Description
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其指一种快装光源模组及灯具。
光源模组是灯具的重要组成部件,现有技术中光源模组包括电学部件和光学部件,其中,电学部件包括电路板和光源板。组装方式是:先将光源板的散热面贴装于电路板上,使用螺钉将光源板与电路板进行固定,再通过螺钉将光学部件安装于电路板上,并罩设于光源板的外部。现有技术的光源模组的组装工作复杂、工序多、工时长。
同时,现有技术的光源板的散热面贴装于电路板上,散热能力较差,对于大功率的光源模组,散热能力不足容易引起光源板中的LED损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快装光源模组及灯具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种快装光源模组,包括:光学部件、光源板和电路板,所述光学部件的边缘或者入光面设有至少两个沿所述光学部件的周向排列且向所述入光面朝向方向凸出的第一卡扣元件,所述第一卡扣元件的侧部自其外表面向内凹陷设有电路板卡槽;所述电路板设有第一卡扣孔;所述第一卡扣元件插入所述第一卡扣孔中且所述电路板卡入所述电路板卡槽中,所述光源板设于所述光学部件与所述电路板之间,所述光源板朝向所述光学部件的入光面的一面设有光源。
其中,所述电路板设有散热孔,所述散热孔与所述光源板相对应。
其中,所述光学部件的边缘或者入光面还设有多个沿所述光学部件周向排列且向所述入光面朝向方向凸出的第二卡扣元件。
其中,所述电路板设有供所述第二卡扣元件穿过的光学部件防呆孔。
其中,所述第二卡扣元件的侧部设有自其外表面向内凹陷的光源板卡槽。

本发明的快装光源模组具有组装工作简单、工序少、工时短的优点,可以提高产线工人的工作效率。
本发明的快装光源模组的电路板设有散热孔,具有较好的散热能力,降低光源因过热的损坏风险,可以制作较大功率的光源模组。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的较佳实施例的一种,请参照图1所示,本发明公开了一种快装光源模组,包括:光学部件100、光源板200和电路板300。电路板300设有电路、光源驱动和接线端子等电学元件3001。光学部件100的边缘设有至少两个沿光学部件100的周向排列且向入光面1001朝向方向凸出的第一卡扣元件101,第一卡扣元件101与光学部件100的入光面1001呈角度设置。如图1所示,本实施例中,第一卡扣元件101设于光学部件100的边缘,且与光学部件100的入光面1001呈90°角,第一卡扣元件101为两个,两个第一卡扣元件101在光学部件100的周向上呈180°布置。在其他实施例中,第一卡扣元件101从光学部件100的入光面1001向入光面1001朝向方向凸出设置,特别优选从光学部件100的入光面1001的边缘向入光面1001朝向方向凸出。第一卡扣元件101的侧部自其外表面向内凹陷设有电路板卡槽1011,电路板卡槽1011用于与电路板300卡接将电路板300夹持于电路板卡槽1011内。电路板300设有第一卡扣孔301a,第一卡扣孔301a用于供第一卡扣元件101穿过并使电路板300与第一卡扣元件101的电路板卡槽1011卡接。如图1所示,电路板300、光源板200和光学部件100依次设置,第一卡扣元件101插入第一卡扣孔301a中且电路板300卡入电路板卡槽1011中,光源板200设于光学部件 100的入光面1001与电路板300之间,光源板200朝向光学部件100的入光面1001的一面设有光源201,光源201优选为LED光源。如图1所示,本实施例中,光源板200优选采用陶瓷制成,光源201设于光源板200中部。如图1所示,电路板300、光源板200和光学部件100从下至上依次设置,光源板200的光源201朝上,光学部件100的第一卡扣元件101插入第一卡扣孔301a中,电路板卡槽1011与电路板300卡接,即第一卡扣元件101与第一卡扣孔301a的边缘形成卡扣连接,使光源板200被夹持于光学部件100的入光面1001与电路板300之间,电路板300、光源板200和光学部件100形成一体结构的光源模组,再将光源201与电路板300的电学元件之间的电路通过电源线连通,即组装完成光源模组。光源模组通电后,光源板200的光源201发出的光从光学部件100的入光面1001射入,经过光学部件100的光路处理后从光学部件100的出光面1002射出。光源201的数量为一个或者多个,当光源201为多个时,多个光源201阵列排布或者环形排布,如图2所示,本实施例中,多个光源201呈阵列排布。需要说明的是,本发明所述的“入光面朝向方向”是指由入光面向外的方向,即如图1所示,入光面朝下设置,其入光面朝向方向为向下方向。
本发明的快装光源模组在组装时,将光源板200放置在电路板300上,将光学部件100的第一卡扣元件101从上至下插入第一卡扣孔301a中,在第一卡扣元件101插入第一卡扣孔301a时发生形变,当插入到位后电路板300与电路板卡槽1011形成卡扣连接结构,使光源板200被夹持于光学部件100的入光面1001与电路板300之间,即电路板300、光源板200和光学部件100形成一体结构的光源模组,本发明的快装光源模组具有组装工作简单、工序少、工时短的优点,可以提高产线工人的工作效率。
作为一种优选的方案,本实施例中,电路板300设有散热孔301b,散热孔301b与光源板200相对应。一般的,光源201设于光源板200的中部,散热孔301b与光源201的位置相对应设置。光源201发光时产生的热量从散热 孔301b散发,提高光源模组的散热能力,降低光源因过热的损坏风险,适用于制作较大功率的光源模组。
作为一种优选的方案,如图1所示,本实施例中,光学部件100的入光面1001还设有多个沿光学部件100周向排列且向入光面1001朝向方向凸出的第二卡扣元件102。多个第二卡扣元件102共同夹持光源板200,对光源板200进行定位夹持。如图2所示,本实施例中,第二卡扣元件102的数量为两个,两个第二卡扣元件102沿周向呈180°布置,第二卡扣元件102由光学部件100的入光面1001微向外延伸。两个第二卡扣元件102的连接线与两个第一卡扣元件101的连接线呈垂直布置。在组装的过程中,光源板200放置在电路板300上,用力挤压光学部件100,第一卡扣元件101插入第一卡扣孔301a时,光源板200克服第二卡扣元件102的弹性力嵌入第二卡扣元件102围成的空间中,并由第二卡扣元件102夹持固定。或者在组装时,先将光源板200压入第二卡扣元件102围成的空间中,再将第一卡扣元件101插入第一卡扣孔301a中。第二卡扣元件102夹持光源板200,使得光源模组结构的光源板200更加稳定可靠,降低光源板200的光源201损坏风险。进一步的,为了更好的夹持和定位光源板200,第二卡扣元件102的侧部设有自其外表面向内凹陷的光源板卡槽(图未示出)。
作为一种优选,电路板300设有供第二卡扣元件102穿过的光学部件防呆孔302,在组装后,第二卡扣元件102插入光学部件防呆孔302中,对光学部件100起到了定位和防呆作用。
进一步的,如图1所示,在第一卡扣元件101的远离光学部件100入光面1001的一端设有导入斜面105。第一卡扣元件101从光学部件100的边缘向外凸起延伸,其远离光学部件入光面1001的一端为自由端,自由端用于插入第一卡扣孔301a中,在第一卡扣元件101的自由端设置导入斜面105,方便于安装时第一卡扣元件101导入第一卡扣孔301a中。
进一步的,如图1所示,第一卡扣元件101的外侧部设有电路板压片部 106,电路板压片部106设于电路板卡槽1011与光学部件100之间,设置电路板压片部106实现限位作用,在组装过程,防止光学部件100的入光面1001挤压到光源板200的光源201,避免光源被损坏,保证成品率。
进一步的,如图1所示,第一卡扣元件101设有安装通孔104,安装通孔104自从光学部件100的出光面1002向入光面1001凹陷并贯穿第一卡扣元件101。在光源模组安装于灯具的灯具支架时,使用螺钉从光学部件100的出光面1002穿过安装通孔104与灯具支架连接,形成稳固的连接结构。
进一步的,如图1所示,光学部件100的出光面1002设有凸台103。凸台103起聚光、扩散作用,使得光源发出的光线通过光学部件100的光线传播实现用户所需要的效果。
进一步的,如图1所示,电路板300的边缘设有线缆槽303。线缆槽303为从电路板300边缘开设的U型槽,用于收纳电源线。
上述实施例中,第一卡扣元件101和第二卡扣元件102均为两个,需要说明的是,第一卡扣元件101和第二卡扣元件102也可以设置三个、四个、六个。一般的,第一卡扣元件101和第二卡扣元件102采用三个的实施方式是最稳定可靠的结构,对于产品的质量要求较高,功率较大的光源模组,可以将第一卡扣元件101和第二卡扣元件102设置为三个,且沿光学部件100的入光面1001均匀沿周向排列。
上述优选实施例中,散热孔和第一卡扣孔分别设置,需要在电路板上加工出多个孔分别作为散热孔和第一卡扣孔。作为另一种优选的实施方式,本实施例与上述优选实施例基本相同,不同之处在于:
如图2所示,本实施例中,在电路板300上设置一体孔301既作为散热孔,又作为第一卡扣孔。需要说明的是,本实施例中,一体孔大致呈圆形,在其他实施例中一体孔还可以是多边形孔或者不规则孔。本实施例中散热孔与第一卡扣孔连成一体孔301。散热孔和第一卡扣孔形成一体孔301,一体孔301的面积较大,光源板200的大部分面积直接接触空气,扩大散热面积,提高散热效 果。电路板卡槽1011设于第一卡扣元件101的外侧,第一卡扣元件101与一体孔301的边缘配合形成卡扣连接。
进一步的,本实施例中,如图2所示,第二卡扣元件102由光学部件100的边缘向入光面朝向方向凸出且微向外侧倾斜延伸,呈大致为L形。在第二卡扣元件102的内侧壁还设有限位凸起。光学部件防呆孔302在一体孔301的边缘自内向外凹陷形成。
进一步的,本实施例中,光源板200和一体孔301均呈圆形,光源板200的直径大于一体孔301的直径,自光源板200的边缘向内凹陷设有供第一卡扣元件101穿过的卡柱让位槽202,即在光源板200的边缘设置U型槽,用于供第一卡扣元件101穿过。在组装时,产线上的操作人员可以快速找到组装的正确位置,以快速完成组装。
本实施例中,设置一体孔301,将散热孔与第一卡扣孔之间的电路板300挖除,形成一体孔301,使得电路板300的机加工较为容易,能够提高生产效率。在光源板200上设有卡柱让位槽202,一方面具有防呆的作用,另一方面具有定位作用,避免光源板200偏移。由于采用一体孔的设置,使得光学部件100与电路板300之间在转动自由度上不受限制,在电路板300上设有光学部件防呆孔302,第二卡扣元件102插入光学部件防呆孔302中,一方面具有防呆作用,另一方面具有定位作用。
本发明还公开一种灯具,该灯具包括上述实施例所述的快装光源模组。本领域技术人员能够理解,灯具还需要包括电器盒、反射器、防尘盖等。为了清楚说明灯具,如图3所示,本文件说明一种符合本发明的灯具的一种较佳实施例,其包括光学部件100、光源板200、电路板300、电器盒400、灯体500、电源线600、前环700、防尘盖800和反射器900,其中,光学部件100、光源板200和电路板300组装为前述的快装光学模组,灯体500置于电器盒400内,快装光学模组从电器盒400的前端装入电器盒400内,且通过螺钉安装于灯体500上,电源线600将快装光源模组与外部电源电连接,反射器900从电器盒 400的前端嵌入,防尘盖800通过前环700安装于电器盒400的前端,以封闭电器盒400的内部。在其他实施例中,灯具不限于筒灯,还可以是舞台灯、射灯等。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (13)
- 一种快装光源模组,包括:光学部件、光源板和电路板,其中:所述光学部件的边缘或者入光面设有至少两个沿所述光学部件的周向排列且向所述入光面朝向方向凸出的第一卡扣元件,所述第一卡扣元件的侧部自其外表面向内凹陷设有电路板卡槽;所述电路板设有第一卡扣孔;所述第一卡扣元件插入所述第一卡扣孔中且所述电路板卡入所述电路板卡槽中,所述光源板设于所述光学部件与所述电路板之间,所述光源板朝向所述光学部件的入光面的一面设有光源。
- 如权利要求1所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述电路板设有散热孔,所述散热孔与所述光源板相对应。
- 如权利要求2所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述光学部件的边缘或者入光面还设有多个沿所述光学部件周向排列且向所述入光面朝向方向凸出的第二卡扣元件。
- 如权利要求3所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述电路板设有供所述第二卡扣元件穿过的光学部件防呆孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述第二卡扣元件的侧部设有自其外表面向内凹陷的光源板卡槽。
- 如权利要求2所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述散热孔和所述第一卡扣孔连成一体孔,所述电路板卡槽设于所述第一卡扣元件的外侧部。
- 如权利要求6所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述光源板和所述一体孔均呈圆形,所述光源板的直径大于所述一体孔的直径,自所述光源板的边缘向内凹陷设有供所述第一卡扣元件穿过的卡柱让位槽。
- 如权利要求6所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述第一卡扣元件的外侧部向外凸出设有电路板压片部,所述电路板压片部位于所述电路板卡槽与所述光学部件之间。
- 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述第一卡扣元件的远离所述入光面的一端设有导入斜面。
- 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述第一卡扣元件设有安装通孔,所述安装通孔自所述光学部件的出光面向所述入光面凹陷并贯穿所述第一卡扣元件。
- 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述光学部件的出光面设有凸台。
- 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的快装光源模组,其中:所述电路板的边缘设有线缆槽。
- 一种灯具,其中:包括权利要求1至12任一项所述的快装光源模组。
