随着技术的进步,电子设备的控制方式日趋多样化,人们可以通过键盘、触摸屏、开关、遥控器等设备与这些智能化的电子设备进行交互,让他们按照人们的意愿和指令工作,但是,通过语言上的直接交流来控制电子设备无疑是非常方便的一种方式。与传统的手动控制方式相比,语音识别控制方式最大的优点就是通过声音就可以控制所有的设备,解放了用户的双手,大大降低了操作的复杂性,而且在一定空间内可以不受距离控制,例如边走边说,非常适合教师在教学中使用。
专利文献1(CN205788812U)提供了一种智能教室语音控制系统,在传统的网络教室教学设备上增加了语音采集设备,用于采集上课教师的语音,并通过交换机传输给教师电脑,教师端网络控制软件将根据所存储的预制语音信号自动识别教师的语音,并将语音转换为相应的控制指令控制学生端网络控制软件。但是,上述语音控制方式虽然增强了教师教学的灵活性,但是,其没有对语音命令的输入者做任何识别,任何人(包括学生、校外人员等)均可以通过语音控制设备控制教室内的教学设备,降低了设备使用的安全性。
专利文献2(CN106887069A)提供了一种智慧教室门禁锁及控制方法,通过教室控制端控制教室的使用权限,每个教室控制端负责一个教室的管理;每个教室控制端使用CAN总线相联接,CAN总线通过以太网转CAN设备接入校园网;教师通过客户端访问网络中心预约指定教室,通过教室控制端刷卡和指纹验证来使用教室,并且实现签到;任课教师不在自己的上课时间不能打开教室门,确保教室不会被滥用。但是,上述权限控制方式非常单一,不能对用户角色进行区分,用户预约后即使出现特殊情况也不方便变更,不能针对教室内的不同设备的特性设置不同的权限,也不能根据不同用户不同设备灵活设置不同的使用权限与使用方式。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能校园的控制方法及系统,能够通过语音方式控制校园内各种设备的使用,并且能够根据不同用户设置不同的使用方式。
本发明提供的一种智能校园的控制方法包括:
S1、设置用户角色,录入用户信息。
首先根据实际情况预先设置用户角色的类型。可选地,每种角色类型包括一级角色类型,一级角色类型下细分多种二级角色类型。针对每种角色类型录入对应的多个用户信息并存储,用户信息包括姓名、联系方式,将姓名作为用户的用户名,将角色类型与用户名对应存储,存储方式例如为映射表。可选地,存在重名的情况下,为重名用户分配序号进行区分,将带序号的姓名作为该用户的用户名,每位用户均拥有唯一的用户名。
S2、设置不同角色类型对应的权限等级。
根据多个角色类型自身的属性设置多个权限等级,每种角色类型对应一个权限等级。可选地,同一种类不同级别的角色类型权限等级相同。权限等级越高,可操控的校园场所以及电子设备越多。
S3、设置不同校园场所、不同设备的允许工作时间段、允许预约/操控的角色类型。
为每个校园场所以及每个设备设置相应的允许工作时间段,以及允许预约/操控的角色类型。所述校园场所为校园内开展教学、学习、交流的场所。
在校园场所的允许工作时间段内,对应校园场所内的电子教学设备才可被激活使用;在电子设备的允许工作时间段内,该电子设备才能够响应用户的操作指令进行相应操作。
进一步地,每个校园场所以及每个设备,均可以设置允许预约/操作的角色类型。只有指定类型的角色才能够预约/操控对应的校园场所以及对应的电子设备。
S4、采集不同用户的声纹特征信息。
利用声纹识别技术识别不同用户。具体地,预先采集不同用户的声音数据,识别用户的声纹特征数据并将其与用户名对应存储。后续步骤中,根据当前采集的音频数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的姓名。
S5、用户预约校园场所。
允许用户预约校园场所。经预约的校园场所,在预约时间段内只有预约用户可以打开该校园场所的门禁系统。具体地,用户可通过网络登录智能校园控制系统,系统根据登录用户的用户名获取其对应的角色类型,根据角色类型显示其能够预约的校园场所以及该校园场所允许工作时间段,同时显示该校园场所的允许工作时间段是否已被其他用户预约成功,对于已被预约成功的时间段显示为已预约并显示预约用户的角色类型,对于未被预约成功的时间段显示为空闲。用户选择所需的校园场所及所需的允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统确认预约成功后提示用户。可选地,在预约成功后向用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。

S6、验证用户校园场所使用权限,确认是否允许该用户使用该校园场所。

S603、判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约。如果未被预约,则允许用户进入并使用该校园场所。如果已被预约,则获取预约该校园场所的用户名,与S601中获取的用户名比较是否一致,一致则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所;不一致则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
S7、用户进入校园场所后,使用语音方式对校园场所内的电子设备进行操控。

图1为本申请一实施例提供的智能校园的控制方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,该方法包括:
S1、设置用户角色,录入用户信息。
首先根据实际情况预先设置用户角色的类型,例如角色类型可包括:教师、学生、后勤主管、校长等。且每种角色类型可以进一步向下细分,例如教师为一级角色类型,进一步可细分为多种二级角色类型,例如语文教师、数学教师、物理教师、化学教师等;学生为一级角色类型,进一步可细分为班长、学习委员、体育委员等。针对每种角色类型录入对应的多个用户信息并存储,用户信息包括姓名、联系方式(例如手机号码、邮箱),将姓名作为用户的用户名,将角色类型与用户名对应存储,存储方式例如为映射表。存在重名的情况下,可为重名用户分配序号进行区分,例如小明1、小明2,将带序号的姓名作为该用户的用户名,每位用户均拥有唯一的用户名。参见图 2,教师角色可对应张三、李四、王五,且张三为语文教师、李四为数学教师、王五为化学教师。学生角色可对应:小明、小红、小军等,小明1为班长、小红为学习委员、小军为体育委员。其他角色类型以此类推。通过上述用户角色等级的区分以及与每位用户的唯一关联,可以灵活针对每位用户设置不同的使用方式,有效提高了校园管理的智能性。
S2、设置不同角色类型对应的权限等级。
根据角色类型自身的属性设置多个权限等级,每种角色类型对应一个权限等级,同一种类不同级别的角色类型权限等级相同。权限等级越高,可操控的校园场所以及电子设备越多。例如可设置四个权限等级A、B、C、D,且权限高低次序为A>B>C>D。具体地,校长权限最高,权限等级设置为A;后勤主管负责整个校园电子系统的运维,权限等级设置为B;教师为多数电子教学设备的实际使用者,权限等级为C,其中语文教师、数学教师、物理教师、化学教师等二级角色类型权限等级均为C;学生只有有限设备的使用权,权限等级为D。参见图3,示出了角色类型与等级权限的对应关系。通过上述用户权限等级的区分,可以灵活针对每位用户设置不同的使用方式,有效提高了校园管理的安全性。
S3、设置不同校园场所、不同设备的允许工作时间段、允许预约/操控的角色类型。
为了保障安全、有序的使用电子教学设备,避免电子教学设备的滥用,为每个校园场所以及每个设备设置相应的允许工作时间段,以及允许预约/操控的角色类型。所述校园场所为校园内开展教学、学习、交流的场所,包括教室、实验室、礼堂、舞蹈室、音乐室、会议室等。在校园场所的允许工作时间段内,对应教室/实验室内的电子教学设备才可被激活使用;在电子设备的允许工作时间段内,该电子设备才能够响应用户的操作指令进行相应操作。例如,教室A允许的工作时间段为工作日8:00~12:00、13:00~17:00,实验室B允许的工作时间段为周一、三、五8:00~12:00、13:00~17:00,礼堂允许的工作时间段为8:00~21:00等。教室内投影仪允许的工作时间段为工作日8:00~12:00、13:00~17:00,实验室B内物理实验设备允许的工作时间段为周一、三、五8:00~12:00等。其他电子设备例如电 子白板、音响、耳机、麦克风、电子讲台等均可根据需要设置允许的工作时间段。
进一步地,每个校园场所以及每个设备,均可以设置允许预约/操作的角色类型。只有指定类型的角色才能够预约/操控对应的校园场所以及对应的电子设备。例如,教室A允许预约/操控的角色类型包括:校长、后勤主管、教师、学生;实验室B允许预约/操控的角色类型包括:校长、后勤主管、物理教师、化学教师;礼堂允许预约/操控的角色类型包括:校长、后勤主管。例如,教室内电子讲台允许操控的角色类型包括:校长、后勤主管、教师;实验室B内的电子显微镜允许操控的角色类型包括:校长、后勤主管、生物教师;教室内投影仪允许操控的角色类型包括:校长、后勤主管、教师、班长。
S4、采集不同用户的声纹特征信息。
利用声纹识别技术识别不同用户。具体地,预先采集不同用户的声音数据,识别用户的声纹特征数据并将其与用户名对应存储。后续步骤中,根据当前采集的音频数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的姓名。
S5、用户预约校园场所。
为了方便各个校园场所的使用,允许用户预约校园场所。经预约的校园场所,在预约时间段内只有预约用户可以打开该校园场所的门禁系统。具体地,用户可通过网络登录智能校园控制系统,系统根据登录用户的用户名获取其对应的角色类型,根据角色类型显示其能够预约的校园场所以及该校园场所允许工作时间段,同时显示该校园场所的允许工作时间段是否已被其他用户预约成功,对于已被预约成功的时间段显示为已预约并显示预约用户的角色类型,对于未被预约成功的时间段显示为空闲,参见附图4示出了校园场所的预约状态显示。用户选择所需的校园场所及所需的允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统确认预约成功后提示用户,还可在预约成功后通过短信等方式向用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。进一步地,为了方便校园的管理以及应付一些突发情况,可以对已经预约的校园场所的预约结果进行变更。具体方式如下。用户选择所 需的校园场所及允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统判断该校园场所的该时间段是否已被其他用户预约,若判断未被其他用户预约,则确认预约成功并提示用户,通过短信等方式向用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段;若判断已被其他用户预约,则获取已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级,同时获取当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级,判断二者权限等级高低,当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级低于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,通过短信等方式向被取消预约的用户发送预约被取消的信息,所述预约被取消的信息包括被预约的校园场所以及被取消的预约时间段,同时,通过短信等方式向当前提交的预约请求成功的用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级等于或者高于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,提示当前用户可向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,当前用户输入请求变更的理由,系统通过短信等方式向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,所述预约变更请求包括所述请求变更的理由、请求变更预约的校园场所及对应的时间段,已预约的用户确认是否同意预约变更请求并向系统反馈,如果已预约的用户确认同意所述预约变更请求,系统则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,通过短信等方式向被取消预约的用户发送预约被取消的信息,所述预约被取消的信息包括被预约的校园场所以及被取消的预约时间段,同时,通过短信等方式向当前提交的预约请求成功的用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。如果已预约的用户不同意所述预约变更请求,则向当前用户提示预约变更请求失败,还可提示当前用户选择其他时间段预约。
例如教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00已经被教师张三预约成功,后勤主管发现该教室设备存在问题需要在12月1日上午9:00~10:00时间段进行维修,后勤主管在登录系统后,系统显示其能够预约的校园场所以及该校园场所允许工作时间段,其中教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00已经被角色类型为教师的用户预约成功。此时,后勤主管可针对教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00,提交预约请求,系统判断教室A该时间段已被张 三预约,则获取张三对应的权限等级,同时获取后勤主管的权限等级,判断张三的权限等级低于后勤主管的权限等级,则取消张三的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,向张三发送消息“您预约的教室A(12月1日上午9:00~10:00)已被取消,请谅解”,向后勤主管发送消息“您预约的教室A(12月1日上午9:00~10:00)已预约成功”。
或者教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00已经被教师张三预约成功,学生小明负责的课题需要使用教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00进行答辩,小明在登录系统后,系统显示其能够预约的校园场所以及该校园场所允许工作时间段,其中教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00已经被角色类型为教师的用户预约成功。此时,小明可针对教室A在12月1日上午9:00~10:00,提交预约请求,系统判断教室A该时间段已被张三预约,则获取张三对应的权限等级,同时获取小明的权限等级,判断张三的权限等级高于小明的权限等级,则提示小明可向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,小明输入请求变更的理由,例如“老师好!学生小明于12月1日上午9:00~10:00需要用教室A进行课题答辩,因外请评审专家时间难以变更,冒昧请求老师能够允许小明12月1日上午9:00~10:00使用教室A”,系统通过短信等方式向张三发送预约变更请求,张三确认是否同意预约变更请求并向系统反馈,如果张三确认同意所述预约变更请求,系统则取消张三的预约,确认小明提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,向张三发送消息“您预约的教室A(12月1日上午9:00~10:00)已被取消,请谅解”,向小明发送消息“您预约的教室A(12月1日上午9:00~10:00)已预约成功”。如果张三不同意所述预约变更请求,则向小明提示预约变更请求失败,还可提示小明选择其他时间段预约。
传统的预约方式单一、固定,预约成功后难以根据情况变化做出适当的调整,通过本发明的预约方式,根据用户角色类型、权限等级,提供不同的预约方式,既保障了校园场所以及电子设备的有序使用,又为各种管理需求以及突发情况的处理提供了智能、灵活的调整方式,用户使用校园场所提供了极大的灵活性。
S6、验证用户校园场所使用权限,确认是否允许该用户使用该校园场所。
S601、利用校园场所门禁处设置的语音采集器,采集用户语音数据,判断用户是否具有操控权限。
根据当前采集的语音数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名。获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该校园场所,判断结果为是则继续执行S602;判断结果为否则提示用户无操控该校园场所的权限,并结束流程。
S602、获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该校园场所的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行S603,判断结果为否则提示用户该校园场所当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
S603、判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约。如果未被预约,则允许用户进入并使用该校园场所。如果已被预约,则获取预约该校园场所的用户名,与S601中获取的用户名比较是否一致,一致则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所;不一致则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
S7、用户进入校园场所后,使用语音方式对校园场所内的电子设备进行操控。
S701、利用校园场所内的语音采集器采集用户语音数据,根据当前采集的语音数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名。进一步地,利用语音识别技术根据当前采集的语音数据识别操控对象及操控指令。所述操控对象为校园场所内部署的电子设备,所述操控指令为针对该操控对象的操控指令。例如采集的语音数据为“打开投影仪”,则识别的操控对象为“投影仪”,操控指令为“启动投影仪”。
S702、获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该电子设备的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行,判断结果为否则提示用户该电子设备当前时间不可用,并结束流程。获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该操控对象,判断结果为是则执行针对该操控对象的操控指令;判断 结果为否则结束流程。
进一步地,为了方便教学活动的进行,通过预约进入该校园场所的用户,针对其有权限操控的电子设备,可以将操控权限临时赋予其他无操控权限的用户。其赋予的临时操控权限仅在预约时间段内有效。例如,化学教师A预约在9:00~10:00之间使用实验室B,向学生讲授化学实验。化学实验中使用电热炉加热化学试剂。电热炉允许操控的角色类型仅包括:校长、后勤主管、化学教师,学生无电热炉的操控权限,则为了使学生C在上课期间能够正常使用电热炉,化学教师A可通过语音命令“赋予学生C使用电热炉的权限”,在其预约的时间段9:00~10:00内学生C即获得电热炉的操控权限,临时获得的操控权限低于其他操控权限等级。进一步地,为了避免学生的误操作损坏电子设备或者造成其他不良后果,权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令与权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令产生冲突时,执行权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令并忽略权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令。例如学生C发出语音指令“加热电热炉至300摄氏度”,化学教师A同时发出语音指令“加热电热炉至200摄氏度”,系统在判断化学教师A以及学生C均具有电热炉的操控权限,进一步判断化学教师A对应的权限等级高于学生C对应的权限等级,则执行语音指令“加热电热炉至200摄氏度”并忽略语音指令“加热电热炉至300摄氏度”。
上述语音操控的方式解放了用户尤其是教师教学过程中的双手,提升了用户体验。并且根据不同角色类型、权限等级,以及不同设备对应的不同操控权限,一方面保障了电子设备使用的安全性,另一方面通过临时赋权的手段避免了因安全性考虑而牺牲的使用便捷性,保障了教学活动能够安全、便捷的进行,相对于传统的操控方式本发明的智能控制方式具有极大优势。
下面结合图5说明根据本发明实施例的智能校园的控制系统的结构示意图。
本发明的智能校园控制系统500包括校园场所、校园场所内部署的电子设备。所述校园场所为校园内开展教学、学习、交流的场所,包括但不限于教室、实验室、礼堂、舞蹈室、音乐室、会议室等。电子设备包括各个校园场所内部署电子教学设备以及辅助电子设备,包括但不限于投影仪、电子白 板、音响、耳机、麦克风、电子讲台、电子实验仪器、空调、照明系统等。
系统500包括如下模块:
用户设置模块501,用于设置用户角色,录入用户信息。

系统500还包括声纹特征信息采集模块504、采集不同用户的声纹特征信息。
利用声纹识别技术识别不同用户。具体地,预先采集不同用户的声音数据,识别用户的声纹特征数据并将其与用户名对应存储于存储装置5012。
系统500还包括校园场所预约模块505,用于供用户预约校园场所。
为了方便各个校园场所的使用,允许用户预约校园场所。经预约的校园场所,在预约时间段内只有预约用户可以打开该校园场所的门禁系统。
具体地,校园场所预约模块505包括预约请求模块5051,用户可通过网络登录智能校园控制系统500,预约请求模块5051根据登录用户的用户名获取其对应的角色类型,根据角色类型显示其能够预约的校园场所以及该校园场所允许工作时间段,同时显示该校园场所的允许工作时间段是否已被其他用户预约成功,对于已被预约成功的时间段显示为已预约并显示预约用户的角色类型,对于未被预约成功的时间段显示为空闲。用户通过预约请求模块5051选择所需的校园场所及所需的允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统确认预约成功后提示用户,还可在预约成功后通过短信等方式向用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。
进一步地,为了方便校园的管理以及应付一些突发情况,校园场所预约模块505包括预约变更请求模块5052,用于对已经预约的校园场所的预约结果进行变更。用户通过预约请求模块5051选择所需的校园场所及允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统判断该校园场所的该时间段是否已被其他用户预约,若判断未被其他用户预约,则确认预约成功并提示用户,通过短信等方式向用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段;若判断已被其他用户预约,预约变更请求模块5052则获取已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级,同时获取当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级,判断二者权限等级高低,当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级低于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,通过短信等方式向被取消预约的用户发送预约被取消的信息,所述预约被取消的信息包括被预约的校园场所以及被取消的预约时间段,同时,通过短信等方式向当前提交的预约请求成功的用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级等于或 者高于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,提示当前用户可向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,当前用户输入请求变更的理由,预约变更请求模块5052通过短信等方式向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,所述预约变更请求包括所述请求变更的理由、请求变更预约的校园场所及对应的时间段,已预约的用户确认是否同意预约变更请求并向系统反馈,如果已预约的用户确认同意所述预约变更请求,系统则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,通过短信等方式向被取消预约的用户发送预约被取消的信息,所述预约被取消的信息包括被预约的校园场所以及被取消的预约时间段,同时,通过短信等方式向当前提交的预约请求成功的用户发送预约成功信息,所述预约成功信息包括预约的校园场所以及预约时间段。如果已预约的用户不同意所述预约变更请求,预约变更请求模块5052向当前用户提示预约变更请求失败,还可提示当前用户选择其他时间段预约。

语音数据采集模块5061,用于利用校园场所门禁处设置的语音采集器,采集用户语音数据,判断用户是否具有操控权限。
根据当前采集的语音数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名。获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该校园场所,判断结果为是则继续执行时间判断模块5062;判断结果为否则提示用户无操控该校园场所的权限,并结束流程。
时间判断模块5062,用于获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该校园场所的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行预约判断模块5063,判断结果为否则提示用户该校园场所当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
预约判断模块5063,用于判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约。如果未被预约,则允许用户进入并使用该校园场所。如果已被预约,则获取预约该校园场所的用户名,与语音数据采集模块5061获取的用户名比较是否一致,一致则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所;不一致则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
系统500还包括电子设备操控模块507,用于使用语音方式对校园场所内的电子设备进行操控。
语音指令采集模块5071、用于利用校园场所内的语音采集器采集用户语音数据,根据当前采集的语音数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名。进一步地,语音指令采集模块5071利用语音识别技术根据当前采集的语音数据识别操控对象及操控指令。所述操控对象为校园场所内部署的电子设备,所述操控指令为针对该操控对象的操控指令。例如采集的语音数据为“打开投影仪”,则识别的操控对象为“投影仪”,操控指令为“启动投影仪”。
语音指令执行模块5072,用于获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该电子设备的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行,判断结果为否则提示用户该电子设备当前时间不可用,并结束流程。获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该操控对象,判断结果为是则执行针对该操控对象的操控指令;判断结果为否则结束流程。
进一步地,电子设备操控模块507包括临时赋权模块5073,用于为通过预约进入该校园场所的用户,针对其有权限操控的电子设备,将操控权限临时赋予其他无操控权限的用户。其赋予的临时操控权限仅在预约时间段内有效。例如,化学教师A预约在9:00~10:00之间使用实验室B,向学生讲授化学实验。化学实验中使用电热炉加热化学试剂。电热炉允许操控的角色类型仅包括:校长、后勤主管、化学教师,学生无电热炉的操控权限,则为了使学生C在上课期间能够正常使用电热炉,化学教师A可通过语音命令“赋予学生C使用电热炉的权限”,在其预约的时间段9:00~10:00内学生C即获得电热炉的操控权限,临时获得的操控权限低于其他操控权限等级。进一 步地,为了避免学生的误操作损坏电子设备或者造成其他不良后果,电子设备操控模块507包括指令冲突处理模块5074,用于在权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令与权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令产生冲突时,执行权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令并忽略权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令。例如学生C发出语音指令“加热电热炉至300摄氏度”,化学教师A同时发出语音指令“加热电热炉至200摄氏度”,系统在判断化学教师A以及学生C均具有电热炉的操控权限,进一步判断化学教师A对应的权限等级高于学生C对应的权限等级,则执行语音指令“加热电热炉至200摄氏度”并忽略语音指令“加热电热炉至300摄氏度”。
上述语音操控的方式解放了用户尤其是教师教学过程中的双手,提升了用户体验。并且根据不同角色类型、权限等级,以及不同设备对应的不同操控权限,一方面保障了电子设备使用的安全性,另一方面通过临时赋权的手段避免了因安全性考虑而牺牲的使用便捷性,保障了教学活动能够安全、便捷的进行,相对于传统的操控方式本发明的智能控制方式具有极大优势。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的 存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
工业实用性
发明能够根据不同用户角色、等级权限提供多种校园场所的预约方式,通过语音方式控制校园内各种设备的使用,能够便捷的根据不同用户设置不同的使用方式。通过允许工作时间段的设置,保障校园场所、电子教学设备可被安全、有序的使用,避免电子教学设备的滥用。通过用户角色与用户权限等级的区分,可以灵活的提供预约方式。通过对已经预约的校园场所的预约结果进行变更,方便校园的管理以及协调突发情况,为用户使用校园场所提供了更大的灵活性,并且根据用户角色类型及权限等级对预约请求进行分类处理,有效避免了随意更改预约结果扰乱正常教学秩序。通过对用户声纹特征数据与用户之间的关联识别,可以根据不同用户角色类型设定电子设备的使用方式,提高了电子设备操控的便捷性与安全性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    S1、设置用户角色,录入用户信息,其中,预先设置所述用户角色的类型,针对每种角色类型录入对应的多个所述用户信息并存储,每位用户均拥有唯一的用户名;
    S2、设置不同所述角色类型对应的权限等级,其中,根据多个所述角色类型自身的属性设置多个权限等级,每种所述角色类型对应一个所述权限等级;
    S3、设置不同校园场所、不同电子设备的允许工作时间段、允许预约/操控的所述角色类型,其中,为每个校园场所以及每个电子设备设置相应的允许工作时间段,以及允许预约/操控的角色类型;
    S4、采集不同用户的声纹特征信息,其中,利用声纹识别技术识别不同用户,预先采集不同用户的声音数据,识别用户的声纹特征数据并将其与用户名对应存储;
    S5、用户预约校园场所,经预约的校园场所,在预约时间段内只有预约用户可以打开所述校园场所的门禁系统;
    S6、验证用户的所述校园场所使用权限,确认是否允许所述用户使用所述校园场所;
    其中,步骤S6包括:
    S601、采集用户语音数据,判断当前用户是否具有所述校园场所的操控权限,判断结果为是则继续执行S602,判断结果为否则提示当前用户无操控该校园场所的权限,并结束流程;
    S602、获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该校园场所的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行S603,判断结果为否则提示当前用户该校园场所当前时间不可用,并结束流程;
    S603、判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约,如果未被预约,则允许当前用户进入并使用该校园场所,如果已被预约,则判断当前用户是否为预约用户,判断结果为是则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所; 判断结果为否则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程;
    S7、用户进入校园场所后,使用语音方式对所述校园场所内的电子设备进行操控。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于:
    在校园场所的允许工作时间段内,对应校园场所内的电子设备才可被激活使用;在电子设备的允许工作时间段内,该电子设备才能够响应用户的操作指令进行相应操作;只有指定的角色类型才能够预约/操控对应的校园场所以及对应的电子设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于:
    所述步骤S5中,用户通过网络预约校园场所,获取用户的用户名,根据所述用户名获取其对应的角色类型,根据所述角色类型显示其能够预约的校园场所以及所述校园场所允许工作时间段,同时显示该校园场所的允许工作时间段是否已被其他用户预约成功,对于已被预约成功的时间段显示为已预约并显示预约用户的角色类型,对于未被预约成功的时间段显示为空闲,用户选择所需的校园场所及所需的允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统确认预约成功后提示用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户选择所需的校园场所及空闲的允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统确认预约成功后提示用户进一步包括:
    用户选择所需的校园场所及允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统判断该校园场所的该时间段是否已被其他用户预约,若判断未被其他用户预约,则确认预约成功并提示用户;
    若判断已被其他用户预约,则获取已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级,同时获取当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级,判断二者权限等级高低,当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级低于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户;当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级等于或者 高于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,提示当前用户可向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,当前用户输入请求变更的理由,向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,所述预约变更请求包括所述请求变更的理由、请求变更预约的校园场所及对应的时间段,已预约的用户确认是否同意预约变更请求并向系统反馈,如果已预约的用户确认同意所述预约变更请求,系统则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,如果已预约的用户不同意所述预约变更请求,则向当前用户提示预约变更请求失败,提示当前用户选择其他时间段预约。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S601具体为:利用校园场所门禁处设置的语音采集器,采集用户语音数据,根据当前采集的语音数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名,获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该校园场所,判断结果为是则继续执行S602;判断结果为否则提示用户无操控该校园场所的权限,并结束流程;
    所述步骤S603具体为:判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约,如果未被预约,则允许用户进入并使用该校园场所,如果已被预约,则获取预约该校园场所的用户名,与S601中获取的用户名比较是否一致,一致则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所;不一致则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S7进一步包括:
    S701、利用校园场所内的语音采集器采集用户语音数据,根据当前采集的语音数据识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名,利用语音识别技术根据当前采集的语音数据识别操控对象及操控指令,所述操控对象为校园场所内部署的电子设备,所述操控指令为针对该操控对象的操控指令;
    S702、获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该电子设备的允许工作时间段, 判断结果为是则继续执行,判断结果为否则提示用户该电子设备当前时间不可用,并结束流程;获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该操控对象,判断结果为是则执行针对该操控对象的操控指令;判断结果为否则结束流程。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:通过预约进入该校园场所的用户,针对其有权限操控的电子设备,允许其将操控权限临时赋予其他无操控权限的用户,其赋予的临时操控权限仅在预约时间段内有效,临时获得的操控权限低于其他操控权限等级。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令与权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令产生冲突时,执行权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令并忽略权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令。
  9. 一种智能校园的控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
    用户设置模块,用于设置用户角色,录入用户信息;
    权限等级设置模块,用于设置不同角色类型对应的权限等级,其中,根据角色类型自身的属性设置多个权限等级,每种角色类型对应一个权限等级;
    使用方式设置模块,用于设置不同校园场所、不同设备的允许工作时间段、允许预约/操控的角色类型;
    声纹特征信息采集模块,用于采集不同用户的声纹特征信息,声纹特征信息采集模块利用声纹识别技术识别不同用户,预先采集不同用户的声音数据,识别用户的声纹特征数据并将其与用户名对应存储于存储装置;
    校园场所预约模块,用于供用户预约校园场所,经预约的校园场所,在预约时间段内只有预约用户可以打开该校园场所的门禁系统;
    校园场所使用权限验证模块,用于验证用户校园场所使用权限,确认是否允许该用户使用该校园场所;
    电子设备操控模块,用于使用语音方式对校园场所内的电子设备进行操控;其中,
    所述用户设置模块进一步包括:输入输出装置,接收系统管理员输入的用户角色的类型,接收每种角色类型对应的多个用户信息,每位用户均拥有唯一的用户名;以及存储装置,存储用户角色类型,并针对每种角色类型对应的多个用户信息关联存储,将角色类型与用户名对应存储;
    所述校园场所使用权限验证模块进一步包括:语音数据采集模块,采集用户语音数据,判断当前用户是否具有所述校园场所的操控权限,判断结果为是则继续执行继续执行时间判断模块,判断结果为否则提示当前用户无操控该校园场所的权限,并结束流程;时间判断模块,用于获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该校园场所的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行预约判断模块,判断结果为否则提示用户该校园场所当前时间不可用,并结束流程;预约判断模块,用于判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约,如果未被预约,则允许当前用户进入并使用该校园场所,如果已被预约,则判断当前用户是否为预约用户,判断结果为是则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所;判断结果为否则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能校园的控制系统,其特征在于:
    所述使用方式设置模块进一步包括:
    工作时间设置模块,用于为每个校园场所以及电子设备设置相应的允许工作时间段,在校园场所的允许工作时间段内,对应教室/实验室内的电子教学设备才可被激活使用,在电子设备的允许工作时间段内,该电子设备才能够响应用户的操作指令进行相应操作;
    预约/操控权限设置模块,用于为每个校园场所以及每个电子设备设置允许预约/操作的角色类型,只有指定类型的角色才能够预约/操控对应的校园场所以及对应的电子设备。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的智能校园的控制系统,其特征在于:
    所述校园场所预约模块进一步包括:
    预约请求模块,用户可通过网络预约校园场所,预约请求模块获取用户的用户名,根据所述用户名获取其对应的角色类型,根据角色类型显示其能够预 约的校园场所以及该校园场所允许工作时间段,同时显示该校园场所的允许工作时间段是否已被其他用户预约成功,对于已被预约成功的时间段显示为已预约并显示预约用户的角色类型,对于未被预约成功的时间段显示为空闲,用户通过预约请求模块选择所需的校园场所及所需的允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统确认预约成功后提示用户。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11所述的智能校园的控制系统,其特征在于:
    所述校园场所预约模块进一步包括:
    预约变更请求模块,用于对已经预约的校园场所的预约结果进行变更,用户通过预约请求模块选择所需的校园场所及允许工作时间段,提交预约请求,系统判断该校园场所的该时间段是否已被其他用户预约,若判断未被其他用户预约,则确认预约成功并提示用户;
    若判断已被其他用户预约,预约变更请求模块则获取已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级,同时获取当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级,判断二者权限等级高低,当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级低于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,当已预约用户角色类型对应的权限等级等于或者高于当前提交预约请求用户的角色类型对应的权限等级时,提示当前用户可向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,当前用户输入请求变更的理由,预约变更请求模块向已预约的用户发送预约变更请求,所述预约变更请求包括所述请求变更的理由、请求变更预约的校园场所及对应的时间段,已预约的用户确认是否同意预约变更请求并向系统反馈,如果已预约的用户确认同意所述预约变更请求,系统则取消已预约用户的预约,确认当前提交的预约请求成功并提示用户,如果已预约的用户不同意所述预约变更请求,预约变更请求模块向当前用户提示预约变更请求失败,还可提示当前用户选择其他时间段预约。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的智能校园的控制系统,其特征在于:
    所述语音数据采集模块进一步用于:利用校园场所门禁处设置的语音采集器,采集用户语音数据,判断用户是否具有操控权限,根据当前采集的语音数据 识别其中的声纹特征数据,将识别出的声纹特征数据与预先采集存储的用户声纹特征数据进行匹配,匹配成功后获取当前语音数据对应用户的用户名,获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该校园场所,判断结果为是则继续执行时间判断模块;判断结果为否则提示用户无操控该校园场所的权限,并结束流程;
    所述预约判断模块进一步用于:判断当前时间该校园场所是否已被预约,如果未被预约,则允许用户进入并使用该校园场所,如果已被预约,则获取预约该校园场所的用户名,与语音数据采集模块获取的用户名比较是否一致,一致则开放该校园场所门禁,允许用户进入并使用该校园场所;不一致则提示用户该校园场所已被预约,当前时间不可用,并结束流程。

    语音指令执行模块,用于获取当前时间,判断当前时间是否为该电子设备的允许工作时间段,判断结果为是则继续执行,判断结果为否则提示用户该电子设备当前时间不可用,并结束流程;获取用户名对应的角色类型,判断角色类型是否允许操控该操控对象,判断结果为是则执行针对该操控对象的操控指令,判断结果为否则结束流程。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备操控模块进一步包括:
    临时赋权模块,用于为通过预约进入该校园场所的用户,针对其有权限操控的电子设备,将操控权限临时赋予其他无操控权限的用户,其赋予的临时操控权限仅在预约时间段内有效,临时获得的操控权限低于其他操控权限等级。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的智能校园的控制方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备操控模块进一步包括:
    指令冲突处理模块,用于在权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令与权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令产生冲突时,执行权限等级高的用户发出的语音指令并忽略权限等级低的用户发出的语音指令。
