上述的显示装置10,由于在面罩200的面罩连接孔211的两边设置了第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230,在将底壳100与面罩200连接时,固定柱120卡设于第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230之间,即使当底壳100变形时,在第一限位筋220和第二限位筋230对固定柱120限位的作用下,可以实现面罩连接孔211与固定连接孔121的精准配合,即实现面罩200在底壳100上的精准定位,从而能够确保面罩200与位于底壳100和面罩200之间的显示模组精确对位,进而确保显示效果。
为了提升固定柱120与面罩200的连接稳固程度,在其中一个实施例中,所述固定柱120的远离所述底壳安装面110的一端的端面与所述面罩安装面210 抵接。这样固定柱120的端面与面罩安装面210接触,不仅使得固定柱120的更多部分卡设于第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230之间,从而提升了第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230对固定柱120的固定效果,而且固定连接孔121与面罩连接孔211直接连通,使得连接件更加稳固地连接固定柱120与面罩200。
在其中一个实施例中,所述面罩200的所述面罩连接孔211的两边分别设置所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230,即所述面罩连接孔211开设于所述面罩安装面210的位置位于所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230之间,即所述面罩连接孔211开设于所述面罩安装面210的位置位于所述第一限位筋220在所述面罩安装面210的投影与所述第二限位筋230在所述面罩安装面210的投影之间,即所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230分别位于所述面罩连接孔211的两侧。这样固定柱120的固定连接孔121与面罩200的面罩连接孔211连通时,使得固定柱120被面罩连接孔211的外部边缘的两侧的第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230卡住。
为了能够卡设固定柱120,在其中一个实施例中,如图8所示,所述第一限位筋220具有第一抵持面221,所述第二限位筋230具有与所述第一抵持面221相对的第二抵持面(图未示),所述固定柱120分别与所述第一抵持面221及所述第二抵持面抵接,通过第一抵持面221与第二抵持面分别于固定柱120的两侧抵接固定柱120,可以将固定柱120卡在第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230之间。在本实施例中,所述第一抵持面221与所述第二抵持面平行。
为了便于装配固定柱120,在其中一个实施例中,所述第一抵持面221的远离所述面罩安装面210的一端设有第一倒角,所述第二抵持面的远离所述面罩安装面210的一端设有第二倒角,由于第一限位筋220的第一抵持面221与第二限位筋230的第二抵持面分别设有倒角,因此,第一限位筋220的远离面罩安装面210的那端与第二限位筋230的远离面罩安装面210的那端之间的距离最大,因此便于固定柱120逐渐插入第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230之间,即便于装配固定柱120。
为了便于装配固定柱120,在其中一个实施例中,如图8所示,所述第一限位筋220具有第一倾斜面222,所述第一倾斜面222与所述第一抵持面221的远 离所述面罩安装面210的一端连接,所述第一倾斜面222朝远离所述面罩安装面210的方向逐渐向外侧倾斜;所述第二限位筋230具有第二倾斜面(图未示),所述第二倾斜面与所述第二抵持面的远离所述面罩安装面210的一端连接,所述第二倾斜面朝远离所述面罩安装面210的方向逐渐向外侧倾斜。第一限位筋220的远离面罩安装面210的那端与第二限位筋230的远离面罩安装面210的那端之间的距离最大,因此便于固定柱120逐渐插入第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230之间,即便于装配固定柱120。
为了提升限位筋对固定柱120的固定效果,在其中一个实施例中,所述固定柱120具有相背的第一抵接侧面和第二抵接侧面,所述第一抵持面221与所述第一抵接侧面抵接,所述第二抵持面与所述第二抵接侧面抵接,所述第一抵持面221、所述第一抵接侧面、所述第二抵持面及所述第一抵接侧面均为平面。限位筋的抵持面设置成平面,这样便于制造限位筋,同时固定柱120的抵接侧面为平面时,限位筋与固定柱120的抵持面积较大,限位筋对固定柱120的固定效果较好。在另一实施中,在其他实施例中,所述第一抵持面221、所述第一抵接侧面、所述第二抵持面及所述第一抵接侧面中至少一个为圆弧面。。
为了提升对固定柱120的限位固定效果,在其中一个实施例中,如图6和图8所示,所述面罩安装面210开设有安装槽212,所述面罩连接孔211开设于所述安装槽212的底部,所述面罩连接孔211与所述安装槽212连通,所述固定柱120的远离所述底壳安装面110的一端容置于所述安装槽212内;如图8所示,所述安装槽212具有相对的第一侧壁213和第二侧壁(图未示),所述第一抵持面221与所述第一侧壁213共面,所述第二抵持面与所述第二侧壁共面。这样除了第一限位筋220的第一抵持面221和第二限位筋230的第二抵持面分别与固定柱120抵接,安装槽212的第一侧壁213和第二侧壁也分别与固定柱120抵接,这样增加了固定柱120被抵持的面积,即提升了对固定柱120的限位固定效果。在其中一个实施例中,所述固定柱120适配插设于所述安装槽212内,即所述安装槽212的侧壁均与所述固定柱120抵接,这样在第一限位筋220、第二限位筋230、第一侧壁213及第二侧壁起主要的抵接限位作用的情况下,再配合安装槽212的其他侧壁对固定柱120抵接,如此进一步提升了对固定柱120 的限位固定效果。
为了便于拆装面罩200和固定柱120同时保证面罩200在底壳100上的定位精度,在其中一个实施例中,所述固定连接孔121和所述面罩连接孔211的内壁分别设有内螺纹,所述连接件设有外螺纹,所述连接件的外螺纹分别与所述面罩连接孔211的内螺纹及所述固定连接孔121的内螺纹配合。通过螺纹连接便于拆装面罩200和固定柱120,同时又保证了面罩200在底壳100上的定位精度。
为了提升面罩200的定位精度,在其中一个实施例中,所述固定柱120、所述固定连接孔121、所述面罩连接孔211、所述第一限位筋220及所述第二限位筋230的数目均为多个,多个固定连接孔121与多个所述面罩连接孔211一一对应连通,每一所述固定柱120卡设于一对所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230之间。在本实施例中,多个所述固定柱120间隔均匀分布于所述底壳安装面110,多个所述面罩连接孔211间隔均匀分布于所述面罩安装面210。通过设置多个均匀间隔分布的面罩连接孔211及固定柱120,而且多个第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230对多个固定柱120卡设,提升了面罩200的定位精度,提升了面罩200与底壳100的连接稳固程度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述面罩安装面210凸设有多个第三限位筋,所述面罩连接孔211位于多个所述第三限位筋之间,所述固定柱120卡设于多个所述第三限位筋之间。这样,在第一限位筋220和第二限位筋230的基础上增加了多个第三限位筋,使得固定柱120的侧面全部被限位筋抵接,进一步提升了对固定柱120的限位固定效果。
为了进一步提升面罩200在底壳100上的定位精度,在其中一个实施例中,如图5所示,所述面罩连接孔211的数目至少为四个,至少两个所述面罩连接孔211位于所述面罩安装面210的横向中心线215的附近,至少两个所述面罩连接孔211位于所述面罩安装面210的纵向中心线216的附近,所述面罩安装面210的横向中心线215和纵向中心线216相互垂直。在本实施例中,所述底壳安装面110上设有至少四个所述固定柱120,至少四个所述固定柱120与至少四个所述面罩连接孔211一一对应。在其中一个实施例中,位于所述面罩安装 面210的横向中心线215附近的所述面罩连接孔211的两侧的第一限位筋220的第一抵持面221和所述第二限位筋230的第二抵持面分别与所述面罩安装面210的横向中心线215平行。在其中一个实施例中,位于所述面罩安装面210的纵向中心线216附近的所述面罩连接孔211的两侧的第一限位筋220的第一抵持面221和所述第二限位筋230的第二抵持面分别与所述面罩安装面210的横向中心线215平行。这样在面罩安装面210的横向中心线215附近和纵向中心线216附近分布有面罩连接孔211,而且横向中心线215附近的限位筋的抵持面与横向中心线215平行,纵向中心线216附近的限位筋的抵持面与纵向中心线216平行,因此限位筋可以在面罩安装面210的横向中心线215方向和纵向中心线216方向对底壳100的固定柱120限位固定,这样大大提升了面罩200在底壳100上的定位精度。在其中一个实施例中,至少两个所述面罩连接孔211的中心位于所述面罩安装面210的横向中心线215上,至少两个所述面罩连接孔211的中心位于所述面罩安装面210的纵向中心线216上。
在其中一个实施例中,如图5所示,所述面罩200设有多对所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230,至少一对所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230沿着竖直方向延伸,至少一对所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230沿着水平方向延伸。所述竖直方向与所述水平方向垂直。在本实施例中,所述竖直方向与所述纵向中心线216的延伸方向平行,所述水平方向与所述横向中心线215的延伸方向平行。这样,在面罩安装面210的水平方向和竖直方向上分别分布有面罩连接孔211,而且水平方向的限位筋的抵持面与水平方向平行,竖直方向的限位筋的抵持面与竖直方向平行,因此限位筋可以在面罩安装面210的水平方向和竖直方向对底壳100的固定柱120限位固定,这样大大提升了面罩200在底壳100上的定位精度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底壳安装面110还设有安装柱,所述安装柱的远离所述底壳安装面110的一端的端面开设有安装孔,所述面罩安装面210开设有装配孔,所述装配孔与所述安装孔连通,所述显示装置10还包括安装件,所述安装件依次穿设于所述装配孔内及所述安装孔内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述固定柱120的高度大于所述安装柱的高度。由 于固定柱120需要部分插设安装槽212内,而安装柱没有,因此固定柱120的高度大于安装柱的高度,能够保证面罩安装面210与底壳安装面110平行,即保证了安装在底壳100上的面罩200的平整度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述固定柱120为圆柱体状,所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230之间的距离大于或等于所述固定柱120的直径。在其中一个实施例中,所述第一限位筋220与所述第二限位筋230之间的距离大于所述固定柱120的直径,即所述第一限位筋220及所述第二限位筋230中的至少一个与所述固定柱120之间具有间隙,这样可以补偿误差,也可以防止固定柱120或限位筋受热膨胀影响固定柱120与限位筋之间的配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述显示装置10包括多个所述面罩200,多个所述连接件与多个所述面罩连接孔211及多个所述固定连接孔121配合,使得多个所述面罩200定位于所述底壳100上。在其中一个实施例中,多个所述面罩200呈矩阵排列于所述底壳100上。
本申请的另一方面提供一种显示屏装置,包括如上述任一实施例所述的显示装置10。在本实施中,所述显示屏装置还包括显示模组,所述显示模组位于所述面罩200与所述底壳100连接形成的空间中。
上述的显示屏装置10,由于在显示装置10的面罩200的面罩连接孔211的两边设置了第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230,在将显示装置10的底壳100与面罩200连接时,固定柱120卡设于第一限位筋220与第二限位筋230之间,即使当底壳100变形时,在第一限位筋220和第二限位筋230对固定柱120限位的作用下,可以实现面罩连接孔211与固定连接孔121的精准配合,即实现面罩200在底壳100上的精准定位,从而能够确保面罩200与位于底壳100和面罩200之间的显示模组精确对位,进而确保显示效果。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普 通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括:
    底壳,所述底壳具有底壳安装面,所述底壳安装面凸设有固定柱,所述固定柱的远离所述底壳安装面的一端开设有固定连接孔;以及
    面罩,所述面罩具有面罩安装面,所述面罩安装面与所述底壳安装面相对;所述面罩安装面开设有面罩连接孔,所述固定连接孔与所述面罩连接孔连通;
    其中,所述面罩安装面凸设有相对的第一限位筋和第二限位筋,所述固定柱卡设于所述第一限位筋与所述第二限位筋之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,还包括连接件,所述连接件依次穿设于所述面罩连接孔内及所述固定连接孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位筋具有第一抵持面,所述第二限位筋具有与所述第一抵持面相对的第二抵持面,所述固定柱分别与所述第一抵持面及所述第二抵持面抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一抵持面的远离所述面罩安装面的一端设有第一倒角,所述第二抵持面的远离所述面罩安装面的一端设有第二倒角。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定柱具有相背的第一抵接侧面和第二抵接侧面,所述第一抵持面与所述第一抵接侧面抵接,所述第二抵持面与所述第二抵接侧面抵接,所述第一抵持面、所述第一抵接侧面、所述第二抵持面及所述第一抵接侧面均为平面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述面罩安装面开设有安装槽,所述面罩连接孔开设于所述安装槽的底部,所述面罩连接孔与所述安装槽连通,所述固定柱的远离所述底壳安装面的一端容置于所述安装槽内;所述安装槽具有相对的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一抵持面与所述第一侧壁共面,所述第二抵持面与所述第二侧壁共面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定柱适配插设于所述安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定柱、所述固定连接孔、 所述面罩连接孔、所述第一限位筋及所述第二限位筋的数目均为多个,多个固定连接孔与多个所述面罩连接孔一一对应连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,包括多对所述第一限位筋与所述第二限位筋,至少一对所述第一限位筋和所述第二限位筋是沿着竖直方向延伸,至少一对所述第一限位筋和所述第二限位筋是沿着水平方向延伸,所述水平方向垂直所述竖直方向。
  10. 一种显示屏装置,包括显示装置,所述显示装置包括:
    底壳,所述底壳具有底壳安装面,所述底壳安装面凸设有固定柱,所述固定柱的远离所述底壳安装面的一端开设有固定连接孔;面罩,所述面罩具有面罩安装面,所述面罩安装面与所述底壳安装面相对;所述面罩安装面开设有面罩连接孔,所述固定连接孔与所述面罩连接孔连通;以及
    显示模组,所述显示模组置于所述底壳与所述面罩之间;
    其中,所述面罩安装面凸设有相对的第一限位筋和第二限位筋,所述固定柱卡设于所述第一限位筋与所述第二限位筋之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示屏装置,其中,所述显示装置还包括连接件,所述连接件依次穿设于所述面罩连接孔内及所述固定连接孔内,所述第一限位筋具有第一抵持面,所述第二限位筋具有与所述第一抵持面相对的第二抵持面,所述固定柱分别与所述第一抵持面及所述第二抵持面抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏装置,其中,所述第一抵持面的远离所述面罩安装面的一端设有第一倒角,所述第二抵持面的远离所述面罩安装面的一端设有第二倒角。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的显示屏装置,其中,所述固定柱具有相背的第一抵接侧面和第二抵接侧面,所述第一抵持面与所述第一抵接侧面抵接,所述第二抵持面与所述第二抵接侧面抵接,所述第一抵持面、所述第一抵接侧面、所述第二抵持面及所述第一抵接侧面均为平面。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的显示屏装置,其中,所述面罩安装面开设有安装槽,所述面罩连接孔开设于所述安装槽的底部,所述面罩连接孔与所述安装槽连通,所述固定柱的远离所述底壳安装面的一端容置于所述安装槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的显示屏装置,所述显示装置包括多对所述第一限位筋与所述第二限位筋,至少一对所述第一限位筋和所述第二限位筋是沿着竖直方向,至少一对所述第一限位筋和所述第二限位筋是沿着水平方向的,所述水平方向垂直所述竖直方向。
