接件取消了现有连接件需要加工螺纹孔21的工艺步骤,提高了连接件2制作的成品率,从而有助于降低LED灯的制作成本。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本申请的LED灯的灯头连接结构,安装和拆卸都非常方便,且连接件取消了现有连接件需要加工螺纹孔的工艺步骤,提高了连接件制作的成品率,从而有助于降低LED灯的制作成本。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,包括外壳(3)、灯头(1)和连接件(2),所述外壳(3)上设有连接孔(31),所述连接孔(31)的内侧设有卡阶(32),所述连接件(2)上凸设有卡条(22),所述连接件(2)从所述外壳(3)内经所述连接孔(31)穿出所述外壳(3)外,所述卡条(22)抵靠于所述卡阶(32)上,所述灯头(1)设于位于外壳(3)外侧的所述连接件(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接孔(31)内设有定位槽(33),所述卡条(22)一侧设有定位条(23),所述定位条(23)嵌入所述定位槽(33)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡条(22)的另一侧设有加强条(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)外侧的所述连接件(2)上设有第一螺纹(25),所述灯头(1)上设有安装孔(11),所述安装孔(11)内设有第二螺纹(12),所述灯头(1)套设于所述连接件(2)上,所述第一螺纹(25)与所述第二螺纹(12)配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,还包括绝缘圈(8),所述绝缘圈(8)套设于所述外壳(3)外的所述连接件(2)上,且介于所述外壳(3)与所述灯头(1)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,还包括密封圈(9),所述密封圈(9)套设于所述外壳(3)外的所述连接件(2)上,且介于所述外壳(3)与所述绝缘圈(8)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述灯头(1)顶紧于所述外壳(3)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,还包括灯板(5)、电路板(4)和灯罩(6),所述灯板(5)以及所述电路板(4)设于所述外壳(3)内,所述灯罩(6)设于所述外壳(3)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接件基本呈圆管状结构,连接件包括相互连接的第一段和第二段,所述第二段的外周面设置有外螺纹,所述第一段的外径大于所述第二段的外径,所述卡阶基本呈圆环状结构,所述卡阶的内径等于或者略大于所述第一段的外径,所述第二段的外径小于卡阶的内径, 所述卡阶的外表面对应的外径大于卡阶的内径。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡条凸设于所述连接件的第一段的外周壁。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡条基本沿所述连接件的圆周方向延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述外壳具有大尺寸端和小尺寸端,所述卡阶具有面向所述外壳的大尺寸端的第一止挡面,所述第一止挡面基本垂直于所述外壳的中心线。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述连接件具有面向第二段的第二止挡面,所述第二止挡面基本垂直于所述连接件的中心线。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述定位槽由卡阶的内周面凹陷形成,而且所述定位槽至少具有贯穿所述卡阶的面向大尺寸端的端面的开口。
  15. 根据权利要求1至14任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,定位条由卡条的面向第二段的端朝第二段延伸。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述加强条由所述卡条朝向背离第二段的方向延伸。
  17. 根据权利要求1至16任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,所述加强条同时与所述连接件的外周面及所述卡条连接。
  18. 根据权利要求1至17任意一项所述的一种LED灯的灯头连接结构,其特征在于,每个所述卡条对应设置一个所述定位条和两个所述加强条,两个所述加强条分别靠近卡条的两端,所述定位条靠近卡条的中部。
  19. 一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括灯板、灯罩及根据权利要求1至18任意一项所述的LED灯的灯头连接结构。
